So I requested withdraw from yobit more than 5 days ago, wrote 4 support tickets by now asking when they are going to send my coins to my wallet but I havent received any answer so far. Withdrawal is in process so no confirmation should be needed. How do I get my coins back.

i am very sorry for your problem, but unfortunately, yobit has worst support ever, you must try every day to open ticket and send pm, and if you will be very lucky, maybe after several month your problem will be fixed.

youbit supports works in this  way :(

good luck

This is not new with yobit's support you will just going to forget your problem to help you resolve it. Because you will be tired of waiting, your hair will grow white as you wait for it. Trust lenoli regarding this and that's for the truth sake only. And if you want to see proof of that statement, you can just visit their thread and look how the people say with their support

did yobit is another bad market? i thinks its a bad idea for us to still trying trading in there if the system support is not good enough to help us. the withdraw thing is really important for us as trader and maybe i will buy the altcoins and send it into another market if yobit not good anymore.

You just need patience for this situation. Usually services like this must give you answer up to 30 days.

There is no option to cancel that request and their support system is worst. Try to contact admin via pm https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594

Thats totally a big problem in yobit alt withdrawals are mere compromised and i think you will get a hard time to contact them and also the best thing you can do is to post on their own thread and pm the account of devs here, so they can easily attain your problem and maybe fix it quickly but i doubt it will be quick since they are like turtle when fixing some issue in their site.

this is the reason why you haven't received your coins:
alt, Waves to be more specific

yobit is the worst exchange that you can find, if you check their wallets you can see that there is only a handful of them operational with the rest in maintenance which lasts forever.
and Waves is one of those coins, if you check the wallet it says Online but it can not find the last block which means it is offline and probably will never come back online again.

As you said its trully the worst exchange and i cannot really trust them interms of alt withdrawals or anything since they will not cover you up if you will get compensate to their site, and their support services totally annoyed me since they are super slow one and thats the reason why i really afraid to do same trades aswell as arbitrage, we need to be carefull for them since i think we will surely get some headache for trading at them :)

And yet despite these lapses, people still keep coming back to the site - I think it's because of their gambling option.

I haven't encountered any problem with their balance withdrawal but right now it would be a big issue especially for those people who are criticizing and hates yobit.net because it's getting much worst ;D i do know that yobit is having a problem very often which most people are always complaining but i am looking forward that some or most of the problems/issues will be fixed in the near future because we signature campaign members of yobit are also having a problem with the withdrawal .

Yobit still not online or the admin still not online since 6 days ago.. i received reply when i was sending a report for signature campaign button i think november 10 they are alive but this 6 no reply from support receive.. and i think this is long time again to fix every problem of their customer.. this is old story and always happening every month.

the problem of their signature campaign button it is commonly a problem of every participants of yobit signature campaign . If they are still not online after a few days i think it will took a few more days or maybe a week to recharge their signature campaign balance . By the way i guess i am experiencing another problem from yobit , it seems like their posts counter is not working at the moment i have a 1 post 6 ago and still it is not being counted . I would to know if you are also experiencing the same issue .

they just say that in the near future instead of as soon as possible because they are not really sure maybe on how or what and when they could respond to the certain issue . and what should they do in order to get the issue to be fixed , it seems like yobit.net constantly having a problem with their service since a year ago .

the thing is when we say Yobit is a terrible place to trade we are not saying it on its own, we say it in comparison to other places. for example if you have ever tried other exchanges like poloniex, bittrex which are the bigger altcoin exchanges or even some of the smaller ones like cryptopia or c-cex you can easily compare the platform and services and also the support they give to what yobit is offering. and that is when you finally understand how bad yobit has been.

Yeah, truly horrible in comparison. Which really makes me wonder why people still use it.
They can certainly have better service, platform, etc in other exchanges.
I guess most users just hope they won't ever encounter any issues which would require help from support.lol.

Nothing to do but wait for support to fix it. But I think sending new tickets every day would just delay it even longer especially if everyone's doing it since support would have to check and close every single one of those tickets before going to a new one. So if dozens of those tickets are just the same/repeats that could take a while.
So I've recieved a reply from yobit support:"Button will earn in the near future.

