Basing on the market today bitcoin is dumping hard and also the alt coins. I guess without bitcoin the other coins will be gone too. What do you think?

I guess so. The king of all digital currency is the Bitcoin, so if its gone probably the Altcoins will gone too. Bitcoin is the first ever crypto and the altcoins is based on its concept about blockchai and decentralized.

I don't think others will survive because bitcoin was considered as the king of crypto,if king falls which means kingdom also will fell.people started to trust cryotocurrency due to the bitcoin price growth one if it fails they will lose hope and fall back from investing on the other cryotocurrency too which literally means others will also fall.

it is very difficult to make a decision. because some coins may survive even though Bitcoin dies but I doubt it for any other coin.

For me altcoins depends on the bitcoin price if it will be gone, all them are gone too.Because bitcoin is the mother of cryptocurrency  and the other altcoins is hard to survive without bitcoin,it will never die it has the stability and it is the strongest coin in crypto.

No. Bitcoin as we speak is the front driver of this entire market, and once (for whatever reason) Bitcoin isn't there anymore, the crowd will park its capital in the next best coin. Depending on your own preference, it might be Litecoin or Ethereum to take the front driver position at that point in time. People will easily adapt to the situation and move forward, that's how things go in the crypto market, and that's also what I like about it. Whatever horrible event occurs, people forget about it after a month or two.

Me i think yes. each coin in the market is independent some actually wants to get rid of bitcoin. but when btc is gone it will affect the market i'm sure. the market will not be volatile like when btc is still in the market.

If people embraced the fact that cryptos are here to stay, even if bitcoin proved to hlbe a failure in the coming years, other coins will still survive. Different countries are already creating their own digital currencies based on the blockchain tech, so I guess it wouldn't be impossible for cryptocoins to stay even if bitcoin disappeared.

Bitcoin as of now, remains to be the only avenue for everyone to get their hands on crypto, but if exchanges allow USD/Crypto exchanges (which I doubt to be possible at the moment), there'd be a surge of users investing fiat to get crypto.

answer this important initial question and then you get your answer too. because bitcoin is not just going to vanish one morning after you wake up. there will be a reason and since altcoins are mostly based on bitcoin there is a good chance that same reason will also be applied to them and they also disappear!

also depending on the reason why bitcoin vanished in your theory, the reason may apply to other cryptocurrencies even if they share nothing with bitcoin, the fact that they are in the same category (crypto-currency) can be enough.

It will then be on the basis of how bitcoin went down in the first place because that will go a long way to determine the survival of other coins. If its the enactment of certain laws where other countries goes along with it, then there won't be any exception to whether it's bitcoin or other coins just like the ban on crypto currencies on Facebook that broke some days back. On the other hand, they might survive just like when bitcoin was falling and ETH and Ripple were still holding forth it means if it continues, those other could still survive. Another is if there is a discovery of a security flaw just like the one of Electrum few weeks back and it was not arrested or the casualties was more than necessary then other coins might survive but they would feel the heat. I think so, since bitcoin is consider to be the father of all cryptos, their value has greatly affected by current status of bitcoin in the market so if bitcoin will going to die chances that all other alts can drops and lose their value is possible to happen.

No,will be my answer even though there is no relation between the price of bitcoin and other crypto currency but it is indirectly connected between to the crypto investors,who always choose to invest on other crypto currency when the bitcoin price keeps going and they will cashout when the bitcoin started to fall.so it looks like directly proportional if bitcoin fails then people will lose interest or trust on the other crypto currencies.
But there is no chance for that to happen because bitcoin was grown from ashes now it becomes a big giant even it crashed recently.So people still have trust on bitcoins and holding their bitcoin until there is investors the bitcoin will last long.

There are some people who are thinking that in order for them to rise up they have to kill Bitcoin. What they don't understand is that if Bitcoin will be gone there will be less confidence and trust left on the market and it will be harder to get more people to adopt cryptocurrency. There would really be effects on the market if bitcoin would be gone considering that the king and first crypto is not already existing but as expected there would be a new coin would really took its place. First of all, today Bitcoin and almost any other altcoin out there are in a uptrend.
Second, don't forget the bull stage in last December was very fast, maybe too fast, so a correction was very expected by many analysts. Maybe you are a recent investors, but crypto market is very volatile so it's not a surprise to see such dumps, pumps, and so on...

