We are pleased to announce that the GRIMM platform from now uses $XGM ticker for its cryptocurrency (that meet the ISO
standards) and believe that the new ticker is a step in the strategic re-positioning of the GRIMM as it moves
forward. New ticker $XGM was published on coinmarketcap https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/grimm/

Pre release: https://github.com/freenetcoder/grimm/releases/tag/CAC_10_3

Grimm is the first mw platform with a new Confidential Parallel-chains architecture that provides
the ability to create your own independed mimblewimble blockchain for any project or product.
New blockchains created on the Grimm platform are called Confidential Assetchains.

Customizable Confidential Assetchains. Allowing creators to set params in their own blockchain
from algorithm to consensus rules. Possibility to choosing whether or not to receive upgrades
from Grimm platform. For start your mw blockchain you need only one computer. You can set
params for new Assetchain (introduced in pre-release): Ticker for new cryptocurrency, pre-mine at first block,
blockreward, halving scheme, blocksize, time, starting difficulty, choose private or public UTXO
scheme, params diff. algo, choose params for creating assets (tokens).

:o  Grimm platform  :o

Grimm is a first modular platform with a new Confidential Parallel-chains architecture that provides the ability to create your own independed mimblewimble blockchain for any project or product. New blockchains created on the Grimm platform are called
Confidential Assetchains.

Features

  • Customizable. Allowing creators to change params in their own blockchain from algorithm to consensus rules. Possibility to choosing whether or not to receive upgrades from Grimm platform.
  • Confidential Assets. Possibility to allowing Assetchain users to create own assets on mimblewimble protocol like colored tokens.
  • Easy Blockchain creation Kit. Allows to create own blockchain without in-depth technical knowledge. User friendly.
  • Fast. Possibility to allowing one Assetchain to verify transactions for any other assetchain for significant increase TPS.
  • Scalable. Transactional data stored on the blockchain does not increase with the number of users, as nodes store only unused outputs and block headers. As a result, the weight of blockchain is reduced by several times.
  • Private but optionally Transparent. Assetchains operates on confidential transactions and uses a blinding factor. Only two sides are dedicated to the details of the transaction. But if necessary, the sender of the payment can generate and provide proof of payment to a third party. However, Assetchain creator can set non-confidential signatures by default.
  • Same API for all Assetchains. Allows to create cross platform applications.
  • GUI Wallet for all Assetchains.

:o  WHY CONFIDENTIAL ASSETCHAINS (CAC)? :o

You do not need to send Grimm and pay fees for your transactions in GRIMM.
This is your blockchain. Your rules.

You get all features from GRIMM blockchain based on Mimblewimble protocol.

You can create cryptocurrency in a few minutes based on your own blockchain.

You can list your cryptocurrency on exchanges.

I do like website, but total supply is a bit high for me.

I have two questions:
1.Do you have any official Discord channel for GRIMM coin?
2. What is the difference compared with other MimbleWimble coins?

This project looks great. Unfortunately I cannot GPU mine with a 1070 within the wallet, as it says 'you have unsupported videocard'.

1. Today only telegram, Discord in few days
2.  Grimm is a classic fork of Beam, open source, without founders rewards, ico, premine and other commercial shit. No transaction fees.  language C++ (easy to co-development of the project by our community members). Modularity (3dparty modules) is a technique used in software development. In a Grimm structure, modules, can easily be addaed or swapped out, upgraded, and adapted in different ways for different systems. Block size 2Mb. Build in GPU and CPU mining at UI wallet. Simple wallet. Speed 34 tps. Emission deflationary. Grimm has collected the best and is focused on the development of technology. Not Commerce.

So I installed the wallet on one of my windows 10 rigs, no problem,  that rig has 4 1070tis and a 1660ti.  Works perfectly.

When I tried to install it on my second windows 10 rig it installs fine,  but when I launch the app I get a white screen.  Both systems are running the same drivers same version of windows 10.  The second rig, the one that doesn't work, has 10 gpus,  6 1070tis, 2 1080tis and 2 1070s

Any ideas?

If rates continue to grow so, we need the mining pool in the coming days. We do not take any fees in anything. But if we launch the pool without fee, it will lead to the refusal of other pools to add us in the future. This is bad for decentr. Thoughts?

No

There's no way to raise money for any founders or any managers in Grimm. Before you take anything, you have to give something first. We will always have time to make a commercial project. A Grimm is a lifestyle idea.

