Title: Do you encourage friends and family to invest in crypto?
Post by: peter.from.penn on March 12, 2018, 04:42:47 PM
I'm someone who loves to share.  When I discovered blockchain technology a while ago, I wanted to tell everyone.  I didn't stop with my friends and family.  I told colleagues at work, my doctor, and just about anyone who would listen.  Some who got in early made money and were very happy.  But others waited until after seeing the massive bull run to invest, and bought at the top.  Now I keep my mouth shut because I can't control how people invest.  Even though blockchain will change the world, there are still good and bad investments.  How about you?  Do you encourage others to invest in crypto?

Those newbies does need understanding so for a start, the one that needs to explain is the risks and that is a must. There are persons who doesn't want to engage in a crypto earning methods to earn that's why instead they want to invest.

Well we can't stop them if they are really eager but like I said, since they are new to these things, they need to understand how volatile crypto is and what are the risks associated once they invested. Im asking also some questions like, "why they choose to invest" "did they just saw others getting decent profit out from crypto trading that's why they want to do the same" "are they willing to accept that they might lose the moment they wake up" etc.

As much as possible, I want them to earned cryptos by means of doing such crypto related works then used their profit there to buy a crypto but people have different views and mindset that's why in here, just give them some insights of what will happened on the path they choose.

I will not encourage my families as well as friends to invest in crypto because this market, though profitable, also contains a lot of risks. Most of the new investors, who have not had the experience of buying cryptos at peak prices, and then when the rates drop sharply, have a psychological FOMO leading to panic sell. So I will not introduce my friends and relatives into this risky market.

That's you but not me, already try and they don't speak with me in a week because I push too hard ( my foul ). Now family and close friend really not want discuss about blockchain, bitcoin and altcoin, for them that topic is dangerous. They know about invest but in crypto, I still don't have their trust. Now I never encourage any one to invest/ trade with crypto, just me and only me with crypto.

I didn't encourage them to invest they just want to hahaha. I said to them to study first before invest to crypto, some my family is not in tech stuffs so they don't understand how it works. My friend have some basic knowledge about financials or trading then they invest to crypto and happy to know crypto early. But if you teach some person that is not willing to risk some funds or  give some time to understand it, then back offs soon or later they will just ask you too many question at all. And tell to them to do research so they can learn something about crypto and bitcoins. It is hard to explain to them, then Its better to be shut my mouth and focus what I'm doing haha.

No, I do not encourage others to invest in crypto. Although I've informed some people about the oppertunities and dangers of the cryptomarket, I’m not going to risk my hide.
Suggesting investments to other people is a really bad idea, especially when it's something so risky and volatile like crypto currencies. They may claim to be okay with losing their investment in the worst case scenario, but most people would care a lot if it went wrong and it would result in bitterness and anger towards you.

I will put it this way, I'm trying to promote cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin but I don't encourage others to invest. Think that it's too risky to play with other people's money. Besides there are also other ways to get the crypto and to use it.
So far I have learned that there is no use of forcing people to something but you can help them with honest and quality information.

Well, i used to tell people that i know to buy bitcoin when it was below $1000, but no one did lol. i don't really tell anyone to buy anything now, if someone asks me about bitcoin/altcoin i just explain them what it is/how it works etc.. but i never tell/force them to buy, i think we should let the person decide whether they want to buy or not. :)

Good point.  It's easy to talk about crypto when we were in a bull market.  But the crypto market is extremely volitile.  If someone asks, I will tell then about Blockchain technology.  However, I'm never going to encourage anyone to invest ever again, even if the market is soaring.  Lesson learned.

I'm not yelling any more about it.

Yes, there are other ways to use cryptocurrencies other than trading.  If you're only buying to transfer money, and not holding as an investment, there is little risk.  But we need easier ways to exchange cryptocurrencies and Fiat.  Most people don't want to bother with all of the KYC requirements to open a Coinbase or Kraken account.  The only other option is for major retailers to accept cryptocurrencies.

I talk a lot about crypto and Blockchain with my friends, about Bitcoin, bu investing - this decision should be the personal decision to my mind. It is personal money and the personal responsibility for this. So I just may recommend something waht to read and where to learn. But not to invest. Because my oppinion may be different.

Not yet maybe just two people who have tried to invest dan now i still give them education about the necessary procedures of trading and investing well, so
they aren't wrong in carrying out the action. For me with success to invite others to invest in the field of crypto has its own pride and i'm ready to drive them through the gates of success.

No i don't i am just doing bitcoins all myself and if they are going to ask what am i doing that is only the way i will open the topic. Im not that sharer because i felt very bad when some people invest at i am the one who introduced bitcoins to them and when they loss they going to blame me. For the future its not henceforth its a psychological problem to the people who didn't know further and wants only to jump in and buy.

Day by day it's becoming a confusing issue and I don't think that so. Actually, in the light of recent times happening obviously, I suggest around my people investing in this platform because of the price is very low. I have a strong belief that Bitcoin and blockchain system will recover its price and it will come back very soon.
Not only that but also by investing in here, anyone can get a lot of profit by trading. so that this platform will certainly make a good figure if someone invests here at now.

The answer is partly yes and no. The people who are financially solvent having enough idle money to invest . They can take the risk and put up some amount because any gain or return is related to loss  and risk. Otherwise if not solvent and struggling to manage their daily life, they should go for mining instead of putting fund directly.

Yes, I always share how crypto works to them before I encourage them to invest I made sure that they know how market flows and how crypto currency works. I won't encourage them to invest if they don't want to learn how it works because they might loose their money and waste the time. Some of my friends that I shared before, they don't have interest in investing and they think it is scam.

Everyone who knows I earned a lot of money from the crypto market has asked me a lot about joining. I always help people who like the technology of the market.

I do not recommend anyone to invest in Bitcoin at all. If they invest and make a lot of money then they will compliment you, but if they invest in and lose money, this is bad, they will blame you for fraud. They will hate you for life. I think if they are interested in the Crypto market they will find out and participate in them.

Because they know that it is easy money and knowledge about tradings they want to explore new things in their life.

I would share with my family and friends the good news about it but I will also be honest with them the risks involve investing in bitcoin. They can make research or speak to people who is having bitcoin. I will not force them to invest but instead it should be their own decision to take the risk. After all every endeavor involves risk. No pain, no gain. We just have to be persistent to learn proper ways to earn profit from bitcoin and cryptos.

Why not I'll encourage my family and friends to invest in crypto, but problem is that many of them initially do not believe in  crypto as they are new to this field they think it as a scam. If they are capable of understanding about crypto or else no loss to me they are the actual losers.

I've given Christmas presents of bitcoin and other cryptos.

I don't want to tell people to invest though - because it's one thing receiving a present of cryptos but it's another being encouraged to invest your own money and things then going wrong (bitcoin price tanking).

Don't give investment advice to friends or family if you value the relationships.

Yes many people don't believe about bitcoin because they did not even try to explore or study it and they are always depend on the latest trends. Bitcoin is a good thing that we should need to have now because its value continuously increasing that helps many people to change their financial status in life. If the people didn't want to invest we should stop them encouraging but make them an idea on where makes them to think about bitcoin value.

My 2nd brother don't know anything about this crypto but he knows that I am earning money in this filed. he told me to invest his money but I don't like to put his hard worked money in risk so I told him clearly wait for few days and watch the market still you like to invest tell me I will help.

