Hey man, I need to learn your scamming techniques - is it a mish-mash of urban lingo and family issues? Or just the good 'ol Paypal chargeback scam?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Stay classy!

Edit: You know, I was being sarcastic. Also, I'd like to add that foodstamp is a douchebag. And you guys posting 'donation' addresses? The internet has a long memory - you may regret participating in this choads scam-bait.

I hope you don't live in the united states because the theft of 37.5 btc at $14.50 each mean you just admitted to a felony theft charge since its over $500 in assets.

So, wait a minute, did I understand this correctly? AnonX and some other dudes (or dudettes) gave you -10 on -otc for stuff you did, or they thought you did to other people, thus calling you a scammer? And then you scammed them (or at least him/her/it) to get even, thus proving them right?

Confused... head hurts... is that, like, reversed karma alignement? So they got bit for calling you something you became in the process of getting revenge?

Gotta... sit for a bit.

They did, in fact, have a premonition then? Can we get AnonX's view on how the BTC market will be next week? Should I buy or sell?

In all seriousness, I'm very much opposed to bad mouthing or scamming for that matter, and this is a tale of both. It was however a good laugh and a wonderful lesson for all newcomers to this trade. Kudos to FoodSt4mP for doing this as an exercise of teaching and not just bragging! And better luck next time AnonX, you should know better (for both abusing the rating system and then getting scammed)...

Oh, and I DON'T want no btc from this whole deal, way too many moral implications :)

Ah shit.  A felony?!?!?!?!?!!?!?  Good thing I use VPN's and NOBODY has a remote clue to who I am.  Also, AnonX was paid by another guy who -10'd me...  I had NOTHING to do with theft or stealing bitcoins.  ::whew:: that was a close one.  What are the chances of setting 2 haters against themselves.  Good when you have my skillsets.  Damn that was SLICK.  I'm still patting myself on the back.

BTW the $ amount is nowhere near a felony in my state, fyi.. and... I broke NO laws.  Chalk this one up to a happy July 4th!

I was dragged through the mud by people and their here-say that I never have traded with.. Why would I take 80+ ratings and 0- ratings and RUIN MY REPUTATION?  The answer is, I wouldn't.  This is NOT about the BTC with me, this is a simple lesson which I professed to show how easily you can damage other people by being careless.  There will be more to come, I'm just getting warmed up.

lol at people that think they are anonymous when they are not. a simple google search shows that you live in Texas and brings up your ebay account which, I assume, is attached to your paypal or bank account which has your real name and address. Congrats on selling an unlocked iPhone 4 for $850 by the way.

Most people who keep their mouth shut get to keep the spoils.

Those who boast usually get caught over time because they can't stop bragging.

Looks like a MITM (man in the middle) to me.

He has two people he's attempting to trade with at once, one buyer, one seller. Get the buyer to send money to the real seller, get the seller to send BTC to your address. Then you disappear while the two legitimate people duke it out.

One of the reasons I never really looked at the OTC stuff, because it was apparent this shit was going to be a problem to begin with. I'd rather deal with some shady-ass exchange and limit my exposure to one or two exchanges than deal with 800 little ones all of whom I know nothing about.

It doesn't look like this guy particularly gives a shit about keeping the spoils.

P.S. Foodstamp == Awesome handle.

This is what happened to me.. I worked hard trading and *I* got scammed like this many times and had paypal chargebacks too... So... All that hard work, I ended up having to pay THOUSANDS of $ to recover from out of my own pocket.  So, instead of the channel UNDERSTANDING that shit like this happens, they want to put me on blast and make me out to be the fuck who was doing it and they BANNED me.  So, this is what they get.  They get to see how it feels to be where I was at one time.   Here is an example.....

There were plenty of opportunities for you to clear your name. You never did.

Scamming me because I "unfairly" rated you a scammer, way to prove a point!
You can still undo this, you can still clear your name.

It is way above you now friend.  I tried for WEEKS to clear my name to no avail.  I am done trying to be a positive member of this community so the old Eye for an Eye saying is now applicable.  I have weeks of lining that IRC channel with my glitter and fluff to turn back now.  I'm ready for the fireworks.

