There is no doubt we need more exchanges in this space, but the issue is security and trust, the rate of hack on exchanges is huge even big exchanges are not immune to this. You guys will need to do alot to win traders trust

This (IMO) is the strategy needed to be successful in this competitive niche.

An option to build adoption could be airdropping (or ICO'n) a revenue sharing Bitzure token.
The more hands you can get these into, the more loyal customers you will get ;)

A new exchange for more new currencies

No problems, don't want to promise or rush into anything without having a brainstorm and planning potential scenarios but it does sounds like a good idea.

If you have any other suggestions or would like to see any other currencies added let me know also.

I was navigating through various pages on website to get required basic information which must be there but isn't anything. If you are registered with some territorial law jurisdiction and company registration number to run such business. There is no link to linked-in or social media account of two team members. It isn't enough to write just name who is behind the business.

Have you checked the about us page, our twitter page and soon our facebook page? If there is anything missing you can always ask us?

We believe whats there is more than what is provided on other exchanges? (yobit, btc-e, novaexchange etc?)

I didn't see ETH there when you will add this hot market there for trading. ETH based tokens are also have very big community so if you will add these markets for trading than it has chance to increase the trade volume by attracting more people to use this new exchange.

ETH is on it's way, as its RPC is rather different to Bitcoin there is a bit extra work to do. We hope to have ETH/Tokens, Monero and Waves added shortly.

I saw you commenting on other coins regarding you adding them to your exchange. Which ones are you planning to add?

Currently ETH, Monero, Waves are in the works.

Have been suggested a couple of others which we will look at later on, but open and waiting on suggestions on what traders actually want to trade!

Yes hence the delay, as it takes proper planning to ensure all works and runs as intended and are handled correctly. More information on it will be available as we finalize it all.

It is something we will add to the features/coming soon list. Main priorities are looking through the requests we have at the moment and finishing up ETH/Tokens.

Do you have plans to expand the list of coins? And about trust - it will come with time. The people work with money and will be cautious enough. Recently, the media talked about merging data from US stock exchanges to US tax authorities.

Based in Perth, Australia. Currently no licences due to not trading any Fiat. But it is being looked into and may come in time.

This is nice to see a new exchange in crypto world actually we need so many new services as like this market is growing rapidly. I think some legit services will get succeed to take a spot into space. Overall layout of this exchange looking nice but you must promote this to gain some big traders.

Not everyone on this fucking planet could afford buying a license for their could-be altruistic exchange. I see where u are coming from though. First u go and sell ur daddys liver and acquire the domain hosted by godaddy for ur altruistic no-fee-whatsoever exchanger. Afterwards u steal money from a street performer and use that to bribe licensing agency to make them give u the green light. Poor boy.

Thanks Btchunter3333, minimum to withdraw is 0.001BTC due to network fees at the moment. 3 Confirmations required for deposits, 2FA required for withdrawals and email optional.

I'd suggest to add more pairs, maybe even more than only traditional ones. The ability to trade a coin for many others directly, not only via btc/eth/ltc/dash will certainly get you more customers once you establish yourself.

We so far have added 4 more currencies since launch and are on the lookout for more. If you have any suggestions let us know!

I said pairs, not currencies. Say, you want to trade your ONION straight to LTC or SIGT, etc.

So what about my question re: more pairs?

Extra pairs can be enabled, we are just weighing up the benefits vs resources it takes. As looking at other markets sub pairs are currently not used much (volume wise) unless the pair is a larger currency (e.g Ethereum or Fiat).

I just made my first 2 withdraws.

They were just about the same amount, but the first went almost instantly, for the second I got the "almost done" for the last 15 minutes... is this as supposed to be? Why the first went instantly and now I have to wait?

I tried to deposit Ethereum and I still didn't get anything, but I lost my funds from withdrawal address.

