I have won over 30,000 dollars at Jetwin casino online over the last 2 days. I have broken it down into about 13 different withdrawals they paid 1 withdrawal the very smallest 1 yesterday for 250 bux. They have responded a couple times but I dont know what to do. Does anyone have a contact number for them or can you help me

Move this to scam accusations or reputation. Are they explicitly saying they won't process your withdrawal or do they request something like KYC details? Some casino have this KYC card afaik.

30,000$ is a large amount, perhaps you started sounding the alarm early.
But nevertheless, if you want someone to help you here, first provide evidence of your story.

I realize the last 3 withdrawals were from today but the rest were from 2 days ago and all they keep saying is that it takes 24 to 48 hours to process a withdrawal but i play here all the time and they have never taken longer than 1 day to process anything and they did process 1 for 250 dollars the day i did the withdrawal.

I don't know them as a casino , but I will give you some general info regarding the email they sent you . Usually in case of large wins etc,  they need to verify the wins with their game providers ,  this is pretty standard stuff , bigger casinos as Fortunejack etc do this aswell , and sometimes it takes  a few days , basically they're checking if you somehow cheated or abused the software ( which probably you didn't) .

So try not to panic too much ,  as this is something standard .   But I'm pretty sure they'll probably ask you for KYC aswell soon enough , so you need to be ready to pass this verification aswell.

I dont know what kyc is but i have identification if thats what you mean where else can i complain about this so that i can get the word out they have always paid me before but its never been this much its like every game i played was hitting. I dont know what to do

KYC means know your customer ,  which means you might need to send some identification documents .   But from what you said it's not the case so far .
Read again what I wrote , it's standard to be delayed a bit , they are waiting for the game providers green light  ( Basically Jetwin casino doesn't own the slots u played at , they get permission to have them on their casino from the game providers)   so I'll tell you again , don't panic :D , I'm pretty sure it will be fine once the verification comes back from the game providers.

Jetwin casino just sent me a message i will copy and paste it here instructing me to contact MichaelJet on telegram and he proceeded to try and extort me for .2 bitcoins saying that i will not get my money until i pay the .2. I do not have .2 bitcoin i instructed him to take it out of my winnings and he said that was not possible...... I think i have lost the war and i just feel hopeless. IS there anything i can do???

Finding your telegram messages and checking twitter account is nothing @AlexSimion is already give you details answer please wait with patience as they will verify from game provider hopefully they will issue your funds sadly no one from jetwin available for any reply or update here on this forum so wait and watch for next few days its better for you.

I have no problem doing kyc but that's not what the people from the email are asking me that's just what the guy from the telegram is asking me I don't really know much about any of this but I will post the email pictures and the other that I have from jetwin and my name is kristyn keese. Just read a whole thread and action from @OP, here what's my thought about the @OP action:

• Did they give you an explanation of the reason why they locked or cancel the withdrawal activity of your account?
• Can you doing KYC first on the website provide all your document about ID/PASSPORT, then other supported document for your KYC to see the next things after the KYC
• Always contacted them via email first, do not chat via other resources.
• You can't tipe they money to cash out your money, the business not work like that's (Did you thing, the real live casino will let you withdrawal if you win and tips them but you are using stealing money from one of the victim casinos?)
• Never trust anybody who offering you can solve this problem by transferring some money, could be a scam attempt.
• Try not to push and yelling to them first, cause its not solved anything.

Try follow their procedure not making your own procedure, upload the data on the website provide what's they need.

No they never locked my account I can still go in and play on it but when I won 4000 back in may I ask them about all this and they said they never do kyc things so I do have documentation to show that I am who I am I don't have a passport I have my ID I have my birth certificate I have my lease agreement but I do not have a passport and they haven't formally asked me for a kyc stuff they sent me to the telegram guy who proceeded to cuss me out he asked for kyc but the actual jetwin Casino did not

Reading their T&C, I don't really like this part:
When someone winning a big money and withdrawal with a huge fund, they can be canceled and used this reason to make a delay of your withdrawal transaction. Also, based on their statement T&C they will check the result again? WTF, In this statement so they did not believe the system they make for the game result.

A casino holding or make a delay transaction when someone winning a big money not really new, the problem its which casino you re used. If you using a reputable or good casino this kind of problem can be solved with the help of forum. But for this problem, everyone not really aware about the casino and they not making any statement at all outside their website like this forum.

This will be hard to solved, also could be you can't really withdrawal the money from them.

With that desperate message, you give room to more scammers take advantage of you.
I don't think anyone can help your case but the casino itself, but that's just my two cents.

If this was in there T&C before you then your only option to wait for them to verify the result of your game. Usually casino hold funds if there is some error in there system that result on a big winnings. 30,000 is not that big amount, I play more than that in a casino and I can freely cash in and out without a problem. Simply if OP didn't cheat or encounter any glitch on the game then he will surely get his winnings.

Many cheaters are using forum scam accusation board just to gain support here and pressure casino to pay them or else there reputation will be tainted. I really wish the Jetwin representative will step up here and explain everything.

Look at my screenshots on Twitter jetwin support gave me that telegram it's the same email that I use when they gave me 1,500 extra loyalty points for a mess up on one of my deposit it's the same people they have decided to straight up steal my money 2 times they giving me that Telegram notice they are not going to give me my money it has been a week almost since I did my first withdrawal they're not going to give it to me

Can you provide that actual screenshot? You just copy & paste the message. We need the screenshot to verify that it was really for Jetwin official account. You can upload picture on imgur.com/upload then copy&paste the link here so that will be viewable. The way they handle customer query is a bit not professional. They should only contact you through official account that declared on there website and not through redirecting to random telegram account.

