Post by: himikk on August 02, 2014, 03:51:45 PM
### HASH-TO-COINS pool official announcement ###

Hello everyone, I would like to introduce you to a new mining multipool: http://hash-to-coins.com (http://hash-to-coins.com)

Hash-To-Coins has many great features, which include:

  • One port for all coins! Just point your miners here --> stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:3333
  • Choose currency and autoswitching separately for each worker (see example below)
  • PROP payouts (currently with a 0% fee!)
  • 1% earnings on all referrals with our referral system
  • Clear mining info (see example below)
  • Smooth currency switching (no missed jobs during switchover on large ASICs)

  • Example of the worker setup page:
https://hash-to-coins.com/site_assets/bootstrap/img/h2c_workers_setup.png

  • Example of our mining info:

New pool design
Also new features added:
    - ability to exclude coins from autoswitch (very experimental, see wallets page)
    - coin network detailed info by click on coin icon

Stratum backend reworked:
    - more effective hashing power utilization

Stratum chenges:
    - added new port 4444 with manual difficulty adjust from 1024 to infinity, default 8192
diff on 4444 can be set by pass 'd=YOUR_DIFF' as worker password

I have been using hash-to-coins.com for about 30 days and here's why I like them:

1.  The interface is easy to use.  You just click which coins you want to mine for each individual worker (on one screen).  Or you can choose the auto-switch and let the math do the work.  I typically put it in auto-pilot at night and pick my own coins during the day.

2.  Your mined coins are not converted into LTC or BTC.  They stay in their native coin.  I like this because I enjoy trading them on Cryptsy, etc. in hopes of a higher return.  I've found to get a much better return (with a little work or fun) than just using a typical multi pool that automatically trades them for you -- many times at not the best price.

3.  There are no fees -- although I'm donating 2% right now.  I mean that is the least one could do to help pay for the pool operator's expenses?

4.  There are a wide variety of coins (with various difficulties) that are solid -- not rare obscure coins.  So it works well for those who have 90 mh/s miners and those that might be mining with just 1 mh/s.  I have several machines in all ranges - so I mine the hard coins with the A2's (90 mh/s) and the easier coins with my Zeusminers (10, 20, 40 mh/s).

5.  Payouts are pretty much automatic (if you want them to be).  You can manually withdrawal or set to pay to your wallet once you hit a certain threshold (on a coin by coin basis).

6.  The Pool operator is responsive.  I was having a problem with Lotto coin paying to Cryptsy and he provided a whole spreadsheet of every single withdrawal.  That was really nice.

7.  No down-time.  At least I have not experienced any myself.

8.  Good simple stats.  It will list all of the coins -- their difficulties, trading value from multiple exchanges, net hash, pool hash and their profit based on LTC.  This makes it easy to choose coins to mine at the right time.

I've tried a bunch of different pools for bitcoin mining and altcoin mining and I'm impressed with hash-to-coins.  There's nothing else like it.

At this point, I feel that if you are going to make any money - you need to mine something else besides LTC or BTC.  Their are so many other coins that trade at better prices for the same amount of hashing (if you are willing to trade them yourself).

Finally - this pool makes mining fun again.  I guess some people just want to run their machines and forget about them.  For me - I want to have some involvement and have some fun.

I'm not trying to be an affiliate and don't know the pool operator personally.  I have no real stake in this pool -- just wanted to provide an unbiased review of the pool and help the operator in some way (as I want it to be around for a while)!

I hope you have as much success with hash-to-coins.com and fun as I currently do.   :)

it seems pretty good so far.  crashed itself on me a few times while updating my wallet addreses, and my I phone hates it.overall though happy for now.
ill post back with findings on the returns.

Curious - what do you mean it crashed on you when updating your wallet?  Never had it crash my Safari browser on my iMac.

I constantly use the site on my iPhone 6 without issue.  Formatting may be a little off, but that is typical for a lot of sites.

The pool operator just added two more coins to the site -- love the extra choices.

Title: Re: [ANN][POOL] HASH-TO-COINS
Post by: boostbus on October 12, 2014, 02:44:05 PM
It made my ipad shut safari down on several occasions and also on my phone I'm on iPhone 4s.
As a whole though I'm pretty pleased with it all. There's a nicer selection of coins than on some of the other big pools. It's just a shame they're not all traded. On cryptsy. So need a few different trading accounts.

Can anyone recommend a exchange for aricoin.

Also does anybody know a good place to find out upto date coin info. I'm not sure places like coinwarz are always on the ball

Perfect review, I agree in all points. Awesome pool. Some more low diff coins (for the same reasons as hdmediaservices wrote) and merge mining would be cool additions.

Anyone else having issues with BTM coin being confirmed on Hash-to-Coins?  I have like 24 BTM that has been in unconfirmed state for over a week.

Thanks for any help.

BTM blockchain seems hangs.
Waiting for clarification from the developers of the coin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=660544.msg9229433#msg9229433

Title: Re: [ANN][POOL] HASH-TO-COINS
Post by: hdmediaservices on October 21, 2014, 03:02:15 AM
Hi Miners -- you might want to watch out when mining ANC, as evidently the block chain is broken.

Here is what Cryptex says:

"The ANC blockchain is broken Transactions are not confirming. Deposits and withdraws are at your own risk that they probably wont be received, we are monitoring the ANC BCT thread, for any news, and will update our wallet should one be made available."

