Guys,

Need help in finding the best/good mining projects available. Any new or existing or new project which can be considered for investment?
What things we should check before investing in such projects?

This is a pretty good discussion, also nowadays, is it still profitable to invest in Cloud based mining projects?
P.S I invested on this kind of projects in the past, and I gained some amount of $$$ but I don't know today if it is that profitable still.

Here is something you must do. Google cloud mining scam. Google cloud mining profitable or not. And then,,, look in this forum and search the same keywords.

You will find majority of users complained about not being profitable. This is the truth,,, if BTC price is going up, maybe you win back investment. If hashpower goes up, your contract expires. If BTC price goes down, your contract expires.

Best bet is buy and hold.

I would not recommend doing mining at all, even cloud mining. I think you should look for a decent project that has masternodes, so you will be able to earn with staking. (proof of stake). You can check new projects/icos or you can take a look at here: https://masternodes.pro/statistics

But be aware, not all "high percent roi" projects are real. Make sure they are legit, even if they give you tokens, you need to be sure that there is a marketplace to sell it, and enough volume to sell it etc.

I am having similar feelings too I feel that the current situation of the market is making it difficult for cloud based mining firm to turn in enough profit I would really like to see a company that can guarantee   profit

Surprisingly, I found this too. It looks like a great project with a team that could be trusted. The project model of using computing power when not profitable for mining for cloud computing is brilliant. I like to know I got options.

I think i read a thread about cloud mining , there many good things and bad things are connected to it, and if you are looking for a project, take a look in Neuroneum, i read its whitepaper before, and it has a different feature not only cloud mining. try to check it fella.

I’ll like to have a couple options to switch to whenever Mining isn’t profitable. There are numerous projects on cloud mining. I checked out a few already, but they don’t have a feasible solution to cloud mining challenges. Why neuroneum?

Sound interesting, I'm don't have enough knowledge about cloud-based mining, I will try to explore to that project you have been given and try to understand what cloud-based mining based on their project.

At the topic cloud mining have to be very careful! In this area there is a lot of scam and mostly cloud mining is not profitable. It is usually better to invest directly in a coin than in cloud mining. You have to see it this way. If a cloud mining provider should earn money by mining, why should he rent this money machine? Cloud mining is very risky and you have to inform yourself in advance. Otherwise the danger is very great that you will never reach a ROI or lose you money.  :o

Sorry if I'll discourage you to stop investing to cloud mining projects.

Most of them are likely just going to steal your money. If there's a new existing one, you need to be aware of it and most of them doesn't have any credibility to stay with their operation. I urge you to trade instead of investing to cloud mining.

That was my thoughts some days back. Have my money with me and trade with it. But that’s also risk. There are no trends while trying to make profits. But we should be make investments after you’ve weighed the risk and profits.
That’s one reason I like the option Neuroneum, a cloud mining company provides its users. Your computer power would be switched over to a different cloud computing service when mining is less profitable.

I’ll tell you why. Neuroneum is not just a mining project. It would have Mining as a feature on the platform. Neuroneum is a decentralized cloud computing marketplace. You could buy computing power and use this for mining.

That's the first time of hearing that company.

I only know few cloud mining company such as Genesis mining, Hashflare and hashnest. But I didn't invested to any of those companies. To anyone who's interested with that, it's your decision if you'll start kicking with that suggestion.

I did invest in these. It was amazing at first. Profitable source of income. But things change and now genesis has to cancel a few nonprofiting contracts. But I don’t think they can remain business by canceling contracts although there’s a likely bull run. That’s the reason I think Neuroneum option to use computing power of user for a different computing service is a better option.

I always thought cloud mining was no more profitable. Mining rewards are low, that’s the reason most mining farms and projects had to shut down. Would be nice to find a new project with a smart idea to make profits from cloud mining.

With regards I don't think cloud mining websites are legit , I think they don't need to share profit if they can make a good profit unless they want to take profits from others , besides they use websites to contact with people and websites are hackable like what happened to nicehash .

Genesis mining & Hashflare.

These are the current Cloudmining as of this moment but i do highly suggest that dont bother yourself to invest in cloud mining yet you would only regret in the end.
Why? due to unprofitability and imagine on the market condition as of this moment even mining with your own rig wont really give you any good results.

YEAH , i have read their paper, and yeah, i think its worth of risk, but i hope it will not turn into scam since there is too much needed to this work like connecting to different banks, like master card , and others. its a huge hurdle to them.

