I do not gamble very much only when there is a good betting line for the matches I like to watch. Makes the game more exciting.

About my gambling habits? No. But about the sports and teams that I would like place my bet on, sure. The more knowledge I gain, the more likely I will win on sports betting.

I don't gamble everyday, I just do that a few times a week and sometimes I just quit for like a few weeks and I'll be back after. It does not depend on time, because I'm just a sports gambler and I enjoy gambling on football mostly like in the weekend and betting in CL. Mostly, if I don't say "always", I gamble for fun a not for profit, I just want to entertain myself and having fun with my friends while we're gambling on football, it's not like something that brings addiction but it's really fun.

No need for a further and wide discussion about this because obviously gamblers, whether casual, regular or newbies, have different preferences.

When I realized I'm not winning on some dice and blackjack casinos, I end up stopping my gambling adventure. I do it only twice to once a week my fav NBA team is playing and some MMA fights which normally happen every weekend. The times that I only get to try dice again is when the dividends in my BETHASH account accumulated about 2-3 EOS, its unfortunate that I always lose there.

I don't gamble everyday and I can say that I'm still good being on that side. But, if I'm about to gamble everyday, I can manage myself and I can stop whenever I want. However, I don't want to confident that if that practice continues to happen everyday I might soon get addicted without noticing it.
Every addiction starts from telling ourselves being confident that we can control ourselves but it turns out that many can't once they're already attached into it.

I usually dip into dice every now and then, especially if there are nospecial cases to review or not much happening around my business. Saturdays is usually my off time and my time to relax and enjoy. I play dice for the fun and thrill for about an hour or so before moving on to some other things. And I no longer play huge amounts like what I did before. Just enough to make me enjoy an hour or so of wasting money in the site.

I'm glad I didn't turn out to be a chronic gambler. I'm pretty sure I'm on my way there a few years back but that one jackpot saved me from it all.

I gamble twice or thrice a week actually I don't have a specific time to gamble I just allocate time and small funds when I have free time and there's no interesting stuff that I will do online or any project that needs time, so I can say I'm a moderate gambler.

Just because you gamble everyday doesn't mean you are a gambling addict.

Most people gamble just as a form of entertainment and as long as they know their limits and they stick to them, they are not considered addicts whether they gamble once a week or 7 days a week.

Its the same with alcohol and other forms of addictions. There are people who drink everyday (Like Beer or Wine) and they are not addicts because it doesn't affect their daily life. They still work and maintain a good life. While there are others who are drunk all the time and can't drive, or go to work.

As long as its not affecting your life in a negative way then its not considered a problem then its not considered an addiction.

I stopped gambling because Im became addicted because I played everyday and the worst thing is that is twice or thrice a day. But now Im change my habit because that is not good.

I play only thrice a week because now I can handle my playing because I realized if I play everyday again Im going to lost a lot of money again but now Im control myself and I really like now gambling because when I reduce playing gambling mostly I earn more money now. It's our choice if we want to become addicted player or a player who who can knows have control his self.

for those who gamble everyday it is depend on how they are treating gambling,there are some people that playing daily because it was their routine but they are also discipline players,but others gamble as addicted already.

I used to gamble everyday win or lose, but there comes a time that I feel burn out playing and gambling offline and online casinos, plus that money that I lost. So I just stop playing all along and I just decided to stop for a week and then just gamble only when I feel like to. I'm no longer that addicted to it, and also I have change priorities in life and gambling is way below in my list.

I don't gamble every day because I don't want to become addicted. If we gamble every day, it is not easy to stop in the middle of the game because we can feel that the game can give more pleasure, and we might think about to win the money. I am not fully addicted because I can prevent myself from playing gambling. In playing gambling sometimes we are looking for fun and becomes hobby and addiction some of us will play gambling want to have some fun and extra earning but some of us cannot control our selves because of having too much excitement in playing gambling we did not monitor our situation and handle our emotions. I gamble casinos only once a week and that is done on weekends only when I am on vacation, but I don't want to be addicted to gambling and I just enjoy myself by gambling.

I used to gamble almost everyday back in 2017,
But I started to lessen it to once a week then once every 2 weeks until I only gamble when I have an extra money and I am bored.