Nothing personal against you.

As we slide down the banister of life, this is just another splinter in our asses.

Cheers to the staff/mods of bitcoin.org forums for not BANNING ME and letting me speak my peace.  I like this forum a hell of a lot more than -OTC.  Is there a donation link anywhere?  :-)

He is not scamming the scammers. He is scamming the guys who rated him a scammer because he was accused by multiple users and didnt make any attempts to clear his name.

How can I make attempts to clear my name when I am BANNED ON SIGHT?  I tried to clear my name for WEEKS.

Also, to everyone taking stolen bitcoins. How would you feel if you were in the victims shoes? This is really pathetic, really thought bitcoin community was better than this.

Being part of the "teenager" community (i.e, not a newcomer by any rate, yet not a hardcore old timer) I gotta say I resent that comment. You are putting the handful of members that requested a part on the stolen goods and then saying the community, the whole 1000s of members worth of community, should be somewhat better and you are disappointed at the whole of it?

I don't know the whole story (nor do I care at this point) but that kind of reasoning seems to be in the very root of what triggered the whole drama ;)

Here is an example.....

http://pastebin.com/0TCbKZp2

I had NOTHING to do with the middle man here.  I was a victim myself.  This is what started the god damned shitstorm.

I remember this; I was watching when it happened.

I won't say a single word if you "scammed" the scammers back and you are giving away the bitcoins. And if some of them show up at my address, well, I have no idea why or where they came from. :)

Was this just a standard MITM scam? i dont quite understand what "service" the other guy is saying you offered that enabled the scam?

It wasn't standard at the time; it was quite probably the first that bitcoin-otc had ever seen, so nobody understood it. Some people, it seems, still don't.

I'm still watching this thread.

Free market means nobody has moral standards, then?

I really pity AnonX because he seems to be the victim here and I pity FooDSt4mP as well because he will have a hard time looking in a mirror again, knowing he stole that much money...

I was the counterparty to AnonX in this MITM.

First of all, I would like to say that FooDSt4mP's social engineering attack was masterful.  He was able to use a compromised account and quick wit to pull off this attack, and others like it.  Everyone should review the logs posted and learn from them, or we all risk missing the point.

The point is, of course, that a counterparty cannot be trusted without proper GPG identification to go with his or her rating history.  A forum name is not enough, an email is not enough, a convincing story is not enough.  If your instinct says that something is wrong, listen to it.

FooDSt4mP has fully succeeded in showing that his rating may have initially been sullied by a similar attack.  However, it must be kept in mind that he used aggressive and almost spam-like techniques to amass a stellar rating within hours and days of joining -otc for the first time.  This rating came mostly from new users, ones who did not follow rating guidelines.  The amount of time that FooDSt4mP had been in the system was also not enough to earn him the benefit of the doubt.  It should be no surprise that a new user accused him of a scam even if the attack was a MITM, and it should be no surprise that his high ;;getrating was looked upon suspiciously when ;;gettrust returned 0.  During a time when -otc grew by hundreds of users daily, it can be expected that the ops would err on the side of caution.  I was not involved in arbitration and so cannot comment further on what actually took place.  The next thing that I heard relating to FooDSt4mP's name was a string of attacks that he did perform and did admit to performing, so naturally that had the effect of causing most users to assume that he was a scammer from the very beginning.

I do not know what will happen now with FooDSt4mP and the bitcoin community, but I suppose that he can re-appear under a new identity and lead a peaceful existence here without anyone knowing.  I urge him to end the vendetta, as his point has been proven.  We should all take security more seriously before a breach happens, and we should investigate carefully after it happens to avoid pointing fingers at innocent users.

Regarding this recent attack against AnonX and myself and the funds involved:

We have split the USD value of the attack as follows:
AnonX has kept 288.30 USD
I have received 288.00 USD

FooDSt4mP has reimbursed me with 3.49 BTC:
AnonX has received 1.745 BTC from me
I have kept 1.745 BTC

I would like to ask those who have received donations from FooDSt4mP after this attack to send them to 16cx71KX3KXB8cynhVs878ruUdZLwHL63h
Any left-over loss will be divided equally between AnonX and myself.