May be we set 1% fee for pool  ;D, because we want to add a coin to the other pools in the future (if we set 0 fee on pool no one miner not going to other pool with fee)

Given that everything revolves around their wallet, can someone check it for the absence of exploits? I think it will be very useful work for the community and for the development of the coin.

It's open source. You can build it from source and use (github releases https://github.com/freenetcoder/grimm/releases). This code fore miner build-in if interest - https://github.com/freenetcoder/grimm/tree/master/3rdparty/opencl-miner.

The websites like this https://newrewardcoins.com - checking for malware all wallets

Wait a few days and you will be able to use external miners on the pool. And we will make an additional wallet release without build-in mining. Then there will be a choice (download wallet with miner or without). That's will be correct.

Any ideas?

Halp

If rates continue to grow so, we need the mining pool in the coming days. We do not take any fees in anything. But if we launch the pool without fee, it will lead to the refusal of other pools to add us in the future. This is bad for decentr. Thoughts?

https://twitter.com/grimmwcom/status/1158614136453914624
I think you should definitely apply some fee (like 1%-2%), and use it for some marketing purposes.

I want to ask if there is airdrop coins for peope that can't mine and help to build strong community around the project, I have seen some projects start this way and make it big, Energi is one recent big success story

In this case fork - means they just took source code from beam gitHub repository and used it for their project.
Not the fork in context of block chain splitting.

I do agree that the launch was not a clean one:) only big rigs could get blocks until pool was added.
And now when pool is available the difficulty is too high

You are right about the fork. He just does not understand what this means.
About launch:
We started as transparently as possible. We start blockchain. Mine on CPU first block. Then we publish topic here and in other socials. After +- 20 mins diff began to grow miners began to connect. Big rigs - yes, miners starts connect rigs. Build-in miner at wallet works well on rigs. Instructions about how to mine in two clicks was published on website from start.  I understand that we always suspect everyone of impurity. But we do not want commerce in our project as wait like witalikf and people like him have no place in our community. For them there are many projects with ICO's. We have no premine. No ICO. Do you know how many coins we personally mined? about 1500 coins on balance only. Less than many. We work on testnet and testing futures for next release. Fixing bugs. We are building a community and developing mimblewimble technology. It's is the main goal of Grimm. Before you take something you need to give something ;).

Before any restore need save walled.db! Addresses don't store at blockchain only local on your computer!
You restore your balance, account, but not addresses. This is Your safety. You can create an address, receive a transfer and delete the address. No one will ever know. That's the point.

Hi, we don't wont listing on shitdotcomexchanges with fictitious sales. It is any day. For a fair exchange we need more coins in circulation for volume. 1 week only mainnet. We will make an official announcement as all requirements are met.

In my opinion this is the 99.9% SCAM coin, fully copypasted from BEAM and not even rewrited the whitepaper.

Why do I think so?

1. There is no explorer so we cant see top addresses where devs keep their premined coins(the team by the way lies that there was no premine, but they posted the announcement AFTER mainnet already started, and they mined a lot of this shitcoin doing first solo blocks while people still were not able to mine it, so it was UNFAIR start)
2. The team is probably fake, they dont proof their identities, they dont have any social references before april 2019
3. They have only their "official pools" where is 1% commision which goes to them, and a lot of people already reported that some coins were stolen from them on these pools
4. There will be no exchange before devs collect bitcoins from community donations or selling premined coins otc

5. Admins and community managers lie a lot and ban anyone who asks any reasonable question on discord or telegram.

So when they collect enough to list on the exchange they probably sell all their coins and leave. Or they will keep selling them all by OTC (there are already a lot of newbie-accounts trying to sell you big chunks for incredibly high price (0.05-0.4$ for one coin) in PM spam), then ask to donate bitcoins for paying listing and leave.

Thats only my point of view, maybe I misunderstood something, but I have never seen a succesful project made by copypasting and lying.