It well be hell if they let the problems pile up for months and didn't take action for it immediately, but i don't see any hassle if they well attain the problem as soon as they can and i think that would be the best thing to do since they build up some business like this, and i am reall an yobit trader before and not satisfied well to their service and flee on to another big exchange, and if they well continue to act like thise well a big possibilities that they will lose some money if their traders will leave their platform.

Yeap and I don't understand what their problem, I mean sure it can require a lot of work since there are a lot of users at a lot of small things that need to be taken care of, but goddamn, you can get two guys to take care of support because, just as you said and that might be the biggest problem, tickets might have piled up and then you're better off deleting all of them and going from the start. I'd also be satisfied if there was a fixed time, let's say 5 hours of work time, maybe even less would be effective, to just answer the tickets. Also, the kind of response I get it the best. :D

Can't say they are the worse exchange but I've tried using them and up to now, i still kept some coins on my wallet.  Yoponny is just an amazing race that you can win big.

I hope that it will not be the same as other exchange site that will collapse soon.. like bitfinex and their reason is they are hack but i think almost all exchange site collapse are same reason..
And i hope yobit will not the same as other closed because of their database was hack or funds was hacked,.

I don't see reasons why Yobit could collapse soon. Yes, we all know that Yobit support is terrible and sometimes they have issues with withdrawals. But these problems are very old . I remember that many people predicted Yobit collapse year ago, half year ago and etc. But as we see Yobit works as worked everytime.

Nope, it won't collapse. Yobit is now built with a stronger foundation because it has now a lot of traders that's using its service. And its make it more profitable because of their new gambling game which is yopony and with its dice many are also getting crazy with it even its house edge has the advantage.

They fixed nothing. I still haven received my waves. And now its price had dipped down. I have 100 + waves stuck on yobit and change in price between the time I requested withdrawal and now is around 0.12 $. Good thing I didnt put everything I have into yobit because its terrible. I wrote several times to support and no answers. I wrote to dev through this site and no answer. I wrote to their chat and they banned me from it for one day. One of many selling points of crypto currencies is that transactions are very fast and if this shitty exchange cant even keep that then what is it good for?

Oh, i meant about signature campaign funds that couldnt be transfered to yobit btc wallet, I was never using yobit as a trading exchangebor anything, I'm happy that they've fixed the sig campaign funds, I'm sorry for the rest of you. :D

They  would  surely transfer  your  withdrawals  because once  support would   response  it means they are   now working with it. Its better  to wait  now and  update  us regarding  on this matter. I admit that  yobit does have really a bad  support but  still in the end they  could able to fix the problem regarding on their site  which is  also  good. For  OP, better to  keep messaging them or email, they  will surely fix it  out.

Usually when a services is having more number of users, some delays for our queries are inevitable. Most the time, the yobit deposit/withdrawl faces problems due to altcoin node's down time. Because of this, their wallets are getting delayed to synchronize to the latest blocks.
Managing an exchange with the more number of altcoins must be highly challenging and yobit is right now facing that.

As BlackSmith said, they are processing withdrawals manually and very seldom within a week. And that is already a challenge for them.

I'm thinking how they are processing each individuals transaction and with hundred registered alt coins.

So its clear to me now why yobit has a very poor support system for complaints maybe they should hire more people.

Yobit is a hobby operated exchange where everything is and will being done to save costs with the result of making some sort of profits at the end of the day.

Hiring people to handle support requests and all that, will most likely bring that exchange into very tight lines due to the low budget.

It's either them needing to look for volunteers to be willing to help a few hours per day, or they will simply continue as they are doing right now.

i don't know what you mean by hobby but from what i have seen from yobit exchange is that they have started that service to make money. but not from offering an exchange service like others do but from pumping coin fake and make money themselves. and that is one of the reasons why you see lots of shit-dead-coins being listed there easily. there are names that you never thought you hear and they are pumping it with fake 1 satoshi orders.

