Found a solution. You need to delete the files with blockchain database (except wallet file), then start parsicoind.exe. The daemon synchronizes normally. After that run GUI wallet. just checked and saw mined coins.
But devs, it's a bad sign for me.

Before running the GUI wallet, run the parsicoind.exe file and let it full sync.  THEN launch the GUI wallet and you shouldn't have any problems.

In regards to ASIC resistance, I believe an upcoming fork is due in the next few weeks to CNV1 aka MoneroV7.

The Dev is working on an updated GUI wallet to fix some of the sync issues people are having.

I ain't sure but I believe phi algo Luxcoin is still better choice because so many people dig it (6658 miners)... unless RVN had pump. Usually that means the next day the diff would rise twice that. And it becomes unprofitable at all

If you are having problems, closing the GUI wallet, launching parsicoind.exe and letting it fully sync before you reopen the GUI wallet has fixed the issue for most.

0.001 PARS is the minimum transfer fee , it will change when price growth but for now this fee is ok , we have had a high price drop however it was a common problem because of the so many founded blocks and generated coins, price will grow but it takes some time , we are working on the project, we can do pumps and dumps to fake the price but its not ethical, as we said ParsiCoin is going to be used on daily transactions so we are working on so many things such as payment modules, web/mobile wallet , partnerships , etc. we think the only way to increase the price and project community members is to make a useful project.

Altex exchange is one of the shitty exchanges I have ever seen. I lost my coins stored on Altex exchange, not only Parsicoin but others as well.
So, if the Parsicoin team can not contact them and get reply, I don't think there are someone else can do it successfully.
They made scam exit and done their works long time ago. I lost all my hope with Altex around last 6 months.

What are your activities that will increase the volume of your exchange? The trading volume is still low as I understand that you are just starting. But even the common trading pair eth/btc is unfortunately low. Need drastic promotional tasks to increase the number of traders? The btc withdrawal is low as compared to others but how can you trade if there are few to none who are trading in the exchange?