Looks like the pool still has ANC in their "Autoswitch."  It says the "Profit over LTC" is like 300%+ -- but I'm not sure how you would trade it since there are no buyers on Cryptex right now.

Maybe someone knows more about this?  I believe ANC (Anoncoin) was supposed to have a hard fork by October 15th -- looks like that hasn't happened yet.

The profitability of mining this coin sure looks tempting…  but many questions???

Title: Re: [ANN][POOL] HASH-TO-COINS

is the anc coin still down because the pool is still mining it

Title: Re: [ANN][POOL] HASH-TO-COINS
Post by: hdmediaservices on October 24, 2014, 12:22:46 AM
Looks like you can still mine ANC -- but it may be difficult to sell it (and the pricing is dropping fast).  Cryptex has very few buyers -- at a low price.  Cryptsy has more buyers, but I think it is difficult getting any coin into their wallets.  Getting ANC out of Cryptsy is almost impossible.

Miner beware!

Does anybody with iphone4s have their browser crash when entering the miners page on the pool. Does it every time with me. Have to go to my office PC if I want to change anything.

Right now the exchange Cryptex seems to be down.  This is what Hash-to-Coins pool uses for ARI coin pricing.

Anyone know the status?  I'm not sure who else trades ARI coin.

Lot of people mining ARI right now (over 900Mh).  I would hate to see all of that go down the drain…

Hopefully this is temporary - but there is no status report in their twitter feed.  EEK!

I was able to get into Cryptex by going to:  https://162.255.116.197

I pulled everything out.

Anyone notice the 8-10 Gh/s spike that this pool had on "42 coin?"  It sent the difficulty sky high and then they left.

I wonder who was behind this?  Typically this pool averages 4000 Mh/s to 6000 Mh/s -- but it was at 15000 Mh/s at about 4pm Pacific time (12/5/14).

Would one consider this an attack on the coin?

I am trying to contact with this miner. Seems like he forgot to set up autoswitch.
Really awesome speed (7 to 9 GHash/sec) generated by single miner.

Everyone should make note:

1.  Cryptex has closed down -- which was the only exchange that was trading ARI and had functional ANC support (unless you know of any others?)  They are letting everyone withdrawal their coins (which is nice)

2.  ANC - cannot be deposited or withdrawn from Cryptsy -- and Brittrex has "disabled" this coin (whatever that means) -- does anyone know where to trade ANC?  I believe ANC is still in the "Multipool" switch on this pool - so beware.  You don't want to waste your hash on a coin you can't trade.

1. There are two other working(?) exchange from official ARI thread:
    https://empoex.com/trade/ARI-BTC
    https://betasharex.com/trade/ARI/BTC

2. I disable ANC quotes load from Bittrex.

Title: Re: [ANN][POOL] HASH-TO-COINS
Post by: hdmediaservices on December 14, 2014, 07:14:50 PM

For the many that have been mining ARI coin on this pool -- it is kind of a blow for Cryptex to close down (as it was trading at a decent price).  The other two exchanges don't have much activity for this coin right now.  Betasharex exchange only has buy orders in for .00000016 BTC each (1/4 of what it was trading for on Cryptex).

If you haven't already -- it might help if you vote for ARI coin to be listed on Cryptsy -- it is free to do so if you have a Cryptsy account.

The link is at:  http://cryptsy.com/coinvotes (just be logged into your account first)

Hopefully we can make ARI coin worth mining again!

(BTW -- I'm not affiliated with ARI coin or Hash-to-Coin pool.  I just want to mine this profitable coin again!)

ARI can be traded at https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/1142 . But it's a new exchange and doesn't have volume yet.

ANC can be traded at https://cex.io If you like em or not is, of course, up to you.

NICE! - SONG coin was just added to the pool.  It resets difficulty every 3.5 days -- so it is paying easily 160% or more over LTC right now.

Get it while it is hot!  You can trade it pretty fast at C-Cex.

Hmm - someone doesn't want this pool to do well.  Could it have anything to do with the Song coin being added yesterday?

It was crazy as the coin changes difficulty every 3.5 days -- so it paid very well yesterday.  Then it hit that 3.5 day reset mark and the difficulty went sky high -- I guess for another 3.5 days?

Ok - odd - pool goes down the same time that SONG coin is making 230%+ over LTC.

This happened last time too.

(Edit -- Pool operator got everything back up again quickly!)

I set my A2 Terminators to the 8192 difficulty and it goes up to 16384.

On another note -- I just want to thank the pool operator for running such an efficient, quick and honest pool.  Hash-to-Coins is by far the best pool I've ever used.

This is especially true if you are mining 42 coin -- most other pools give you a ton of orphans -- but on hash-to-coins it is very minimal.

I hope everyone is donating at least a small percentage to this pool, as he is really dedicated to it and responds very quickly to issues.

Keep up the great work!

Stellarcoin and Starcoin have identical tag STR. You should always check full coin name.
I recommend you to use a Cryptsy as Starcoin exchange.

Your pool says Starcoin STR is on bittrex. Starcoin is NOT on bittrex.
Somehow the pool sees STR on bittrex and thinks it's starcoin where it is stellar.
See if you can fix this.

A few minutes ago it was showing 8000% over LTC

Pleased to announce new clear pool design.

Also new features added:

Stratum backend reworked:
    - more effective hashing power utilization
    - optimization for coins with low block time (42, DGB, etc)
    - optimizations for KNC miners support

I would be grateful if the KNC Titan owners will test changes.

