I'm not surprised by this kind of shilling posts. I have seen similar activity few many times in a different casino ANN thread (see here). And I just noticed another shilling post there from a newbie user. This move is not a very smart one. Instead of promoting their site by newbies, they can very well ask long time users about valid reviews.

I mean what's the reason they're block your account, they didn't even tell you which part you're broke their rules and suddenly ask you to wait for up to 5 days. I think this a red flag and everyone need to be careful to gamble in this casino. Sadly their representative in this forum where active last December 27 which is before you post your concern December 28. It haven't exceeded their 5 days maximum days especially that there are upcoming holidays. We can expect a delay but if it happened that they haven't responded to you next year, You can formally post your scam accusation here. Usually casino don't disclose the violation you have commited unless you pushed them in the edge like putting a scam accusation but for now you can just start speculate about the possible violation you did. Are you sure that you have abided and read their ToS? If you know that you have done something wrong then you should be scared of because they may have detected it.

$2000 is a big number and all we can do is to just hope that your case will be resolved.

It is said 5 days. You may need to wait for 3 days more before being able to get a response from the team but IDK, maybe the OP here will respond to you only to make you feel better. You only need to make sure that you are not an abuser because if not then you may not like the replies that you will be getting.

Also, your accounts are going to be locked out forever and you will lose your funds. Nothing to be blame there but only yourself for not playing fairly. At the meantime, all you gotta do is to have patience. Just relax or you can also continue playing on another gambling sites for a while.