Diff is high, Network hashrate increase. Mining from wallet it's solo mining, not effective now. When you find block you get reward 100 Grimm and see it on UTXO page or incoming on your ballance. You can mine on pools with external miners Gminer (AMD,Nvidia) or MiniZ (Nvidia)

https://grimm.sunpool.top/

You can see pools stats: https://miningpoolstats.stream/grimm

Thanks for your respond.
You cant even carefully read and understand what I've wrote, so I probably should skip most of your sarcastic counterarguments which don't proof anything against my words.
I was just telling you my first impression on your project, didn't want to hurt your feelings, and I'm sorry if I did.
I'm not a professional coder, blockchain enthusiast etc. Just regular cryptocurrency user. I don't want to create my own explorer just to check my guesses about your project. If you want your community trust you, better to make it with your team and do it before you start a mainnet. And instead of being acrimonious and spiteful you should learn how to talk with your community in a respectful manner and explain your pros and cons, or hire someone who knows how to interract with normal people.
1. Your 'manifesto' is mixed from MW protocol and some articles from the web, anyone can google it.
2. Most popular messages from your community are "where is explorer?", "pool didn't payout coins for me" and "when exchange". And all your answers doesn't sound good.
3. If your faces are real maybe you should make a stream on youtube where you can confirm it and answer all  questions we have.
4. Thanks for proving that you don't list on exchange coz you didn't premine enough ;)
5.... And more to tell but don't want to waste my time debating with someone impolite and inattentive. Maybe you can reread my first message and find a better answer.

Anyway if I was wrong, good luck with your project, I hope you won't scam people and have your place in the cryptocurrency world. But I will pass it for now, maybe join later if i see a good sign (its a pity for me that there aren't now, I'm always open for everything new and fair).

In my opinion this is the 99.9% SCAM coin, fully copypasted from BEAM and not even rewrited the whitepaper.

And who are you so that your opinion is at least worth something? If (from your words) you are an ordinary user, then you are not able to conduct a professional analysis of the project, and yet for some reason you express your negative opinion, you are a fool at 99.99%.

The funny thing is that people do not understand the power of their words, many projects were ruined because of such fools who screamed at SCAM, and the second fools listened to them and started selling coins.

You don't need to be professional analyst to search google and read community reviews. You can just keep crying out and call me any words you know, this wont change anything.
I've never seen a good project that was ruined because of random user posted a bad review. If you cant read and understand what i've mentioned before, it's only because of you.

Do you understand what you said before because apparently you cant even get your veil wallet to sync? Btw its called add nodes pretty basic stuff.

Nobody is getting banned for nothing and i'm the only one with full Admin rights on the Discord Server.
I can't speak for the Telegram group, but either way I do not recognize your Name.
There have been 3 bans in total thus far, most of them for repeated violation of our 'No Trading' Discord policy.
There is no Community Manager afaik. Discord Server, Pools, Profit calculators and what not are all build and/or maintained by the Community themselves.

It's ok to ban anyone who violates the rules of the server. Other thing is why you can't let people sell their coins on special channel while you don't have exchange, this opens a possibility for scammers to create some fake trading servers and steal grimms from your community, and you can't stop them by banning on your server, but it's yours choise.
I was telling this because I've seen some reports from famous people in cryptocurrency world on another discord servers, that you banned them for their questions about listing and mining purposes without exchange. I can't check this on any side, but it makes a big red flag for me, I've seen this before and it never ended good.
You should understand that there are a lot of different projects which are created only for stealing bitcoins, and everyone should check twice before joining any new one.
I'm not on your server anymore, discord has 100 server count limitation, and I have to clean them sometimes.
Anyway I will keep my eyes on your project, and if I see good movements from your team/community, I will join you again, and make some free advertisements and give you my apologies.

No trading allowed on the Discord because i simply don't want to deal with all the potential scammers and the Drama that comes with it,
OTC Discord is there for you.
Regarding the "famous cryptocurrency people" that you know, Hey that is great. I know a few specminers myself. Mind name dropping some that you say got banned for engaging in proper discussions?
I'm pretty confident that did never happen, i have the logs infront of me.
I don't work with or for the Grimm Team, please stop adressing me as if i am. The Discord Server is ran by the Community, not even the Devs have Admin rights there,
and the only reason why it even exists is because i didn't wanted to deal with Telegram anymore.

I am very glad that the best miners Gminer and MiniZ supported Grimm algo. They develop products for community and for miners, it's great. Not like the corrupt lolminer. This is official answer from creater of lolminer about adding Grimm. That's how money fogs people's brains.  :o ;D

Just pushed lolMiner 0.8.8 :)
Now the "invalid work group size" problem on Beam should be gone and I added some example bats for those who  do not like the config files. :)

-------------------
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4724735.msg52241813#msg52241813

I have three miners - lol, Claim and Gminer. Their work on Nice without using the Nicehash shell. And only Lolminer at the same time all three are turned off and closed. I understand that this happens after a disconnect with a pool. How to make sure that this does not happen? Claimor and Gminer have no problems. Claimore on the ETH network and amd 470 video card, but lolminer (HD7950) and Gminer (1070) do the calculations on the Beam network. lolminer 0.8.7

Sry, I do not get what exactly the problem is - if you run them all at the same time they conflict and close?  I have to admit that I did not try that but it may indeed happen when they try to use overlapping GPUs ... not sure.