Did a test with the exchange to check it out.  Withdrew onions, 3 transactions total.  2 are "processing", 1 is Accepted / Cancel under status.  I got email confirms for all 3.  So far things are not looking good but deposit was fast and instant.  Would love to hear from the exchange, and As I can see by my withdrawal number, there arent that many transactions....they could all be done manually if need be.  Its a new exchange after all so be careful everyone until this gets resolved.

edit: so yeah im pretty curious with new exchanges, specifically for onion.  Since no withdrawals or response from Bitzure (although it hasnt been that long)...I will wait a bit longer but I say it doesnt look too good...I cant find a bitzure LLC for realz and they are registered with namecheap, so if in 24-48hours no one has heard anything, safe to assume this is a scam exchange and please report abuse to abuse@namecheap.com so they can take the website down.  Of course i'm not accusing or anything yet, just saying.  I will update with what happens as I get updates.

A very small amount of trade. The exchange should think about providing liquidity - at least at the expense of fake volumes.

I noticed my BTC deposit in Bittrex also moves to another address. But I can withdraw whenever I want.

Maybe this is what happens to deposits on exchanges, they send funds to a single address.

But if you can't withdraw then maybe it is really scam.

All exchanges do this.  They centralize the funds, and do payouts from central funding.  This allows them to better manage change, since they can combine transactions into a single transaction (ie, they can pay 10 people at once, with one transaction, less fees, plus they can consolidate dust into their wallets)

Reading the last 2 pages, seems there is something wrong with this new exchange especially on withdrawals. Not a good start for a new launched exchange. I wanted to deposit some btc because this site has just added deeponion, but I think I should cancel it unless all above issues are solved.

As now, it's prudent to consider this site a scam and don't deposit anything.
It's a very new site, and I'm prone to consider the actual withdraw locking a temporary bug, but actually if you deposit you will end with your money locked and no support.
Oddly, seems that the first withdraw is going smoothly for me and others, but you won't be able to withdraw a second time.

Their twitter feed did say they put some new hardware in a few days ago to make withdrawals faster.

Today they said their back end hardware needs to be replaced and they're doing manual payouts..

I certainly wouldn't be putting money in until people start to see it coming out!

For BTC withdrawal, I understand resync will take time. But for Onions & other coins, it should be quick. We are already waiting for more than 24 hours. And with every new tweet we are asked to wait another 12-24 hours.

I don't think anybody have still received a blocked withdraw. Number 190 is still waiting as "almost done", I really wish that the dev could post some explanations here and be more present.

Well I just read an article saying they're from Perth, Australia, which means it is 2:30am there.

The big red flag for me is that there seemed to be a large volume of cheap coins to buy across all markets..

Putting cheap coins across all markets may be their marketing strategy to lure customers. But is it for scam or are they genuine is something that we are yet to know.

I bought 3k SIGT there for 450-600 satoshi and withdrew them already, so either I was lucky to do it couple of days ago or it's just a temporary problem)

Try immediately if you can withdraw a second time, the problem begin to happens with the second withdraw

Can we know how much have stolen by this exchange? It has been launched for around 2 weeks ago, seems that they prepared to scam people very well. Of course it is still accusation, hope the OP come back and all you guys get your money back.
It is a lesson for all of us to be very careful for all new sites in crypto-world. Better to avoid rather than to lose our money for just trying/testing a new service.

I did a small transaction specifically to see if they are legit or not. They are still a new exchange so maybe experiencing growing pains. I will give them some time before calling them a scam. Everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves.

Well they're far beyond their 24 hour maximum time to have their withdrawals fixed... There has been no contact from them since they made this announcement.

More and more undervalue coins are for sale on their exchange.

If they do redeem themselves I'd be ecstatic and would be more than happy to reverse any negative comments, but there are just way too many red flags for this being a scam.

They have Onions for sale at 0.00015 BTC.. almost half market value.

True but what do they gain if you use your BTC to buy low priced ONION and then hold back the Onion deposit, if indeed they themselves put up some cheap ONIONs for sale.