Well, the BTC has the right of the first night let's say, if it will disappear, then only after 80% of altcoins disappear. There are many new techs that allow bitcoin to compete with more advanced cryptocurrencies. That of course lead to forks, either hard of soft of course, but basically, the problems with bitcoin are to be sold

Honestly, I do not believe that eth will ever overcome on Bitcoin and became the king. Anyway, no Bitcoin is not going to lose and if it somehow does lose then other coins are not going to exhaust like this one because there is a lot of money in the market and the only reason which can kill Bitcoin is if all the people take all of the money from the Bitcoin. Just like if you take all of your money from the banks the banks will close down. So if someone takes all of the money and put the money in another currency or virtual currency then there is a chance that Bitcoin can be killed.

Some coins have their own blockchain.
Some coins, such as RIPL for example, have all chances to become a digital payment instrument.

I think it will. From a general point of view, Bitcoin and Ethereum differ in purpose. While Bitcoin is created as an alternative to regular money and is thus a medium of payment transaction and store of value, Ethereum is developed as a platform which facilitates peer-to-peer contracts and applications via its own currency vehicle. While Bitcoin and Ether are both digital currencies, the primary purpose of Ether is not to establish itself as a payment alternative (unlike Bitcoin) but to facilitate and monetize the working of Ethereum to enable developers to build and run distributed applications (ĐApps).
Bitcoin and Ethereum are different versions using the blockchain technology, and are set to establish themselves, driven by different intentions.

Maybe yes but I don't think they will going to have a good value same as bitcoin. Since bitcoin is consider to be the most strongest and stable crypto in tge market, losing it will only makes people lose trust to stablity of cryptos in a long run and may not invest to alts the way they invest on bitcoin. I don’t think Bitcoin will die any time soon. This is just a market crash just like the ones we see in the stock market. However, there are probably a couple of thousand altcoins in existence. Some are very good ones but many are just junk. Many of the bad ones will die off because they are worthless. But there will always be new ones popping up as people try to make money on the newest idea or pump and dump.

In theory there is no link between Bitcoin and altcoins, and even if Bitcoin disappear, altcoins can survive. But in reality, If Bitcoin disappear it will affect badly all the crypto markets. It will spread negativity and panick and it will decrease the prices of all crypto currencies. Its the worst scenario for crypto currencies.

Yes it's true since the price of alts depend on the current value of bitcoin the moment it will die will surely decrease the market price of all other coins. People will start to get panic and thinks cryptos are not good investment which will surely drops the demand cryptos has. But the way I see it bitcoin will never be gone in the circulation it may drops in value so hard but it will never die.

I believed that even bitcoin disappear for sure there still some other altcoins that will survive where it will continously stand on its own community in this industry. Basically all crypto is based on bitcoin.  That is the reason why if the bitcoin decreases or increases its value, other altcoin follows.  It is just a domino effect.  That is the reason why it is called king of all crypto currency. 

I think the decreasing value of bitcoin we encountered now is normal considering it volatile in nature.  But, even it decreases its value, I do not think it will be gone soon.

But if we will suppose  bitcoin will gone, I think there will be other crypto who will exist to replace its position.  Just think about it, if a kingdom losses its king, the kingdom will fall into the hand of other king who posses much greater power, strength and plays a much better strategy compared to the late one.  Meaning, if bitcoin will gone (which is impossible to happen) there is still other altcoin who will replace it with more improve features and capacity.  In that sense, crypto currency will still survive.

Bitcoin will not gone , but let say yes it is but im not saying it will , crytoworld is a broad community , if bitcoin is gone therefore new coin will raise . But it will not happen , miners , traders and investors are always there to help bitcoin as is.

As far as i know bitcoin is the leader of cryptocurrency. I think every digital coins wont survive if bitcoin is dead. Bitcoin is the face of digital currency market. The only way for other coins to survive is to pull off what bitcoin has done. But as far as i imagine these coins depends on bitcoin. Lets just wait for future to tell wether these coins will survive. Lets all hope that digital coins will keep growing.

If Bitcoin price crashes right now, then yes the prices of most crypto currencies will crash also, as we have seen of late because most of those in the markets are not here because they believe in the technology, but because they want to get lambos and make fast money. If the Bitcoin is dead, the rest either will follw suit, or just the technology will be used by certain companies and then only real and professional long term investors will come in and benefit from the long term technical aspects as opposed to market speculation which at the moment is driving the market in a downward spiral to oblivion.

First of all you cannot kill bitcoin by manipulating the price, some people will leave bitcoin and never comeback that is true but you can only slow down adoption with that method if you want to kill bitcoin you will need to find a vulnerability in the technology and if that were to happen then most coins will die, since many are based on bitcoin only those that took the time to start from scratch will have any hope of surviving.