FooDSt4mp, thank you for a teachable moment.

Yes, the guy said I enabled the scammer by providing my service.  HE in fact enabled the scammer by not checking WOT ratings.  It was standard MITM.   He rated me -1 even after he admitted in that log that HE was the one at fault.  If you look at all my - ratings, I have never traded with almost all of them, and one is a friend who -10'd me because my account was being used to scam when I was offline, people would steal my nick before I locked it....  Like the song says... It ain't me babe, no no no...

If I cannot be respected enough to have my voice heard when I speak... I will snag you by the hairy gumdrops and deliver a blood curdling scream.  Earplugs or not, honey badger don't give a shit.  :::grin:::

Also, to everyone taking stolen bitcoins. How would you feel if you were in the victims shoes? This is really pathetic, really thought bitcoin community was better than this.

All communities have free loaders, they just become obvious when someone pulls up with a bunch of goods and offer them for free.

I dunno, I haven't received any stolen bitcoins. Not yet, anyway. I'll tell you how I feel if it ever happens.

I thank you for the sincerity and insight into this.  THIS IS ALL TRUE.
I sent another 2 coins to your same address that I used before and more will trickle back slowly in time.. So 5.5 sent back so far.  I hate to see you suffer from this (although you rated me - and I have never traded with you ::grin::... ) and I think you are a bang up guy, so you have my word that you will recover your side of the loss from me as time goes on.  THIS is the attention I was seeking... Some UNDERSTANDING and not a fucking +b or shit talking from people who have no inside knowledge of an event.  I like to consider myself a peaceful person and will always take the high road vs the low road.  The low road gets you nowhere fast.

Cheers OneFixt.  I'll see you around, you just won't know it's me, the fresh identity has been in effect for weeks already... :-)  (I am already in OTC with 7 clients now, I warned the @'s a shitstorm was coming, they didn't believe me.. So here it comes). All 7 have ratings higher than 0, I will say that.  They are not for scamming, they are for building a solid rep, and will be finally used against my targets to teach a lesson that the WOT ultimately doesn't mean shit, and just because you are a mod/admin for some tiny area of the internet, does not make you God nor Mary fucking Magdalene.  :-)   Fun times ahead.

Next time I will not be giving out free bitcoins, I will be giving out entire unopened wallet.dat's. I already have a nice collection of 180 or so sitting on ice.  Rawr.  Kinky shit.

TTYS buddy.  Happy 4th.

So you're just a small angry person out for revenge? From this thread it looks like you're just a malicious scammer, or at least you've become one because you realised you could get away with it, and have since changed your tune when mjsbuddha found you on ebay.

I was forth asking for a handout here, i didnt get anything, I was planning on returning it if i did, and whoever did get a freebie should return it, its stolen (come on). Lets keep the hate machine side of the internet away from bitcoin, and be a bit civilised.

Reminds me of phishing AOL accounts back when AOL was expensive and people were new to the internet.

I think he's just getting carried away now and exaggerating. Either way I would have been very happy to recieve a scammer that was scammed's money earlier in this thread (as I believed), but it seems it was just a couple people who had left negative feedback without proof? - so not so much justification (didnt recieve any coin just for clarification)

It's not my ebay account and 4703 cole ave dallas tx is NOT my address, come on I'm not that dumb.  Why register a domain anon when you can register it to somebody you don't like's address and send shit like this their way...  Feel free to drop by that address anytime, it's a 2k a month luxury town house in uptown dallas.  I will not confirm nor deny that I did live there at one time.. But if I did... It was a LONG LONG time ago.  :-)  Being honest:  I am nowhere NEAR Dallas, TX right now.  My IP is 40 miles away or so, but I'm not.

Also, good luck tracking me down through an ebay account that doesn't belong to me....   Seriously, you don't have my ebay don't waste your time.

