I apologize for offtopic, but:
They locking anonymous accounts which was spoiled on the same ip's with many other accounts, or with big cumulative BTC transit - laundering suspects.
This being made to prevent regulation activities. Remember btc-e "issues"? They wont turn their customers in the same situation.
We only need to provide ID's and photos(KYC).
All accounts which was "locked", was unlocked after they send required info(my own practice, about 6 accounts with different values - friends, etc).
BUT support is very slow(musd be DOS'ed by competitors), about 2-3 weeks to solve ticket - if you ever get problem, provide selfie with ID in first message.
Then CALMLY WAIT.
WAITING CALMLY is the most important thing you had to learn so far!

Guys, there is no fast pump happening, you are mistaken.
In other hand it constantly grows.  Cool

Actual code was added in 0.13-0.14 releases.
You can use search using "segwit" and "bip141" signatures.

I mentioned MN's, ofcource.

I've just double checked this on the version v0.14.0.4 and the warning does appear: "Warning: Unknown block versions being mined! It's possible unknown rules are in effect".

It is most likely a detection bug. This can also appear when using older clients of Bitcoin Core which do not understand rule changes (soft forks). Nevertheless, the developers should look into it.

By looking at the BitSend SegWit code, I'm going to guess that SegWit is not yet active. BitSend miners have been signaling via a version bit that the wallet's BIP 9 requirements aren't aware of (BIP 91 from a poorly-maintained pool? Not sure; it is the cause of the current wallet warning). But, at least 1 block has been mined in the last 1728 blocks that signals the correct BIP 9 version bit. That should mean SegWit will fully activate on BitSend in roughly 2.5 days. Maybe one of the devs who implemented the code this way can confirm, but I am 99% sure that this is the current case.