Yes, i agree with you to some extent because you said it true that today's bitcoin dumped hard along with the altcoins as they both are connected to each other.Altcoins moves are directly proportional to the bitcoin price with volatility and momentum because the depth of the volatility and momentum is equal in both of them. From past few months, bitcoin is acting to be the major index type trading product and that's why all the other altcoins are following the bitcoin because it is the first and major cryptocurrency. But I don't think altcoins will be gone just like bitcoin because all the coins are meant for different purposes and they are based on their different projects and they won't be gone from the market until there is no strong reason behind it.

If we look at things a bit more from an unbiased perspective, then we have to accept that altcoins won't go anywhere if Bitcoin ends up going to take the run, to put it like that. Initially the absence of Bitcoin will reflect on the entire market, but after a while the altcoin market will have a new "Bitcoin" taking over that ruling position. I am glad that we won't have to go through such situations, because Bitcoin is only becoming stronger and stronger. Agreed. I too have been part of the group of people calling altcoins shitcoins, but despite that down talking, altcoins managed to secure themselves a very strong position in this industry, and that's quite impressive.

It shows that large capital isn't only keeping an eye on Bitcoin, but also other crypto currencies, which we should all be happy with. Crypto in its entirety will become a trillion dollar industry, and it won't take years to achieve.

The only side note I have to point out is that Bitcoin's lacking forward moving ability (better said, scalability) is also what gave altcoins a tremendous boost. It's all capital that hopefully will flow back into Bitcoin.

yes absolutely right because for my opinoin and analysis the price of altcoins are connected into bitcoiin price buy & sell of altcoins using of bitcoin in the online exchange are mostly useable by the trader's.

First of all,  i don't think bitcoin will be gone especially in just a little span of time.  It serves as the standard basis of all for the altcoin prices. Although it has no back up,  with the many people supporting it and believing in it,  it can survive. It may be very dip now,  but it will soon go up.  There's no other way it would go but up.

Well, the continuos falling of value on bitcoin is not a treat to us for us surrender because we see that there is no hope to recover. But if guess if bitcoin will gone. All other coins will crash along with Bitcoin. For most people, bitcoin is the only coin in the crypto market. I think other coin depend on bitcoin. Because when bitcoin price fall down then all the coin prices are also fall down and when bitcoin price grow up then other coin price grow up. So if bitcoin will gone then other coin must be threatened and chance to gone.

With exchanges like Bittrex soon letting you directly send money to their exchange, I cannot see the death of bitcoin being the end for crypto. All that would happen is we would end up in a very long bear market where everything would lose significant value.

The market of altcoins is in fact always affected with Bitcoin's market and price. Altcoins can survive if Bitcoin disapeear, but their market and price will become lower, and it will affect them hardly in long term. People trust BTC mostly in crypto world, and if it is falling they will untrust other coins most likely.

Why do you think bitcoin will be gone? I believe we're still in early stage of adapting bitcoin and other altcoin. I think that with the great achievements and great achievements that bitcoin has made, the collapse of bitcoin is impossible. Yes,  because bitcoin is the mother of all cryptocoins and it seems that many people had managed to some bad issues of banning the bitcoin but it seems that it is good, we see that many people nowadays pray that this will end suffering from a small income with hard regrets. Unfortunately not, I guess that Bitcoin connected with other currencies and when it disappears, the same thing will happen for  the other ones. In fact, when we see for example the big  drop in the market at this period then we will notice that when Bitcoin decreased , all other currencies have fallen with it. So  there is a  great connection among them.

I am not finding any difficult in speculating the future of entire crypto world. We are going to have strong bitcoin regardless of recent corrections as everyone is aware of how usually crypto markets are fluctuating. Surely by end of this year we will again have bitcoin prices with new ATH.

I have always said that other coins won't survive but there may be exceptions.
Bitcoin won't go anywhere, technically so I don't have to worry about it. However, since governments are spending more time on concentrating and "regulating" bitcoins, other cryptos are left behind. So there's a chance that another crypto can come close, until the markets go full aggressively down against that specific crypto.

Most people will say yes, but there's opportunity to exchange altcoin into currency, so altcoin will survive. That's only possibility I have, even look's stupid but could happen. If bitcoin gone or die just incase only.  I think most of the altcoin will survive becausr not on them are base on the bitcoin price even if the coin is base to bitcoin for sure it will survive. If bitcoin die for sure the next bitcoin will be ethereum so no problem because crypto will not end if bitcoin die for sure you will make a lot of profit because possible the coin that you have will increase more.

