As they have said you do have poor announcement thread and in my opinion, I didn't read about about the site and instead of just sharing the link of the mechanic then there should be the main link of the site like the home page and what it is about. The link is provided before on what to do to be able to post images which you have to pay in order for your restriction to be removed or you can choose not to pay but you must have to gain activity points and 1 merit. Example of things you have to follow to help keep you are

But using shilling posts will only make the casino's reputation look bad, maybe it can make the announcement thread will be on the first page, but in the future, shilling posts will have no impact on the exposure of the casino itself apart from spending money to pay for these useless posts.

I mean what's the reason they're block your account, they didn't even tell you which part you're broke their rules and suddenly ask you to wait for up to 5 days. I think this a red flag and everyone need to be careful to gamble in this casino. In my experience I've never get such email when I have a problem with the casino, they always mention which part I broke the casino rule.

No, the account was blocked after a month of active play in esports bets, and for 3 days I have not been turned off after this letter. I have also established that the payouts, while they are made, are made from the same usdt wallet as the payouts from the Vodds site. It turns out that a company that is fully affiliated with Vodds is scamming people for money.

What we have done here is that I have forwarded these concerns along with your specific concerns, screenshots, and your comment in this thread internally. Our team is currently investigation this issue if proven correct.

I have also coordinated with one of the moderators here to check on your accounts to see if you are trying to give a bad reputation on your names as you are 'newbies'. More updates will be provided as we go along with the investigation.

2. As some of the users here have called out shills in other threads. We are also aware of that.

What we have done here is to educate these people as they have executed this campaign in the very wrong manner, we are also considering to stop our collaboration with them as this has also backfired to us in a bad way. We really mean no harm here.

Lastly. I have also received a message here in interests to promote OLE777 by bounty campaigns and other methods of campaigns. To those who are interested please send a direct message and I will be willing to know more about your expertise.

For now these are all the updates I have, if I have missed anything I apologize but, I will check this thread for another sweep to recognize your suggestions, pain points. I want to coordinate with all of you.

What further proof would you want? I had lots of USDT + ETH in my account after a lucky streak, they refused to let me withdraw, removed all balance from my account and suspended my account. The reason? Non compliance issues but AFTER turning over 450k USDT at them and after using them more than 2 months! LOL
Plain scammers, not much to say. They were all too happy to take my deposits however.

Many players are complaining about their accounts being banned and their money being confiscated without a valid reason.
It seems that anyone who will win a good amount of money will face the same fate!

they do not disclose the exact reasons why accounts get banned or locked. However some illegal actions are: Multiple accounts, Illegal Arbitrage betting etc.

For Ferrum360, I believe I sent a DM but if you have not received it, please DM me your OLE7 ID so I can also investigate what has happened.

If they should make you their representative here then you should be able to communicate with them getting to know reasons why actions were metted on their registered members onboard their platform and they too should be able to give you every detailed information about your request in respect to complaints coming from the bitcointalk Community and management.

Why your team promoting the casino in a public forum if you can't disclose the exact reason of blocking user account? Casino doesn't post the sensitive data of a user publicly. But you have to tell the exact reason for suspecting and blocking someone's account. Otherwise it will raise questions about the transparency of your casino.

Your answer that the reasons for blocking are inside information is a scam. Because it's just as easy to get blocked for no reason.

Normal bookmakers and casinos NEVER BLOCK users with confiscation of funds. You have to open the accounts of those you have blocked them, and allow the users to withdraw their funds, and only then close the account, this is done in normal places.

So you claim that "ole777.in" is not your domain? Are you also claiming that "ole777.io" is not your domain? Both domains were registered just one day apart.



Besides, if they're not your domains, why haven't you reported them to the domain registrars or taken any legal action against them? They are clearly using your name, branding and copyrighted materials, and both domains have been active for some time.

This would be the ideal to happen. Return us the our balance and then ban/limit us.

I have spoken to the ITSD (IT Service Department) and I had to ask regarding these domains if these are ours.

This is what the IT rep exactly said. 'hi sir carlos mentioned domains above is not handle by our team.'

Which I will now conclude that is it not ours and may be a phishing website to steal funds or other personal information.
I tried accessing the website and it's nowhere near our website (ole7.io) UI/UX and website loading speed.