Hi! What about Grimm, man? :'(

You are aware that I am advisor for Beam and heavily involved in that - Grimm is nothing but a 1:1 copy of an older Beam code base... maybe I will push an update that will re-enable BeamHash I with Grimm personalization, but that has not much prio atm - first experimenting with ways to make this Beam Hash II faster on AMDs...

And my answer to him:
Quote
Grimm not copy of older code base. It's Fork (or for you all alts is just copy?) without founders rewards and without unwanted add-ons. Who decides what's old and what's new? Grimm updated to date. And the development of what is not and will not be in BEAM is underway. We have other directions. If they pay you from the fact that they take away from the miners, then this is a minus for you as the Creator of the good miner for MINERS, Not for the coins you get paid from. You are as centralized as any commercial projects. Grimm - community driven coin. Invite everyone and you on our presentation new Release on the scene at Blockchain Life 2019 And I am happy to meet in person with everyone at our stand G9. It's Gonna be 🔥hot. Grimm will show his TEETH. All in good time.

Solo you can mine using a wallet. True, you do not closely follow the news, the European pool is already working, you can try sunpool.top

Why not do it more normally, like a solo pool, like all normal coins, you definitely need to dance with a tambourine, if you get a wallet in solo, then the block will look for how many days at least.

They say that at this stage this is not a paramount task. If you seriously intend to mine in solo mode and have sufficient power (at least 1 KSol / s), then go to the telegram group. There they will tell you how to start a node and mine in solo mode. They say that launching a node takes no more than 30 minutes.

And I like this coin and its ideology, and if it is owned by fewer inadequate traders, it will bring success. One thing is clear, they don’t care about the coin and are waiting for the start of the trade to see what it really is, how and what the people are behind it.

If the coin is issued on a large exchange, those people who really want to sell will not be able to win people who want to buy. Many will change their minds about selling. I repeat, on a large exchange, but at the moment the listing is planned for the end of September, and the name of the exchange is a secret. We continue to wait.

Developers do not sell their coins in telegram, at least no one talks about it. Developers are trying to get a listing on Hotbit, for this they use their funds and accept donations. Perhaps they will pay the exchange in grimm coin.

There is currently no pool for mining solo and I think it will not. For solo mining, you need to run the node, for this you need to ask the administrators in the telegram group for instructions. Running a node will not take you more than an hour.

The problem is not with the listing itself. But the fact that there is no consistency and seriousness. First you say that the listing will be in September and in the top 100 exchange, after which you start collecting donations for the listing. Further, you say that the listing will take place without donations. Then you say that listing is not a priority. I think complete nonsense. Take more seriously what you say.

Perhaps a good exchange will appear, but it will depend on the development team. In mid-October there will be a forum with the participation of developers, let's see what they present there. If they screw up there, then this will be the end.

Tell me how are the listing plans going? I heard you weren't able to collect enough coins for a hotbit listing.

At the moment, the development team could not get a listing on Hotbit and declared listing on exchanges not a priority. That's all for now.

I did not expect anything, the developers announced the listing on a hot bit, you understand the difference in the expectations and promises of the developers. When you start to ask questions in the chat regarding the developers' promises, they banyat and say either to help them or to leave the coin))) In general, according to the announcement of the Chat Admins, they don’t need miners, they don’t need anyone. Their attitude to people is consumer, to extract your money from you and the abyss with them.

Now there is an overabundance of coins already, and when there is an exchange the price drops to the very bottom, everyone will want to get rid of this shield as soon as possible. Amid all the negativity as a whole, from coins and support.

Hello! Not mandatory, we are waiting for the feedback and updating a website before mandatory update. We will inform about it.
Network 40-50Ksol last few weeks https://explorer.grimmw.com, all users wait new exchanges. Any information about exchanges only after the announcements of the exchanges themselves.