As many of you know, Cryptsy has had issues with payment withdrawals lately and some people have had their wallet addresses changed without them knowing.  They also halted a lot of trading with deposits yesterday until they could fix their issues.

I believe the pool operator temporarily disabled payouts to insure that Cryptsy users did not lose any of their coins sent from the pool.  It was also a pre-caution to insure that this problem was isolated with Cryptsy only and not the actual pool.

The pool owner is very honest and might be hard to reach at this moment due to traveling, but do not worry -- this should get straightened out shortly!

I would recommend that everyone change their passwords and pins.  Also -- double check your alt coin wallet addresses (especially those used with Cryptsy).

I had several wallet addresses get changed by Cryptsy (without notice) -- but luckily no coins were sent to the old addresses on Cryptsy (due to the payments being temporarily suspended).

It appears Cryptsy is still having issues (according to their Twitter feed) -- so the payouts probably will be suspended until we all know that Cryptsy is ok.

The Goldcoin (GLD) Developers have just released a mandatory client update.

This patch introduces our new difficulty algorithm called "Golden River". Golden River is an innovative difficulty adjustment that rapidly adjusts to fluctuations in hashing power. You must update your client before block 253000 in order to remain compatible with the network.

Please update now! http://www.gldcoin.com/get-started/

insane amount of orphaned blocks for goldcoin, i count 26 since 8/08 started
have pulled all hashing from here till this gets sorted

never mind i read the goldcoin thread and the massive amount of orphans is built into there new algo
more fluctuations in the hash rate causes more orphans
i will not be mining this coin anymore

Hey there  :),
i have some trouble with the H2C payout system...

I get no accepted transactions since 4am on Goldcoin (GLD) but I'm still mining on and your pool accept the shares.
In my Deposit are 13 Coins left, auto payout threshold is 5 Coins... Still waiting for Payout.... (Manual Payout doesn't work either)
Are there any Blockchain problems?

Titan's settings are:

#skipcbcheck (also tried without this)

  "scrypt-n": 10,
  "failover-switch-delay": 30,
  "request-diff": 8192

I've tried both port 3333 and 4444 with a difficulty of 8192 specified.

The issue was "request-diff": 8192. Removing it allows me to connect to your pool. Guess it's a bug with your stratum implementation, first time I run into this issue.

This is strange. Stratum tested include using of the KNC Titan.
Can you help me to find out what could be the problem? I pm you details.

P.S. Custom difficulty can be selected only on port 4444

UPD
I know what happened.
Stratum disconnect worker on using BFGMiner cistom stratum protocol extention mining.suggest_target (option --request-diff)

I am getting 30% of what I should get on this pool.
Other pools give me around 90%

Based on coinwarz I expect 136 GLD coins in 24 hours.
Based on hash to coins is 132 GLD. Ok no big deal there.
Around 130 coins per day is 5.4 coins per hour. Instead of that, I got 5.5 coins in 3 hours.
If we consider h2c has more than 95% of the hashrate, WHERE ARE MY COINS?

Also I was not mining in h2c pool for 2 months and almost all of my coins disappeared from my account.

If you enable auto switching then yes each coin manually. But you can just keep it minning on one coin.

Currently there is no auto-exchange to BTC, you have to handle the exchange yourself on a coin by coin basis.

Also, before the page went down TIPS was up in 416% profit over LTC, could that be true or just an error?

Have you looked at hosting the pool on a HA/FT HW config? Perhaps vmware esxi (which migrates your running VMs if a HW failure occues) or AWS?

FROM HTC:

Tonight pool was down because of server failure. Storage system completely broken and I restore pool from daily backup. This take some time because I need to compile and synchronise every pool wallet. Good news - all transaction and mined block until failure are saved. Sorry for inconvenience.

I can just repeat pool message:
Storage system completely broken and I restore pool from daily backup. This take some time because I need to compile and synchronise every pool wallet (~40 coins)
Think it takes 2-4 days to restore all coins. ADCN, ANC, AUR, CNC, DOT, EAC, GAME, LTB, LTC, NLG, NOTE, NVC, WBB is ready, others on the way.

Pools seems to work just fine.
Since im new to the pool i dont know if this is something caused by the crash or if it has always been like that.
But when i put on "auto" it usually just mines a few coins even if several have higher exchange rate.

The TIPS* coins are not part of the roration. As to why, you would have to ask the pool. They have a support system for Q&A

Switching algo in not so simple. We can't mine coin with network hashrate twice lower than pool switching power (that network can't utilise hashrate efficiently or we can fork coin) as well as we can't mine coins like LTC with huge round time because you can grow old waiting for the block.
Also some coins like TIPS_BTER are very unstable because of frequent attacks.

Thanx for adding goldcoins. I had problems minnning them some time ago. Either low hasrates on pools, or orphans. Also nice addition about Luna's. BTW ELS is scam coin, that probably can be soon rotated out :) Same as LTC which noone mines.

Nice feature to add would be - Choose coins you want for Auto-switch. So idea is that user can decide between which coins he wishes to autoswitch. So you don't end with 20 coins each 30 cents worth and now have to send each of them to diff. exchange. So user could choose to mine let's say LUNA/GAME/TIPS/DGB/WBB and thus auto swticher would only switch between these coins.

Possibly dumb question. But "submit stale shares" leave it on? Turn it off? I notice a bunch of them after a block is found. If there's no earnings in it, then no point submitting them. But I just wanted to check how the pool actually calculates for them.