I think so. I also encourage friends and family to invest in the cryptocurrency market. Because, the cryptocurrency market is currently very well developed, convenient to trade and can be profitable. When join the cryptocurrency market, my friends and my relatives will learn and expand knowledge, keep up the current era. Yeah me too when i started here in cryptocurrency i didn't tell anyone but when i start earning and i think it's good then i tell/share to my wife, my brother and my sister. Yes, I agree with your opinion, we should encourage our friends and relatives to enter the Crypto market, but I do not think we should encourage them to invest large sums of money initially. idle money to experience and learn from the market experience. Later, can increase the investment capital. This is a risky market, so I will support them with the knowledge I know.

i have realized if you want to encourage anyone to invest in crypto then you need to show them proof that you are making good cash from it. I remember when i told my brother last year about crytpo, he didn't even alter a word because he was a victim of MMM Ponzi scheme so when you tell him something related to online business he will automatically think its a scam but this year when I bought Samsung S8 from the money I made from trading altcoin he became interested and now he is also into trading crytpo. he's learning fast

Of course at the first glance, they forbid me to play it but as time goes on, they finally ask me how to play it  ;D

Although bitcoin trading provide more profit than ordinary investment like gold, the risk is too great , that's what I told them before they really want to start trade

Do you encourage others to invest in crypto?
what I feel most is that many people do not believe and are unsure of Bitcoin. They're like laughing and thinking we're all lying. At some point I showed what I had gained and eventually they believed and started to know Bitcoin. Then I suggest to make investments such as trading and mining, it is a way that we can do to earn income. Overall they can finally follow me and they can now earn much more money than before, it's hard to give education to others, but when they have understood and succeeded then I am very happy because I can help my friends and family I love.

And i always warning them about scam, MLM, etc. You know when they earn profit, they just thanks for your help, but if they lost, they may said you're scam  ;D

Yes ofcourse, I would love to share what I have and what I know about crypto but I always choose the people I share my knowledge with it, I know the limits.. I actually shared it with five of my closest friends and three of them believed it while the two of them thought of it as scam but I didn't bother forcing them to believe that it is profitable. The three of them started gaining good profits from it months ago.

It's very good to spead about bitcoin to your friends and family members. You can share the property from this cryptocurrency by the investment. Then they will automatically come to now about bitcoin and they will start to inverse in cryptocurrency.

This issue is really sensitive, I often chat with them about what I am doing with crypto and bitcoin, but I do not encourage or recommend them to invest. That affects many aspects of emotion. if they are too reckless and ambitious. can negatively affect many aspects of their lives. It's a choice, they have the right to take the opportunity or refuse it.

Of course not, the trading market is not stable enough that you cannot make profits every time. I don't want to encourage friends or family to join in, but I would prefer explaining the principal of the blockchain or any other technologies. By the way, do not give any investment advice to friends or family.

I personally not encourage my friend or my family to invest in crypto, I just introduce to them what is crypto currency and how it can make profit, because I think it's risky if we invest for something without knowledge. when I introduce crypto to them and it make them interested of course they have to learn a lot before invest.

Crypto have a risk, but we need to be patient to keep it for long term, if we want to earn more profit.

Never would I encourage them to invest, however I would educate them on the benefits that blockchain and cryptos can provide for us. The main reason I wouldn't want to give investment advice is because if it goes wrong, it just blows back on you horribly. That is why they say business and family don't mix, it is not because it can't be successful. It is for those times when shit hits the fan, you don't want the shit to hit the fan with your family and friends.

I respect your decision. In my case,i honestly invite some of my closest relatives and friends to invest in crypto but before that,i gave them first the basics about crypto and the risks associated with it.If they think crypto could be their answered prayer in making their lives better,i support them.I guide them all the way just to make them profit. But for those who are quite afraid of the risks,i still share to them crypto background and maybe someday they can be interested too.I told them to carefully manage all their investments made because with just a single careless action, everything will vanish and will lead to a huge losses in the end.

As of now i am not the kind of person who likes to share everything. And yes bitcoin is one them. I try hard not to talk about it to anyone to avoid questions, because im afraid i might answer them wrong and they would blame me because of it.. Also im not that expert about these, im just a fast learner just for myself. So that is why i find myself not responsible enough for sharing it.

Now, this is something very interesting. When I was still new to cryptocurrency, I think that my parents would doubted me and encourage me to stop trading, investing or participating in airdrops and bounties. I kept it to myself until I had my first cashout after Christmas and showed it to my parents.

You know what? My parents are impressed of me and they now support me in my cryptocurrency journey. However, both of my sisters are still skeptical about this now. Anyways, cryptocurrency isn't for everyone. :)

Many of my friends and family members are now holding bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is the future so I don't hesitate to tell people and my family members  on how to own one and become among the rich in future. One of my friend just bought a house through bitcoin and ico investment. I think we should discuss the benefits of holding one or two coins now for future prosperity. We actually need to also put the risk involved into our explanations if introducing a family member.

No. I don't want ot encourage my friend and family member to invest in crypto cause they don't really understand about cryptocurrency so if I still try to encourage them to invest when they don't have any knowledge about crypto, it'll really bad for them cause they can easily fall into ponzi scheme and lost a lot of money. If anyone ask me about investing in crypto I often tell them to explore and learn about crypto first, when they really understand about it, they can invest if they want or I'll give them some advices.

You may know that even the early investors earn a high profit while they invested for the long term so now is also the same as early as if people will invest now then they have to wait for a longer time to get the real profit which will enable them to become millionaire with a minimum investment. If you will suggest to anyone then do not forget to tell them to invest for long term. I am also doing the same to invest in bitcoin and to wait for a long term to get a highest profit.

I agree. I did that before, but I only sounded like a marketer falling on deaf ears with what I am saying, thus, I learned that the best way to teach the concepts of cryptocurrency to people is if they would approach me themselves and show how interested they are. I am saying this because it's hard to persuade someone that doesn't like or even a tad bit interested with what you're talking about. Even friends or family would be a hard customer to convince, especially since it could involve money and investing, I don't want to be in a position when someone I know would lose money because of they follow what I said, it would be kind of awkward.

I did so once, and I am never doing it again. If you advice someone to sell, and the price goes up, you'll get blamed for being wrong. If you advice someone to buy, and the price goes down, you'll get blamed again for being wrong. For that exact reason I always urge them to just read up about it, and if they at that point feel comfortable enough to invest in crypto, they will need to make the decision for themselves. If people want to know my story and vision, then that's fine, but no longer will I provide any sort of investment advice to people not understanding how this market works, or even what crypto stands for in basic terms. We need to make people understand what crypto is all about at first, and not the investment aspect, because that's the last thing one should talk about.

Honestly speaking, even though I was only invited too. I'm not directly encouraging a friend or a relative to join, If they are curious about crypto and tend to have a question then I would answer it based on my experience/s. It's not that I don't want to share the opportunities hence I'm just protecting myself and my reputation since some always think that when they invest it will return in no time. Then when their expectations were not met then the blame will be put on to you.

I did not even have to talk too much, in a short while, they started seeing a lot of changes and then that alone was enough for me to do my little explanation, give them all that is required to be a part of it as well as all the risks involved which is far lower than the benefits considering the fact that it is the future, that made it so easy.

I am not a big fan of trying to go all the way, except for the ones very close to me, but if you can see the picture the way I see it, I end up letting you be. At least, it is better to inform, than in the long run someone telling me I did not make an attempt.

I encourage some of my closest friends but I always have limits about it. I think sharing them about blockchain is enough but I don't encourage them to invest because it would be very risky since it involves our earnings. As you share something to someone, I'm sure that you have to focus on teachin that person the strategies of trading because it will take time for them to learn eaverything here.

It's better that the make a sound decision from their end from the knowledge they have. End of the day, it will be their benefit and not mine.

When I got my first payout of the coins but it seems that they interested now in bitcoins. Because they know that it is easy money and knowledge about tradings they want to explore new things in their life.
I did this too. My friend used to tell me about bitcoins, and I was saying, “dude don’t get into such online material, this is nothing but scams”. And believe me when I saw him earning money from these signature campaigns I asked him to get me in too. That time I believed yes these coins are so powerful and incredible that they allow us to enhance our living standards and have a happy life.

