The Decentralized Governance Protocol (DGP) is designed so that individual blockchain parameters can be modified through a specially designed smart contract on the blockchain. Most importantly, this technology allows these blockchain parameters to be changed without any disruption to the ecosystem. After a setting change, no new software must be downloaded by users, and no intervention is needed from stakers, miners and node operators.

I really liked that in fact very active dev team and here to provide information to the community, and don't forget to keep in blossomed on the project.  These are things that are worth to be emulated by other projects despite the current market conditions are bad.

I failed to understand the relationship between decentralized structure and restricted information. Doesn't decentralized means the power that runs a system is not focused at one point, instead spreaded evenly. There were nothing secret about it, is there? Unless what you mean is "annonimity"?

Why I am very comfortable about this is the fact that anonymity is normal in this space. If project with ICOs stay anonymous, then you should play along or ignore their project.