(And if it's "Nope, don't need them", telling people to turn it off might reduce a % of your bandwidth?)

Pool rejects all stale shares so you can disable "submit stale shares" option.
Stale shares is a very small part of the traffic but anyway thank for worrying about pool bandwidth.

P.S. What hardware and settings you use? Maybe you need to use lower diff settings?

Quick question, if I;m 10% of the pool's hash rate and the rewards are 25, shouldnt I be getting about 2.50 a transaction when a block is found?  Why am I getting half of that?

Thanks for the help

The reward depends on the ratio of the shares you solve to the shares of the other users, and not on the speed at the time of the block.

Not sure that you can compare Nicehash and H2C autoswitch because they are completely different.
Pool currently has no fees, miners can donate a percentage of their earnings at will.

Yes you can, and you can start here (https://hash-to-coins.com/index.php?page=gettingstarted) (link) for set up.

Basic steps are:
  • Create account.
  • Set up a worker and specify if you want to auto switch to the most profitable coin or select which coin you want to mine.
  • Input your wallet addresses for payout.
  • Input pool name on L3+ cgminer page: stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:3333, worker: [your worker name], pw: [your password]

The best way is manually select coins with block time > 60 sec (NOVA, GAME etc), but autoswitch also work tolerably well.
Ensure using 5555 port.

Question about mining on H2C. I set one of my workers for LTC, but the round progress is at 500+%. Shouldn't it goto 100% then drop back to 0% and start again? Is there something that is stuck? I haven't seen anything on LTC in my transactions.

Title: Re: [ANN][POOL] HASH-TO-COINS
Post by: kurbeks on June 24, 2017, 03:47:42 PM
No it means that pool has done 5x more work trying to solve a block (and still haven't solved) than it should have on average. So this time pool is "unlucky". Once block is found percentage will go to 0%. If you wanna mine LTC there are better pools for that. But there are more profitable coins on H2C than LTC.

No it means that pool has done 5x more work trying to solve a block (and still haven't solved) than it should have on average. So this time pool is "unlucky". Once block is found percentage will go to 0%. If you wanna mine LTC there are better pools for that. But there are more profitable coins on H2C than LTC.

Thanks. I'll just mine the other coins.

Not sure what do you mean. If it about autoswitch, it changes coin every 15 minutes.

To use it just set "autoswitch" option enabled for your miner and pool will select must profitable coin.
You can use autoswitch with any hash rental services include nicehash.

Hi himikk, i plan to use your pool in the next days for some bitmains L3+, i have a question what stratum is better to use

stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:3333

or the optimized for KNC Titan ASICs
stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:5555/#skipcbcheck

Thanks in advance. :)

API still incomplete, you can only see account info and configure workers with it:

https://hash-to-coins.com/index.php?page=api&action=getuserhashrate&api_key=_USER_API_KEY_
https://hash-to-coins.com/index.php?page=api&action=getuserworkersinfo&api_key=_USER_API_KEY_
https://hash-to-coins.com/index.php?page=api&action=getuserbalances&api_key=_USER_API_KEY_
https://hash-to-coins.com/index.php?page=api&action=getnetworksinfo&api_key=_USER_API_KEY_
https://hash-to-coins.com/index.php?page=api&action=setworkercurrency&api_key=_USER_API_KEY_&worker=_WORKER_NAME_&coin=_COIN_TAG_

The only way to automate withdrawals is set up autopayout by a threshold

I am a newbie... Need answers to some questions here please

1.Can you make a youtube video on how to use your website in conjunction with Nicehash.com?
2.What to put in username and password on Nicehash while buying some hashpower on rent from someone?
3.What is automatic switching? Do you switch the mining of coins according to the difficulty or according to the profitability?

Can you show a filled up form of Nicehash here or pm me please? I am big investor and I can buy huge mining power if I understand this well.

Hi,

1. This is the first request on the video tutorial. If I receive a few more I made it.
2. This pool is similar to others in terms of passwords/logins. As the login, the full name of your worker (through the point), the password on this pool is not important, you can enter anything.
3. Automatic switching select next coin by several parameters first of them is coin profitability, but pool also checking pool/coin hashpower rate and estimate block finding time.

Hi,

1. Check you coins settings. Autoswitch may not work if you have too many coins excluded from it.
When pool switch workers to the next coins and this coin mark you as excluded, then pool just ignore your worker and it continues to mine current coin.
2. Currently, you can reach diff < 1024 only if vardiff algorithm set it for you. I can reduce the lower diff limit on 3333 port if you explain why do you need it.

I can't seem to get cgminer to work with hash-to-coins. On their getting started page, they list 3 URLs. I've tried all three, but it doesn't matter what I put in, it just says "URL stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:3333 failed alive testing, reinput details".

So then I tried creating a .BAT file using "cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:3333 -u worker.name -p worker.password" but it said that --scrypt was an unrecognized option, so I took one of the dashes out. After that it just says:

Started cgminer 4.10.0
No devices detected!
Waiting for USB hotplug devices or press q to quit

Other people seem to be able to use hash-to-coins just fine, so I'm not sure what the issue is. If cgminer is just broken, is there another miner that supports LINDA coin?