Bitcoin is considered as the most powerful and potential Crypto coin in the world. It is also thought to be the benchmark for alternative coins. How is it possible that the fall down of Bitcoin would not affect the thinking and belief of Crypto investors? They would end up developing doubts as if a powerful and trustworthy crypto coin like Bitcoin can fall then how come others can’t have the same fate? Altcoins depend on Bitcoin in every aspect.

Well they say that altcoins depend on bitcoin, but you see, in my observation, this is purely conincidental. Last year, the trend was when bitcoin is lowering the value, the value of altcoins trend upwards and vice versa. I think that it just so happened that bitcoin is having a bad day recently. Good thing the value of bitcoin is now recovering and on its way up.
If ever ( I think impossible for the next few years ) bitcoin will be obsolete, of course there will be an altcoin which will stand out. Check the marketplace for fast rising altcoins, you will see there that bitcoin is just one of those coins at all. :)

I agree. Although Bitcoin is the strongest coin around, it cannot be the only factor why the market is running. It may hold a big piece of the market, but if it is gone, other coins may rise up and replace it to be the top dog. I contrast the logic of all cryptocurrency gone when bitcoin is gone.  I believe every cryptocurrency have each own chain, so technically when bitcoin is gone, almost all these crypto that is existing can stay.  Aside from that when we think about the community, each coins and token have their respective community or group so when Bitcoin community is gone, I believe this previously part of Bitcoin community will join other cryptocurrency community thus strengthening the coin's community because of the added support.

If bitcoin dies, there’s a chance that the other coins will gone also. Because, in the first place bitcoin is the first crypto currency created and it is the dominant cryptocurrency. Ordinarily, bitcoin is having a dip and the whole market getting dragged down is already a clear indication of what would happen to the market if anything happens to bitcoin. Right. Actually, bitcoin and all other altcoins in the crypto market work independently and do not affect too much. People often use the value of bitcoin to standardize the other altcoin, so when the bitcoin fluctuates, it also affects the other altcoin but if the bitcoin disappears then the other altcoin still exist and deal normally.

It really depends on the reason why bitcoin has been banned in the first place. If most of the countries have imposed a ban on cryptocurrencies in general, then expect alternate coins to die as well. As far as I know until now, the price of Altcoin or crypto other than Bitcoin is always influenced by the price of Bitcoin. As of now, Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency where we can convert and withdraw it to fiat currency. If there's no Bitcoin, probably others would remain like Ethereum, Ripple, NEM, Litecoin, Cardano and others because they have their own ecosystem.

Bitcoin is indeed the main center of everything in today's world, but the one thing we've learned throughout the years about this market, is how quickly it adapts to various developments in the crypto scene. Aside from the fact that most altcoins nowadays have their own fiat pair, which partly takes away the need to use Bitcoin, there are exchanges having other coins functioning as base pair (ie, eth/ltc eth/dash). Litecoin for years has been considered the Silver where Bitcoin is Gold, which will likely result it in being a great backup currency. But with how Ethereum has been surpassing Litecoin in all aspects, they will have to battle for that Silver spot. I think if bitcoin will gone all crypto coin may paralize or also fall into zero value because the get way of the cryptocoin to be converted into fiat is the bitcoin and of bitcoin failed no othercoin will be put on its side as a substitution that is why I believe that if bitcoin will loss all its branches may also loss.

And BTC made good advertisment for this tech, so the public is now aware and wont dump it.
But not like other cryptos, BTC is just blockchain, nothing more and if we are realistic BTC is at the moment the oldest, most expensive and got the fewest real world value.
Also a friend of mine made a bachelor-thesis about cryptocurrency and found out at university: there is no correlation between cryptos.

If bitcoin is gone then the market will see a major crash which will wipe out entire crypto market but the cryptocurrencies which serve real purpose of decentralised system and is having real economical utility will survive and become google and apple of crypto market ( EOS , Ethereum and Rise can serve the purpose ).

I very much doubt it if Bitcoin goes under that other cryptocurrency will survive.  Bitcoin is the heartbeat of all cryptocurrency.  Every coin is traded against Bitcoin and whatever happens to bitcoin always affect other coin. Without Bitcoin forget the whole cryptocurrency.

Although I can honestly say that it would be difficult, I think that the market could survive without Bitcoin. Its not that simple if bitcoin dies then the altcoin will be dead too. Each of them has different way how to survive depending their developer team.
For example bitcoin dies because the investor moves their money into etherium then etherium will survive but bitcoin dies.