It varies. I've recently taken on a more time-consuming job so I have had less time to gamble (and I've set aside more for sleep, lol), but generally I do find time to gamble whenever I can because it helps me take my attention away from some of the more negative things going on in my life and gambling allows me to unwind very easily. I set pretty strict limits for myself to how long I can gamble and how much I can gamble, though I usually don't hit those limits, and I haven't had any major problems with gambling in a long time, so I can stop whenever I want to.

I don't know if I am still in good condition or my dosage of doing gambling is good.
I do gambling while I am bored and at the same time has extra money. Please enlighten me if doing gambling while bored is totally fine or risky.

i work at home  ( online ) and after ive done some work , i take a break and i visit a gambling site to play  so basically i play every single day ( every hour and every minute  ) which lead me to become addicted  . i can feel the consequences now of becoming an addicted gambler   but before i were the ones that only give advice to others addicted gamblers   . now i can advice to my self and to others , is that we should not limit out time visiting a gambling site so that we cant end up on my situation  .

Obviously, if you did gamble everything then that is a sign that you're really addicted to gamble. So addiction to gambling is another whole discussion though. There could be members here who have been addicted by already chance their ways, but to be honest, a lot of addicts can't really accept that notion that they are really deep on their gambling activity.

My opinion is that gambling everyday will not be called as addiction. The extent of gambling is knowing your limits or spending. If you dont spend what you arent afford to then its not addiction. Gambling daily just for fun is good and stress buster.

I have no specific schedule to gamble, I do it anytime I wish, anytime I have some spare time as well as money. If I have no spare time and money, I wont gamble at all. I may gamble everyday, once a week, twice a week and I may not gamble at all for few weeks or months. All in all, I do not force myself to gamble as it depends on my real life situation in terms of time and financial condition.

That's correct playing gambling everyday is not resulting of being addicted as kong as you know your limits everything will be fine.
The addicted player playing everyday also but they do something different like spending all money they have and selling their they have so they can play more that's is really addicted because they can't control to play.

I used to gamble every day together with my coworkers. I don't enjoy the money that much on it, what I enjoy in the game and the time I spend with them. I was able to stop gambling without even a problem or having a hard time. The problem with addiction is not knowing your limits or exceeding what your limits or financial capability when gambling.

I guess you can call me a regular gambler if you count trading cryptocurrency as gambling. I have tried lottery & dice few times though. Trading is probably the only risky skill-based stuff I am involved in online. And I believe I can stop trading whenever I want without too much withdrawal issues. I don't think there is such a thing as periodic gambling anyway. Playing every day would already be some kind of addiction.

I play at least twice a week depending on the funds I have. There are times that I want to gamble but I consider my necessities first. I know the risks of gambling and there's no guarantee of winning all the time no matter what your strategy is so we shouldn't get addicted to it.

Very rarely used to gamble and most probably if I planned to gamble for my whole day I will always be in the sports betting platform which is more entertaining as well as best strategic game to make the money in gambling field.

Not that often. I know my limits whether to stop playing or to continue playing. But I don't really see gambling as a hobby but rather as an entertainment whenever I feel bored or nothing to do with extra money, I gamble. Maybe twice or thrice a month? I don't make time for gambling, only when there is time. I just don't really want to become so addicted in gambling because I know its consequences and I don't want to suffer also.

To be honest, I don't gamble at this time and I don't even know why, maybe because I should collect  more money and gambling does not help for that I would guess due to the losses are always occur and more than profit in my opinion. From my experiece, if you take  the gambling just a way of fun then you will probably win an acceptable amount of money but of course the strategies and luck  are important, and if you take it a way too seriously like a job  then you will lose your time and money, and you are going to be unfortunately obsessed.

To be honest, i only gamble in a online bitcoin casino for two or more times a week, especially if i have a vacant time at work. The only reason that I was able to quit gambling, is that I loss my high paying job, never had any money save because I spent it all in gambling. I seldom play fiat and some online lottery of my choice, because it made me out of fund when I get used to it. Actually there's no good effects on my social life if I drowned myself on gambling, particular on recovering those times that I failed to win.

