your best choice is to cash out and stay out for as long as the cryptocurrency dumps are going on. specifically if you are in altcoin market because the dumps there are always big and they last a long time. for example buying altcoins now is foolish unless you are buying altcoins that are currently getting pumped in the current market situation.

As per my experience its always a lose to sell when market price dumps ,the best thing to do when dumps occurs is to keep cool and wait ,cryptocurrency is like weather seasons ,it will always change,all I can do is keep gathering more coins and tokens till bull arrives

No matter pump or dump takes place, first of all, you have to remain emotionless and stick to your well-thought plan that must be prepared in advance. The flow of emotions may ruin your plans, so, first of all, you must be cool blooded.

That is called spare money which you can now put back into the market to trade the dumping market. But if you do not have the extra money to enter the market again then what do you do? Even if you cash out and leave crypto as long as the market continues to be with bears, you really can't say you're quitting at all. I didn't dump all the altcoins I got the ones I just cash out are ETH and BTC but still I kept monitoring the market, looking for signs and checking the price of the tokens I have. I can say that once you have been in crypto, I think you can never really quit to forget about it since we are just too programmed to believe this is the future.

My conspiracy theory is that someone is manipulating the Bitcoin price in a way to trigger massive panic amongst current Bitcoin holders. They need to get their hands on those coins, before the next big bull run and they need to get those coins at the lowest price possible.

For me when the crypto prices starts to dump the best option I see is to make sure I convert all my cryptocurrencies into USDT. This is because I think its one of the most stable coins on the market looking at its graph.

It looks like you didn't hear the news. Bakkt got delayed to January. They're having problems with getting insurance for their hot wallet. At least that's what they're claiming.
I'm also a big conspiracy theorist and think that it's a great moment for both Bakkt and ETF to get delayed again. It will only scare people more and push them into the level of despair these institutions want to get more cheap coins. And i'm sure that if people at these companies have insider knowledge that they're going to get approved, they're buying right now. I would be.

To be more direct ,Nobody knows the main dip where the price will reverse because in a very turbulent market condition buying at the dip is like catching a falling object.
So, I divide my capital into three places ,and once a strong support is broken,I buy at that support. IF the price reverses at the support I bought ,I will make a huge profit.

I like you mentally regarding down market. There's nothing we can do about investors dumping their cryptocurrencies. As long as you believe in cryptocurrency, there's nothing to worry about. You just need to set your mind to long-term investments where these kind of news won't have any effect.

Right now I'm just looking at the market to know what to do, buy a little bit in case the price skyrocketed, but I see it's going to be a slow recovery, so we're not going to the moon soon, the price has already shown progress, there was a change between yesterday and today from $4100 to $4400 and that's pretty good, it can be the beginning of a recovery.

Depends on when happens this dump and if there is an any reason of it. Fot example when any major exchanger got hacked or stopped withdrawals and you see price fall, in this situation it recovers very quickly, I prefer to not do anything. But when fall happens suddenly and it's dramatic, I would sell bitcoins immediately, would wait for more fall and then buy again with the hope of rise, finally I have more coins possibly with more value in future.