We should not immediately predict the negative side of this project, especially this project just beginning its journey. Certainly many projects now fall into mining or cloud mining projects for a number of reasons. But even then we cannot say that they will fail or not be successful if they have not started yet and have not proven themselves.

I think the project was the cause of its own failure so far. There always has to be a plan b. Old ways don’t always work out. That’s the reason I prefer Neuroneum concept to genesis. Although Neuroneum team needs to prove the project isn’t a scam.

Cloud mining makes making an income easy. You just need to invest and get paid weekly or whatever the schedule is.
But times have changed. Scam projects made most people lose faith in cloud mining ICO projects. It looks nonprofiting. But there’s got to be a way around. One project would do the trick.

yeah i think some of the cloud mining websites are scam, because after you waited for so long, some of them needed an investment before you can finally withdraw it , also some of are needed to wait until they reach the required minimum withdrawal and it will takes too long to it.

With so many cloud mining today there are a lot of scams here so many do not even trust in such projects. But this project would work to improve the image of cloud mining and to re-create cloud mining.

Still I remembered that some cloud mining projects are going from so long time still they are paying good. Same things I am expecting from this project also. Let's see how it will be more impressive.

I feel mining solutions can do a lot with alternate energy; I am not an expert but I know from the literature that many suffer because of the electricity consumption with the fee returns. If one can do better on that front I think has a good chance taking over. 

Now you can try mining via a smartphone through the electroneum project. I think the electroneum token also has a bright future because it has several reputable partners.

I have not tried out cloud mining yet and I can imagine that right now it is now not really profitable anymore due to the current BTC price. But do you think it might become worth the investment again if the price of BTC will go up again to $10 000 +?

i think its not good to mine in smart phone since most of cloud mining uses a lot of power, and using a small devices like smart phones make kill or may destroy your phone. that is my observation doing this kind of staff.

I try their app on my phone I think I will take so many times to gain their coins/tokens so that I just uninstall it in just one week, because I think it's not that worth. But if they will make another strategy to make more or gain more of their coins using mobile phones it will be a great for people that can't afford mining rigs.

Genesis and Hashnest are probably the only legit companies around, but I'm not sure if they are 100% legit. Hashflare is also often called legit, but I doubt it is. In my opinion it's also likely it could be a scam, they never made a proof that they have all the miners.
But in general, the market conditions are too bad that even Genesis or Hashnest are not able to make decent profits.

we are quite familiar with the Cloud Mining Scams. this are the first entry level scam program  :D  . but sees like they are making this whole thing a legit one! i dont know how they are gonna make it possible, but with a company and registration they have i'm sure our investment will be on secure hands!

Yes, Neuroneum I understand is a new project. They are just have a start in cloud mining, but unlike most cloud mining models this one has more option to take to keep operations profitable whenever anything goes wrong.

Finally a cloud mining project with a unique model that could be a solution to effect of fluctuations of CryptoCurrency price in mining. What solutions do they offer?

I hope Neuroneum will be a good project and not to become a scam later, because many cloud mining projects become scam at the end the reason of it is because they can't maintain their project expenses so that they can't gain any profit on it. I wish that this new project has new strategies to maintain their project.

i think Neuroneum will take place to it, since if the project will have a partnership with the banks for sure the project creator and the person who communicate to the bank will be fully known not just the bank but also the government.

The whole point of cloud mining is to not mine yourself but rent hashing power. So that's why Electroneum doesn't really fit in this thread in my opinion. OP is looking for cloud based mining projects. The most (in)famous projects are for example Genesis Mining.

I try investing cloudmining in some project that 100% legit to me, it's great to invest in cloud mining if you can't afford some expensive mining rigs. But if you have that money and knowledge to build and run a mining rigs go and try it because you can earn big with your own ways and strategies.

Simply avoid cloud mining investments,since it is no more profitable and most of the sites were proven pyramid structure scam,so you won't get any return after few times which is very low when comparing to the capital amount we are investing.

How many times have we reminded these newbies, we from the forum never stopped reminding them that they should avoid every cloud mining. It's not worth to take your time and money with those anymore.

But if they insist, it's their money after all as long as we reminded them that they should join or invest any of it, we are not responsible with any outcome.

Not only newbies,lot of veterans also not knowing that cloud mining investments are scams,just because they are offering lucrative offers which can blunt the mind of people who are greedy to earn money,but it their money so they need to take care of what they were investing,atleast he asked which might save his money.