I gamble when I feel so tired and stressed, it's my way to enjoy and have fun during leisure time. Actually, I don't allow myself to make it as a habit because I know that gambling is risky and there is a huge possibility that i'll just end up losing my funds. Hello! I didn’t know anything about the casino before, but then my friends suggested that I play and I got really involved.
But I play once every two to three weeks, when there is extra money! Because I am sure that the casino is not in order to make money, but in order to have fun. True, my boyfriend is worried. He says that I have an addiction and that it is illegal in Canada  :) But when I bought him a PlayStation to win, he didn’t refuse him!  :-\

I don't very often playing gambling in gambling site or at the casino because i only gamble when my friend or family just invites me to gamble or go with them. I can gamble at least 5 days a week, it's like working regularly in my office.
Well, I am not really spending hours in gambling as I usually gamble on sports, so 5 minutes is enough for me and then just wait or watch til the game is finish. Though I am gambling 5 days a week, i don't experience any problem doing that, since I learn discipline throughout the years of gambling.

I gamble when I have free time, which is couple times per week, maybe couple hours per session. Before I gambled a lot more, every day at least couple hours, sometimes more. I had gambling nights, I start in the evening and finish in the early morning, that were the times, with a lot of bonuses, a lot of money, now I am bit older, and I can say a bit smarter, so I have more control over my funds and I don't risk like I risked before.

I gamble for entertainment when I have free time. The purpose is to entertain myself. I do not see what I lost or the what amount I won. I gamble with small amounts so that I can play more time with less money. I never thought of gambling as a means of earning. I know there are many who make a good earning by gambling. I have never been addicted to gambling. When I think I've played a lot today, I stop playing. Gambling gives me another kind of thriller entertainment.

It's nice to know that you're not a full time gambler or should we use the term "addicted" in gambling, whatever, but if I am not mistaken, even if you don't gamble very often, it seems that you bet a lot when you are playin gambling when you find games or matches that pokes your interest out of your boredom, I hope that you are making the most of it because if you don't, I don't see it exciting anymore for you.

P.S: I don't gamble anymore, but I know how it feels when playing gambling, it's like the game is swallowing you all of the time because of too much excitement, both thrilling and fun.

The beauty of sports betting especially if you have good discipline if you know how to work with limitations and good dedications of both funds and time. It won't be a problem if you have a good attitude and you are capable of keeping yourself to follow the system that you've created.
Not a  huge gambler but I agree that it won't be a problem if you know to set your limitations and stick with your created strategy.

I often bet on sports betting, and it also depends on some big matches that I think they will win easily it is available every week so I sometimes bet every week.
in gambling, I'm good at controlling myself :) therefore for 4 years I gambled, I have never been destroyed.

Normally when I find something I would like to play and not because I force myself to play. I used to be a gambler and I was kinda of an addict but nowadays I do not feel like that anymore, I just don't get that feeling of "I have to" anymore and that resulted with less interest towards gambling yet I still know that its something fun to do as well.

So, instead of completely not playing, I just require a lot of entertainment and rush of adrenaline involved for me to play, which only happens if there is something new going on in a place that I normally gamble, any promotion, a bonus, a competition or anything like that, it makes me want to gamble a bit more to get all of that fun again like I used to get. Otherwise, its just a meaningless addiction.

I gamble before everytime i have money, like when the urge kicks in i gamble, i also don't have self control before, i will just keep gambling until my balance went zero even after profit, because of my greediness i lost 1000$ because of it, and that time bullrun was at the middle, after that i vowed to myself i will never touch gambling again.

It can be said that I gamble almost every day, but sometimes it's only 5-10 minutes, although it's more than that normally, and I have minimum one day per week completely without gambling. And, yes, I can stop any time I want, so, I'm not addicted. I must say, sometimes I make several bets after I decided to quit for the day, but they are small, I mean, really small, less than $0.5 all combined.

I think I do have one thing in common with addicted gamblers. Sometimes I feel like gambling is the best entertainment for me at that particular moment. But something like that doesn't happen often. Fortunately, I have many other things to entertain myself with, apart from gambling.

It's more than a month already since I bet (probably made some which I didn't noticed). But I am really a regular gambler, sometimes on dice sites and other casinos but mostly I am into sports betting. I missed it a lot and of course I will be back to normal once again. I bet daily but I cannot say I am addicted. Probably addicted if the term can also be used not in a negative way. I'd been gambling my whole life and I know my limitations well. There's a lot of fun and entertainment in gambling and as long as people are responsible enough, there is nothing wrong with it.

So far i havent able to gamble for a while since December or when lots of holidays recently because i have spent most of my money out of those days.
For now ive been saving for a while and prioritizing important things first before i do go back to gamble.We know that we do have lots of priorities in life
aside from playing.