Basically what they're most likely doing is not actually selling any Onions at all, they don't exist, they just list them on the exchange outside the blockchain and then just take your BTC...

You just add it to your ledger but there is nothing tangible attached to it

This situation is so weird.  I have gotten a 3.79 Onion withdrawal, which confirmed today.  I had made it a few days ago.  I just dont get it.  How freakin hard is it to communicate on this forum, where they have made many posts to advertise the exchange...how hard is it to actually answer emails...bitzure, you want to hire me or people in this thread to help out they will gladly do it...its not hard to find help.  IN ANY CASE, we are seeing withdrawals coming through, very small amounts at first.  Was I wrong to jump to conclusions on this exchange ?  Did it not look like a scam ?  Is it still a scam ?  So confuse much wow

Still Almost done and processing for bitcoin and Onion withdraw.  They have processed minuscule amounts so far.  This isnt over by far.  There arent that many transactions to do and very little have been done so far.  I dont understand the 75% number, more like 10% in reality I estimate, and like 0.1% by value.

I still believe that is a temporary technical issue. I can't image that someone did so effort to create functional exchange only for scam.
Look at cryptopia and its SIGT wallet problem. Transaction (withdraw) problems are taking over 2 weeks.

The lack of communication is really frustrating and their claim that 75% of manual withdrawals are complete does not seem to correlate with what people have said here.

Also just the wide range of altcoins that are selling at between 10-40% below market value seems odd to me, I mean who would be selling Ethereum at 0.05 BTC when you could walk in to bittrex and sell for 0.07, or LTC at 0.0132 when once again at bittrex for 0.016.

If they were doing some promotional drive to drum up business by selling coins at a low cost, you'd be promoting it and trying to get attention to it.

The thing with the prices that is really odd is that say LTC 5.00 BTC exact value of sale. Onion 4.75 BTC exact value...Ethereum was 5.00 BTC exact value (a few trades have happened so it's a little lower)

Yeah I think the only option is to report them to cyber crime units.. If they get enough they might take notice, I wrote to the Australian one, as Bitzure says they're from Perth, Australia.
They did respond to me but basically said 'it appears they're trying to manually process withdrawals'.. that's when the small amounts came out.

I filled out the australian cybercrime reporting page, remember to give your blockchain details for your deposit, which enables them to identify the funds and where they go.  Now I dont think this will do any good...or if they are actually in australia, but I highly encourage everyone to do it, and also do some investigation on what/where/who may be behind this website and share that information.  Its not a big scam like cryptsy and whatnot, so itll get less attention.  Maybe thats what they wanted.

Yesterday got 0.05 SIGT at 22:12 that was been requested at 18:45.

So the Australian scam reporting people have gotten back to me and essentially said that the 'LLC' suffix means that they're registered in the US. And under the jurisdiction of Washington state law.

I think the next step to take is to try and contact the cyber crime department in Washington and hope that can have some results.

If they're anything like the Australian people we might have some success as the people here investigated it quite thoroughly.

A lot of them ended up with BTC addresses which were associated with "bitcoin multiplier"/"grow your bitcoin"/"100-btc.com" and then have moved on in the past few hours.

Just recived next SIGT withdrawal payments! 10 SIGT and 100 SIGT they came after about 10 hours since |I made withdrawal request.
So something is going on. The biggest withdrawal for 785 SIGT still didn't came and also I can't see it in the account history or withdrawal history. But I see the 785 amount is locked so probably still have a Almost Done status :(

Here somebody said that they use a vulnerable open source code. Maybe someone skilled could try to hack their site? I don't pretend to have money back, but at least we can try to close their site, maybe defacing it...

The open source software is Peatio, and there are known vulnerabilities (may have been fixed).  The only thing you could possibly get is to verify/accept user withdrawals...if there are funds in the hot wallet.  There arent much "admin" options on Peatio I think.  a quick google search will lead you to details.

