Centralized financial companies are constantly working on solutions to make transactions between different parties as easy as possible, however, the cryptocurrency and blockchain payment solutions are very complicated for the average person to use.
Until this is put in check, cryptocurrency payments will never have a chance to overcome fist.

No, it is not that complicated like what you said. How can be a peer to peer transaction be complicated for an average person to use? Cryptocurrency payments doesn't have to overcome anything, the banks are the ones who have been thinking that its a threat to them because they can see its potential once the people understands the power of decentralization. Traditional payment systems requires you to go through different parties (3rd) unlike crypto's, you'll pay someone directly without going through any 3rd party/bank.

yes, I think there must be an update for crypto transactions so that mutual benefits between one party and another. many complain about expensive transactions and not worth the benefits.

Actually I think that your information is greatly outdated. There were done great improvements in the crypto payment methods too and the things are still evolving.
I mean you can already just open your wallet, scan a code and enter your password/pin/safety thing in your wallet. Not much different from paying in Europe with your card.

What we actually need are ways to pay directly with crypto. That's a field that needs to grow. We need more payment processors work with/accept crypto currencies.

Why do you think crypto-currency is too complicated? I think you have not enough knowledge about cryptography and decentralization. It's true whoever don't know about crypto-currency it's complicated for him. You have to learn first before use this. Can you imagine how easy become money transfer everywhere you want. No need any third party and fully decentralization. That's why we need share each other about crypto-currency.

I doubt that every person at the moment understands how electronic payments go through the banking system! And I don’t understand why people need to understand the technical side of this process! We drive cars, use smartphones, computers, but few understand how they work! We only know that it is convenient and fast!

When the internet started, it remained in the domain of academics and scientists for over a decade. It become mainstream after Netscape launched the first browser and started the www revolution. Cryptos are still in early stages and next few years are going to see all kind of new user interfaces to make mass adoption possible.

I do not think it might be a reason not to use blockchain and crypto. If there are seminars about this, why would noone know?  If there are problems with addresses, it is possible to write names instead of addresses in most exchanges and blockchain. Also, if accepted, you will not need to exchange crypto to fiat, and it will be very easy.

The only people who would see blockchain transactions as complicated are those who don't like learning. I used just one day to explain the processes to my girlfriend and she was able to understand and start blockchain transactions from there.

There are series of reasons that could cause your investment into loose, which might be from: lack of research into that cryptocurrency you invested in, lack of market strategy in cryptocurrency investment and above all, being a panic cryptocurrency investor. Agree, learning is the solution toward your understanding of the Blockchain transactions which without will be more complicated than OP. Before i came into the ethnology, it took me finance to bu more books that talked about the technology before swinging into it, to avoid discouragement. Caution: Ensure you get the appropriate books for the technology or google some articles concerning the technology to equip your self with to avoid discouragement.   

i think you are right, crypto transactions nowadays are very complicated, especially waiting time for confirmations, most of cryptocurrencies are taking so much time to complete a transaction, so unless we can finish this problem, we will not be able to use cryptos in daily life soon.

You are right, but many apps and services (especially on ETH) appeared on mobile devices and desktop, which are pretty simple. But it's not enough and I hope we will see a lot of new interesting and user friendly casual services.

The technical solution behind cryptocurrencies is way easier and uncomplicated as eg. SWIFT. But you are right, the handling for the average user is still too complicated. Additionally, such users trust their bank and thats it, they would never use CC platforms to send money

i say mostly because part of it is true, all the altcoins are very hard to use for average person because none of them has ever focused on usability, and they have all put all their efforts and focus on pumpability so that they can make the most amount of profit.

but when you speak in general you are also including bitcoin and bitcoin is not hard to "use" it is instead hard to "understand" like everything else! nowadays with all the services and the infrastructure built on top of bitcoin it is super easy even for the elderly to use bitcoin.

Basically before try to use and a newbie needs to get some education about blockchain but i understand about what point of yours. but blockchain will try to remove the middle party. some people have used it to buy gift card, voucher or something else and it's all working smoothly.

Cryptocurrency and blockchain may be difficult if only you have not taken you time to learn how it works and how to use, the 21st century technology have been made very simple for all to use. It may look difficult when you have not study it but as soon as you have an adequate knowledge about it you will fine it easy.

Cryptocurrencies transaction is so simple I think. It is also transparent and traceable. I think it is much more reasonable to use crypto in corporate transactions rather than individual transactions.

Nothing complicated in this industry except technical `adjustments. Even my small brother can download the crypto wallets and can use it for making transactions. If you can spend 2 hours a day then it will look easy for you every day.

It's true that the cryptocurrency is quite complicated because I know the feeling of not knowing what I am doing when I start doing cryptocurrrency. But after sometime, I realized that it is quite easy and it's fun learning it. You just need to invest time at it.

How complicated? Cryptocurrency is very easy to use for me and if I could remember right ,I got zero knowledge how it works yet no one thought me anything and I'm still able to transact ,ways to earn money in crypto is the only complicated one not payment transactions

Crypto seems very complicated,  as a beginner, when I wanted to start trades I didn't have the luck to move move with the right signals and get the fair projects to invest on. But today , I'm going to tell you, it's not all completely that it's seems you just going to work with the part that works well for you . Some investors likes investing in upcoming projects which works for them quite well. 

i think it is just you who are finding it too complicated because you had some bad experiences with badly designed programs. otherwise there are good ones too. for example the bitcoin wallets such as electrum have been making life so much easier for regular users, although the same thing is rarely found in an altcoin because real developers never bother with pump and dumps, it would be a waste of their time. .