Do you know who owns yobit? I searched the domain name registration, and it's registered through an anonymous service with headquarters in Moscow, Russia. I thought Russia was anti-bitcoin, and would not let an exchange register there. There's a strong chance the owner is Russian, but I couldn't find out his name.

As long as he's anonymous there's no chance of him getting repercussions for withdrawal problems.

Maybe they had received lot of support tickets so they couldn't handle their costumers properly, however yobit is a good trading site though the one thing should be fixed is their costumer service, but it seems like they won't hire people to join with their company.
To op : good to see them responsed your ticket.

That's the problem, you can talk to them directly but it usually takes a few days, also when you offer to send in a cv to apply or anything for that matter, they'll just tell you something short and clear and won't answer in another few days. Yobit mods, if you're reading this, improve your support a little, sincerely your users. :D

I noticed that this is recurring problem with Yobit's Waves support. Numerous people reported in the past problems with their Waves deposits or withdrawals.
Symptoms were always the same: waves disappearing, support not responding. Just see another case I found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1530567.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1530567.0)

Yes but the problem with signature campaign, I'm using yobit for that and nothing else, and the problem with that is occuring once every month or so and it gets fixed on a few days, but the biggest problem I have ia their unprofessional support.

As I know from their beginning they have such issues. Its not that is some kind of problem, as I heard long time ago that has something with their program, they checking that often. Cause of that blue button for campaign founds withdraw doesnt work also. Withdrawing also doesnt work in that period.
You are not the first or the last person that have complains on this service. Until now after some time everything get back to normal and things work perfectly good, and dont be surprised if this happen again, cause it will, I guarantee that.

Yobit was making awareness for that. They do not want to take care about that.
A lot of conversation in some yobit official thread was making a great answer for us.
And I have seen the member it has repeated his same question. it had got cleared for a long time ago.

Yobit has this problem since looong ago
if you are lucky -everything goes smooth and no depo or withdrawal issues
so your experience is pretty good, besides they are the best place for a newbie to start trading without risking any money
you start with pretty much 10k sastoshi
BUT when shit hits the fan and you have some troubles ...their support is like traffic wardens from   Zootopia ;D

I also sometimes face the same problem when I request a withdrawal of fiat I think it is because they will not have any funds in that particular payment system as normally the withdrawal occurs instantly and automatically.

Yes its most probably due to that reason but at the same time I have heard that some guys get their withdrawals while some don't and that is something that makes me most worried since if everyone was having issues then it was fine because there might be some tech issues but when it is stuck for some particular user then its a matter of worry but all been discussed I am quite sure a site like yobit who pays out chunks of money for just their promotion on this forum (sigs) won't scam really.

Well actually i am also experience it before that halving problem about the withdrawal i contact them it takes few days before it become fix..
I experience of withdrawal in altcoin because i would like to transfer my altcoin to other exchange site but it takes a long time before it fix but honestly they are still doing great and running.. also in sig i was a member to them since we are always experience of withdrawal problem everytime the signature funds are gone it takes few days before it refills and sometimes it takes a week..
Even i am one of the signature member the only thing that i can say they are running but worst support and delay in fixing problem in their site..

So I requested withdraw from yobit more than 5 days ago, wrote 4 support tickets by now asking when they are going to send my coins to my wallet but I havent received any answer so far. Withdrawal is in process so no confirmation should be needed. How do I get my coins back.

You can keep buzzing them on the trollbox, i think someone there with green name is always reading the chat to monitor spammers.  The exchange has too many users actually and i think the owner can't keep up to the support tickets.

Although there are some problem with yobit such as the terible support as what other people are complaining and sometimes you are unable to withdraw your coins from their wallet whether it's an altcoin because of their maintenance but as of now i don't see amy reason for yobit to be closed as long as their database is not vulnerable to be hacked then we don't have to worry about it, let's just hope this will never happen to yobit.

All good guys. I received my waves but withdrawal took almost half a month so yea....

Half a month? (looking at your first post, isn't it more like 22 days now? Oh well.)