Now someone asked why didn't we report it, my answer honestly is I don't know. If no one has brought this up this website was just probably sitting there
scamming people but, now the IT department is on the move to report and best, take it down.

Next, ferrum. Thank you for sending the screenshot. I now have your username.

I am actually begging the compliance team to allow an appeal for the accounts, if not. I am trying to at least have funds back if it's not against the T&Cs.

There are no guarantees nor promises in this but, I will do what I can.

1 hour ago i requested a withdrawal which was declined, I went into live support and they said my account is on hold for compliance. This is extremely worrying considering what i've seen so far in this thread... as its looking like i may get the same treatment as the others received.

Going to request that the ole7 mod appeals this for me, I stand firm that I never engaged in multi-accounting or arbitrage. I'll be putting together a youtube video of the footage i recorded with proof of what i was placing bets along with the suspension process.

As of right now I dont even have an email informing me of my suspension my account is just outright locked and cannot get in.

It was a mistake of you to keep such large sums there, after everything that was written here, they will not return your money. Write complaints, write to the regulator, write VODDS, destroy their reputation. This is all you can do to get revenge.

He just said that he got paid on the past but not anymore. It could be because this gambling site have now turned bad because there are also users who post their complaints not only you guys. But Cases about blocking/restricting account after winning a lot do really happens even on a legit gambling site. I know it's quite annoying as a fair gambler but there is an explanation on why they do this.

Hi, I want to post here after signing up for ole7.io yesterday.

I received the email below.
I don't know how I can give a receipt from the exchange app as I sent the money from a wallet saved on my computer.
I'm still waiting for my response as I've stated there is no 'payment confirmation receipt from the exchange app'.
I've bet on many gambling sites and this is the first to withhold a deposit and make such a weird request.  

I'll keep my post updated as things progress, but my caution right now for anyone would be to not deposit on this site.

Have you tried looking at the withdrawal history page from your mobile app? Most exchange would have this feature, be it from desktop or mobile version. Perhaps what they referred as a receipt is simply a screenshot of the withdrawal process.

As a way forward to resolving your complaint, I suggest you follow the guidelines accordingly so as not to be  tagged a defaulter because no one can tell anymore from the complaints so far on their announcement thread and I hope you did your kyc and scaled through successfully if truly there is any option for kyc  because that might be another factor too if they have such policy and makes it a must requirements before getting onboard their platform. In respect to  the receipt, i would suggest you send the link or transaction hash to your deposit with them and possibly send or attach a screenshot of the transaction to back it up as a proof that you did made a deposit with them.
This is my solemn advise to gamblers, bettors etc. Do well to read the terms and conditions, privacy policy as well before you get engaged with casinos so as not to get entangled along the way while trying to use the platform after making deposit or withdrawal. Hi, reporting ole7.io as scam site, was playing on it since october. 5 days ago my withdrawal was declined and they started compliance check, today i wrote them that it taking too long, and 20 mins later all my balance dissapeared from account (1600$) with message

Unfortunately, your account could not pass compliance check and hence, it was closed permanently and your funds (if any) were forfeited. Please note that the reason of this action could be (but not limited to): Multiple accounts, Illegal arbitrage practice etc. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. I understand that this can be frustrating, but I hope you understand the procedure."
Ive never had any other accounts on this site, and my overall deposits were more then 1200$, yet, they still cut all my balance. This is already like 20th complaint about frozen acc/stolen money on this platform. Would not recommend using it to anyone.

I have never had additional accounts, I have not bet on any other people's predictions, I have not bet on any suspicious or fixed matches, I have not placed arbitrage bets, I have never used bonuses on the site, except for those that you automatically give for turnover at the end of the day.

This is a 100% bogus reason to take my money.

By the way, do you have an adequate explanation why OLE and VODDS users receive payments from the same crypto wallet? The sites are more closely related than many think, which means the VODDS site can no longer be trusted either.

I think any user who have a complaint against this casino need to create their own accusation thread and attach the complete proof, rather than complaint in this thread and each of user have their own case which is hard to read. The representative need to show a proof to accuse those users are multi accounts or broke the rules, I don't think anyone will trust your words when you have negative tag in your account.

Firstly they said its absolutely normal procedure, later they just cut off balance. in the 3rd screenie, i asked how long they will be  checking me, and  just 20 minutes later they  just set my balance to 0, kinda strange isnt it? they had not do it in 5 days, but after i wrote , they immideatly remove all my balance.