I don’t try to get any friends or family into cryptocurrencies because of the risky nature of it. I believe that cryptocurrencies will succeed eventually, but it is possible that many of these altcoins will fail. It’s also possible that the ones that succeed could experience a lot of volatility. I don’t want family members or friends to be mad at me if Bitcoin drops in value after I talk them into investing.

Encourage ? I have drawn a lot of them into the world of cryptocurrency. I made them to understand the risk and I made them to understand the future, I combined the news of the past with the present, and with my persuasive skills, who would not fall for it ?

I have never loved the idea of having a nice life in the future and not being happy trying to at least lure some of my family member who wishes to be a part of it. Still, I already lured them in even before all these bull run and they are in the HODL group anyway but all the same, they are already gaining a lot from it.

And for those people to whom you taught on investing and buying on peaks and now losing up money will surely blame you.Am i right? This is the thing i do try to avoid which i decided to keep my mouth shut since i dont like for people to blame me when it comes to investment side.First of all we should always keep them updated about the risk factor on making self involvement with crypto.

I do not encourage my family to invest in crypto right now, why? Because even I, do not know on how to make profits in cryptocurrency specially, in trading. If I will completely knows the nature of trade and investment here then I will tell to them that investing in cryptocurrency is good and profitable! But since I can't also explain to them very well, I will not make a move that will destroy their capital.

Not necessarily for you to be master on trading first before you would tell them about cryptocurrency since we can anytime tell them about its actual usage and benefits not just only on making money but well we will really end up on talking about on how to make money with it.Trading isnt an easy stuff and if a person do rush things up without minding the possible risk then they will surely destroy their capital and as said above you are ones to be blamed of.

Inviting friends or relatives to invest in cryptocurrencies is something I would never do because if I did so will phishing because they did not know cryptos, they only attracted by profits which cryptos bring, not knowing that this is a risky market. Investing in cryptocurrencies requires not just the money but the experience and the mind.

Investing is risky and everyone can lose initial balance in chopper markets. That's a bit hard lesson and biggest reason i dont invite my firends to crypto and forex. Instead of explaining cryptocurrencies to my family i prefer to buy more and borrow money from them later buy cryptos. My time is valuable for me and  i can spend it for research than listening to someone's crying voice.

Obviously, Yo did a great job by sharing with your people about this platform. Usually, I haven't encouraged yet any people regarding this issue because of high profit. But I shared with my surrounding people about this newly invented blockchain and Bitcoin. Some are interested to join this platform and others remained ignorant about this platform.
Since in recent time Blockchain has got a lot of bad news so that I am not interested to convince them to join in this platform until the situation will get well.

However, encouraging our family is i think have age bracket because our parents and elders really don't have time to study crypto currency and will find it complicated and they'll say it's too much for their age. Better to teach our siblings and friends so they'll too experience the wonders of cryptos.

No because it will never turn out right.

If you are correct and they make money, you get nothing.

If you are wrong and they lose money, you will get nothing but complaining.

And if you make too much money, they will start to ask you for some for free.

To encourage your friends and your famly to invest to bitcoin maybe you should show your proof of income to them like the money that you get by doing bitcoin,  the things that you bought because of bitcoin like gadgets and clothes.  I think they will trust you because you arelated or family so they think in their mind you will not pronote this business if it's not a legit.

I remember myself when I first started trading, I was so eager to tell almost everyone I come across with or even talk to randomly what I do and I begin telling them how I've come about with cryptocurrencies. But there are some who do not believe in everything I say, like at first my father did not believe in these digital coins and thought it would be just like the ponzi schemes wherein you need to find some downline and so on and so forth but I prove myself wrong when I got a huge profit when bitcoin went up last year; then he believed me. And I don't encourage my friends and family to invest in the cryptocoins however I tell them what I have been doing lately and it is really up to them if they invest or not and should get to know the cyptocurrencies first before jumping in the bandwagon.

I would do the opposite to it because I have a relation with my friends which is based on the integrity, and with them I will never take a risk on it. Neither I will become a friend who keep in enjoying the profits but never share the ideas in the company. I will introduce the crypto currency to them and will tell them all the benefits and the flaws, and I will not enforce this bitcoin on them. If after knowing they need some help, I will provide that too with a gentle note that I wont be a partner to your earnings or loss.

In my opinion, you should not encourage your family and friends to enter the Crypto market. The Crypto market is very risky, it will not fit into some passive. If they have no intention of striving, exploring, developing themselves when they join Crypto they will fail and they will blame you: you cheated on them. I think you should not do this.

True, why should keep something beneficial to yourself if you know that other people also need it to. It is not a bad idea to share knowledge to other people especially to your family and friends. I have been encouraging some important people in my life to also try earning cryptos and see for themselves how helpful it is. I do not force them, I just give them ideas, real ideas from my own experiences and of course not all of them are going to believe in me. Some will also try it but will just be active at the beginning, we cannot control them and their decisions as well after all.

There is no life if you are living for yourself only, that we often heard. So what you are doing is classic. Believe me tell others about bitcoins and especially those who don’t have any job. For time being, along with searching new jobs they must producing something for them. And bitcoins are best in such case. Give them technical knowledge that how can they get best out of bitcoins.

In the past I used to encourage my friends and family to invest in crypto because I knew that this was a very potential market, and it would be easy to make a profit. However, in my country, the government does not support the crypto, they say it's a scam, daily newspapers and TV shows all bring bad news about crypto, which makes my friends and family do not believe. crypto, they thought I cheated on them. Unfortunately for our country, when people have no knowledge of the crypto market, they do not know that in the future crypto will be very convenient money, they do not know that the crypto market will grow very strong.

I do encourage them in investing on cryptos because this is a great opportunity for them to make use of their money and earn at the same time as well. The only problem that they see here is that they don’t feel that safe when it comes to investing because it would be their first time if ever.

We can't force them to do what we do and believe in what we do. I must admit that when I first heard about bitcoin through my friends, I really have high doubts. It is just hard to believe that by posting on a forum, I will be able to earn money. That changes when I tried, what we do here is not just posting and sharing ideas about a certain topic because we also get to participate in projects which have many opportunities for us to earn money. We can also do trading which gives better profit and earnings if we can do it right. You see, a person won't just believe what other people are telling him, he have to see for himself how it is done and how can it be beneficial. It is true that many people still don't believe that such coins exist and that they could earn good money from it, we can show them proofs of our earnings just to increase the encouragement.

I know that is unselfish to share what we already know but we also have to make sure that the person we confide with their information can be trusted.

Well that is great. Besides letting they know what benefits of bitcoins are and how incredibly they change the lives of people who use them with much care and hard work, you briefed them about the risks attached. Basically if someone get to know about the bad of something but still he is agree to go for that thing, then surely this element have something extraordinary. So you did great job, now they can easily interact with bitcoins.

I do encourage them in investing on cryptos because this is a great opportunity for them to make use of their money and earn at the same time as well. The only problem that they see here is that they don’t feel that safe when it comes to investing because it would be their first time if ever.
If I were to invite someone to do crypto earning too, the number one on my list will be my family of course, then my friends. I have shared some knowledge with my sister and cousins and I am glad that they are doing alright. At first, they were all questionable how it is possible to earn money here but I encourage them to try it themselves before jumping into conclusion that it is impossible. I was just like that when I heard about this bitcoin and since I have classmates who are also earning bitcoin and who have begun earning a lot earlier than me, it is very easy for me to believe because I can see the results of it in them.

I encourage to family and friends to know about the crypto and future about crypto world but never forced to any one to invest in crypto,Because if someone dont know properly about crypto how they can mange trade. It is necessary before investment everyone know properly about crypto that how it works and what kind of technology behind it and how prices fluctuates.

Of course I do, it is one way to help them out from our previous lifestyle.
We are accountable to the safety and success of the members of our family as well as our friends. If we know they deserve to be learned about crypto investment, then they should also have to initiative to learn.
You can teach them what is cryptocurrency and advice them how to invest in cryptocurrency. but don't ever try to force them to invest in this cryptocurrency. it may break your relationship. if money comes between any relationship it will break your relation.

