Accept it. Your money is gone, they aren't having technical issues because deposits are fine. Their wallets are fine. They are purposefully disabling withdrawals.
I see they are working in twitter, but email support@bitzure.com - not found and no any feedback and support form. They are paying small amounts and spend all reserves for processing withrdawal orders. All this means they want to continue working... When no any money in reserves, then orders switching to ALMOST DONE status. That means they don't have access to traders private keys for generated deposit addresses in qt wallet. If anyone did deposit in SIGT do you have transaction hash? Do you see outgoing transactions from deposit address in block explorer? I saw my deposited bitcoin was been transferred to some addresses, and I think they did pay this coins to someone trader. But SIGT I have on LOCKED BALANCE and many withdrawal orders have ALMOST DONE STATUS. I cann't unlock it for trade, so it seems like a scam... But... As I said, I saw in block explorer spending their reserves for all withdrawals, and if they are not having access to traders deposit wallets or did lost this keys - they are noobs, and technical lamers. You're either completely stupid, naive, in denial or in on the scam. They are trying to keep the scam going by pretending to have technical issues. The longer they keep it going the more they get. |

I did write abuse on this domain with a request to contact the administrator of this server, for publishing any email address for traders contact them, if they team want to their unpaying sh~t will continiue working in future. |

Hate what I said all you want, it was meant realistically, not offensively. These are the facts. They aren't experiencing technical issues. Anything they say is due to technical reasons is a load of crap as these would be resolved by now. I know due to my technical experience. |

Unfortunately not, I put my initial complaint in on about the 13th or 14th of this month... but still no reply Don't expect them to reply since they run off the money of there depositers already and I think those issue is part of their escape plan spo that they will not be sued when they implement their scam act. And don't trust this site for second time around since there are more better exchange that can deliver good trades to us and luckily I avoid to do trade on new site since I'm watching those new to build a reputation first before I go with them. |

Sorry to say, I think its time to stick a fork in these guys. Even when trades were supposed to be cancelled days ago, mine are still stuck in Almost Done. It'll be a sad reckoning to total everything they've scammed from people. |

Oh I expect no response from Bitzure, it was about a response from the FBI.. I filed a complaint at the IC3 site, but have heard nothing as such.. I did hear back from Washington Securities Commission but they didn't have anything for us.. Just don't like that they continue to have their site up after so long while they've been shown to be scammers.. |

Im quite convinced this is a ukraine/russian operation, due to IP I gathered from access to unused pools from the email I gave bitzure, but I could be wrong. Also the name bit"zure" is quite familiar to microsoft azure hosting...

Unfortunately that doesn't really help ... or do we need to email Russian / Ukraine Police dept ? So difficult to track these scammers :/ |

Yeah it sounds very much like Washington was just a very convenient place to say they were from.. Are you saying you found an IP for them which pointed you towards Ukraine/Russia? Or just a suspicion? |