That's all, people leave the network every day, you talked so loudly in chat telegrams that you don’t need miners and don’t need anyone, don’t want to help you, congratulations, you got what you wanted, the coin is dead! What can you do without miners, you can’t do anything, just show everyone how poor you are with your capacities))) We all left, you were left alone, which you have been striving for since the inception of the coin.
You can complain here, but what I said a long time ago everything came true, now you are selling your coins and get lost, here is your whole plan for your coin ... To leave donations from society to sell your coins and the abyss.

Don’t worry, they won’t sell their coins at such a low price, there’s no trading volume. In order to commit a fraudulent exit, they need a pump. But I don’t think they can get a pump. To do this, they need good news, but they are not.

Or are you one of those who spread unproven slander?
By the way, yesterday coins such as NEO, IOST, Huobi Token, Zilliqa fell in price more than 10%. ... probably they are just scam. Thank you for explaining to us how to correctly identify scam coins, "comrade". :)

It all depends on the market and on the price of bitcoin in particular. These fluctuations affect absolutely all altcoins. Better to rejoice at the new exchange and relax.

You need more detailed instructions on creating your token. At first I got stuck on the very first command:
Code:
./grimm-wallet --asset_command 1 --asset_kid 'btc' send -r '3981196d3ce55a40f98d958d3f1847fb6562444ebf2038f8145862a3e9441c00abc' -a '10000000000'
The console returned an error: the argument ('btc') for option '--asset_kid' is invalid
Then instead of “btc” I wrote “123” and a token was created. But when I request information about him, I do not receive either his "name" or his "emission".
Code:

I'm interested to mine Grimm token. I have a GPU GTX 1080Ti here. Let's say I will run the mining software 24hrs, In your estimate, How much token can I mine within 24hrs?
I need a rough estimate only. Thank you devs and Goodluck on your future endeavor!

At the moment, your income from one GPU 1080Ti will be 70-75 coins per day.
You can calculate your income using the online calculator https://minerstat.com/coin/GRIMM

In pre-release tokens work on assetchains (you can create assetchain and use tokens on it). To enable tokens on main Grimm network we need hardfork. It will be after next release (mandatory update). P.s. kid its your random key that help generate assetid (the ability to attach a token ticker will be with the next release)

) Grimm is coin with its own blockchain. The above mentioned tokens means the possibility of creating your own tokens, like ETH coin and tokens ERC20, but tokens on Grimm is confidential, its great step for all MW. And not only tokens, you can create your own blockchain (Assetchain) on Grimm with possibility of creating tokens on your blockchain, mean you can create your confidential "ETH" on Grimm and have no scalability issues. And most importantly -No fees, no gas).

You are not an "Stariy Drug" - you are an "Stariy Ded"  ;D
Only you know what to grumble, whine and cry ... (looked at the history of your messages) ... worse than a woman. No one takes you seriously, stop moaning. We need facts, not your snot.

It's funny to see how Grin and Beam grab with all their might for the ability to rob their users. They are well aware that Grimm will rob them of their "feeder". Such as Gelfer or Burkett will dodge, lie and cheat. Because for them the main thing is not community, but money. As said Otto Biederman: "Nothing personal, it's just business".

If you are so "brainy" and "honest", can you tell us why innocent people can suffer?
How developers can trick innocent people into open source projects: no dev fee, no ico, no premine.?

Developers from Russia, but you can believe me not all in Russia scams, most there are decent people.  On what developers can make a Scam, there is no PreMain, there is no payment from the block to developers, everything is transparent. Where and in what do you see the bench? Developers do not have their own coins!  Razraby you me excuse, that I you kheytil, but need a was and your activity in topic above all, Ah and hold the complexity of the, that would dig up on more beckons itself), until there is no complexity. I personally and dig Grimm and buy his on free means, so as flight on moon will and very soon, this not understands only fool. When the Grimm will cost $0.1, then you will understand what I'm talking about.

We believe you that not all in Russia are scams, but this one for sure

Its not ordinary SCAM but ... The facts Beam dev wrote in his Medium article are celarly true.