- Premier league

- La Liga

- Serie A

- Portuguese League

- brazilian league

- Egypt league

I want to start following the French and German league.

Sometimes it happens to have games every day and I bet and follow those games every day.

Possibly addiction wouldn't get close to you because of this prior knowledge about gambling. Gambling has the ability and capacity to made a gambler and equally can destroy a gambler. Me per se, I don't gamble for money, I gamble for the purpose of fun but, sometimes my fun could yield  more fruitfulness in addition to what I put into the game to gamble.

Personally, I gamble most on every weekend because I love sports and always chance to gamble mostly when am at home with my friends. Although, my stakes are low types because of the risk involve in gambling.

Just the way you like soccer, it is in my blood and I love to watch the games as well as bet on my fav teams in Premier League and Serie A as I'm currently following these 2 only. As well, I also gamble on NBA matches sometimes when my mood is good and the team also looks strong after watching players' stats and condition in which they are playing. I'm not so addicted to gambling and can stop myself when I feel that enough is made and my goal is not so high, limiting yourself really helps and gains you a lot in the long run. :)

Often times I played gambling games occasionally due to busy days at work at my present job as an encoder of a private company. I haven't had any large timeframe to gamble my money at an extreme capacity of time. However, sometimes I do watch some of the previews of online games and I am now having some interest in some of the online games which are similar to other fiat gambling games that I usually played. I loved to see some of those dice and online lottery which was so amazing to watch.

Here in the forum, I like to test if there is a new one launched gambling platform because they usually have promotions just like faucets and giveaways. If a gambling platform that has a business here, I never doubt to participate. Because they know that people in the forum are very intelligent, so they dont do any shady movement.

You seem to be serious addicted to gambling and need help or you are just saying this randomly over here. Anyway, if you are really addicted and you release that you are indeed addicted and its harming your life, then try seeking help. Try talking to your friends and family about your problem. There are different institutions out there that can help you with your gambling addiction.
At least you realize that its harming you. If you have the urge of gambling, try playing on casino with virtual coins that has no value.

If it's about sports, I think it's not totally everyday but maybe I skip one or two days of not gambling and do it again the other day and vice versa. I am not totally addicted to gambling so I can still control my habit.

thats one good thing that we are learning from our past mistakes and we moved from Bad into best,forcing ourselves to gamble will surely bring failure or losses as we are all greed when it comes to gambling.

We have the same experience to end up zero balance after playing gambling, but we can also have a chance to stop to play the game before we lose all of our money. It will good for us if we still keep the rest of the balance for the other days, so we don't have to deposit more money to play gambling. When we use free money to play, don't forget to set the limit of the money to be used for playing gambling because if we don't do that, I am afraid that there is nothing left in our balance so that can make us use the other money to playing gambling in the other days.

Perhaps, we can make a plan on how much money we used to gamble so we can also make a plan to how much we need to deposit the money in a week just for playing gambling. But that is only if we already have a big plan for what we want to do with that money, so we still have free money to be used for playing gambling.

Back in 2015, I had a phase where I would gamble every weekends together with my brother. We both experienced wins and losses but I considered everything worth it due to the fact that we bonded as brothers. Currently, I already stopped gambling as it took a toll in my savings but I definitely felt the loss of resources at that time.

People who gamble everyday may suffer chronic addiction which can be destructive in the long-run given its effects to the individual and to his future. If he/she cannot simply put an end to this, he may require support and help from his peers or from his family members. Yes I am gambling everyday or sometimes twice a week but it depends on the time because I also doing some things in school and work and sometimes it is very hard for me to manage my time because I am a student and doint part time job and joining some bounties and signature campaigns so it is kind of hard to manage my time in terms of so many activities that I am doing.

Wow nice to see that only play gambling maximum two times because I play more than 2 times a week and even Im playing more than that I know when I stop playing and how much money i use and If I see that I used more than my budget I stop immediately and comeback another day or if I have extra money if I have free time to play gambling too. Lottery tickets are not actually completely something which might be consider as gambling. Do you think the house took advantage of them too? Speaking in terms of me, I gamble the time I receive my salary or payments. I spend 20% to 30% of my salary or earning into gambling just to watch some of the profits and I try to not pour excess amount of my funds into a single game. Gambling a lot myself, time-wise, I came to conclusion that even if you gamble just once a week, or once a months, you should never gamble more than 4 hours in a row. With gambling more than that you become exhausted instead of relaxed, and it's bad for you even if you don't lose much money along the way.