I posted more than just the 1 screen shot there is alot in this imgur I wish I would have thought about imgur before u paid .0027 for a copper membership lol. I am a little embarrased at the way I spoke to them when I demanded loyalty points for the deposit issues I was having but they made those issues right and credited my account with the loyalty points . Whoever you're talking with in Telegram is definitely a scammer. Glad you didn't pay them anything. I don't really understand how you got their Telegram name, but there's no way they actually work for the casino.

Just keep at it with contacting their main email support and try not to blow up at them. Although I can understand that it must be aggravating and I would be pissed off too.

While there's only a slight chance it will increase your chances of getting your funds back, it will serve to warn others about what happened and make people that find them through this forum think twice before depositing there.

I dunno. Its weird that someone from the casino would redirect her to Telegram. Potentially she received a spoofed email that only looks like it actually came from Jetwin. The way the person is talking on Telegram makes it seem like some lowlife scammer and not an official representative of any company; certainly not one that has been in business since 2013.

A big giveaway that its a scam Telegram account is the way that they spell the casino name. Casinos never misspell their own names:

Notice their name is Jet Win and not "Jetwin," which is the actual spelling of the casino name. Likely somebody just saw this thread with her email address in it and sent her an email trying to trick her into sending them BTC on Telegram.


Well, its Saturday. I would give them until Monday evening to get back to you. Try not to be too coarse with them -- that's not going to help your situation. Just keep in contact with them and hold out hope that your situation might still get resolved.

As far as other casinos go, I have to be honest with you: you really struck a once-in-a-lifetime win here and the chances that you will see these winnings on slots ever again are pretty small. There are other decent casinos out there but if I were you I would hold off on sending any more money to them until you know for sure the outcome of this scenario. You opened this thread 3 days ago -- the issue could take up to a week to actually resolve.

Scammers will not compromised if they scam you they are going to scam you totally, I'm sorry to tell you that you have lost your money and there's no way of getting back your money but this thread is going to be a big warning to do your own research when choosing a platform to play.

The email shows that it was sent by the official support email declared on the website. The way the TG account extort OP is a criminal offense tho.  Jetwin is acting very shady. There bitcointalk account was offline since June 24. I believe somethings wrong with them.

So I contacted their guy on telegram , and unfortunately didn't get a chance to screen shot the coversation , because the guy deleted everything fast , he indeed is part of the jetwin team , and pretty much it went like this :    Hi are you seriously gona ignore  this situation ( sent link to this  thread) ,   he tells me everyone can make a public accusation  , that it's fake , I said fine but the guy literally has the chat conversation with you were you ask him to send to you 2000 $ to process his withdrawals  ,   then he proceeds to calling me a stupid child , that he makes more money , pays more taxes than I ever did ,  he suggests me I find a job , and pretty much that I should fuck off.


So yeah , pretty sure that Jetwin , and their manager are scamming you .

Yeah I remembered from my wickr account that you can make a whole conversation disappear if you want so I made sure that I screenshotted everything as it was being said I think I missed a bunch of them at the end because it was just talking shit but yeah I'm trying to reason with them and offer them half the winnings if they just cash it out but I've gotten no response

From what I see they have an U.S based address  and a phone number , first you should try calling that U.S number , and second you should really consider reporting them to the authorities , there is 0 reason for you to give them half the winnings , and they most likely won't do it as they can simply keep  the 30 k $ .  So your best option in this case would be to contact the authorities and report them , aswell as that telegram manager for extortion.

When you call the u.s. number it goes to some Google Voice thing talking about privacy Guardian it is not jetwin I'd even left a message it's not real somebody contacted or did some research for me and found out that they are in karako or something and are not subject to any American laws

Glad that you opened a thread about Jetwin here, the telegram could be a trap, if you decide to talk via telegram be sure you will not give in if they want you to deposit again, scammers are heartless they will try to scam you many times until you figure out hat they are indeed scammers, if you cannot get your money out it's the end of their business anyway, the money is quite big to be ignored.

This is by far the worst birthday of my life. the telegram guy tried to extort me said he would buy my debt with the casino for $15,000 if I just let him into my account I told him he was smoking crack and I took insult to the thought that I would do that he's got to think I'm a dumbass I mean I know I'm a dumbass in a lot of ways but man that's just an insult for him to think I would ever give him my login information. Everything is correct. Conduct correspondence only where you can really be sure that you are conducting it with Jetwin's representatives.
If they decide not to pay you money, their reputation will be tarnished. In this case, it will be important that as many people as possible find out about this, I am sure they realize this and will not do stupid things.

This person definitely doesn't work for Jetwin.

If they did, why would they ask for login information -- of course they would already have it.

Bitvest and 777COIN have zero complaints and has an ongoing signature campaign for over a year now they are on eof the old and trusted gambling site now if you have been in Bitcointalk you will be aware of this because many members are wearing Bitvest and 777Coin signature code.

I don't see the problem with people recommending casinos in this instance even if they are wearing their sig.

Jetwin deserves a flag for warning on potential user from them. I will be giving them chance until Monday to explain there side. Until now, They still ignore my email about this subject matter and based on OP screenshot, They clearly doing some exit scam by extorting him before they release the fund. Its so sad that many casino are starting to turn into scam during this pandemic.

Yes I am sure I'm talking to the right jetwin support email because its the same email that sent me the 1500 loyalty points when they messed up on one of my deposits so I know it's the same email as the actual jetwi n casino I have received no response the deadline has come and gone and my account is still open with $25000 still on hold these people stole from me and I'm just broken-hearted about it I want them off the Internet I want my winnings I don't know what to do

OP has laid down all the evidence he have against the accusation but Jetwin does not respond yet.