I think the OP might have a bad experience with crypto that's why he is saying that it's too complicated. At first I'm lost as well, but I tried to get lots of knowledge specially that you are your own bank here. So you need to learn how to protect your privatekeys and other important details.

As for the transactions, you just need to have a wallet and then send some coins to someone. I think it's not that complicated. It only gets complicated if you're totally not aware the inner workings of crpyto so I suggest to the OP to dig deeper and learn how everything works.

This issues of complication in the transactions of cryptos will be put to rest with the advent and introduction of cryptos featured smartphones, Samsung and HTC are some of the pioneering phone manufacturers that had already incorporated those features, this will proffers solutions to any difficulties in transactions of cryptos it will also facilitate easy exchange of fiat to cryptos vise versa.

I don't agree with this claim that cryptocurrency is too complicated. To me, it is not at all. As far as someone knows how to read, and also knows how to use a computer or phone then he or she is good to go in the usage of cryptocurrency. Just need to learn some of its rudiments. No it is not true, The negative issues make people curious about cryptocurrency, then they try to find out the truth. Some of them potentially stay to start working on crypto after they know many advantages of crypto. I am also not afraid to see many coins now, it actually makes the market more alive and dynamic. The first I knew cryptocurrency, yes it's too complicated, but after I read more about cryptocurrency including how to make a new wallet, it's not complicated, and even, it's easy for me. You don't have to learn cryptocurrency too details like how to know the transaction process, how the mining run, what calculations that are used in the cryptocurrency because it will need time before you understand and besides that, it's more complicated than you can imagine. So you need to learn the basic of the cryptocurrency, and I think it's enough for you.

As we look forward for its used and the main purpose of its creation. As this new system innovations, we certainly think that crypto will serve as a big role for this new generation and it really yes. Thus, it needs time for new adopters to learn  the system and fully understand how it works, and what could be its possible used in the future. 

Only lazy people sees cryptocurrency as something while is easy to use and both that crypto is not lazy type. A friend of mine I actually introduced to the crypto currency scheme believed crypto is too complicated/broad but I later understand that he was too lazy to read, research and to understand what crypto currency entails.

There is a technical know how, that comes with every technology. I am not surprised that some are yet to know how house cryptocurrency. To masks it simpler, there are some advancing cryptocurrency projects that have now integrated smart card into their system, where transactions can be done using cryptocurrency ATMs.

I understand because we all started from the scratch, and i also don’t know the function of any coins or what before but if you are willing to learn more, then start to adopt and make a move for this. Cryptocurrency is easy to understand, easy to explain and its easy to use you just need open your eyes, and open your mind into new ideas and try to explore more this market.

I think it is not that difficult, the difficult part of transactions are not the blockchain or the cryptocurrency it is the system we buy and sell bitcoins for. If you have to go to your bank and tell them to send money to coinbase for example or even if you use online banking and need to send money to coinbase that is a whole lot of work that will make sure many people won't even use bitcoin, they will stop at the very first step.

Lets assume they managed to send money to coinbase than wait until coinbase credits them than they will have to buy bitcoin with the dollars they have in their account. Than find someones bitcoin address, go to coinbase say withdraw and than put the wallet address there and withdraw. That is a whole lot of work to just send bitcoin to someone. However, if you just simply make it qr to qr mobile payment type deal than it will be so easy that banks will never look back on their old systems.

I used to be afraid of the heavy weight of the blockchain, which needs to be constantly synchronized. But now I have everything in my phone, and there are no problems in using cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

Early computer systems were also complicated. 20 years ago we all had to know DOS to use a computer and then came much easier noob friendly systems like norton and windows. This is a really good comparison. Now everyone uses Windows (Bitcoin/Litecoin) and Linux (Etherum). Of course it took a while for the adoption to fully take cointrol(pun intended). It's not complete to use it, problem is that you can not use it for everyday basic life need purchasing. You can easily transfer funds from one place to another. Honestly when i hear people making a fuss about the complexity of cryptocurrencies i really don't understand. Making transactions in cryptocurrencies is not complicated as people claim it to be. You just have to commit yourself in learning how to do it and you will not have a  problem with it for the rest of your life. i got into this industry about a year now and currently i know my way round all the cryptosphere. Well i think that crypto is really not complicated. If we are going to look on the way on how crypto works maybe we can see that everything in crypto is not complicated. How much did you must pay a tax for one transaction moreover if you buy a stuff with many parties? I find the handling of cryptocurrencys not very difficult myself. It is not heavier or more complicated than a normal bank transfer. Yeah, maybe unfamiliar at first, but it fades. If I transfer money over a bank, I have to wait until the money reaches the recipient. This can sometimes take days and I don't have an overview of the progress of the transfer. So I don't see it as critical that I have to wait on the blockchain for a transfer. I can also see how far the transfer is advanced with cryptocurrencys. These are all points that speak for cryptocurrencys. Also there are light wallets for good crypto coins, where you don't even have to synchronize the complete blockchain. This makes handling crypto even easier.  :)

It is complicated but not too complicated, mostly younger guys are into it and older don't understand it, sometimes it is hard to understand all differences between pos, pow, dpos etc, i think it needs to be more practical and more understandable, may be needs more meet ups and more conferences.

You are wrong here. The technology behind it might be complex to understand, but the technology itself is quite easy and simple to use. When I joined the crypto space, everything looked like a joke or child's play but as I went further, I understood the concept more. I am an average person but I do not find paying through cryptocurrency difficult. It is very straightforward just like how you use credit cards or making online payments.

I have to agree with all this.  For the average person, its quite complicated.  Unless you only hold btc and the main other coins and keep it in say coinbase, could you imagine having to teach them how to use electrum or hardwallet wallet and these things have issues?