I am going out to go drink for awhile and to celebrate the 4th..  I will post my phone # later and will start a conference that up to 99 people can join and we can talk this out.  I obviously am not running from this, I volunteered myself and an explanation.  I have nothing to hide nor run from.  I will even post my real address and stuff about me if you folks want.  I already have a video of myself floating around proving I don't need to scam.  There is 800k of shit hanging on the wall of the office where I am.  Watch it if you know the link, I am not posting it on here, I'm sure plenty of people have seen it.  I have almost as many oz of AU and AG as I do bitcoins right now.  Bitcoins are childs play to me, I could buy out over 10% of ALL the bitcoins on the planet right now if I so chose.  You should see my forex and brokerage accounts.

What tone should I have?  Everything that needed to be said has been said.  Am I right or wrong by doing what I did today?  I would say slightly right, mostly wrong, just being honest.  I am not proud of what I did, but it was a damn good lesson and it just shows that sometimes people would rather stand on their feet and fight rather than lay on their back and get fucked.  It's that simple.

Happy 4th to all, I will be back in a few hours... It's bar time.

Hey man. Just a tip.

Most people who keep their mouth shut get to keep the spoils.

Those who boast usually get caught over time because they can't stop bragging.

He's not looking to keep the spoils from what it looks like. It doesn't even look like he was in it for a profit. It looks like he was in it to screw over the people that unjustly screwed him over. I'm not sure what exactly he did to get all the negative feedback in the first place, but it certainly seems like a very hivemind-ish thing to do.

I'd say this is the more concerning thing than his MITM attack, the hivemind nature of bitcoin users, especially in this forum.

this is a very odd one. I can see both sides.

Foodstamp try's to clear his name for which he is innocent and gets ignored (at lest That's what I think). So he thinks stuff it if they are going to blame me for it why not do it.

Ah well live and learn. People here are 2 fast to shout scam before they have all the fact of if he's guilty... They might flip and do this

If most of you saw a murder, I'm sure youd line up to eat the corpse.

Fuck. About 7 years ago I was walking through the ghetto in California at 4am and walked past the cops cleaning up a shootout, with two dead gangbangers on the ground. I kept my head down and continued walking, now I finally learn the proper response is "you gonna eat that?"

... and to think I ate shitty a Jack in the Box breakfast that morning. Double-fuck.

I saw this thread earlier and did I ask for any cash nope. I let things play out.

At first yep I thought what a cock nicking someone's money and well bragging about it on the forums. and giving it away.

then I read this thread later on and saw what had happened and read the back story. do I agree 100% with his actions no. Can I see why he did it yes.

If you blame someone for being a scammer when he's not. Could it turn him into one for revenge yes

I'm sure plenty of people have.  Did you not realize that I have done nothing wrong?
Also, how will they find me when I use proxies/vpn's/fake nicks/etc?

It's nice to know who the tattle tales are.

That wasn't even my IP if you ask people who know me.
Also, how would that trojan work when the ftp details embedded in it go to an ftp acct that never worked?
I personally would obfuscate my code and do a better job than that, but that's just me.
Also, I would use java, not C++.

Keep trying.  :)

FooDSt4mP, you're a bad liar. If that IP address is a VPN, it's not a public VPN. As such, it should be easy for the owner of that IP address to identify you. That being said, I think it is your IP address.

Of course he's a thief.  And the only way it could possibly be justified is if the gains were ill-gotten by the one he was stealing from.  AFAIK, AnonX didn't receive his coins through ill-gotten means.

seemingly, he was labeled a scamer when he wasn't. nobody listened to him and they all rated him really badly and he got kicked out of the forum or something. so he set up two people that rated him badly with the same trick that was used on him, both parties affected split the money that was left and the guy seemingly gave away all the money he took, and gave some of it back to the people he took it from. apparently just really pissed and wanting to make a point. no idea how much was given back though. but parties involved think its a lesson learned for everyone. Lesson: don't blame people just cause they seem guilty, and trust who your trading money for BTC with. (man in the middle attack is cool... bad but cool >_>)

If you think this FooDSt4mP character isn't full of shit and a thief, you haven't interacted with him enough. I WAS IN #bitcoin-court that day (11th of June iirc) when he was being accused of stealing bitcoin from another user. As soon as the other user produced the block explorer link showing the transaction had occurred, FooDSt4mP went silent and conveniently timed out and was gone for days. Hence all his negative ratings here: http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=FooDSt4mP&sign=ANY&type=RECV (http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=FooDSt4mP&sign=ANY&type=RECV)

IMO FooDSt4mP is an attention whore, nothing more, nothing less.  AnonX I'm sorry you got scammed and don't want to be mean, but come on, how many red flags did you need him to throw up?  He SCREAMED scammer the whole time and you were dumb for falling prey to him.

