We have long and interesting story that is partly described in our blog (http://blog.cyber.fund) and at habrahabr.ru (http://habrahabr.ru/post/172327/) (sorry for Russian - we didn't think that we'll go so far and that all this stuff will happen in our country). As result the paper have been born. We wanted to make popular scientific paper that is accessible for a wide range of readers. So that is why some times paper is philosophical. Some time it give atomic level user cases for using in marketing. There is a lot of interesting there. Enjoy and please help to improve the quality because English is not our natural language. Everything about this seems like it's needlessly complicated with marketing buzzwords disguised as technobabble.

Artificial Intelligent Network or AIN or, simply, global brain - cybernetic system which follows 6 fundamental principles: existence of meaning, cryptographic proof, digital value, efficient communications, self-consciousness and equilibrium. First AIN ever existed is Bitcoin. For 5 years of Bitcoin existence was born 500 AINs only in visible part of Digital Universe.

Cybernetics as a science has began to evolve from Norbert Wiener defined it in 1948. There are thousands of researches that solve problems in closed systems in any aspect of existence, especially economic systems. In 1958  John von Neumann have supposed that computers programmable by peoples can solve any existing problem. Today we all understand that this is true. Computing system is everywhere helping people to solve problems. But stored-program concept still did not solve the problem of self-consciousness. In 2008 Satoshi Nakomoto have proposed Bitcoin. The first system that has inborn ability to form self-organized closed economy system that cryptographically prove existence of itself. Bitcoin solves problem of trustless communications in closed system. In 2013 year ago David R. Weinbaumin defined global brains in the paper A Framework for Scalable Cognition. He defined almost everything concerning global brains except one thing - implementation. This paper is effort to connecting all the dots moving cybernetics and global brains further to more applicable space: cryptocurrency networks, internet of money, of things and everything. We propose to evolve existing economic system to new generation cybernetic economic system by solving one of the most excited problem ever existed.

It's a huge chunk of text, but you're just further reinforcing my point. Sorry if your English skills are lacking, but your intent is transparent.

I am very interesting but have couple questions.

1. Is there any escrow?
2. So far we can't see anything except a long piece of words, it looks ambitious, but god knows if it is realistic, some ideas are the same as  perpetual motion machine.Did you guys have done the research of feasibility.

There is no escrow except multisig wallet 3to5 for now. If you can suggest any mechanism that fits everybody - awesome - we wiil do it.

3 products that we've announce seems feasible for us in aprx. 1 year timeframe (not alpha, not beta, but working products). Yes we will code a wallet, we already have some code of pie investments (it was written before become obvious Ethereum is superior for this purposes - so we decide to develop from the very beginning) and Inceptor in case of successfully development of embeddable wallet - is just some code. Other projects could be assumed as fantasy - better to dream than not. There will be no products before core will be developed.

Digital marketing is perpetual motion machine in case of effective funnels adjustment. We have awesome expertise within it. Bitcoin already has great feedback loop and it could be better more great products come. Cyber•Fund want to form community that will evolve industry focused on principles of external competing (fiat) instead of internal (crypto). That is more efficient in self organised environment. Everything we do should be reusable for those who compete with legacy economy. So that is the way to achieve better network effects.

Nobody want to reinforce your point. You are absolutely right. But let me try to explain. We've tried to gather the best and add lacking in our work. Our goal is not to compete, for example, with Bitshares - they have awesome community and products and we do not want to growth only because we want to reinvent DAO concept. It is awesome concept for some tasks. But we add cybernetics, global brain theory and digital marketing practise to build systems that efficiently utilise both machines and peoples abilities. That is obvious that self-organising is cool but it works better with some simple tricks.

We see a lot of inefficient efforts within community. For example from product point of view new wallet for any new system is insanity. Nobody will use this zoo. Building apps combining system tokens (that utilise machines) and product level tokens (that utilise peoples) is clear and efficient model. For now hundreds of coins is just random brute force of meaningless parameters. Others competing for anonymity. And very few guys understand how to use product level tokens (newborn shares) to build efficient business models for new generation apps. We do not want to invent wheel. We want to make a good road.

Yes. Some our ideas are insane. That is it. But there is axiom: The code that works is the Science, otherwise - not. We have a chance to see.

Thanks for awesome feedback! We are not using bots or tweaks - maybe that is why :-)

Another reason is that everybody flow with the flow with algorithms within proof-of-work instead of using groundbreaking tech to build products with features that doesn't exist before. Very few guys think about digital marketing just because they do not understand its power. There is a lot of reasons... I remember Next with 76 bitcoins or so funded while another stupid coins get thousands.

One more reason: everybody like to click and check that something works. It will but we need time. We now setting up and testing funnels. After this work will be finished we will switch to dev.

We really want to form strong and true community to deliver the meaning of innovations described by the paper (http://"http://paper.cyber.fund). I think it needs time for community to awake. Regards for any help and involvement.

But correction of mistakes in process. We now redesigning our model.

What we discussing:
1. cyber•Shares is protoshares. Any future assets to be distributed to cyber•Share holders. Like Bitshares. Difference is in the target market. Bitshares social consensus rely on Bitshares toolkit, targeted to particular technology DACs and have audience x. cyber•Fund rely on Cybernetic Business Framework: technology and social consensus that gives full freedom for founders to airdrop future products shares to any audiences and volumes with any tools they want. So cyber•Fund have audience x*n. cyber•Fund continuously improve CBF. We are working now closely with Coinprism to automate CBF. Another difference with Bitshares is in products. cyber•Fund will develop products that will utilise the most effective cryptocurrency technologies generating cashflows in bitcoins for shareholders. We like Bitshares and in some cases will use bitshares toolkit in accordance with existing social consensus. But we are not limited with it. So for example cyber•Wallet will use underneath MaidSafe for data storage, Namecoin for identity storage but will allow to receive and send any supported cryptocurrency. Money will come from expanding the audience. Ad model or extra services model could be implemented.
2. cyber•Fund have built-in cashflow engine. In accordance with social consensus cyber•Fund will leave small chunks of created products for itself. That solves huge problem of cashflows of our brain. Bitshares now reengineer its process and dilute capital. But cyber•Shares designed to have 1000000 cyber•Shares ever. So cashflow problem could be solved by forming small centralised trust inside distributed cyber•Fund. Any dividends from future products to be distributed for existing shareholders, one of which is cyber•Fund itself. Shareholders will have ability to adjust cyber•Fund investment policy by increasing or decreasing volume of small centralised trust.
3. We want to unite communities. Huge chunk of cyber•Shares will be airdropped to initial investors of Ethereum, MaidSafe, Bitshares AGS & PTS and Next:

Though i can exchange your Coinprism cyber•Shares to NXT cyber•Shares or buy Coinprism cyber•Shares for a fixed price. 15k is a lot. so price would'nt be high.
