By looking at the BitSend SegWit code, I'm going to guess that SegWit is not yet active. BitSend miners have been signaling via a version bit that the wallet's BIP 9 requirements aren't aware of (BIP 91 from a poorly-maintained pool? Not sure; it is the cause of the current wallet warning). But, at least 1 block has been mined in the last 1728 blocks that signals the correct BIP 9 version bit. That should mean SegWit will fully activate on BitSend in roughly 2.5 days. Maybe one of the devs who implemented the code this way can confirm, but I am 99% sure that this is the current case.

Hi Guys,
I have what i perceive to be a serious issue with my NAV wallet 32 bit windows version.
I recently purchased 4k + NAV on Bittrex, opened my NAV wallet (version 4.0.1) selected receive and copied to clipboard the address and subsequently sent the coins to my wallet. Although the transaction was verified on the blockchain the coins did not appear in my wallet. I noticed that there was an update and thought maybe that was why they didnt show so I backed up my wallet.dat and updated to 4.0.3 only to realize that the address I previously generated was not in my wallet file anymore! The address had changed on the receive tab AND the 'list old addresses' tab did not show the address either.
I replaced the wallet.dat file with the previous one I had backed up but it was the same thing.
Public key is as follows: NNrAcPd21zfMd26Kd4k75bs5nHen8QqTvu
Can anyone help?
Have u tried to resync the entire blockchain? Just made a fresh install of the 64bit wallet on another computer, address is nowhere to be seen. I can only think that the address was not actually created until you generate a new address and since I updated prior to doing this the address was changed. Can anyone verify that statement? Blockchain reloaded, Sadly NAV still missing. Anyone have any ideas what I can do or are they lost? If you know how to run the wallet from the command line, try launching the wallet with the flags -rescan and -repairwallet. Rescan will will attempt to re-check the blockchain for all prior transactions in your wallet. Repairwallet will attempt to fix the wallet file. If neither of those work, and you are certain you have the correct wallet file, there are tools such as pywallet that are able to recover working and partially corrupted wallet files. Here is the github repository to pywallet: https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywalletIt does have a web UI once you're able to launch it, so it's not too difficult to use. Thanks for the tip. I'm not sure the wallet file is actually corrupt though. I had a receiving address and sent NAV to that address. I subsequently backed up my wallet.dat and updated to 4.03 from 4.01, upon opening the new wallet the receiving address had changed and the one I sent the NAV to was gone (doesn't even show up as a previous address). All prior addresses remained unchanged. I don't know if I can recover it. Maybe if i install 4.0.1 again? Where can I find that? One of the developers should have an archive of the 4.0.1 wallet. I would recommend contacting one of them.

What is the utility of using Radium in association with Bellacam? What functionality does radium perform in the Bellacam context? I just try to get an image of what Radium could be used for.
The company aspect of the project, Project Radium, will be working with BelaCam to eventually allow for BelaCam accounts to be secured and verified using Radium SmartChain accounts. In the future for example, you could sign up with BelaCam and link your BelaCam account with your existing real or social media identity by providing a signature from your SmartChain account. Additionally, SmartChain accounts could provide a valuable second authentication method, further improving the security of a BelaCam account and the BelaCoin associated with the BelaCam account. Once fully the SmartChain is fully integrated into BelaCam, it should provide a very valuable case study for both Radium Core and Project Radium, demonstrating how the SmartChain and Blockchain in general can offer unmatched convience and improved security.

Hi all, I'm a bit confused and could use some advice. I've recently become interested in purchasing some Radium and had the intention of buying some then transferring them to cold storage. When I generate an address on this paper wallet generator (single, paper, or bulk) then attempt to verify the WIF private key via "Wallet Details" it tells me it's not a valid private key. Why is that? Thanks so much. Hello, We don't recommend using that paper wallet generator at the moment. We will announce when a new generator is up and running.

is there any roadmap or development progress(percentage) available for the project?
We try not to give specific dates or goals as to avoid unfounded hype. When we have developments we're confident in, we release them. i ll put few btcs, do we have ETA of smartchain 3.0?
Our plan is to release it later on Monday EST, or earlier on Tuesday EST.

Can't download the 1.4.5 from the radium website because it is not verified Our API is undergoing an overhaul at the moment, which will result in all files being not verified. That will be fixed and improved upon the release of SmartChain 3.0. Hey gang I sent RADS to an older wallet version on my mac Im having a hard time locating the blk0001.dat file and other files I need to delete in order to get up to date again
Any guidance is much appreciated!
Zsol
Hello Zsol, Your Mac data folder should be located at: ~/Library/Application Support/radium

@mybitcoin101: o.k....for example that means that i you have 1000 RADS and your are staking which begins after 60 conf and the wallet have to be open and encrypted the yearly reward would be around what`? somewhere here was writing about 18,5% wich would be i my example about 187 RADS per year. Appreciate for an answer Given current stake weights, 1000 coins would make approximately 30% in a year, or 300 coins. However, that rate will be dropping by 25% in February, so a rate of around 23% would be a more reasonable estimate. I have a saved passphrase for something named Radon from March 2015. The current wallet doesn't seem to have a passphrase backup option.
Was this for testnet or some deprecated client version? I can't remember.
It is most likely from a depreciated wallet version. The wallet.dat should be compatible with all the current and passed clients, however the blockchain is not, so a resync would be required. The thing is I don't have anything except the passphrase. Is there any option to use it now? I want to check if there were actually any coins there. My best guess is that the passphrase you saved was for the original experimental Radon platform. It would be worthless now, but a fun reminder of where we started.

thanx for your answers! but this is too much effort for that... look at ANS, there you can stake just kkeping your ANS in the wallet...even if the wallet is closed or the computer off....
Would you mind linking to what you're referring to? It sounds interesting. I doubt what they are doing is true staking, since by definition, staking requires constant computational power to produce and process blocks.

|
|
how many confirmations are needed for staking in the wallet? has the wallet to be open or is it sufficient to hold the coins in it? Thanks!
Radium needs at least 60 confirmations. Best is to keep the wallet open as much as you can. 24/7 is ideal. Not only 24/7, but encrypted and unlocked as well.

Stacking in this currency is very profitable, why in the community no one advertises about this?
When is the current reward reduced?
Thank you, and great project.
The base reward drops at block 874360, or in roughly 53 days. That is a bit more advanced than we had initially calculated, due to there being slightly less than 1440 blocks per day. You can find out more about the reward schedule here.

whats the difference between telegram and slack
Telegram is primarily community oriented, whereas Slack is primarily team and development oriented.

Guys,
time to make some volume in c-cex.
we need 6btc for the 19Oct
Or time to finally be delisted from a market suspicious of take POS payments from their clients RADS funds. In my opinion, let it die and hope missing volume go to Polo. To add to this, we cannot guarantee that they have updated to the latest Radium version. It is entirely possible that there are worthless coins for sale on their market.
