I'am not good at trading honestly , I basically only sell goods or buy them , mostly sell them and just hold my BTC so I'am not sure how all this trading story works ... but as I start I'd like to know how much the minimum amount needed to start trading with so it's possible to make a decent profit from it ? (Don't recommend me of gambling because I won't) I may also take a look at this : https://www.udemy.com/bitcoin-trading/ but I'am not sure how good is it . Trading is gambling. If you do not know this, you are far from profiting from trading.

With the trade i have been watching i see a price about $220 usd before the end of May. But the BTC price will never be as high as the number of threads on this topic. Mining is a huge sinking cost for btc. Without new infusion of new fiat, it will keep going down.

First we need an Exchange with Zero Fees. Crypto exchanges are sprouting up like weeds and they're all the same. Poor API , poor desktop and mobile trading apps. exchange holds coins, and 0.2% fees.
If we have an exchange with zero fees it would add liquidity ( by providing an incentive to buy/sell on exchange) and offer better trading conditions for all traders ( more liquidity means more buyers and sellers are waiting to trade at their prices which decreases the spread between the Bid/Ask ).
Any Exchange with Zero fees? If no, lets build one.
There are already some zero fee exchange in china.

Students study for the sake of doing test. Practical usage of knowledge doesn't seem to matter anymore.

Just sell on exchange and wire back the money.

There are more than 5 exchanges with over 1000XBT volume.
BitStamp BitFinex Okcoin Btc-e LakeBtc BtcChina Huobi Kraken
And some others as well, but their volume is generated mostly by Altcoins, for that reason I didn't mention them.
Hard to compare the volume when some exchanges are charging 0 fee.

Ebay is letting merchants sell bitcoin now?
Don't they have AML/KYC to comply with?

Almost all of my friends are 100% or 99% invested in real estate.....
Almost every chart I look at implies Canadian housing is in a MASSIVE MASSIVE bubble.. our ecom is real estate..
When it fails I am wondering if others think BTC and PMs will lift off.
If they are getting high rental yield, it really doesn't matter if the housing market correct up to 50%. Problem is these apartments and condo can't even get 5% yield before maintenance cost and other wear down cost.

That would mean bitcoin at 74 by Jan 1st, 2013. Sounds quite possible.
So, what, like $500 by June, or something like that? Not June silly, November! Necrodigging is fun. $500 in November 2013 was such a funny joke back then, little did we know. LOL, people are making jokes about 100k in 2015.. 100k is a low ball estimate on this sub forum. Seen the figure as high as 1m per coin. Seeing how bitcoin rise from less than 0.03 to over 1100 this year, I should refrain from making joke on dreamers.

I have had to stop mining as I am losing money with the electric bills when BTC is under 400$ if btc gets back to 600$ it makes it worth it again. Sadly the only people that should be mining are people who get free electricity or its very cheap.
For some cases, even free electricity carry a lot of risk for the little reward mining gets.

Hidden whales will come out from bottom of the ocean to scoop up all the cheap coins

It seems like the FED is back to QEing, so I doubt there will be any crash soon.
a crash is coming, the only question is will it be the stock market or the dollar. Deflationary collapse can happen even in a highly inflationary environment.

Too many frauds relating to bitcoin company also.
There is no way to stop the owner from running away after he raised enough and decided to leave everything behind and enjoy the beach.

Greatest threat to btc is government.
No one know what will happen to btc some years down the road.

tl;dr went all-in with max leverage He will go broke even if he is right in the long run. A small dip in price will wipe him out.

This is not true. When events that are taking place throughout the world are discussed society is able to hold people accountable and can influence politicians/world leaders to not continue a war if such an action is appropiate
+1. You've a point. Democracy is all about people holding their representatives & Government accountable for their policies. By this definition, we do not have democracy in US or Europe. No one seems to be responsible and accountable for anything.

The market is getting rid of miners with datacenters commitments and manufacturer with soso efficient technologies.
The cycle will take 9-12 months to purge inefficient miners and ASIC manufacture.

This is gonna get ugly upwards.
More likely get ugly downward faster. Don't forget many traders are using leverage to buy and hold onto the price. As soon as the dam breaks, hell will break lose.