Yeah, forcing them to invest will always end up backfiring. I have been there once and I never tried it again. Introduced a friend, things got awry and then attitude started kicking in. Since I make a lot from trading anyway, I had to buy it back from him at the value he bought it which actually did not shake me and he was actually surprised I did and even made him to start getting curious thereafter.
The thing is that, when you are trying to help people and things tend to change in a short while, they feel you have drawn them into something negative, so best is to give them the gist and let them decide whatever they want to do with the information you have given to them.

In my situation, I don't encourage them to invest in crypto but I encourage them to learn about it. If they learn and understand about crypto then it's up to them to decide to invest.

just like you, I invite family and friends to invest in bitcoin. but unfortunately it makes me embarrassed. when they invest their money bitcoin prices even down. I do not know how to explain it. but I say it will come back in the next few weeks.
One thing I will always advise people is never to allow anyone to invest when there is a huge FOMO rise in price. You should always expect a deep correction afterwards, and the best time is moment like this when there is enough room to go up and with that they will always thanks you.

Nevertheless, it is good to not let them see it as just an investment or a speculative asset, but to see it for what it really is, which is the future of the way we transact with all the risk involved, so with that they are left to think about it and make that decision that will set them free for life by themselves.

I think It is a good idea to encourage friends and family into crypto. As cryptocurrency offers a lot of opportunity, so it would be beneficial for them. It would also be an additional source of income for them.

I convinced some of my friends and family members to invest on crypto currencies. But the old age people never trust my world so  I am not trying above my limits all I can do is help them know about crypto but if they want they need to do research and make investment.

Absolutely not cause my friend and my family don't have any knowledge about cryptocurrency so it's very risky for them if I encourage them to invest in crypto. Although they have enough experience I also don't want to encourage them cause crypto market is unpredictable so if they lost money because of my suggestion, it'll be very terrible.

I've told less than a handful of my close friends I deal with crypto. One asked me if he should invest, I said that there is huge potential in it but be prepared that you can lose it all in a whim. It's as simple as that, then they know the risk and can't blame me for any losses.

If you can let them understand the risks, they are adults and they can make the decisions but trying to not at least give them a clue for those who may even have been curious to want to know is not good. More like you inhibiting them from being a part of the future.

It is risky, but that is where you come in with your own experience and explain that risk to them and they will be fine only if they can invest as little as they can know the risk and the benefit ratio.

I know that sharing what I know about bitcoin would definitely help the people I love too. Through it's profitable and long term investment, I would love to share it with the people I love because I know that it will benefit them as well. I already shared my knowledge about crypto with my cousins because I know that they are having a hard time on where to get their financial necessities. I'm glad that they listened to what I have shared and it is now helping them with their financial needs.

I attempted many times before but sad to say I'm always ending up as a failure and received a lot of criticisms and sarcastic humors coming from others. Way back from the very start, I was only able to convince three people up to present: my girlfriend and my two classmates. I don't really know what's wrong, I already introduce it to them properly yet still many of them are not encouraged and I already presented the benefits I get from bitcoins by showing my possessions (but I'm not bragging) but they are still not eager to learn. I think that maybe they are not interested in this stuff that's why I always fail or maybe I'm just not a good in persuading. Nevertheless, I will not give up encouraging others to engage in crypto because it know it may help them a lot.

I actually don't talk or even introduce cryptocurrency to anyone because not everyone will listen and take time to understand it. Cryptocurrency is really complicated to understand. It even took me months of research to fully understand how it works and all the basic stuffs one should learn about it. I think that if I will just introduce it and tell anyone that you can earn money from it, they will not even care or do their own research and make an investment carelessly because a lot of people just care about money and earn.

Yeah forcing them won't do any good because when things does not go well, they will end up blaming you for it. We don't have to force them to also do what we do, we can just invite them, introduce to them what cryptocurrencies are and then teach them how they are going to earn from it. If they continue to be interested, then you can continue teaching and encouraging them. Honestly, staying in this earning game depends on how they are going to manage their time and themselves and if they fail on doing that, you are not the one responsible for that fault.

This is exactly the reason you do not advice anyone to invest into anything, all you can do is introduce them to the new platform and let them decide whether to invest in it or not, there are people who would like to wait till the price goes above the intended valuation and then invest in it for a quick profit but it will end up in a disaster and the negative things you are going to hear is ridiculous,so i rather stay away from encouraging someone to invest rather than introducing them and let them decide what they do with it. ;)

I will not risk hiding.Suggesting investments to others is a very bad idea, especially when it is something very risky and unstable like crypto currency. They may claim to be okay with losing their investment in the worst-case scenario, but people will be very concerned if it is wrong and will bitterness and anger against you.

Tried that once didn't go well as the price dropped right after they bought. Relationship between us became sore for some time as he was blaming me for him losing money. So I would recommend not going down that path.
That is why it is never good to compel people into making decisions and it is always good to let them understand the volatility risk involved and then allow them to make their decisions themselves after that. As enthusiastic as some of us may be, we would always like to encourage friends and families, but I only tell them so as not to get blamed on my conscience for not doing so when the future gets bright, but I leave them to make that decision themselves.

I have never imagined myself trying to force anyone to do anything as I always believe we are all adults as long as we have the funds to invest and any adult should be capable to make their own decisions and my own is to let them understand what they may be missing, the risk involved, and every other side to it and how I have been doing so far, and if that is not good for them to think on their own and decide what to do, then I am happy having the benefit alone, and at least I tried.

Yes, me too, I like to share everything about cryptocurrency to my friends and relatives. I regularly post articles on social media like facebook, twitter because I feel people should know about them because cryptocurrency is the technology currency, there are many potential. However, I just introduced, with the investment I think that perhaps should let them choose and decide according to each person's preferences

This page already has 9 pages and most of them are garbage. But that won't stop me from contributing :
My family is skeptical on such investments but I did one thing that mesmerized them. I started with almost nothing and now I showed them that my beliefs proved me right. I went the right direction, I was able to do a lot of things which I can't tell but things did change for better. My family trusts me enough to handle all their investments and so far it has been well and good. I don't want to continue on this topic any further.

Since when I joined the crypto my family life has been better. Many relatives and friends asked me how, and I said I joined the crypto. they laughed at me. In my country, the government does not support the crypto, every day there is always bad news about crypto in newspapers and tv, so people in my country always think crypto is a scam. They do not know that crypto brings good life to so many people in the world, many countries around the world have accepted and seen bitcoin as a kind of property, people in my country totally without knowledge about crypto, so I do not encourage anyone to invest in crypto.

Trying to play safe so that no one will come give you the crap tomorrow on how you were the ones who lured them into being a part of the cryptocurrency world. I understand how a lot of people feel about things like this anyway and the funniest part is that most of the people around me have always been the ones to come to me to tell them all about cryptocurrency and how they can be a part. I take my time to guide them, and I leave the rest to them.

Honestly, I will not encourage someone or anyone to be interested in cryptos if the only reason is to earn because it could actually lead to abuse and greediness. I would encourage them to use this as for transactions purposes mainly, like for OFW relatives.
Sometimes when prices go coaster, it gets me a bit excited and sometimes I just wanted to tell it to a friend but not to brag of course. Promoting such technology is a privilege to me because I know it has a great potential and would be very helpful.

Yes! I encourage some of my classmates and friends many times before but they suddenly refused after telling them that they should learn first the stuffs about cryptocurrency.

It's like that they are eager at first after I introduced the benefits they could get into it, they are impressed in this breakthrough technology and now motivated knowing the fact that they could be able to earn money: but after I tell them that they should first study at least the basics of crypto they suddenly change their mind and made so many alibis like "I'm busy", "I think that's too complicated for me" etc. That's what I hate the most, I'm trying to help them but they are not even trying to help themselves (like spoonfeeding). It also seems they reject its true essence because they got blinded by money so easily.