I think exchamge usd/crypto is trend now because it can make transaction easier than if no usd.
Investor or traders will choose that kind of exchange to do their trading activity rather than trading in exchange where is no usd conversen.

I do not know for sure but it could be altcoin will also gone, from what I see interest or market demand altcoin it depends on bitcoin, we can see when bitcoin prices fall then in demand on altcoin also began to decline and cause a decrease in price, even though it is practically is a coincidence but that's what usually happens.

It depends on the reason. Let’s say bitcoin was gone because it was infiltrated by hackers then people would fear the safety of other coins, thus resulting for people to lessen or not completely trust them at all. But, if bitcoin just happen to lose it’s value natrally because of it’s volatility, then I think people would look for another coin to invest in that they will treat as bitcoin.

Has anyone noticed any altcoins go up when btc drops?  I seen very few if any altcoins go up if thats the case.  Also i noticed altcoins drop much harder than btc dropping.


If thats the case, if bitcoin hits really high price, wouldn't that mean almost all the altcoins will go up and multiply that much?  Example if btc ever hits say 200k, well would that mean monero, lisk and all these other coins would at least 10x itself?  Because from what i notice, thats the pattern.  Coins that were 1 dollar are now like 7 dollars etc.  However, if btc hits 200k, would those other coins maybe 2 or 3x only?  Or is everything going to basically at least 10x if btc 20x itself.

there are much more traded pairs than BTC/... . ETH/... USDT/... USD/...
But for example:You trade BTC/ADA for 0.00003166 $0.33, BTC drops now, so BTC/ADA 0.00003166 is worth now $0.22, so also the price of ADA drops. my suggestions is trade ETH/... pairs. ETH is not as volatil as BTC. Also if more people trade a more stable pair, the market wont loose that much each dump.

No. I don't think other cryptocurrency will die just because Bitcoin is no more survive. Every coin has it own blockchain so it'll not be affected when Bitcoin dead. Of course the price of the whole market will be affected but other crypto will still alive. Beside almost token depend on ETH blockchain so it'll not the be the big problem for them when Bitcoin dead :)

Almost all atlcoins have their own community and organization to build and develop their projects so if the bitcoin disappears, the other altcoins will work normally, though I believe that in the beginning altcoin will also be greatly affected. For us to make a living in crypto trading, the presence of Bitcoin is necessary. Unless altcoins such as Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Cardano, NEM, NEO, YOLO and the rest have created their own gateway to be converted straight to fiat currency, that's the thing they can survive. I think Dether is one project that would allow us to convert Ethereum straight to fiat currency. In the Philippines, we can now convert Ethereum to Philippine Peso aside from Bitcoin.

I think yes, especially when upcoming coins will correct what Bitcoin might be failing at. Like for instance, the skyrocketing transaction fees, lag sites, inability to withdraw a certain sum brought about by the ceiling amount of withdrawals/transactions per day, and etc. If you observe these lapses closely, you will see these are within the control of Bitcoin per se. I think that if bitcoin dies, all the coins will go with it. Bitcoin is like the master coin, the base on which cryptocurrency is built. If bitcoin gets banned, then most, if not all cryptocurrencies will die with it, simply because of the nature of the ban. Yes other coins will still exist as long as the reason why bitcoin is gone is because of some regulation banning it resulting to a loss on value. If the reason would be some problems in blockchain technology then I think other coins would not survive as well because it is the backbone of cryptocurrency so if there is a problem with it then other coins would be worthless too. I think other crypto has nothing to do with bitcoin. All these are currencies and it is individual choice of every one in which currency he wants to invest. If bitcoin disappear other currencies will be there if they are not scam. No doubt the market value will be damage because of the crash of bitcoin but all the cryptos will not finish with the crash of bitcoin.

Imagine that the USD vanish in  the world what would happen to other currencies?
USD is the main currency of the real world and BTC is the main currency of the crypto world , so I think if that happens all of the altcoin would get dump very hard and very few could survive , The best of the bests.

Yes, I agree with you. I also think if Bitcoin is lost, the other coins will not last long and will disappear as well. Because Altcoin just pegged to Bitcoin as king of all coins. So if Bitcoin disappears, the others will also disappear.