How can they remove your balance just like that without your notice and for no reason they did that and I ask did you go against the casino policy for them to have  suspended your account? I checked your previous post and It states, based on their response that you did not meet up with their compliance check and hence their actions against your account. Did you write them to tell you more on the compliance check so as to know what and where the issue lies? It is not making any sense one would just get registered on board a platform and the next thing you see is that your account is being suspended just like that. In must cases those accusations are attacks from competitors who hide under newbie accounts to accused casino of wrongly and they way of operation is easy to detect, you will see them making multiple accusation comments on various casino ANN threads, without any evidence to back their claims, so I advise you to use the ignore key to stop seeing their comments as their potential spammers.
If anyone has a case against any casino, they can easily create an accusation thread in the reputation to report the fraud with all the needed evidence.

this is one of the things that frustrates me with casinos(well, not really limited to casinos), they always fail to properly communicate with the people who gamble on their gambling sites that experience issues.

There are already many open scam accusation threads against Ole777 on the scam accusation board.
They need to address those complaints because their reputation is being devastated.

This is really unfortunate, this guys are simply criminals, how can they close an account and forfeit the fund in it? aren't they supposed to return the funds to the address where it was deposited from if they were a legitimate casino?

The story from the beginning:

Have opened account with Ole7.io at October 28th 2022, before they even joined bitcointalk community. They are operated under Ole Group International B.V. which also operates VODDS broker that are considered trusted agents so nothing looked suspicious on first view.

Have deposited dozen of times in this period without any issues.

I have first asked for a withdrawal of 0.25 bitcoin which was rejected

Ole777Official, in order to maintain credibility and trust among the community, it is imperative that you are transparent in your actions and provide clear explanations for any issues or controversies that arise. I mean if indeed they made a fair decision is it hard to say a more real reason for some of these complaints?
if indeed all the complaints here are about violations, why not provide evidence of violations or mention what violations the customer has committed. 12000 USD are a lot of money and you have absolutely no reason to confiscate them.

If you really want to help, please don't come back with general statements for arbitrage betting and/or syndicate betting and all that stuff that you know in advance that they are just lies and joke explanations.

In every action there must be a purpose and reason for it and we don't know what the real reason the casino did was that they don't want to provide evidence and the type of violation committed by each user.
Or is it possible that the complaints of infringement are just boasting or false accusations made so that the casino is not at fault and all blame is only placed on its users?

As nicely explained here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5437628.msg61698506#msg61698506), it shouldn't be a problem at all --or a case of misleading info at the very least-- for your compliance, security, deposit, or whatever team handling that task to verify this. With the TX hash, or even the customer wallet address, it should be enough for your team to verify that they've indeed deposited the said amount to your wallet. Your team asking for payment receipt pretty much just just asking for unnecessary situation.

That case is closed and I didn't mean to make further fuss about it, or to patronize you, but your team should at least learn to take responsibility --as well as perhaps learning how a crypto works-- and admit it when the mistakes happened at your end instead of saying " you quite mislead".

If the ole777 casino do have an office over there then the law  suit against them would make a good sense as they would be taken up on their charges but if o may ask, have you engaged in such exercise before? I hope you have the commitment in filing a law suit against this casino. Not everyone has the extra time, money and effort in setting up a law suit against a casino this is why it is rare for a crypto casino to get a lawsuit. I wonder if the casino team are truly transparent in their dealings as scam accusations and complaints are get too much of a report. 2. CS Receives email or chat complaint from the user who was banned.
3. I see that complaint here in this forum, I ask CS.
4. CS Provides information, limited information given by risk/compliance team.
5. I try to convince Risk/Compliance team to disclose proof and exact reasons why the account was banned, they wouldn't.

So it's myself and CS team that is short on transparent information as to why an account was blocked/banned

maybe you didn't read all the issues in this thread. try to understand again all the complaints from customers written in this thread are not boasting or false accusations. all these complaints are accompanied by real evidence and they are really not false accusations. maybe you need to read again to understand the problem that occurs here.

if indeed the casino has other reasons for not providing evidence, at least the casino team provides real reasons that customers can understand. and for example the casino cannot publish the problem, the team only needs to talk directly to the customer and explain all the reasons and tell the customer not to publish the problem.

as happens in other casinos there is a customer who has a problem and writes his complaint. but casino team refuse to publicize the problem for casino safety and team contact customer directly and chat explain all reason. after that the problem is resolved and the customer can receive a statement from the team and the customer makes an explanation in the thread about the problem being resolved but cannot publish because it is an agreement.

so if indeed the casino team doesn't want to publish the reasons, they can at least contact the customer personally and explain all the reasons.