It’s really funny to see age old btt members are all about mining in such a way. Btw everyone has a choice affected by experience in the crypto circle. No doubt the fact their are lots of scams in crypto, and mining isn’t an exception. There are scams everywhere btw.
Best advice from me is to look out at each project and team. More research on a project, the less risk you get involved and more income you could earn.

Yeah, I tried entering cloud mining when i first join here, and it wasted my time, checking to it time to time. It's just a waste of time because you are not sure what are you about to enter.

Many cloud mining in the telegram bot I think is just a scam project,I try investing some bot or rigs in telegram and when I get some profit their I can't withdraw it in to my BTC wallet.

So its not the real bitcoin,they just created someone number to show that you are earning something but later you can't make any withdrawals from it,which is same as we need to deposit some money to withdraw our sign up bonus but end up losing deposited money.So if you really want to mine just invest on your own risk you may get something out of it if you pick the right coin.

Wasn't there a news recently that now only two Asic miners are still profitable with the current Bitcoin market price. And I doubt that cloud mining providers all have these latest mining rigs. So it's no wonder that they can't pay out right now.

Yeah, and I think thats the reason why they created Neuroneum as a project, to secure their transaction and their own fiat money, and like Asic , the Neuroneum  will build their own miner that can be plug-able easily. (Base on what i read in their white paper).

That's great mate it can help some people that new in here or in cloud mining like me that don't have enough knowledge about it. And I'm trying to find a good project that can give me a good or best cloud mining.

From wiki, Cloud Mining involves CryptoCurrency mining using a remote datacenter that provides computing power. Users mine bitcoins or altcoins without need to manage mining hardware. Btw after a brief research on Neuroneum project, I’ll say it’s a project that links cryptominers with anyone willing to provide computing power or a dtacenter for an income.

i'll probably say you're right here! and the scam platform went through are actually not any company right?
here NEURONEUM claims to be a registered Company and they cant just run away with user funds!! we still have laws out there protecting user funds!!

It's not our problem anymore if there are "veterans" who have been investing to cloud mining and are only for the profit. We can't stop them for doing that but as we remind them, it should be fine.

They think it will be worth it for them to start investing to cloud mining, they have earned a while and still pursuing that they can earn until those are still existing.

Ill advice you do your research on every suggested project. Although, most people would tag cloud mining a scam, there are good mining projects that has found a way to keep profits for investors even in a bear market. But option here is to do a good research on a few projects listed on this thread.

The reason why many people are telling that cloud mining is scam is because many of them got baited of many cloud mining project that become scam in the end. I experience that too but for me not all the cloud mining project is a scam there's many project that until today is running, working, and paying.

Yeah, i think one of the reason why people keeps telling its a scam because of what happening inside the telegram, a lot of "CLOUD MINING" there are totally scam and some of them are believing right there and that is the main reason why people dont trust cloud mining.

And that the reason for this thread. OP wants advice on best cloud mining project. Most newbies don’t ask questions, that’s the reason they get scammed. There scams in every part of crypto so you should invest what you can risk.

That's right because most newbies will immediately enter and participate in where the investment and projects they do not know or do not know if it's legit or scam. Even though they have little knowledge they try to get them right away and eventually they are losing and spreading all of this kind of project is a scam.

I don't think smart phone is capable for that much load. I know Electroneam project and for smart their app also available. But mining using phone might be it will take longer time or your phone will be damaged.

Probably Cloud mining isn't what we think it is? Maybe its not mining from Your web browser ot a mobile app?
Rather then that it probably is a platform where you take a lease of a mining rig by paying the cost and the mined profit goes straight in your  pocket?

Cloud mining is not a reliable source of income due to the cost   and aside from it  , many people are also reported that they have been scammed by a mining company that they invested with  .

  the current market situation is also a hindrance when it come to your earning potential on cloud mining  .  thats why , i wouldnt suggest it to anyone especially to beginners because it is hard   . 

In these market conditions, no mining can be profitable, and now people have stopped mining the Ethereum. Big companies make bitcoin mining, and I think even they're about to quit.

but i dont think the Neuroneum project will turn into scam, i vread their white paper and it will have a partnerships with the banks and that part will become are security to them since the person who talked to the bank share their personal infos.