I'm using an NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti, and I heard back from hash-to-coins about the cgminer version and they suggested I used CudaMiner. I was able to successfully connect to the pool, but then it crashed because it failed to call various files located in D:/Christian/Documents/Visual Studio 2010/Projects/CudaMiner/salsa_kernel.cu

So there seems to be  problem with CudaMiner, and it's not using relative path names. I just don't know where I need to go to change the path of the files it's looking for.

It does not show which coin it switches to in that worker-view once you activated it.
You can see it on the main page where it shows your hashrate on the specific coin.
Sometimes it shows an error in the workers-pane on the upper left for me when i update workers.
Then i just click it a second time to save.

The ones sub 200 of coinmarkectap.com might be a good idea. The coins are hard to get rid of if the cap is very small.
They are profitable for a few minutes and you end up with worth of around 50 cent. To trade at bittrex you need 15 $ of them.

I have 2 questions first one I asked many times that why can't you add bitconnect to your mining pool and second is that about affiliate program you are giving 1 % of the income from the refered person if you are not charging any fees what is your source of income and how will you give 1 % and also cover the cost of servers and maintenance and the opportunity cost of your time

1. BCC was added today
2. 1% charged from referred account
3. pool lives mostly on donations

should I be concerned about the difficulty if both were L3+ ?
ok, if I understand difficultly correctly ... how high do we want L3+ mining difficulty to be for 'optimal shares' ?

Thank you. I wonder why 10 million are available for 20 million total coins. How do they come to exist without mining? Stats are here https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/vtr/overview/BTC (https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/vtr/overview/BTC)

Firstly it was PoW minning (Minning with miners/cpu/gpu), now it's PoS minting (Blocks are generated by keeping coins in your wallet and running it- Staking)

Hello all,

I switched to hash-to-coins yesterday but I'm not sure I understand how it works... I've setup 2 workers, set them to LTC and enabled auto-switching. Then pointed to L3+'s to :3333 and off they went. I added my LTC wallet address under wallets.

When I logon I see my two workers on the top of the page hash away Litecoin for the past 16 hours or so. They're not switching to other coins. Also, I see no payouts, see no balance being accumulated.

Am I missing something?

How can I get auto-switching to work? And where and how can I manage my balance and payouts? Where can I verify the increasing balances?

Yes, selected LTC as the coin and put a check mark at "autoswitch".

I switched back to my previous pool as my 16 hours of hashing is lost it seems. Do not see any balance or wallets in coins anywhere.

So, Does the autoswitch automatically switch to the best profitable pen of the moment?
May I configure  autoswitch coins list manually?
Why is the Coins/day calculated by system greater than I actually get? (so much) Could you please give me the formula for dividing the reward in the pool
Im using Ant Miner, and use this format: hash-to-coins.com:3333 -u worker.name -p worker.password. Is it optimal?

you can define which coin you dont want to mine - like tittycoin or homelessnickels or whatever shitcoin.
Why is the Coins/day calculated by system greater than I actually get?
many diff factors like switching costs some perf, diff is always fluctuating - also maybe you are not comparing the unconfirmed and confirmed ?

Because pool haven't found a block. BCC needs high hashrate

I think HTC can be a really awesome pool to mine on because you can select your coins to be in the mix yourself. See some other benefits as well but I really don't understand the pool just yet. Also, asked a question here as well as submitted a support request but *zero* response. Does not give me a lot of confidence to switch over my miners again.

Maybe the community here knows,

1. How does the autoswitch feature work? When does a switch occur?
2. When I've mined a certain coin for 16 hours, where can I see my submitted hash rate (or anything for that matter). Wallets remain empty? Does a balance only occur when a block is found?
3. If balance only occurs when a block is found, how does that impact the auto-switching feature? If I'm only auto-hopping coin to coin without blocks being found I'm wasting my hash rate.
4. If I do not have a wallet address for a coin, does the balance still accumulate?

For now sticking with other pools.

Thanks

Hi,

What coin do you mine? BCC?
Do not worry about your 24 hours with 1Gh/s. All solved shares stored at the pool database and you get your coins immediately after pool solves a block.

1. Autoswitch:
Every 15 minutes pool backend compare what coin is more profitable, and if current coin not on the top, it checks new candidate.
Candidate must meet several conditions:
 - Estimate block time < 30 minutes (determined based on switched miners aggregate power)
 - Switched pool hashing power < 50% of target coin network to avoid coin fork and be sure that hashing power utilized efficiently
 - When pool switch workers to the next coins and this coin mark you as excluded, then pool just ignore your worker and it continues to mine current coin

2. This pool uses proportional payout system, you get your coins after pool solves a block.  Currently, you can't see how many hashes you solve.
3. As I wrote before pool select coins with round time less than 30 minutes therefore usually there are no problems with the hashrate waste.
4. Yes, you can start mining without any address.

Besides the possible earnings/payouts a pool only exist because of the miners connected to it. And they will all leave if there is no trust in the pool operation. It all lives on trust. Not communicating on issues and not providing transparency on your hashrate, shares, etc. fuels feelings of distrust.

There are a lot of things I like about this pool. I have a suggestion about coins that are chosen not to mine as the system seems to get stuck on the last coin that was mined even when the profitability is really low and can lag for quite a while One of the main contenders is dot which I have chosen not to mine. Now if you could tweak the program to either remove the coin completely from the users list when chosen not to mine, or simply start to mine the second most profitable coin, I think it would greatly improve that particular feature and a lot more hash rate could be allocated to the coins the miner really wants.