Edit: Ben Franklin's eyeglasses is too much like I said attention whore.  I'll be happy to give him what he wants people like him are funny.

Well considering the response I've received in other threads regarding theft.  I honestly think this whole forum is full of fucking thieves.   I'll not do business with any asshole THIEF that has put their address out there to receive stolen coins in this thread.  Yes, asking for known stolen bitcoins makes you a THIEF.

And I don't forget.

In my defense, I thought Foodstamp had scammed other scammers to get his coins back. So I played along. As soon as AnonX explained himself, I passed the token right back.

Wonderful lesson in the ease of bitcoin transactions, and human nature!

It's sad how scammers and hackers have had such a negative impact on btc.

Has anyone given his address to thugs in his area, and told them that he claims 700oz of gold, 1000oz of silver etc are in the house?

Yup, that's the "higher standard of morality" all right. People are funny.

Who want's to bet I don't have George Washington's hair, also a chunk of his casket, Ben Franklins eye glasses, and 30 presidential autographs?   Who wants to lose money?
I bet in gold, silver, or BTC... No USD$ please.  I do take AUD/CAD/CHF though.

Put your money where your mouth is... I'll make a pretty video for you.

What does it take to get a ban in this place?  This is an admitted scammer/thief of people on this very forum.  What the fuck?  Seriously?

I'm relatively new here, but this doesn't look good for this forum at all to allow this person to operate here.  Especially to people just coming in the door (opening new accounts).  It doesn't look good for the bitcoin community as a whole.  People are here condoning this.  People are here trying to get stolen coins.  People are blaming the person getting robbed.  WTF?  Did I step into bizzaro-world here?

With all do respect, a ban does nothing, they are easy to evade.  The reason I started being a pain in a few folks asses is because of them banning me and for the way I was treated.  If you are nice to me, I will be nice to you.  If you treat me like shit, I will destroy you without leaving the chair in my office.  The reason I am not banned here I would suspect is because I haven't done ANYTHING wrong here on bitcoin.org and also... The mods here seem to be VERY cool mods.  The people that go banning everybody for petty shit make enemies very quickly as witnessed on Freenode.  I am here to make friends.  Not enemies.  But, enemies do arise from time to time.  Unlike some of you, I just won't lay there and take it when they are shoving it in and out of me.  I fight.

Um FYI, I just left Nevada yesterday and am heading to TX tomorrow AM after I refuel. But... I have 24 hr security at my house to watch my shit, even when I am there.  Even if you were to get past them, I have a shitload of security cameras that stream to the web via a wireless link, and ALL my shit is in safes.  Good luck snagging it.

I have a .44 mag that is ALWAYS within reach of me with special ammo, everybody else there is also armed.  Please don't stop in without being invited, you will meet the ex-military side of me.  .... Not that you even know wtf state I live in or anything.  We'll just stick with Dallas, TX though at 4703 cole ave.  :::smfh:::

I'm not going to be the one calling the dogs on him. I simply believe you shouldn't think you can rip people off and hide behind the wall of law enforcement that needs a lot of information to move legally against you. This guy FooDSt4mP, as you can see from my first post earlier, claims to be in the business--in his own words--of stealing bitcoin and wallets from people, creating virus, using the money to buy silver. And while he claims that he only does this because he was 'wrongly' accused of scamming, don't believe it. I watched him avoid, dodge, and ultimately conveniently time out from a #bitcoin-court chat the moment someone proved the transaction in question happened (proof that FooDSt4mP said didn't exist).

FooDSt4mP is a fucking thief, he admits it in irc, and he shouldn't think he's safe from everyone just because he sits behind a computer.