Nevertheless, I'm still blessed because I at least able to encourage two to three persons to not only treat bitcoin as purely money but also a great tool for daily living.

Yes I did encourage my close friends and family.  And just what other experience, I look insane in their eyes at first.  They do not believe in cryptocurrency and easily concluded that it is a scam.  But no matter what their reaction, I kept encouraging them I explained everything about bitcoin.  The only thing that caught their attention is when I show them the proof of my earnings.  Upon realizing the possible earnings they can get from investing in crypto currency, they start to conduct their own research about bitcoin.  Now, they are all interested in bitcoin.  Some of my friends and relatives I encourage before are now bitcoin investors.

I do encourage them in investing on cryptos because this is a great opportunity for them to make use of their money and earn at the same time as well. The only problem that they see here is that they don’t feel that safe when it comes to investing because it would be their first time if ever.
If you know about bitcoin and the crypto currency, then you should tell others as well regarding this and that you need to motivate your friends and family be telling them the advantages and the benefits of investing their money into it.

This is really a good thing to do and that will surely give your friends and family a chance of having a better living as well. You need to convince them by telling them your personal story.

We all know that this is a very new market, although it can be very profitable but it is very risky. I do not want friends and family to participate in this market, if not thoroughly researched and knowledge of the economy, the market entry will be very dangerous, very high risk and you can lose money. Its anytime.

Of course I do, it is one way to help them out from our previous lifestyle.
We are accountable to the safety and success of the members of our family as well as our friends. If we know they deserve to be learned about crypto investment, then they should also have to initiative to learn.
You can only help those who want to be helped. I see a good reason to always hint your friends and family about it, but among those who I have hinted, some went further to dig in further and started getting the whole gist to invest, so with that, they are responsible for their own decisions and I can only guide them when they have any question, and for those who decided to keep silent, I guess in the future, they will need more information when they see things happening.

If they lose money, they may be angry with you!

If this question is raised last year then I would say yes but for now I feel it is not the best time to convince them to join in. It is really hard to share crypt to people when this days chart is unstable.

Besides there are also other ways to get the crypto and to use it. So, far I have learned that there is no use of forcing people to something but you can help them with honest and quality information.

Only because you consider it risky, bitcoin trading is best way to get fast profit and in future they could be your helping hands, so no need to be worry train then well about bitcoin then you will be proud of them when they will show you their first bitcoin earning, try to convince them and give them fine and easy information about bitcoin not need to involve then in complication try to take an easy way to teach them about trading.

I always keep on telling all those people who are near to me regarding this concept of the crypto currencies and that I keep on encouraging them to step forward and invest your money into any of the crypto coin as this is something which can help you in getting a chance of having a better living as well.

There are certain family members who after reading enough about it have started to invest their money into it and are now living a happy living.

Not only understanding mate, but more so initiative. I have tried it before, acting out of good will teaching people close to me about the cryptocurrency market including its risk, but most importantly, the good things it can bring them; however, most of the time, I only get rejected, or even if they listen for a while, it would end up coming out to the other ear. Then, I learned that I would only speak when someone would ask, if they are really eager to learn and be in the market, then I would gladly help. Whether it is a friend or family, it's always hard to force something to do what they don't want to.

They want just to know in which coin they should inest without knowing whats the coin stands for. So thats why i dont recommend any coin to invest. Because I do not want to be responsible if someone loses money. Dont forget, cryptocurrencies are high risk investment, and newbies can loose a lot of money in short time.

There are some people who are often not understanding at the moment what we are telling them because they don’t trust us or else they think that they know better than us. The best solution for them is to leave them on their own and let them learn things hard way. That is a great success on your part if you were able to convince your friends easily to invest into bitcoin because usually people are here talking that their friends are not believing them regarding bitcoin. You must have shown them your earnings with bitcoin. People need practical proofs when it comes to investing into anything that is offering big rewards. I feel that encouraging is somewhat harder than sharing something you find profitable. If you encourage someone who is not interested to learn or venture into something new then you might be wasting your time trying to convince them. I feel that it would be easier to try it on your own then, later on, share it to them how successful you are. In this way, they will be more interested, might ask more questions and involved themselves in crypto investments as well. Just my thought...

It means you will suggest them to get into this world. This is so good to see people taking bitcoins as their financial helper. And definitely if you are advising someone to be here with you, you must research fully about the thing you are going to invest in. if you find any discrepancies, don’t tell them then. Rather find some another project that is legitimate and only then ask them.

This is my way to encourage my friends and family to invest in, I'll let them chase me and their eagerness to earn decently as they see me living the way I dreamed of. ;D
Yeah it's happened to me too , they think it's just another multi level marketing that you want their money and you'll get the benefit. Seriously it's hard to explain to a traditional people , but not when you are talking with people who love tech , they get so excited easily, I've recruited some coworkers , they get the benefit and thanks to me. Spread it more and people will realize how precious Bitcoin it is.

Do you encourage others to invest in crypto?
i think we should not do that, inviting them to join crypto market can be a very negative effects action, because this market is not safe for anyone even for good trader much less newbie without knowledge. Moreover, who will claim responsibility if the person you invited to join lost their money, it's you, from that reason, they will blame everything on you, and accused you for making them loss their money,... SO it will be a much better way if you don't encourage them anything  about this crypto market, they can join on their own if they want.

No, I don't.  In fact no one in my family knows what am I doing.  How could I encourage them if they don't believe in internet?   I have an old fashioned family who are still engaged in using paper and pen.  I didn't even opened up a discussion about cryptocurrency because I know that it will end up into a big debate.  They would rather invest their money into a small business with a little profit in return rather than investing into something that they don't see.  And besides, cryptocurrency investment involves a big risks.  One wrong move and never succeed, they will definitely blame me from head to toe.

I told my friends about bitcoin 2 years back when the price was very low and affordable for an investment but at that time they didn't show any interest in it and were making fun of me that I am wasting my time and money in it and when they saw the price of bitcoin crossing $20k they started to regret for not believing in me and now its too late for them to get into crypto.

I asked friends but only few of them that interested.

And of course behind all of that i tell them how to produce, whether it's trading nor bounty.

But right now he's trapped, where before he's very easy to interested or a little bit greedy. Last year actually he can already taste the result from trading. But because of the greedy, he's trapped in these 3 months. I only hope and keep on helping him.

But lucky, my friend is a very cheerful friend and not too stress to face the market right now.

I told my friends and relatives about investing and trading in crypto world. But some of them are not interested because of the extra time that you will gather for this and most of them are not into technology. But while encouraging those people around you, you must fully understand first what are these cryptocurrencies, so that they will be easy for them to understand and to join the crypto world. And also, it is easy to encourage those people who are into technology.

I've told less than a handful of my close friends I deal with crypto. One asked me if he should invest, I said that there is huge potential in it but be prepared that you can lose it all in a whim. It's as simple as that, then they know the risk and can't blame me for any losses.

It is a good idea! Encouraging your friends to buy bitcoins is a good decision. You can help the bitcoin to grow by sharing your knowledge to your friend and to your family. The bitcoin can become more popular and stronger if we will share our knowledge to other people.

Same here buddy, only those people that are so close and willing to know more about crypto currency. Basically, from the start it's hard to explain but eventually they learn which start from the basic. As of this moment there are a lots of people still didn't believe in crypto currency which always in their mind that it is a scam. Well, I just ignore then as I always work here and earn a great amoubt of rewards.

No, i am not. Invest in crypto is high-risk . And investing in crypto is certainly related to money. I will not invite my friends or family for anything related to money and have a high risk. They will blame me if they suffer losses, and good relationship will become cracked. I also do not have enough knowledge to teach them about it. It's better i keep it only for myself.

Why not? We need some more investors, we should be noted that the higher the demand the higher the price would become, so if we are going to add more investors it is better to help our friends and family first but let us give them the negative side and taking risk of bitcoin of course.