Even when the dev was online about 4:30 pm London time that day (11 hours after the initial problem), failed to provide information. For this reason I decided to remove my miners to prohashing. Something happened there the other day and instant support and miners were credited 15% extra on top of their earnings when the problem had been resolved. Very shady goings on when hash-to-coins dev is being selective about which questions they answer, and which they do not. I won't be back. I suggest others tread very carefully.

It's ridiculous. Has this happened before, do you know? You are right, maybe I did not sufficiently highlight the problem.
I'm sorry that this happened. By coincidence, I did not react as quickly as I should. Sometimes I just do not have the opportunity to use ssh and other tools.
The problem is trivial; arose because the database table auto increment value has overflowed. Now everything is fixed and the problem should not happen again.
Agree, support reaction time on the commercial products like Nicehash are matter.
Good luck.

Is there a step by step instruction on how to set H2C? Like a really simple one. I saw something about aiming your miners at something or other but I don't know how to do that. and then the only video on how to set it up is in Russian.

Anyone else having issues with withdrawals of unify coin on hash-to-coins?

UNIFY disabled, withdrawals performed once per day. Are you make a withdrawal request?

I've made a withdrawal, but not showing in my wallet. I checked the transaction id on unify's explorer and its nonexistent.

Probably don't mine all 30. Just select 5 most profitable or ones you like and mine them

Yes you can disable auto-switch for coins you don't like. Also some coins aren't mined with auto-switch so you can only mine them manually.

Only problem i ran into is that i am mining LTC since 2 days but i cant see the balance of it....i see all the other coins listed in Balances but not LTC.
Mailed them but no response yet, waiting for them to answer. Dont think its a big issue.
I can recommend this pool to anyone.

Pool haven't found LTC block since you mined that why no balance. Check estimate time fo each coins. For LTC it's over a week for each block.

This pool is great when you choose auto select for mining it will mine the coin which is most profitable.
If you want to mine LTC only try Antpool it gives you free dogecoin also according to your hashrate along with LTC

Also, you said you got your L3+ working, which config should I use?

You tried adding xnsub at end of add. Works fine for me. I usually manuly decided which coins to mine. But if auto, then yes try to mine few. Otherwise you will get 20 coins each worth 5 cents and won't be able to sell them.

I'd like to know if more people have the problem where you mine for a while but all it finds are stale shares. "submitting as pool requested"; it's mining at 4 Mhs.
After like 15 minutes it stops mining and does nothing else then to tell me that it's setting a new difficulty; mining at less than 500 khs.
Is something wrong?
I'm using the Moonlander 2.

Hi all -

I have been trying to get my L3+ working on this pool now for almost 2 days. It seems to hash, but my balances does not increase and I am receiving no payouts!

Initially, I had it set to only mine LTC (no autoswitch). Then out of desperation I enabled autoswitch, but same result.

I am running on:
SERVER: stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:3333
PASS: something (no d=)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Becuse pool haven't found single LTC block in time you mined. ITs not best pool to mine LTC, too low hashrate.

Since I have an L3+, I have read 2 perspectives on difficulty. Some here set their difficulty to d=65536. I also read setting it too high can be bad for the miner. Any feedback on that? also the d=65536 foes into the password fiend right?

I'm mining with d=262144 on a L3+ and get a stable hashrate. I use that difficulty pretty much everywhere now. I have had some issues with Hash to coins being extremely slow in worker status and stats.

I added a new worker to mine EMC2 this morning, it took a half an hour to show as mining EMC2, then I switched to a totally seperate pool all together and H2C still showed me mining there. I don't like how long their stats take to update when compared to like Litecoinpool or even prohashing and their stats suck.

Like right now Hash to coins says I don't have any active workers, my miners have been mining there for at least 40 minutes. The lack of this being reflected makes me want to mine elsewhere.

I am having the same issue! mining program says im getting accepts but H2C shows no active workers! this is first time i have had this issue

Same issue here. I'm only mining with a few moonlander 2s, but I switched away because I thought there was something wrong, only to find out later that I had been mining, but that the stats are just lagging.

I want to mine EMC2. so frustrating.

Hi. how many coins do you recommend to mine? 5 or 6 or less, or better more than few?
I usually manually decided which coins to mine. Otherwise you will get 20 coins each worth 5 cents and won't be able to sell them.

How do you go by choosing best coins to mine? If you dont mind to tell, what do you look for when you choose a coin? Can you please give us some insider tips? :)

I had the same problem with payouts. Take these steps:

Enter your wallet addresses for the coins you want to mine. Remember these are not BTC wallet addresses, but addresses of the perspective coins. Use Cryptopia and/or Bittrex. Disable all the coins you DO NOT want to mine.

Initially I tried to only mine LTC and got no payout. Now I don't even try LTC on this pool, I use a different pool for LTC. If there are no blocks, you get no payout of course.

Hope this helps

Also since it is free to withdraw you should do it like everyday or every other day.
Do not wait until a lot of coins, something like this happens you loose more coins this way.

There are currently omly few coins worth minning i short therm. Pool operator really should add new coins and delete some of old ones. You cna multi with NLG/LINX/GAME/DGB , NOTE and EMC2 maybe.

I am very new to mining.
It has been for almost 20 hours that I am continuously mining XVG with 630 MH/s, however, I have received nothing in my balance.
is that normal? what happens if I stop and start again after a day. do I lose what I have done or what?
Sorry if my question might be so stupid to you guys.