I haven't done any trades with FooDSt4mP, because I was way too smart for that shit. I spotted him as shady the moment he was in freenode having 'bitcoin auctions' where he was losing money on every single one, in the same minutes that people were in other channels accusing him of scamming them. This isn't a good guy. This is a POS who's going to earn himself some ugly outcome, from someone, somewhere.

Yeah, it's seriously not my addy.. I would NEVER put my addy on a domain that I registered... I would do it anonymously.

Honestly, that domain doesn't even belong to me.. I just have access to it.

If somebody is going to kick in the door of that 4703 address and nail the folks.... MAKE A VIDEO, I will not confirm nor deny that I will pay 100 BTC for it.

Remember how I turned the two people against each other by the MITM attack?  Maybe I don't like the person at the 4703 addy and I WANT you to get them...  Or.. Maybe the domain isn't mine like said... Or maybe I live there...

Mysteries Mysteries.

I am in either Arizona or New Mexico now, not saying which one.  :|

Will be in TX tomorrow late morning though.  :)

Briareus... I just sent you 5 BTC (bitcoin transaction: 302d3b7404d75e1ca206c1c1438465735942d849f387ec4b52fce40cdbf4487e) and you didn't pay me! You are a scammer.  I have a transaction hash...  Come on brah ANYBODY can say that shit and it's not true.  Hence why when I was in the fake ass court, they ddosed my vpn, not that it mattered for me to defend myself since they had a 'transaction hash' to 'prove' their case.  If I was "shady" how come I had over 100 trades in the month of June 2011 with no problem until I got my 1st bad rating?  Wouldn't I scam on shells and diff nicks?  I was making 500-3k a day in OTC for the shit went down....  Why would I scam somebody once and lose that ability?  The answer is:  I wouldn't.  If I was a scammer, I wouldn't ADMIT to the people after I had the BTC in hand that I just scammed them and then TELL THEM WHO I WAS. Or maybe I am stupid?  I dunno man.

2) Dude doesn't understand that real people exist behind these screennames.

Indeed.

Someone else asked if his information had been passed onto law enforcement. But I have a better question:

Has anyone given his address to thugs in his area, and told them that he claims 700oz of gold, 1000oz of silver etc are in the house?

Know anywhere that is hiring PI's?

It hardly seems worth risking prison time to count coup on IRC and a forum.  Randal Schwartz was sentenced to five years of probation, 480 hours of community service, and $68k restitution just for cracking passwords at Intel and accessing computers from home.  What do you think your former employers at the Treasury Department would think of your shenanigans implied by your statement above?

Nice house, btw.  Who's your landscaper?  I like what he did around the tree.

Are you kidding you obviously don't know him.  If you did you would know he is secretly the president of the United States,  Obama is just a puppet put in place by him to do his bidding.  NO ONE can touch him!

and FYI, yes I was a consultant for the SS a couple years back.  I have backdoor access to things you can't even imagine.

I've put people away for WAY longer than that.  I wish I could share some of my records on here, they are quite fun to read over.  My former employer can kiss my ass.  FUCK the government.  Which tree by the way?  There are a lot of them. ... and yes they have stuff around them, you may be on the right track.

If somebody gets my real addy and posts it, I will say it's real.  I'm not trying to hide, I'm a big boy.

Nobody is impersonating me but me.

I have root on that server, yes.  :)  That particular server has 84 domains on it.  MAR is one of my many many many many honeypots (if you googled it)

I have root on roughly 15% of the computers on the whole internet (if I claim my prize).  Over 90% of *nix boxen.

I don't do macs well.  I hate them.

I won't say how many paypal accts I have.  You would shit though.. I promise.   You would shit after you got done shitting some more too.

Street address
Error Message
You cannot remove your home address.

Posting random paypal accts on here would put me in a place where penis meets asshole.  No thanks.  Just pretend I have them.  :|

I should post my entire history on pastebin and get accts killed.  :)  I did 20k last month just in BTC trades.  :)

Still analyzing what is there to see and what not. Man, the fake Berlusconi video had better quality and people believed it! For all I know you have a bunch of replicas on your wall that you made a blurry shaky video of. But I don't even care about Ben Franklins seeing aids.