Its hard to argue with these facts:

1. GRIMM is just a rebranded BEAM
2. All that hype about assetchains wasn't developed by GRIMM devs (the assetchains was developed earlier in BEAM but are turned off due to bugs - all that GRIMM devs done was turning those option on)
3. GRIMM has no dev reward but has set low difficulty on beginnig so massive amount of coins were mined very easliy at the beginning

1. Robert Downey Jr rolls his eyes_meme.jpg
2. Are you as stupid as Vladislav Gelfer or are you his parrot?
Gelfer also does not distinguish assets(tokens) from assetchains.
Read the article (https://medium.com/@grimmwcom/grimm-has-committed-the-same-fraud-to-beam-as-monero-did-to-bytecoin-cryptonote-1b7d539940d6) carefully again and don't write any more nonsense.
And also read the developer's answer (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5172476.msg53193928#msg53193928) to my post in which I tried to make an asset (token). Or better yet, just make your own asset on Grimm's blockchain and show it to us. Perhaps then you will understand everything yourself and will not mindlessly repeat the words after Gelfert.
3. On the fourth day, the network complexity was already two times higher than now: https://explorer.grimmw.com/block/6500
You yourself can see difficulty in the blockexplorer and not write nonsense.

This wallet was downloaded by a lot of people, no one had problems with it.
The project has been here since August last year, has 14 pages of discussions only on this forum, discussions in telegrams and discords, is being developed and used, it has its own community. And you ask whether you can trust him? ... Yes, of course you can  ::)

I see no one reason not to think that Grimm is not a scam.  1. Russian scammers- developers;  2. Ordinary copy-paste of a coin;  3. Hidden coin premine;  4. The complete hysteria of developers to plant more hamsters on this scam. This just copy a paste shitcoin, nothing more.

For mining, I advise you to download the selectum miner. On version 2.0, the performance is higher, they also removed the commission for a certain period and added several algorithms.
Besides everything in the new version they increased the performance of ETH, Beam and Grin.
https://github.com/Selectum/Selectum-GUI/releases/tag/2.0
Caution!!!
Do not download or run this file. This is a virus !!!

I've read your past posts on the Grimm coin, you emphatically state that Grimm is a scam.  But here you are mining it.  Have you considered contacting the sunpool.top pool operators rather than complaining on the Grimm coin thread?

Did you get your withdrawal?

I just did a withdrawal and received mine in a few minutes, I'm assuming it was with the next block.  All is well with sunpool.top withdrawals from my perspective.

In vain you think that I'm talking about the pool, all this was , after writing here, after 14 hours, the funds were returned, and the fact that the pool steals, many people notice it , but do not say here. Everyone is afraid to scare off growth, and in the meantime, there is a drain on 300,000 Grimm, it is clear that the developers understand that 80% is its ceiling in price and merge the coin.

Grimm is a good project that I will follow closely. It brings together the best of Beam and Grin:

- No unlimited inflation
- Very good wallet
- Asset creation
- And soon protection against attacks 51% (important for lowcap)

I really like the spirit of the project, without ICO, premine or developer tax

What good is this scam ?! There is nothing! Developers can only speak and append to someone already written, there’s nothing to do from them except words. The developers had to ask donates not on exchanges, but on their treatment, since they are mentally unhealthy. Try to ask the developers direct questions in the chat, and they will send you everywhere in the ban))) Not without answering anything. These are two touchy girls! Looking at their behavior, people sell Grimm and run away from the project, even chat administrators bypass)))
I don’t advise anyone to go into this scam

After May fork, owners $XGM will be owners of $XGM and $GRIMM 1:1. Fork DEFIS takes the ticker $XGM. The previous network name Grimm with $GRIMM ticker. DEFIS is commercial, it has use case in finance. Decentralized Financial System of scalable, privacy oriented offchain contracts and financial protocols. Owners of different types of cryptocurrencies will earn interest in DEFIS system, borrow, exchange and create custom cryptocurrencies in a decentralized mode. We will deal with it closely. It will be our main work, we will register legal entity, expand our team, work with investors, engage in marketing, etc. Previous network Grimm will manage by  community, it 'satoshi vision' and community driven coin for those who want it and are not satisfied with the commercialization of the project DEFIS.  We will vote for activists, those who will support starting nodes, moderate, develop, post information, etc. We will give them needed access. You probably prefer to believe everything that they’re talking) and agree with them on everything) you won’t be banned))) But after the fork comes out, Grimm will fly to the bottom, its real price will be 10-15 satt. Even now, if you look at the exchanges, no one wants to buy it, everyone wants to sell it, at least for the price they bought it for, this scam is simply not needed by anyone. Developers do not have an elementary development plan!

What can I prove here?! If you do not see the obvious things, for 15 pages in the topic, the developers have said absolutely nothing))) Except empty words and promises. As I said Grimm is a Scam! See the capitalization))) Look at the volume of trades, Look at orders on exchanges))) The complexity of the network view ))) For 9 months, there is nothing, nothing at all, only promises from developers! After the fork, the hyphen, Grimm would be generally useless, it is a fact, if someone does not understand!
Here developers prefer not to communicate, because they understand that they do not have enough knowledge, but each of you can go to them in the chat, ask them questions about their development, and the developers will simply ban you.