Thank you for your reply. No. there is nothing there. in the balance page and transactions, there is nothing.  However, the first time I tried few days back for like 1 hour something, I got a small amount which I withdrew to test my wallet. it worked. So in transactions, my previous one is there, both the credit and debt. but after that for the time that I said I have been mining, I do not see anything new in my balance or transactions.

I believe the hash rate is just taking longer than usual to show up but all shares are being credited. Still, exercise caution as you always should.

Good afternoon. What did you write as password ? I put your phrase  (Yourpassword d=65536), but nothing...My worker appears in no active status (x) and I have not any mining profit after 22 minutes. I use L3 too. Also, my miner have found 2 blocks...Finaly, I have received some coins. But I did not see my miner as an active worker there.

This pool does not work.

I created an account, Added a worker and pointed my Antminer L3+ to it. In my Antminer, Its been 30 minutes. I could see accepted shares and found 4 blocks. But I my workers page in their site said my hash rate was 0 kh/s. Also, in the recent found blocks my username did not show up either.

Hence I switched to a different pool. Their UI is pathetic. They do not have proper documentation. One of worst pools out there.

The pool had some technical problems, but now they are solved. If someone interested the problems are caused by the DDOS attack.
Also, want to say. I lose control over my bitcointalk.org account "himikk" and accordingly on this announcement topic (probably you noticed that I do not answer for a long time).
As it turned out to regain control of the account on this forum is not so simple, so I created a new user and a new announce.
The new announce topic placed here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2649729.0
The official person on the bitcointalk.org now named "H2C"

"cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:4444 -u arikubi96xx -p 1996!"

Edit: Another question, when i want to mine EMC2, can i mine first without a wallet and than get payed off the mined coins to my Einsteinium Wallet programm ?

One of the best scrypt pools i've ever used. No stability issues, really good pool for different coin collecting. The only thing that bothers me is that the current profitability is not always in sync with the profitability of the coins from the sheet on the main page and some coins are never mined, even if enabled in options and wallet address is correct. Anyway, amazing pool, got two crippled L3+ with 2 hashboards each (defective controller board which doesn't recognize hashboards) pointed on this pool. Works like a charm! Thank you.

@himikk
Hello,
I have a suggestion of function to implement. It would be an advanced auto-switch!
While I like the auto-switch function, I think it is a bit annoying having to trade so many different coins afterward.
So, I would suggest you create an auto-switching mode where we could limit the switching for the coins of our choice only. Let's say I would like to mine XVG, DGB, and Linda only. Then I would be able to have an auto-switching among the most profitable of those 3 coins, instead of all the coins available in the pool.
What do you think?
Regards,

I also cant get it working with my L3+.  I think ONE time since Oct. it worked properly.  if i reconnect to the pool, it will pick up the currently mined coin and just stick with that one even if my worker and the main page show a different coin.. mine will always have whatever initial coin mining, unless i reconnect to the pool and then it will change.  Manually setting a coin always works.

i have not excluded any coins from autoswitch.

GPU mining Scrypt coins is not profitable anymore, everyone uses ASIC hardware now (no, not just Antminers).  If you are interested in a specific coin, mine what is profitable for your GPU elsewhere and exchange whatever that is for the coin you want to hold.

Mining Mooncoin with one of the L3+, but the balance doesn't show up even after 2-3 hours of mining, as if it was mining for nothing. Could you please fix that, op ?

Everything was fine till today, other coins are mined properly. Wallet has a correct address, just no balance showing up.

Edit: Everything is fine now, probably just a delay in displaying the balance.

Can't support this one, so back to looking for another pool.

When pool switch workers to the next coins and this coin mark you as excluded, then pool just ignore your worker and it continues to mine current coin.

Hello !

What is AP Threshold   AP limits (min/max) Huh

Thanks

First:

FYU there is a new hash-to-coins pool announce topic here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2649729.0

2nd.  AP means Auto Payout.

You set the auto payout within the limits of min/max

ie:  Dnote:   put in your wallet info first.   (make sure you put in your pin at the bottom)   2/250   i have 100 there.
that means when the balance hits 100, it will Auto payout to the wallet address you have in there.
(any changes you must put in your pin, and you only have x seconds on the page, or the token times out)
so, go onto page, put in your data, and hit update.  (dont sit there and do 5 at a time, it will time out) lol.

you MIGHT be able to do 2 wallet updates before timeout.

Like the overall concept. use it alot :)

hi dear hash-to-coins.com pool administration
I want to tell you about such danger position of this pool for some cryptos  >:(
in 14.03.2018 3:00 GMT+4 EMD network diff droped to 1 and in about 2 minute it shows ~200% profitability after that in 3:05 all your pool autoconfigured workers fly to EMD and pool hashrate goes from 10-20MH to 680+MH/s the network was ~320 at the same time! In 3:00 Net diff was 230! So you excced net sppeed 3x! So this short time can do the fork and kill that coin! Please think about this and make some work for that, for example if net hash is low do not allow many workers switch to that coin. Thanks.
14.03.2018 3:10 GMT+4

2.3   319.5 Mh/s   685.1 Mh/s   15s   95%   53%   0.0009

And not only that coin, your pool workers 100 times a day is switching from one coin to another, every 5-20 minutes, you must do something with this, or not allow all workers to switch to 5-20 minutes to the coin which network speed is low, or turn off autoswitch for nearly died coins, or you can do something better??