How about I suggest a solution to mining issues? traditional mining models used by these folding firms are phase out by smarter models with cheaper source of computing power. An example is Neuroneum.io. The team just started ICO

I hope so because , I'm feeling puzzled by projects that become scammed and scams of projects that I'm interested in. So this project may not be a scam, but as far as this project can go far if they can do it smoothly and safely it will definitely be a success.

Crypto is gaining more attention from every industry. To keep transactions secure there must be miners. Although, cloud mining may have been tagged with scams in the past, the only reason we see a growing adoption of crypto is because there are still cloud mining projects that make gain using a different model to make cost of mining low. From what I understand, this Neuroneum that you guys are talking about isn't exactly a cloud mining project? It's more a cloud computing project like golem or elastic?

Finally someone understands. Neuroneum isn’t about cloud mining. That’s the reason I find it interesting. It proposes computing power that can be hired at a low cost. Also, this power can be used for mining. 

Neuroneum can be used to for cloud mining. That’s the best usecase it has. Mining is done using computing power bought from Neuroneum at a low cost.

Now I deeply understand what Neuroneum project all about, when I start exploring on this thread, I always read that this project is just all about cloud mining and people just keep telling that the cloud mining project is a scam and stop investing to a project like that.

Thats because everyone of us has seen Cloud Mining Scam if not being a victim to it! Thats why People are rejecting  the idea without any futher research! But from what i've seen so far NEURONEUM is bring a better solution  over cloud!

Early investors get a discount. Obviously, you must have weighed the risk and profits. I’ll like to find out if Neuroneum is having a STO or ICO. In STO you get back your funds if things go wrong.

Im reading clowdmining all the time. But this isnt clowdmining. I mean there is no central hardware for wich you have to pay high fees. Its decentral and therefore you pay much less than for other companies.

Yeah, that is true. As I already mentioned before, Neuroneum isn't only about cloudmining. They also have a strong focus on cloud computing. Just like the golem project or elastic. So if you don not like to mine (pay other users for their computing power to mine), you can sell your own unused computing power with Neuroneum.

Its just like becoming part of a network where you are contributing with what you dont need in this case its computing power and in return you get some good profit as well! And they also claiming to be keep the money fixed per timeframe though their algo!

Interesting question. Mining projects could be the best choice given the time of the market trying to stabilize. What about Neuroneum, Securix, etc..?

I think Neuroneum and Securix are actually different in their Plans and stuff! Securix is setting up a Mining Farm but Neuroneum has completely different thing in mind! They are building a cloud computing with cloud based mining setup!   

Mining projects are one of the projects that goes through a scam. Why you keep on looking for the 'best' mining projects? you alone can start your very own mining farm through GPU's. It's not profitable as of the moment if you will singlely mine ethereum or you have few ASIC miners for bitcoin. But if you'll find a good coin to mine with and you did your research with that coin, its possible you will find a gem with that. The earlier that you mine for those coins, value is likely to increase if you have hardware to mine.

But right now the ethereum is already moving up, it also start to increase its value which will attract more. Also there are still project being created,  i.e is the Neuroneum, let us focus here dude

According to them they will choose the most profitable coin to mine automatically. And you'll only mine with what GPU power you wouldn't need so that's  indeed  profitable anyway! Plus market is gaining some more strength as well! 

the beautiful thing about neuroneum platform is that users don't have to worry about tracking the computing resources the platform will ensure fair transaction between parties involve

Actually what are you looking for and if you're looking for mining sites then i have to says difficult to find it because most of cloud mining sites currently are scam and most of them also only running for hyip scheme and similar of it but if you want to build your own mining machine i think it is not profitable anymore since the market situations aren't better most of miners has been complaining cannot get decent profit

I can tell you two very promising projects that are now actively working and developing: Whalesburg and Node Haven. Read about them on this forum or chat with participants in telegram chats.

Whalesburg is more a project for people that want to run their own miners/mining equipment right? And about Node Haven ... haven't heard of that project before. From the first glance it looks like it is similar to the project Neuroneum that was already mentioned here before?

I thought Whalesburg is not a good project and many people are suspicious about it. Node haven is not very sure about it.

i recently came across a project that wants to create a platform for sharing mining rig from what i gathered i am having a feeling they have some pretty cool idea check them out https://neuroneum.io/

i really don't think they are going to efficiently pull that off, my major concern is how will they ensure every party involve is going to cooperate as required

I don't really think you need cooperation from project to mine their coin if that's what you're talking about! What i see from Neuroneum Whitepaper, they will be mining coins from gpu power you wont need while using your computer!