Ironically enough I never encouraged anyone close to me to get involved in crypto. For general masses it's still a terra nova they don't quite understand often basing their opinions on whatever mainstream media tells them. But I definitely see an interest in what I am doing. Funny enough, when I cashed out big @ $19200 to buy more rigs few people around me bought crypto just couple days later. Some of them even tried to blame me for their decisions and I had to refresh their memory lol. People don't quite understand how can I have no idea how much bitcoin costs today, the concept of almost never selling crypto for fiat is something they don't get.

Yes, sharing is a always a good thing, I’m also the type of person that loves to share… but not in everything. There are some things that needs to be kept to self and not shared with everyone. When I got into Blockchain the first time, I was feeling excited cause what I was earning from it and wanted to tell everyone I knew… after giving it a second thought, I changed my mind and decided not to anyone again.

There are some things that needs to be kept to self and shared with everyone. But my family is aware of that already, just be a use they are family. But for outsiders, I never tell them, although when I see people talk about Bitcoin I do advise them to get into it.

I must say that this is a very good thing to do and that you need to keep on doing such kind of things for the betterment of your friends and family as this is the best possible way of having a better living and that this will certainly give them a chance of making more income as well. You just need to keep on motivating them and encouraging them so that they may also make up their mind of investing their money into it.

My family knows about Cryptocurrency and they also know that I’m into it. But they already have a business they are doing, so they don’t have anytime to spare for Bitcoin. Sometimes they do ask how far I’ve been able to go with cryptocurrency, and they do appreciate that it’s a good thing. I don’t encourage them to get into Bitcoin. They already know about it, so it’s just a thing of choice, if they believe it’s meant for them, I wouldn’t have to tell them, they will just do it on their own like I did.

As for my friends, I’m not the type that tells my friends my secret. Bitcoin is like my secret, it’s part of the sources of income I have, so they shouldn’t know about it. But if there is anyone of them that already knows about Bitcoin, if they ask me I encourage them to join, but I still don’t tell them what I’m into.

possibilities that might happen to them, the potentials of changing a life to much better financial aspect will really attract them to proceed and
have their luck too, if we really concern about them and we like them to earn as well, we should try our very best to guide them and make them

I would like to encourage my friends and family to invest in crypto, because crypto will bring a lot of profit in the future, but I can not do it. The government of my country does not support crypto, there is always bad news about crypto on newspapers and tv, making most people think that crypto is a scam. As much as my parents supported me in my cryptocurrency journey, they are not interested to engage themselves there. Both of my sisters are still skeptical on what I’ve been doing to make a liivng despite having decent results. My first cousin did joined me a bit in cryptocurrency as he invested in some few altcoins, but he is fully-focused on his network marketing career. I would definitely encourage my friends and family to invest in cryptocurrency. Although, it is quite risky, investing in cryptocurrency offers very good returns. At present, no other sector is as profitable as cryptos, so the risk is worth taking.

I always encouraging all of my friends to enter to the cryptocurrency world for them to have a better life. I know that they can earn big amount of money if they will work hard and work smart here in the cryptocurrency world. Their life will become better because of the bitcoin.

I am almost a year in cryptocurrencies but i do not encourage my families, relatives and friends to invest with it meanwhile i encourage them to work on crypto as a bounty hunter or sign up airdrops, in this way they can earn money without any investments, all they need to do is to focus and give time to do bounty campaigns.

I used to encourage friends and family to invest in crypto but only to a certain, select few. Last year, when Bitcoin's price peaked at around $10,000, I kept sharing with some of my love ones how lucrative it is to invest in it. But then upon entering 2018, the price dropped significantly that I cannot even begin to defend that its price will recover soon. It is because I know they already feel I mislead them into something that is very much disappointing. You know, I sometimes wished I did not try to influence them because as it turns out now, I am the reason why their monies fall with Bitcoin at present. That is why I am profusely wishing for a positive turnaround so then they will realize I did not put their monies to sham. Lesson learned is to keep quite about my investments because one way or the other, I will be incessantly put to blame by reason of factors that are even beyond my control.

I've told less than a handful of my close friends I deal with crypto. One asked me if he should invest, I said that there is huge potential in it but be prepared that you can lose it all in a whim. It's as simple as that, then they know the risk and can't blame me for any losses.
If we convince someone for anything, we must let them know the merits and demerits of that thing as well. Reason is, if they only know what benefits of this thing are, they can go good with them. But what if they just encounter any loss moment, they will be just like blank paper so letting them know how to deal with bad conditions is profitable. You are doing just great in this regard.

We don't need to convince them if they don't like or something else that they cannot believe. Thus, merits is not needed for them to know crpto they can have a good research here without it. Demerits? It is not applied yet in the bitcointalk system tho. Better for you to have some good knowledge and understanding to the topic.

When they ask me how things are going, I just respond "OK" and move on. they see the price in newspapers and MSNBC, but not my portfolio value. As far as I'm concerned, I tried telling them about it, they discarded it and laughed at me....    ....I will be laughing at them on day while I sip coffee at my beach house and they are working their 9-5'er.

I still recommend my family to invest in the cryptocurrency market but I will be the right person to decide the investment.
I simply raised funds from them and created an investment fund. I will manage them and make profits for people through the years. That's my strategy because when you have too little money, you will not be able to make a lot of profit though you anticipate the growth of every altcoin.

People reluctant while advising their family member or their friends to invest money in bitcoin, because they have to take the responsibility, if the price goes up and they get profit then never credit their friend who advised them to invest money in bitcoin, but if they will lose money in bitcoin because of the decreasing price of bitcoin, they they consider their friend responsible for that, therefore most of the people try to avoid giving such advise to their friends.

No I do not encourage my family to buy bitcoin, and that is because I'm not willing to be blamed if they lose money, I'm fine at risking my money in bitcoin because I know very well what I'm doing and why I am doing it but if they were to do the same without the same knowledge that I have then it is way more likely that they're going to make mistakes with the information that I share with them.

I can encourage them to invest, but first I have to know their  willingness and seriousness and attest their knowledge. If they are interested, then I can share my knowledge, to educate them about crypto, technical analysis, setting proper expectations of its possibilities and circumstances. Investment is quite risky, and it takes bravery to be part of it. After all, the decision is in their hands.

It is a common act that each one of us who finds the crypto world profitable aims to share it with his loved ones so that the income could be drastically increased or it is just out of love and sympathy for those in need. And I think that we should do so as it is a great contribution towards the development of the society.

But after I share them the money I gained on a bitcoin wallet site they definitely change their minds and now want to learn the bitcoin industry. Encouraging your friends and family is really a good thing to do and that if you know something good regarding these crypto currencies and you are investing your money into these coins, then it is your duty to help others as well in getting a chance of making their lives better and that you can only do when you will show them the right path and that you will guide them accordingly. If you want to lose friends and family, then advise them to invest in some ICO or altcoin. Don't ever do that.
Hahaha this is so bluffing. Well the point is so valid. Investing in altcoins or some ICO isn’t good and legitimate. Reason is, they aren’t satisfactory to give your as much output as you are inputting. So why to get involved in a thing that is not even able to promise you to give what you have invested in. trading in altcoins are still acceptable but in ICO, never do that else you may lose everything.

Even my wife doesn't believe in me!"  but I'm known to get madly involved in obscure things through the internet and its just part of my personality. My friends and partner aren't into crypto, I think they'd like to be and they think there's a good chance ill strike gold with it, but they aren't sure or can't invest the time to learn about how the whole thing works. Some folks just don't recognise the potential until, as someone has said above, they hear about it multiple times. The problem with that is there's less and less gains left on the table while they wait and wait.

no way. Because the reason is very simple, when they make money, they think that they have made the right choice; when they lose money, they will think that it is your fault. Investment is a very private matter, so it's best not to share it with others. Because everyone's personality and patience are different, Bitcoin may not be suitable for everyone.
If you are really confident in your investment, you can use a more conservative approach and let them entrust you with money. You can pay them interest.