Descortez is right. I just checked this pool for 2 different coins. The expected earnings computed by the profits calculator versus the coins you actually earn are very different. The earnings you get is much lower than it should be. The two coins I tried earnings were off by a negative 30 percent and the other coin a negative 70 percent. Something is seriously wrong with this pool. I have checked over several days now.

Mandatory update for Gulden - NLG

Please update gulden to the latest 2.0 codebase at your mining pool, failure to do so will result in your pool not mining blocks in the near future and a loss of income for your miners.

Please review the below 2 links for guide lines on how to update and PoW2 compatibility.

https://github.com/Gulden/gulden-official/blob/master/doc/building.md

Just logged in again. my account was locked due to too many pin attempts.
That's been stated when I tried to login the first time.
With a reactivation mail I was able to re-enter my account. The IP from the last logon is my own.
The date also matches.
However: my wallets are empty.
Had two accounts with uniuqe pwds, they both are empty as it seems.
I see nothing under transactions btw
Did this pool get totally skimmed ?

Yesterday, The Goldcoin Team released a mandatory update for the Goldcoin Client.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach Hash-to-Coins and they have not updated their wallet as requested. Do not mine GLD on this pool. If you mine this pool, you risk wasting your hashpower since their chain might become forked from the network.

We recommend that you switch immediately to: https://gld.thecoin.pw/

Once Hash-to-Coins has updated their wallet it will be safe to return. But until then, anyone mining GLD on this pool is subject to losing all their Goldcoins.

consider your coins gone. Sad truth. They are still online but they are like a ghost ship someone keeps plundering.
Their account on this forum was last active in December last year.
At this point it would even be a good thing if someone DDOSed them so ppl don't waste any more hashing power.

I'm at a loss for words...

The poolmaster is a disgusting PIG, with absolute NO COURTESY to update and inform his customer base on as to what is going on...

It's possible that the operator(s) are going through difficult times in their lives, but still - have some goddamn courtesy and update your users! Never leave people hanging... Haven't their mothers taught them elementary manners? I find it absolutely disgusting that they are keeping silent through most of the issues that arise with the pool.

At this point, I lost trust and faith (and my mined coins + thousands of dollars worth of wasted electricity).

Shame on you, H2C. You are a shameful human being (or group of people), and karma will catch up to you for f*cking over so many of your loyal users.

I run multiple 300+ GH/s Scrypt farms - and when the developer doesn't keep us in the loop, and goes absent for 4+ days when payments are frozen in the system... it negatively affects all my businesses.

I have hefty electrical and leasing bills to pay.

Not knowing if I will get paid for my mining efforts is not a feeling I, nor anyone else wants to experience. Some of us are running businesses and have to pay our investors back, on top of covering rent and electrical costs...

If this pool wants my donations - the poolmaster must treat me as a serious client. I can contribute significant hashrate and donations to this pool, but only if I feel I am valued as a member.

This latest incident did not reflect good on H2C at all.

Until I see significant improvements in communication from the admin - I will continue to mine elsewhere where it's more stable and reliable for my businesses.

Could you please update H2C pool with latest EMC2 wallet 0.13.5 version?
https://github.com/emc2foundation/einsteinium (https://github.com/emc2foundation/einsteinium)

EMC2 implemented KMD dPoW and is double spent resistant now.

51% attack attempt will result in creating a private fork.
Since all exchanges are running the new code in such case you will end up on that fork and will continue mining coins with no place to sell.

Title: Re: [ANN][POOL] HASH-TO-COINS
Post by: BestBitcoinOdds on April 21, 2019, 07:27:30 PM
There are a lot of things I like about this pool. I have a suggestion about coins that are chosen not to mine as the system seems to get stuck on the last coin that was mined even when the profitability is really low and can lag for quite a while One of the main contenders is dot which I have chosen not to mine. Now if you could tweak the program to either remove the coin completely from the users list when chosen not to mine, or simply start to mine the second most profitable coin, I think it would greatly improve that particular feature and a lot more hash rate could be allocated to the coins the miner really wants.

Would also suggest getting rid of some coins and adding new ones. Although there aren't that much decent Scrypt coins out there. Plp now prefer GPU algos.

LCP didn't get to your address! For 24 hours, my L3's equipment is worth a lot of money. At the very pool there really are no more than 10 workers of all data lies and deception! Let's punish together! Ban this Pool Write to others and don't be fooled! It's our money and our electricity! https://prnt.sc/rgej18

I am really enjoying mining on this pool, got some good classic vintage scrypt coins.

Thanks Hash-To-Coins

Hello H2C,

Not sure the best way to contact you? your contact on the pool is poolmaster@hash-to-coins.com <poolmaster@hash-to-coins.com>; I have sent many emails now in regard to coins not transfering to wallets. (Note my wallets are on my own servers not an exchange) I have latest version wallets and while most of the coins work fine there are two that my balance just keeps building way past the auto transfer limit. I have submitted many manual transfers with no luck. Site just says I have active request already. Please check your email, update your wallets or at least do something to improve. A better form of communication would be ideal! I have been mining with you for 3 years with little issues. Just seems recently some issues have come up and I hate having to try and reach out on a forum for something that can be easily resolved via an email.

Also a few of your coins with Red X are active and I recently checked those wallets I have like DGC has 8 connections and sync is great. SXC has 9 connects Sync was good, MEC had 6 connections, took a while to sync but did. Again I think your pool just need to update those wallets and we could be back online and mine those if desired.

Thanks for looking into this!