Still can't wrap my head around this...
1. You are Brett Backman and got screwed, now you're on a vendetta but can't clear all the FooDStamP occurences on the web you spread over the last 14-18 years, so you just deny you're "that guy" living in either Duncanville (with a fake leet phone number and stuff around the trees) or 4703 Cole, Dallas.

2. You are very skilled |33+ h4x0r ex-military rich guy and are indeed hiding behind carefully stolen identities (although they are blissfully ignorant about all of that and haven't reported it yet or done anything to prevent it) just having some fun.

3. You are an attention whore and will write just about anything, regardless if true or false, just so people don't ignore you and you can get off.

I'm leaning towards 3 right now... damn, I fell for your trap!! Ugh... ;)

Oh, BTW: It's virii, not virri...

What's funny is I know who the cop is on this thread.   Gahhhh I love being me.

Is that a double meaning? lol

Hm, I guess I should say thanks for the 0.08 btc... but more importantly, what gambling game should I waste it on? Debating over the btcriches or bitcoindouble :-/

Yeah I had a netbook with a shitty cam..Sorry.

I assure you all of that stuff is very real, it would not be mounted if it was fake.  They are almost all authenticated.

18 years was when the nick FooDStamP was created.  :)  Good job.
I am a semi-attention whore.. Yes.
I don't live in Dallas or Duncanville.

Cole Ave, Damian Way, Meadow Ridge, Jefferson Cliffs, Ross Ave = All wrong addresses... Sorry.

I live close to one of them.  But not close enough.  :)

Find my mugshots and current warrants.   Just giving you stuff to hunt for... They do exist.  Some other stuff does as well.  Good luck.

Ha! Hilarious! thanks for posting this, because Tchah was a scammer that we got kicked out of OTC, thanks in part to this log, which proves NOT that I was a scammer, but that I was trying to actually make sure he didn't do a bad trade, as can be see at 15:05 when I asked him why he was willing to sell me UNDER the market rate. (he was claiming to sell to me for 10$ each, when the rate was something like 12 or 14 at that time). See here:

Quote
[15:05] <briareus> why would you want to sell the btc for 10$? I just want to make sure you want to, I'm ready
[15:05] <Tchah> because I can't get on gox
[15:05] <Tchah> no one is buying

Also, you happened to post the real log, which I appreciate. There is a SECOND log that Tchah faked, which is transparently faked, and he faked it to make me look bad when I exposed him in #bitcoin-otc. So thanks for giving me a boost there, liar.

FooDSt4mP: Please put me on whatever list you have too. You will never scam me. To be honest with you, I am not impressed at all with your acitivities. What you do can be compared to robbing purses from old ladies, or stealing toys from babies. When it comes to the level of morality, this is where you are. You bragging about your scamming truly shows what a very sad sad individual you really are. Unfortunately I am not an admin on this siste, if I were, you'd be banned and this thread deleted a long time ago. I have no understanding for you doing the things you do as a 'revenge', seems very egoistical, selfish, immature and childish. I am not at all impressed with what you do.

Right on man.  Cheers.

briareus ya know... I am in Phoenix right now for a few more hours.  I could easily modify my flight plan and stay a few more days here and come over to Scottsdale.  You = CENCORED.ph.ph.cox.net ...   I know some nasty kung fu with slackware.  Don't be a skootchie.

Hey look here's FooDSt4mP and his asshole buddy driving dangerously and impersonating police. What great guys.

How mature, how honest, how respectful of others. --How well-raised these fuckstick wastes of skin are!

And how fucking boring. There's nothing imaginative or smart or cool about being a dick, FooDSt4mP, because its the easiest thing in the world to do. Look around, you're distinguishable only from the other sea of dicks by being a smaller one. That you apply yourself so very hard for such pointless ends is the real tragedy, more than any bitcoins people have lost to you.

You're going to get what's coming to you, from someone, somewhere. It's going to be ugly, it will probably get people around you harmed or killed, and it's going to be your fault. You've built this castle of hatred around you, and you're not going to have anyone to blame but yourself when it all caves in on you. Congratulations, King Pointless.