Bitcoin is a technology. Investing in the technology must be encouraged because it has a lot to offer but unfortunately our people do not have either the knowledge or the luck to take advantage of it. I would encourage them to enter the Bitcoin market and learn how to use it for various purposes. This technology will definitely rule in future and getting to know about it is of sheer importance.

Yes.I always share my thought and ideas about blockchain with my freinds and families..some of them listened and some others dont even bother to listen and just laugh..Until now im still sharing my ideas to others.but for those who laughed at me before and now wanna learn something about blockchain,Im only sharing them where did i spent the money i got from cryptos.lols.(joke).Some of those people who laughed about bitcoin before are now  good listeners and great believers..and Im happy for that because now there are people that can relate to me when i talked something about blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
That is very good i think, we should consider it as our responsibility to introduce bitcoin to our friends and family, even to other people if possible if we want bitcoin to become more strong and reliable and become more popular throughout the world, in fact if bitcoin will become more popular then it will become more easy for us and will make our life more facilitated, because it will become possible for us to use bitcoin for most of our activities, both for online as well as for offline purposes.

Well as high as crypto's popularity grows, there have also been a lot of scams centered on bitcoin that has made a lot of people lose money. And sadly these instances make more rounds in the news than positive ones so many people see bitcoin in a negativr light. I don't encourage people to invest but i'm well open to makig them understand how it works

I share crypto to my family but not in my friends, because my family understand me and can listen to me unlike other people that if they lose their money for sure they blaming Me, but I still share crypto to those friends who come first to me and asking about crypto.
I think you misinterpreted the message. Actually this isn’t asking you to insist your parents and family and friends to come and join this work and then profits and losses will be separate or joint or anything. No, rather the main thing is, you must be encouraging your friends and other people to come in this game and earn big money as you are earning. Let them live a good life ahead.

Sharing the experience is very happy, let alone providing an opportunity for them to learn and earn additional income. If I am going to try to share with my family, provide information and explanations related to crypto. If they are interested and want to try, I will again teach them bit by bit about how to invest in crypto. But I do not forget to explain that in investing in crypto there will be a risk as well. So before they start first understand it.

I tried before to encourage some friends to invest in crypto and to start trading BTC and altcoins, but I got negative results mostly because they have many doubts and also most of them dont want to risk their small budgets into a very volatile market.
Some friends started buying BTC and I keep advicing them and I invited them to this forum too.

Take my advice and never encourage your friends and family to get into crypto ever again. I have seen relationships get bitter during bear cycles among my friends. If they get in at the wrong moment and the price drops than they are likely going to put the blame on you for their losses and your relationship will be affected with them.

I actually did and I always do because I believe that through simply sharing things about bitcoin, we would be able to help our friends, relatives and loved ones in a big way. I shared it with my cousins and siblings and I am thankful that they are already earning through trading now. My siblings are also helping our parents with the expenses as well.

Well sharing of opportunity to other people like crypto currency investment is a good thing to do but first of all they must need to learn and study first how blockchain and crypto currency works. Crypto investment can make you a big profit but also there is a bigger risk. And also most important thing is dont force them to invest so that you can avoid being blamed in the end.

I don't, because I don't want them to depend so much on bitcoin. Even if I earn a lot from here, they should still focus on having a much stable job to sustain their daily needs. But having an investment for the whole family is quite good, but think first about having their own jobs because it will be much better if you'll let them explore the world even more, bit by just having the corrections.

That is a very good question. I actually have the same thought and question in my mind about that. I also confuse whether I have to encourage my family to invest into btc or not. Why ? That is because I myself do not get the profit yet from btc. I currently still invest into btc and hope for the best. But I do not know when I get the profit yet. I just can only keep believing and have my faith with btc. I am thinking that, if I do not get the profit yet from btc, maybe I will just wait some more until I get profit. And then, when that time comes, I think I will start to encourage my family to invest into btc.

Yes whenever money comes between your friendship 99% you will lose your friend and he/she will become your enemy. The money will have the capacity to break any relationship. I am saying you don't encourage any of your friends but if they ask any help in investing or trading you can help them it's not a problem. forcing people to invest in crypto is not good.

Never do that. If you encourage your friends or family and they listen to you and invest their money into a coin and if that coin drops in price than expect the relationship between you two to go sore, as they are likely going to blame you for their loses and this will create bitterness in your relationship with them.

Even if you explain the risk to them, it is likely that they are not going to understand those risks since they do not have a complete knowledge about what bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are about, and to me this is one of the biggest reasons of why I do not encourage people that I know to invest in cryptocurrencies, they will never understand the huge risks that I'm taking but that I'm comfortable taking.

But I think I will start to encourage them when I already got the profit. I currently doing some long term invest in btc and eth. I do not and never want to invest into some ico or some new altcoins, I prefer certain over big profit. But if I want to encourage family and my friends to start invest into crypto, I think I will have to tell them that this investment or something like that, is uncertain and we can lose some money because of crypto. In fact, we should be careful if we want to teach or encourage someone about crypto.

Your first point of contact in life is your family,  and having relate with your family members since cradle would give you an opportunity to talk and convince them in to cryptocurrency.  Your family members are likely to listen to you than strangers.
If you are sincere to all your family members and your friends, then you will tell them about this and that you will motivate them and encourage them to come and invest their money into any of the crypto currency as this will help them in having a better living and that this will also result in more demand of the crypto coins. You need to tell everything you know about the crypto currencies so that they may have a fair idea of all this.

I tried to convince my friends and family but they don't have enough knowledge about investment method. Indeed, they are also afraid of losses in their own capital. Its hard to encourage a person without courage to involve on investment but having a time with them I can developed their learnings through sharing my opinions about crypto world.

To  me, I just tell them the advantages and disadvantages of investing in Bitcoin so it's up to them to decide whether to or not to invest. Those sceptical will wait until they start seeing positive changes in your financial status, then they will come running to you to put them through.

While some are just scared because of what they have seen and heard on the media. Some time if you encourage them and they failed, they might want to put the blame on you but just tell them about the "plus and minus" of trading and let them decide themselves whether or not to invest.

Not yet. Honestly, I prefer to introduce my family to Blockchain and Cryptocurrency technology first.
After they understand the fundamental, then step by step I will start to teach them about how to invest or get profit from the crypto world.
It is good to tell them about the safety of bitcoin, for this nothing is better than blockchain, safety is the first thing about which most of people use to ask about, so I will also do the same will introduce the security wallets of bitcoin then later on will discuss about the price, and then the use of bitcoin, we should discuss with them the most easy ways of getting bitcoin and tell them all the benefits that bitcoin have for us so gradually they will show interest for bitcoin investment.

First of all, I would be very happy to share some good investments with family and friends. But first of all we have to find some good projects and they are risky. I do not want my family and friends to lose their assets because of my suggestions.
Well there is no such risk but bitcoin is full of profit it is good to share about your way of earning with them, if you will guide them well then I am sure they will not lose anything but same as you they will earn a lot of money, according to me it is good to increase the number of bitcoin lovers instead of making them afraid of bitcoin, crypto currency is full of profit so grab the chance and increase the investors don’t stop your family to sue bitcoin.

Whenever you are going to convince someone on something, make sure this thing wouldn’t be wrong or unethical or immoral to the society values and personal values. Then if the results are good in this case, then sure you must talk to everyone for getting in and make some good days.

Same is the case with bitcoins and their trading, as this is profitable so don’t just waste time rather compel your family to invest more and earn bigger.

but I do not advise them to invest in Bitcoin, why?
because Bitcoin is very fluctuating once its up and down.

As for his good times for me because of this risk I own responsibility, and when I profit I am grateful.