The answer to your concern was the casino accused the user for doing an arbitrage or fixed match bet due to his betting behavior which I understand too because normal player will only bet once on same match. Anyway, Ole7.io is not the one who grades the bets as those are graded from the bookmakers provided via Ole7.io.

Ole7.io are only an intermediary between you and the sportsbooks provided via them. Ole7.io make money by taking commission based on your volume of bets and they are only responsible for your deposits and withdrawals only. This is how the system works with asian style betting brokers. In general, the more volume you make with Ole7.io, the more commission they take from the sportsbooks.

In asia, when you place a bet then the bookie adjust the odds and you are free to bet once again. You can bet from 2 times to 200 times, there is nothing wrong with that cause bookie adjust the odd after each bet and you always take lower odds after each bet etc etc

I agree with this. If a casino wishes to prevent certain bets from being made, they should simply disable the option. By accepting a bet, they are expressing their readiness to take on the risk involved in the outcome of the event being bet on. If the bookie subsequently voids a winning bet, they are retroactively avoiding the very risk they had agreed to take on. This is fundamentally unfair and goes against the principles of a fair and honest betting system.

I can't say who is right and who is wrong in your case, but if a casino lacks transparency and provides a inadequate explanation, they should be deemed untrustworthy and avoided completely.

I have to agree with FatFork at this pace and point. I didn't mean to be rude and I know you've been doing the best of what your job requires and allows you to, but if Ole777 wants to clear the situation, I think it might be on your company's interest to appoint someone from compliance team to share this account with you and start answering questions with faster results, because this model is highly inefficient, and your compliance team's "playing hard to get" certainly didn't contribute anything positive to the outcome of your reputation. I also often make lots of bets on the same game, but the casino I live in never bans me and it's legal. because in my opinion such bets really don't break the rules and should be made by any gambler and at any casino.

Sometimes i really don't know what company managers thinking by screwing their reputation for 10-12k USD.

Casino's owners spend thousands to creating a casino from scratch, they spend thousands per month to operate the casino, they spend thousands in advertising/affiliates and they screw their trust level in only a week.

12k USD are a lot money for me but obviously Ole Group and Ole7.io will loose more in the longterm. They should know that trust is the number one key to success in this area.

I have nothing wrong against Carlos who operated Ole7.io profile. I o believe that he wanted to help to solve my case but he simply hit a wall as his manager weren't willing to cooperate and find a solution via 3rd party mediators etc.

if you have a complaint against them, create a scam accusation on this Board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0), make sure to include all evidence that you have which proves that they blocked your account and confiscated your $950. if you have enough evidence supporting your claims, I'd suggest creating a flag too. their representative was online on march 1 but didn't post or address anything.

This bookie is a huge scam.
I opened an account one month ago. In total I made two deposits via USDT within month. I never received any withdrawal from them. When I requested a 1st withdrawal they closed down my account due to violation of their T&C. They confiscated my winnings (approx. 1.5k USDT) as well as all of my deposits (approx. 700 USDT). They don´t give any further reasoning for account closure, just violation of T&C. Hopefully nobody will ever deposit at this bookie again as they won´t pay you.

after many deposits and also withdrawals Ole decided today to suspend my account. I have been played for almost a year here and they were quick to pay normally. Today they suspended my account with 725 usd on it. No explanation whatsoever. Their rating isn't good on Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/ole7.io). And they have bad reputation in this forum since last few months. Therefore, nothing will change if you create a scam accusation against them in the forum now. They will pay you if they don't have the intention to scam you.

this f... site is a scam... They blocked my account with 271 usdt on it. After "reviewing" it they told me that my account will be permanently frozen and money confiscated. Though I sympathize for the current situation you're currently in, that red banner above this thread is not for nothing, it serve as a warning that the platform should be taken with some degree of precaution. May I suggest you to do more DD of the platform you're about to play prior to depositing and playing? This forum has a very good... track record of platforms, it could serve as a good reference point.