I'm sure you'll reject all this bitcoin irc and forum experience as proof of a world unfair to you, and whatever other blah-blah shit you tell yourself every time you justify fucking someone over, but every one of us who's watched you operate and seen how you talk and think and manipulate others knows what's up with you: You're broken.

You make your parents proud, I'm sure.

Goodbye, liar.

Being honest here, I see no reason why he would have to be banned.

Not only is this thread rather amusing to read, but it's also a very good lesson and a perfect example of social engineering combined with scamming. He already has a lot of X's next to his name, and a SCAMMER title, so I'd say it's pretty clear he's a scammer.

Censorship does no good. This thread may look bizarre, and it may make the community look bad, but then so be it. Would it be better to pretend nothing happened, hide what people really think, and act as if we are all one happy family? Or is it better to show the real nature of people? You decide.

Hi Eric!  DERP

Above information may be false based on further investigation.  Please don't harass this person as it may not be the scammer.  My gut still tells me it's correct, and the other persona linked to FoodSt4mP is all honeypot information to mislead.

Edit: Yeah, looks like you guys got it right the first time.  Brett Backman.  He's a piece of work.  Believes Osama wasn't killed on 5/1/11, but died of kidney failure in 2002.

Runs some conspiracy related website.

Lol, I think that's scarier than the psycho 6'2 240lb marine I thought he was.

Seriously.. read this shit.  This person has something seriously wrong with them.

Like I said, I'm not violent... I do stay armed at all times, yes.  But I am fully licensed to do such.

Every house is a castle, every castle needs a sword.  A pistol in the bedroom, shotgun by the door, a .308 to reach out, baby you don't need nothing more.

Ok, so you aren't Brett "The freedom fighter" Backman.  You just have access to his paypal account, make prank phone calls as him, and somehow log in to IRC from his host.  You also just so happen to write "mining" software that steals wallet files and uploads them to his website of conspiracy theorists that you just so happen to have access to.

Lol, I might have the wrong FoodSt4mp though.  Kind of strange though that this one is also former armed forces if I do have the wrong one.

Honeypot.
Wait, I'm confused.  Which scenario is correct:

1. Some unknown guy set up that American Revolution site and Facebook pretending to be Brett Backman (with an AKA of FooDSt4mP), ostensibly with incorrect info about Brett.  But then you hacked that site and created a payments@modernamericanrevolution.net (or whatever it was) and made yourself a Paypal account with it... which is kind of risky since the unknown guy who owns that site could just do a "Forgot my password" on Paypal and instantly have access to your account.

2. You (as in FooDSt4mP here the Bitcoin forums) set up that American Revolution site and Facebook using a false alias of Brett Backman (aka FooDSt4mP) to throw people off the trail of your real identity, which would explain how you have access to that Email account used for Paypal.

It's too early in the morning to wrap my head around this plot.

Doesn't look like there's anything we can do about him, you just have to cover your ass by adding some extra security precautions.

Perhaps make them send an email of your full conversation from the email address on the paypal account.

That way the 3rd man, if any,  will read the conversation and be like "WTF"

You'd flip if you know how many domains I have. :|

Say Mr. Backman caught a prison sentence and isn't supposed to be out until 2015, what we he do about it then?
ahhhh there we go

Update:

foodst4mp keeps scamming people with MITM technique

Let me guess, still trying to make a point, nothing to do with financial gain right?

Who did I scam now?  Just curious... I haven't been on the computer much in days friend.  Been out and about.  Hence the lack of posts here in this forum.  :)

What nick, ip, etc etc etc.. What are the details?

Unlike FooDSt4mP , AnonX is a gentleman. I made a trade with him and managed to do an error, but he recitified it immediately, if he wanted he could run with the money, which would have even out the loss he suffered from the FooDSt4mP scamage, but unlike FooDSt4mP , AnonX is a gentleman.

FooDSt4mP, look at yourself in the mirror and smile, you wont' see anyone else smiling at you, so better take a picture of that smile and look at it every time you're sad, for you're a very sad individual.