You have to pay attention to the person, if there are some people with strong intentions and understand the risks, then you have to teach them some important patterns so as not to get lost later, many people need a mentor to keep the ecosystem continuously, forming a price pattern and community the better is not enough if only based on the individual alone.

I've been kind of on the fence with this.  I really believe in it and have already made a lot of money, but I don't know for sure if people I introduce to it will have the same success with it.  It could really damage relationships in a lot of ways, if they lose money and blame you for it for instance.  They could also ask you to manage their investments for them, the idea that you wont screw up as badly as them, then blame you if things do blow up in your face or the market suddenly tanks.  There's no guarantee you can win, and I personally know some of my family would personally hold me responsible just because they're difficult people that way.  I've considered talking about it with a few friends but I'm not sure if I want to deal with the possible fallout.

The Crypto market is very risky, not suitable for some people, although they generate quite high profits. I do not dare invite anyone into the Crypto market. If they are at a loss they will blame you and they will hate you.
When I tell someone in my friends or family, he takes interest because I talk about the money and everyone in this world is behind the money. All the efforts in this world are for to earn money. So I tell them about digital currency. The aim is that they gain some information about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. Many people are now interested in bitcoin.

I do because I believe in future success of cryptoeconomy and think that many more people will join during next few years but those who will join now will gain most. Of course if they'll invest wisely. That's why I teach my friends and relatives many things before advising them to do so. I don't want them to invest blindly.
To guide a newcomer is very difficult, they have not had much experience and investment in Crypto will be a loss. Then they will blame you. I do not want to guide anyone into this risky market. Let them find out better.
I give them basic information on what cryptoeconomy is and share with them what I currently do and why. And besides that I teach only those who make their own efforts to learn. I do not try to motivate those who are not motivated and help those who don't help themselves.
Yeah you are right. When someone starts anything he tells all about it to his family members, his friends and his relatives. I often talk about the advantages and use of bitcoin in the local community because in my community many people still do not know about bitcoin. Therefore I try to tell them about the benefits of bitcoin and the profit from it.

Yes I encourage friends and family to use the technology only if they have the basic knowledge about how to do, what to do and when to do. There are many who face loss and start calling the technology spam. If you do not have the basic knowledge, just do not enter the market. It will only prove chaotic. The other thing is that an small initial investment is considered a good investment. Even if the market crashes, they will not worry that much. This will help them to learn the market behavior and they would be much learned and wise for the nest investment.

It is a common act that each one of us who finds the crypto world profitable aims to share it with his loved ones so that the income could be drastically increased or it is just out of love and sympathy for those in need. And I think that we should do so as it is a great contribution towards the development of the society.
It is very easy to think that we are doing this in order to benefit our families, but you need to understand that not everyone can benefit from this market, just look at what happened at those that invested in December, they lost a significant amount of money if you had recommended to your family to invest at that point in time they will be the same position, and this will create a lot of tension in your relationship with them and that is something that I do not want.

I did encourage my close friends and family.  And just what other experience, I look insane in their eyes at first.  They do not believe in cryptocurrency and easily concluded that it is a scam

Now, they are all interested in bitcoin. Some of my friends and relatives I encourage before are now bitcoin investors. You can only help those who want to be helped. I see a good reason to always hint your friends and family about it, but among those who I have hinted, some went further to dig in further and started getting the whole gist to invest. I do not yet encourage the people in my circumference that to engage in crypto activities

It is not advisable for me to encourage any friend or family to invest in cryptocurrency unless they are already well-inform on the possible risks that associated  in crypto investment. Before encouraging them, try to educate them first until they fully understood what cryptocurrency is all about.
I agree! Encouraging them about crypto investment is a nice move to make them feel aware of its essence and be able to taste the sweet of success- if they are interested to join but guess it does not end there. It has to go deeper. We have to be responsible in nurturing them with the knowledge, skills and the expectations. The main advantages and disadvantages, the risks it brings and on how to manage them. Proper education and setting up proper expectations must be highlighted carefully and patiently, for them to have a full grasp of understanding of what it is, how does it work, how beneficial it is and more. At the end, they still have to be the one to make the decision, but at least I have done my part to help them.

I encourage friends and family to invest in crypto but they just think I'm scamming them or that I'm wasting their time with all my talking. I think they just really don't get the point. So, I'm trying my best to focus and do more researching as I've currently invested in crypto and once I've hit my jackpot mark, I'd be able to have enough evidence to encourage a lot more people than my friends and family to invest in crypto. We just all have to be cautious and I think, stick to our gut feeling.

I also encourage friends and family to invest in the cryptocurrency market. Because, the cryptocurrency market is currently very well developed, convenient to trade and can be profitable.

I do not encourage all friends and family. I tell only the one who at least already had the basic knowledge in regard with online trading. Some of them now already in this business but unfortunately I can not monitor their progress.

I personally not encourage my friend or my family to invest in crypto, I just introduce to them what is crypto currency and how it can make profit, because I think it's risky if we invest for something without knowledge.
Thats the perfect approach, don't force them to invest in something that they did not know. Say way is bitcoins how it works until if they told you that they are interested to invest so you can guide them personally and teach what they are trying to do. Accept also that mostly they will laugh at you at first because of proofs.

I never encourage or convince any of my friends to invest in a cryptocurrency. I can only share my knowledge and tell them about what I'm doing and what risks I have. I believe that every person should make his own choice and I don't want to force anyone.
You're right people are not to be force or control cause everyone have the right to make his or her own decision. But, you can still introduce them to bitcoin without force or control because I believe every body like the means of making ease and legit cash. Be sides, I have also introduced and encouraged some of my friend but they don't believe me but my husband does and we're both enjoining the benefit of bitcoin now.

I do not encourage my family but instead I introduce bitcoin and crypto currency first. the fact that if you have to invest on something you must need first know how waht bitcoin realy is. it is difficult for a newbie to invest without making any research or not knowing what they are doing.
and then if they knew what bitcoin I encourage them to expereince it first before going all out.

I better not to talk too much to my friends because if I give information about bitcoin and when they ask to teach how to play the right trading and then your friend get a lot of losses for not following the advice that you give your friends certainly will hate you and you will lose your friend.

I loved to encourage my friend to join and invest in bitcoin but they are looking for a proof that it is really worth it to invest in bitcoin. I can't blame them for they are being used with scammed, but I really make sire to them that bitcoin is not a scam. So, for now I am enjoying myself with the profit I am earning and I just let my success be a proof to mu friends before they realize that investing in cryptocurrency is really worth it.

Yes, i am guiding them to enter the cryptocurrency market because i have already seen the potential of their growth and the income i am making through the altcoin. In the same way, i am also guiding them to follow some rules and regulation which i am following. This will create a positive approach towards the market.

yes I try to tell my friends, family and people who want to know even I will teach how to earn money by following a bounty campaign.
the rest I choose silence, because there are many people who just ask every day for example about what I do, they are not interested but they always ask it every day, sometimes make me confused.

Before encouraging your friends or family, toy to estimate your know / edge. Try  to estimate what they already know. Be honest to yourself, because everyone has his own understanding limit
Targeting them with their mindset and capacity, this would make them convinced over this topic. And you are right too, talk to them and tell them what is right. You don’t have to boost up false just because they get attention, no. reason is, if they have got bad information and when they put that wrong information in the field, they will definitely be getting lose. So don’t be cruel with them.

Yes, when I learned about the world of cryptocurrency, I told my friends that this is a trend and you can earn a lot of money, but no one believed it and still do not believe. I stopped talking about it and so I work alone. ???
Telling the ones whom you love and care regarding bitcoin and the rest of the crypto currencies is a very positive thing and that if you do know about this, then you must tell them so that they may also know about this whole new thing and that they can also try their luck in making some good money by investing their money into crypto coins and that you need to tell them the real picture.

Yes i often do it but i teach them basic knowledge before they join. It's good for crypto when there are more people join it.