Oh and by the way, you guys need to check all your Pools and exchanges where you mine.  If you used the same email, they will try to scam you some more by changing your withdrawals addresses on pools and trying to access your exchanges, plus you email itself.  (using the password you gave on bitzure, and trying weak passwords).  
edit: I checked on some unused pools and behold 193.169.146.69 accessed my account.  no damage done, but this could be a related IP address, since this is the first time this happens to me, and since the email I used on Bitzure is not used extensively

I got hooked in also by the low onion price - my own fault for not actually looking into it - I trusted coinmarketcap who had this listed and the volume was quite high so I assumed it was legit.

Deposited just under 4 BTC and bought onion - after reading this I made multiple withdrawals as a test for small amounts (1 onion, 15, 75 etc). and I got the 1 and the 15 within about 6 hours so I don't know what to think - many people are reporting not receiving larger withdrawals so at this point I am not expecting anything - quite confusing because they can actually make a decent profit from their fees however people are attracted to the lower prices so I guess they would not have any volume without the prices.

So just to update on where my work has gone so far, Initially I contacted the Australian cyber crime people (because an article says they were from Australia), They did some checking and found that under section 21 of their user agreement that they're under Washington State Law.

I proceeded to contact the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, who have said there is nothing saying they're operating in Washington and has advised that I/We report them to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

I have not yet filed a complaint there, but that might be the next port of call.

Accept it. Your money is gone, they aren't having technical issues because deposits are fine. Their wallets are fine. They are purposefully disabling withdrawals.

crypto_trader#43xzEXrP, im sorry but here is how it goes.  all btc transactions are almost done too - even though the hot wallet gets new deposits (unfortunately).  If you follow your btc, you see its being sent to various account, and no, those are not traders accounts.  All their actions mean one thing - they want more money to scam so they will keep a facade of an operating exchange in the hopes of luring some new deposits to steal.

You're either completely stupid, naive, in denial or in on the scam. They are trying to keep the scam going by pretending to have technical issues. The longer they keep it going the more they get.

Don't expect them to reply since they run off the money of there depositers already and I think those issue is part of their escape plan spo that they will not be sued when they implement their scam act. And don't trust this site for second time around since there are more better exchange that can deliver good trades to us and luckily I avoid to do trade on new site since I'm watching those new to build a reputation first before I go with them.

Yeah man. Sorry to say, I think its time to stick a fork in these guys. Even when trades were supposed to be cancelled days ago, mine are still stuck in Almost Done.

Oh I expect no response from Bitzure, it was about a response from the FBI.. I filed a complaint at the IC3 site, but have heard nothing as such.. I did hear back from Washington Securities Commission but they didn't have anything for us..

Just don't like that they continue to have their site up after so long while they've been shown to be scammers..

So got news from the attorney generals office in washington...bitzure no longer has a valid address nor telephone number.  if they ever had in the first place, which means they registered there under false pretenses, if at all.  Im quite convinced this is a ukraine/russian operation, due to IP I gathered from access to unused pools from the email I gave bitzure, but I could be wrong.  Also the name bit"zure" is quite familiar to microsoft azure hosting...

Unfortunately that doesn't really help ... or do we need to email Russian / Ukraine Police dept ? So difficult to track these scammers :/

That was all i was asking for. Losing money was bad, but seeing people that goes on depositing money made me feel very frustrated.

This is good news, yes.  they had "run" away a long time ago, but seeing the site up was bad.  it needed to be shut down to save people from depositing.  good job to all who sent in reports to authorities btw.  Maybe someone can track them down but it would require a lot of work I think

And how come they trust this site up when they doesn't have good reputation upon dealing with deposits on there traders yet? I received no response from the FBI but Microsoft did send me a case closure email stating:

So it seems they laundered part of the money through KeyVendor.net (maybe they own it too who knows).  Just follow your deposit address through multisig ones (starts with a 3, not a 1).  so russians confirmed :)  cyka blyat csgo, so they buy keys with bitcoin, then sell the keys elsewhere, effectively laundering money.