I am not a devoted fan of Grimm, I do not want to buy a Grimm, I already bought it 500,000 at 120-140 sat, I just want to warn everyone that people would not repeat my mistakes, and do not spend their time and money on Makeup, I write here for people first of all. I do not know who to sell it and where, there are no volumes just! Look at the Grimm volumes, look at the Pools, look at how developers generally behave, these are two girls scams! If you are so protective of the Grimm, then you are an accomplice to Scam!
Look for yourself, everyone look! Defis-developers wrote about it, but it doesn't even open, They can only talk, it's a Scam!

Patience is the key, look now their hardfork is gaining massive reaction in the market, if you bought at 120-140 sat you are in a very big profit right now,

Grimm is just getting started and you'll see in the next couple of weeks where it will go, probably will be the next $ESH

it just gain +400% and will still continue to go, microcap season ehh?? :P

TradeOgre will support the DEFIS hardfork airdrop to $XGM holders. All you have to do is to keep your coins on the exchange at the time for the fork to receive XGM : GRIMM at 1:1 ratio. Both coins will be traded on the exchange. This was just announced on the Discord!

   "DEFIS Hard-Fork Date Postponed ≈ June 9th

We are decided to postpone the launch of a major system-wide upgrade to the Defis system due to technical and security reasons (in terms of testing and deployment)." https://discord.gg/AFeJYVE

Could you explain in more detail the reasons for delaying the start time?

Is the source code of the DEFIS fork available? Can not find it in your github repo.
You said its postponed, so there must be a consensus change to postpone it, but do not see a recent commit changing the fork height. Overall would like to review the changes from Grimm / see what people install there :)

I see some confusion on the internet about $XGM Defis x $GRIMM Grimm

Like this site shows $XGM as the most profitable mining coin:

https://minerstat.com/coin/XGM

But this is not true, this information seems to be crossed after the hardfork.

It is showing the reward from $GRIMM with the price of $XGM.

p.s. I wrote to the developers that they need to create two new themes for Grimm (GRIMM) and Defis (XGM) on this forum, and they told me that this forum is just a tribute to the past... do you think it is necessary to create new topics here, perhaps if there are more comments they will hear.

          #Interview c Andrew COP.
The world will never be the same again.

Here I have provided some questions and answers, you can find the main article here,-

  https://synecdoche.ru/interview-s-andrew-cop-mir-uzhie-nie-staniet-priezhnim/

 — First, tell us a little about yourself to our audience.

— My name is Andrey. together with Dan, we are the founders of the DEFIS project — a new generation of decentralized Finance System.

Dan is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience. Founder of two successful companies in different industries in Russia (Moscow). Investor and blockchain enthusiast. Co-founder of the Grimm and DEFIS projects. CEO DEFIS.

I graduated from MIET (TU) with a bachelor's degree, faculty of MPiTK. Strong skills in the areas of networking, data structures, cryptography and algorithms. C++ development experience (more than 10 years). I have been working directly with blockchain technology since 2015. Co-founder of the Grimm and DEFIS projects. CTO DEFIS.

  — What are the main differences between Grimm and other cryptocurrencies that also use the MimbleWimble Protocol?

— The main difference is that Grimm is the only cryptocurrency on mimblewimble that fully meets the true ideas of Satoshi Nakamoto. There was no premine in Grimm, all block rewards are paid to miners, and there are no transaction fees. And of course, the technology of scaling Confidential Assetchains was first implemented on mimblewimble in our project.

 — At what point did Defis appear? How does it differ from Grimm?

— At the end of 2019, we observed the cryptocurrency trend of DeFi and saw that the blockchain for the first time received a real application, without which DeFi simply would not exist. We also saw the problems and errors faced by the young DeFi.

The experience of working on the Grimm platform helped us understand how to fix these errors so that DeFi was developed everywhere, was resistant to hacking, and was easy and reliable to use. We proposed a new model of defi based on the mimblewimble Protocol by creating the project DEFIS-Decentralized financial system.

 — What are your team's plans for the development of Grimm and Defis?