Anyway, and I saw a guy who reported a bug on yobit, got a response and a reward in just a couple hours.
Makes me wonder if one should just put "BUG REPORT" as subject/topic but nah, would probably result in more issues. lol.
Once upon a time it was a good exchange with great support, but yeah I guess good things never last.
I just wish these exchanges/services would actually take their support seriously, but well as I say, either stop using them or put up with it.  ::) ;D

Looks the issues when trying to withdraw happen with dollars and another alt-coins. I always make my BTC transactions there and never had any issue of long time waiting to complete the transaction and as you said, when you ordered some BTCs to your wallet it worked. I don't understand why it happens with dollars and another currencies, maybe their balance become empty of those currencies for several time intervals?

So I requested withdraw from yobit more than 5 days ago, wrote 4 support tickets by now asking when they are going to send my coins to my wallet but I havent received any answer so far. Withdrawal is in process so no confirmation should be needed. How do I get my coins back.

Wish I had read this Thread before using the yo-bit exchange for buying or selling!

I am having issues withdrawing several altcoins I recently purchased on yo-bit. For over 3 weeks now, the wallets for the coins I want to withdraw from have been in "maintenance" status. I contacted yo-bit support on 2016-12-09 15:54:16 & still have not received a reply. If I am ever able to withdraw these coins, I will never use yo-bit exchange again & would advise others the same (or at least to use with extreme caution)!

Just an FYI - Here are some of the coins it has not allowed me to withdraw for several weeks:  BitBean [BITB], PayCon [CON], 1337 [1337], Chronos [CRX], SuperTurboStake [STRB], & a couple others - the big ones are Bitbean (purchased 333,333 coins), & PayCon (purchased 20,833 coins).

Thankfully, none of them are tremendously valuable but I purchased them for PoS mining, which I can't do without transferring the coins to my wallets so I can begin staking. Extremely disappointed & frustrated with yo-bit, & they have lost a good customer simply because of their ignorance (I have contacted support twice with 2 separate tickets, & 20 days have passed without any response whatsoever)..

You purchased lots of altcoin out there pal and you are very unlucky that you cant able to withdraw them. You should firs read up the feedbacks of yobit before tending to deposit or buy something on their site because once you go in,you cant go back or out.Their support really sucks and it will took 100 years for them to reply.

Yes really he spent lot of money in buying those coin in yobit, but when coming withdrawals till now i never faced any problem with yobit even with altcoin, but there are some delays to get confirmations from the block chain, but for me withdrawals are always smooth from yobit. But i faced little bit problem with their support for deposits.

it seems like support doesn't exist. to be honest i wouldn't be surprised if i find out that there is only 2-3 guys who own the whole exchange service and are handing everything from running fake pump bots to answering support tickets and adding new shitcoins and banning people in chat!

i had a bitcoin withdrawal and it took a couple of hours for them to put it through and the fee was too low it took even more to confirm. and they deduct a large amount of fee for withdrawal in website.

I'm waiting two days for withdrawal of 0.2 BTC, 0 confirmations.
From all exchanges where I trade, here is the biggest commission of BTC withdrawal.
I have wrote three tickets more than 24h ago - no answer.
Maybe the end is coming?

Withdrawal stuck in "sending" status for 6 days.
6 support tickets with no answer.

Yobit are THIEVES they will NOT answer your support tickets and will NEVER give you your coins back.
You have been scammed. Sorry for you mate

As a matter of fact. if you are online NOW. just go to yobit and check troll chat and you will see for yourself people having your SAME problem and complaining but nobody listens

Unfortunately not everybody knows their truth and some still trust them (like me one day) and we pay a very high price for trusting these scammers.
They stole thousands of dollars from me :(

and if this is happening in yobit, maybe I will think to move my balance to another exchange because I don't want to get the same experience as them. I only want to save my balance to a good exchange so I don't have to be worried about my funds. but I still hope that they just only get regular maintenance so it will process after the maintenance is finish.

Good thinking.
Obviously your own wallet would be the best place to save your coins, but if that's not possible then just move them to any other exchange and it will be BY FAR safer than keeping them on yobit.