Playing gambling is okay if it is just a hobby but of it is already an addiction its a no for me. Coz when you are experiencing addiction in playing gambling, a lot of changes will occur most especially if you have too much time to play the more likely you will be an addict. Sometimes we don't really have that chance in gambling, it is just our imagination that lurks into our mind that builds our mindset that is more often the reason why we are losing so much in gambling. If you believe in your statement then why don't you just advice the losers to quit totally, like they said "practice make perfect" although for you to attain the perfection, you have to be practicing rightly and that's where gambling right comes into play. If you observe you're losing and have surpassed your daily capital limit then it's idea to quit for the day.

Gambling everyday is a bit hard to stop. I tried and experienced this before about 6-7 years from now and i don't want to go back anymore in that kind of situation because i lose all the money that i have and the worst thing is i have no personal money by that time so to say its my parents money and i learned from the time that i won big amount of money but in the end i've lose it all because of greediness to bring back the money i doubled and tripled with an almost 5 or 6 lossing streak until i left the table run out of money. I think there are no such betting markets, but it doesn't mean @Ucy's point is not a valid one. If you are a farmer, you are, inevitably, spending some money on your agricultural activities. So, basically, you are betting on the prices for your farm products to be high enough to make your business profitable. And when you hear a weather forecast, you are betting on it to be right, so that you wouldn't lose a part of your crop, because you weren't prepared for this or that weather conditions.

Since this topic is about time spent on gambling, I agree with @Ucy that one should focus more on "betting" on something related to his/her working life, and we should spend less time on betting on something we are not that familiar with.

My gaming frequency has lessened a lot quite lately. I would say this has happened because I have lessened my debts to almost zero. I remember when I was deep down to around $700 debt and so most of my earnings went to pay off the debt and hence I relied on gambling to quickly pay off the debts. But now when I can keep most of earnings to myself, it pains to gamble away what little I earn :P

I don't gamble often, I only do it whenever I have extra income and I make sure that I wouldn't be trapped by the desire of winning cause that may lead me to higher loss if unfortunate. i only play options nowadays using platform like usual but only at trade hour so i can predict correctly about the price.
From Monday to Friday i usually play 1 - 3 hrs a day, just to see if my prediction goes right or wrong. If it takes 4 loss then it stop loss for me.

I started gambling in my life in around 2013, at that time I used to gamble to earn my daily expenses, to tell you the truth, I was addicted to gambling.

I go home at 5, I can play but I am not really in front of my PC. I just let my bets on automatic, modify the settings for a strategy I want and just let it go on until I'm done to what I may be doing at the house. Though I stay in front of it for maybe 30 minutes to 1 hour after that, the boss will arrive at the house and I will not be able to be at that front since things can be thrown at you and that will be very dangerous.

I am not an active gambler but I used to play gamble before. i do gamble if I had an extra money for it because I am not into gamble since then I just want to try it. People would think that once you are gambling everyday you are already addicted, that is a wrong mentality, as long as you are in control you can do gamble all you want. Honestly, I am not into gambling because I dont have enough money to start it. You should try hard to stop playing when you win because you already know that if you continue playing gambling, you will lose all of the money, and you already have that experience. Gambling is an easiest way of earning money in the whole world so that many gambler are playing gambling everyday with a goal to win, but aside from that gambling may result to us an addicted because we don't control ourselves to play everyday because of our goal to earned a lot of money. Due to corona virus I haven't tried to gamble right now since our country is having a lockdown,
And I am saving some money for our food stock my family is my top priority right now and I think I couldn't waste any money right now since I really need it.

I often gamble, and i do that only on saturdays and any champions league or europa league mid weeks.
So its once in a week when theres no european mid week games, and twice in a week when there are european mid week games.

Gambling with spare fund is good cause it one of the notion of gambling profitable but gambling with spare fund doesnt save gambler from addicted because what save gamblers from addiction is having control on obes buzz.

Surely it's not good at all because you never know if you going to win or lose so don't put yourself in risk and only gamble when having your own amount and your own money. Before I do not play much but now mostly friday night. I just play a house gambling with my friends if we do not have office work on the next day.
