First i thought that tech issue , and after 24hours i try send again but transfer still Failed.
my account transfer status will be between a "require email verification" or "Failed"
freewallet.org email verification is a joke and not worked anytime , i click email verification link ,and website tell me successful ,but transfer status still a "require email verification"
So. I send ticket email to freewallet.org support email .
Them support email tell me :"Thanks a lot! Did you change your password or PIN code in last 24 hours?" , and after 36hours not any respond for me

Them the support service description text:
"Our team is working 24/7 to assist you with your requests and queries.
One of our support team members will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible."
24/7 service after 36 hours still not respond . that's a joke !
So i strongly suggest send your coins out immediately ,don't save any coin amount to Freewallet.org !

" or "what your transaction id " ,them message wasting my 4 days , your can't image that them can reply once email by one day ,and after 4 days , them finally tell me , my account exists "suspicious activity", but , them not tell you true reason is them just want your coin amount .

If your problem only is sending such amount you can try to export your 12-word recovery phrase on your freewallet.org wallet and use another wallet such electrum in sending your funds instead of freewalet.org. Once you exported your 12-word seed, keep it offline, that you're the only one must know this phrases. If you're asking if how can you do that, you can follow instructions on their site https://support.freewallet.org/support/solutions/articles/9000144725-how-can-i-get-my-12-word-backup-phrase-

Then I suggest you import^[1] this to https://electrum.org#download wallet, just download if what platform you have, I must recommend that use the desktop one instead of the mobile version.

Once electrum is installed.

[1] Open your electrum -> Go to File tab -> New/Restore -> Create the name of your wallet -> Choose Standard wallet -> I already have a seed -> then paste this 12 recovery phrase from your freewallet.org wallet, then click the "Option" and check the "BIP39 seed" -> Here, AFAIK freewallet use legacy wallet (correct me if I'm wrong) then just leave the field unchanged as (legacy p2pkh), BUT if its segwit then choose the "p2sh-segwit (p2wpkh-p2sh)" -> Put your password, make sure that you're the only one knows your password. After that, you can now send any amount using electrum with your freewallet.org recovery seed.

Why would your balance be transferred to a new Bitcoin address? That's not how exporting keys work. Freewallet is just an app/software to manage your balances, if you export your keys and import it to another app/software (like Electrum), your address will be the same and no transactions will be made.

First , freewaller.org just generate a bitcoin address to receive coin amount , you can't export this automatic generate address 12-word key
and you just can use "Export wallet" to generate new wallet , freewallet.org will automatic transfer you amount to new wallet

Freewallet is an HD wallet that's why it generated a new address once your previous address was used and received an amount.

If you can't export these recovery phrases then why they never include that statement in the link I have posted above which they made and posted on their support page? That's stupid, and exporting recovery seed of a wallet doesn't work like that.

Freewallet is one of the worst wallet I've ever known next to blockchain.com(.info) wallet, you can see it when you search "freewallet.org review" tho blockchain.com(.info) is much better than them.

So just, wait them until they replied and resolve your issue then dont use their wallet again.

Please always verify if a token is supported by the receiving service.

In order for us to reflect these tokens in your account, we need to integrate its code into our system. If we process your transaction, we will need to start accepting this token from other users, too. That means that we need to add a full support of this token.

While it might seem like an easy task, it isn't. It requires extensive effort and resources which means time and money. What if the code of the RELEX token has an issue or is not reputable? This is also the reason why we stopped supporting ICOs, you can never be safe enough.

We started reviewing requests for adding new tokens and we will make an official announcement once they become available on Freewallet.

I know that I made mistake but there should be some option of rejecting transaction or temporary adding to your wallet, for transfering to crypto exchange if you don't want to support this token. Like i sad before, this coin will probably never get huge and now i am understanding that it will never be added to your wallet because of his smallnes. 2.  Always avoid web wallets -  Free wallet is that type of wallet

3. Avoid wallets that do not give you an option to back up your funds through Private keys or seeds (Freewallet is a custodial wallet which will never allow you to back up your funds)

On what basis do you still hope that you will get those funds back? You should read this thread to know about the reputation of this wallet, because you will get a lot of complaints against them. And the amount of funds you are talking about, I did not know that such a huge amount of funds can be hold in a web wallet.

On the other hand, since you have been the victim of a phishing website through Google search, I do not know how likely it is to get this fund back.

Another of my favorite scams. Your case got an answer from them. If you contacted authorities it isnt a surprise they answered you. They solve the problem if keeping the money starts to look too dangerous. Their tactics is blocking the money with a fake motive like verification. Reject documents sent with lies and expect the scammed user wont go to the police. Several days have passed. Did they return your money?

I don't want to defend them, but the user is never active again after posting the accusation just like the other victim with 170 ETH issue. Usually many newbies are like this, when they faced an issue they will do anything to get their funds back, but when they already get it... they forgot to update the accusations.

Asked for all shorts of docs, bank statements etc, obviously that didnt work, im at the phase that they will either stop responding or will keep on asking for verification.