But yes, in last year, I came to read some article and that was explaining to me that altcoins are inversely proportional to the bitcoins. Yes, they wil lstill survive. Bitcoin is the king of crypto but it does not mean that when bitcoin die, the kingdom will fall apart. Bitcoin is only a leader which gather many good soldiers together.  And of course, bitcoin is obsolete. IF is a possibility that can happen or will never happen. If you look at cryptocurrency now, altcoin already has a strong stand. Some prices of them are not dependent on the rise and fall of bitcoin prices, but most still follow the direction of the bitcoin market. However I would never dare to say bitcoin will die sometime. Bitcoin is too strong to say that way, old users and new users will keep on rolling if they are aware of the usefulness of bitcoin in the future.

I don't think altcoin will always rely on bitcoin's popularity. I think it can also stand alone even if bitcoin is dumping hard. Ethereum is a good option now to use if bitcoin will be gone. As a matter of fact in the last few days or months there are some altcoins that hit the market today that's a mark that altcoins can also survive even if bitcoin is crashing.

It is so unexplainable, this question is too far to talk about but it have a sense in which we can't asure the future. I think it can because what sinks  into my mind that the altcoins have their own use and its too many as of now like bitcoin they have their own blockchain that can consistently work and run without bitcoin. Therefore it is not which one rather which altcoin's and tokens can do it without bitcoin.

I guess Bitcoin will be used for dozens of years. maybe it will not have a great effect on the market. The other altcoins will survive and rule in this world.

I think yes they will all survive even bitcoin will lost already in this world because usualy all altcoins are created to compete bitcoin in real world so im sure they will survive without bitcoin.

Bitcoin was already proven that he can survive even he is the only one coin in realy real world before so i think im sure thet some coins also can survive even without bitcoin in the future.

If bitcoin will gone, I can say that other coin can survive in this because they have a great opportunity to deals with the investors but everything is not going easily like the process of dealing it after bitcoin gone.

With the fact that for now we can trade some altcoins with other altcoins like ETH/Tokens and other pairs, it means that for now altcoins is not really depending on BTC. So I think it is very possible for other coin to survive even if bitcoin is gone although I'm sure most people will not be happy to see if bitcoin have to die.

I dont think that the other can survive when the bitcoin will die or will gone in this world, i am a fan of bitcoin so when the bitcoin will lose it's popularity and it will gone there is no doubt that the other coins will also die because people will not invest there money anymore.

They would end up developing doubts as if a powerful and trustworthy crypto coin like Bitcoin can fall then how come others can’t have the same fate. Altcoins depend on Bitcoin in every aspect. I think if the bitcoin is gone maybe all crypto coin will fall down also, because if we are going to exchange the crypto coin or convert into fiat we must do convert or trade  it first to bitcoin

The value of the altcoins are depending on bitcoin, so if the bitcoin falls down then most probably the other coins will falls down also. But, as we cannot predict what will happen in bitcoin nor altcoins for the upcoming future, we still guarantee that maybe some other coins will be created. I think that they can survive because they are not depending on the market of bitcoin because they have their own type of market and community that can help them in order to make their price goes up

The blockchain technology cannot be erased it's a technology we have to live by, just like the internet, if ever Bitcoin is gone there will be another coin that will surface that will solve all bitcoin problems and besides there are a lot of bitcoin fork. Bitcoin experienced a lot of difficulties on the previous years which means even how down the bitcoin has, still survived up to this time.

Bitcoin cannot be vanished because Bitcoin's price is the major basis of the majority of alts value in the market. You need Bitcoin so you can start buying or selling your favorite alts.

I think yeah because Bitcoin and the other coins are not from one family and are different technologies. There has been a good market demand for the rest of the coins as well and not only Bitcoin. Having said that we can now say that even in the absence of Bitcoin, the rest of the coins will survive and a rise in the price might even occur. So better start holding or investing. Bitcoin is really difficult to disappear in the cryptocurrency world,but if ever it will happen,all other coins will be also died. We should think that if the king of all coins,trusted by many people,proven and tested is died,how about the others?!...and that's my own opinion,hope we will always accept everyone's opinion.

I do not think so, even though the bitcoin price and the other crypto currencies are mutually sustainable, but indirectly all of them affect the crypto holders, who would prefer to invest in other crypto currencies when bitcoin prices go down and they may will come out of bitcoin when bitcoin begins to fall. but I think that seems to be very big for investors. if bitcoin fails then people will lose interest or trust in other crypto currency.
indeed everything can happen, but I think bitcoin will survive forever. bitcoin exists from a very small value and is now a huge giant. So in my opinion, people have confidence in bitcoin and hold bitcoin and believe that bitcoin will last a long time.