— We will not go into the roadmap in detail, it is presented on the project's website, but we will highlight the main thing about DEFIS:

First, launch the planned financial products in full (lending, loans, exchanges, co-investment-2021, 2-4 quarter).

Second, organize convenient tools for migrating applications from the Ethereum platform to DEFIS and attract new projects (2022, 1-2 quarters)

 — What final goal do you want to achieve as a result? What will you do after you achieve it?

— To create a fully functional competitive product on the Ethereum platform, which, using the technologies developed by us, is already far superior to existing analogues. We have the only system for DeFi protocols that is private by default at the level of cryptographic primitives and solves many problems of existing platforms. It is difficult to say about the future plans after the implementation of this goal. The goal is ambitious. I think when we pass this horizon line, we can look at the next horizon and set new goals for ourselves.

What actually makes DEFIS (XGM) a DeFi project ?   I installed the wallet and it looks perfectly the same as the grimm (and Beam) wallet with assetchains added.  So whats even the difference between GRIMM and DEFIS ? They look perfectly the same (just modified graphics in wallet). Are there any DeFi features in DEFIS ?

I confirm, they are banned even for innocent sarcasm and things not directed against the project, the moderators are very strange people. Thank you for saving me from entering the project, I removed all my buy support.

You mentioned that they gone with investors money ... They had some sort of ICO or what ??? I thought it was quite honest project without premine.

Maybe you think about their try to make some money on the defi hype ...

A Scam is a Scam, and you'll never justify that shit. Any adequate person understands this, do not try.

But i think grimm coin chain is still ok. So it may become a community coin.

I realize that for now it looks like:

1. Devs made a beam fork but it wasnt as successful as they expected.

2. They decided that defi hype will be a good way to exit the project cashing out on forked Defis project.

3. They leave both projects

But we have now two working and usable beam clones . If the chain isnt corrupted they stll have future.

I read your messages, you say on normal projects that it is a scam.
And on scam projects, say that these are normal projects.
Are you a counterindicator?
Or are you a scammer who protects scammers?

I have right to my own opinion.   For me every project with : premine, dev tax or airdrop is a SCAM.

As long as blockchain is ok (with no things i mentioned above) everything is ok. If i will see that GRIMM was premined i will be the first to call it a SCAM too.

I lost a lot of money on this but as the previous messages said, the chain still works. In case you didn't know it, Sunpool has been keeping it going. Here's what you might need to know if you still want to send & receive XGM or GRIMM...

If you see a red light, this will turn it green:

1) open the wallet in Light Mode
2) click on SETTINGS (on left menu)
3) where it says ip:port, enter... defis.sunpool.top:10000

Now you should be connected and you will see the green online indicator (go to DASHBOARD).

You can do this same process with Grimm but use this in SETTINGS:
grimm.sunpool.top:10000

The websites are still live, the chains still work, the coins are mined and traded. But all social was nuked and the team disappeared like Satoshi. Last word was we'd have update in q1 2021 about Russian crypto regulation. What do you think about Grimm and Defis XGM guys? Are they really dead or do they have a heartbeat?

There are no orders to buy grimm on the tradeogre exchange, only a defis for 1 satoshi. On the sunpool, there is no defis. there is only grimm.
I started the defis wallet in full node mode, turned on mining, I have amd 480 4 gb.
in half an hour did not find a block.
The network hashrate is difficult to estimate, but there are many people who continue to mine.

Heck knows what the boob happened to this sulky piece of grime. Its not a project anymore. Its boobject. Nothing ripples, nothing wags, we came to a standstill. Put about your ships guys and lets seek refuge in better communities, ZRX and MAKER are in the spotlight and this is for a reason: they seized volume from shabby coins through being discovered by large investors.

yes, but the bidding is going on.. some days, the volumes reached up to $ 3,000, and orders for purchases are worth it.

The trade is going on, the network is working.
The project turned out to be more tenacious than one might think.
Now, if the developers returned with a new announcement, it would be great!

New Defis community chats/channel for members still holding. Project is currently inactive/suspended, not many miners or nodes currently active.

Latest defis news, Blockchain Technologies Center ( Now called IZICOSM)

https://navigator.sk.ru/orn/1123767

Russia government recently announced crypto regulations roadmap is on the way (2022/23). This Will be interesting if developers can continue their project with new regulations in place.

I should highlight that developers and project is still inactive. However, those interested to see what happens with blockchain technologies center is welcome to join chats in the mean time. 😀

it is unlikely that they will return to this project, if they do, then perhaps some new coin
