I appreciate both of your suggestions, but I did change the settings but that didn't do it. I tried to use the recommended settings and let instagram take care of things, that didn't do it either. I even copied the same saved settings I had in my previous ads that worked just fine...and that still didn't work.
I don't believe this has anything to do with me breaking terms of service. I haven't received any emails from them, and if that was the case, I would imagine they wouldn't have allowed the ad to start with (because before an ad becomes "active", it goes through a review process first).
As for the support agent... then I don't believe they have a live chat? Do they? For sending an email, its way too confusing and I'm being asked to provide things like Reels Link, etc. when I'm trying to boost a publication with an image only.

The fees are not really that high right now as you can see here[1]. The main problem here is the transaction size that is too big because you've been receiving multiple small amounts throughout the year. EDIT: missed the exchange part. Very a few exchanges have dynamic fees. If you're been using a custodial exchange wallet, then it probably doesn't matter. The fees are going to remain the same [1] https://mempool.space/

So there is an issue with an Instagram page I'm running for someone I know.
The problem: I have been running ads for this individual for some time now. Everything was working smoothly. All of a sudden, ads are no longer running. What's strange is that I'm using the same settings, the same card, etc. as I always did. There are no errors. It's always reviewed by Facebook and then becomes "Active" but it never reaches any audience.
I have tried using another card, but that didn't do it either. Again, zero errors or warning messages.
It's a very small business but I would like to find someone who's trustworthy enough to take a look (by giving him the ads permissions or something) or tell me the place I should look at.
Something else to keep in mind is that when I gave access to the page to someone else, he managed to run ads just fine. So what could be the issue, and how do I check? Willing to give a small tip for who can help with the issue (let me know how much you want if you think you can do this).

Could you please share more information?
The wallet name? Was it multicoin or supports bitcoin only? do you have a seedphrase written somewhere? what do you mean by wallet "number"? If you're 100% sure it's not the private key, maybe you can share it here so we have a better idea as to what you should be looking for.

Free BTCump. Dealt with MiLkz multiple times. The last time was a week ago or so, I had issues with my account after redeeming (multiple) cards which turned out to be nothing but a regular check from Amazon. MiLkz was very patient, and even agreed to not receive any payment until I solve the issue.

I would say Binance P2P if you're from a supported country and have access to the payment methods that are widely used there. You could basically get 1:1 in certain cases (Binance doesn't have any escrow fees). I don't believe that's something you could get when dealing directly with a CEX.

An important update: it would no longer be possible to create an account with JoyID in Windows (regardless of the version you're using) due to the currently limited support of Passkeys in Windows. As for those who were a bit skeptical about the wallet and what it offers in the past. I suggest you check this newly released FAQ by the team. It should help clear lots of things: https://nervina.notion.site/JoyID-FAQ-EN-3950ff33403e4545aa3d6129f2725cdb

this is the website of multibit , https://multibitpay.com/ downloaded software is identified by microsoft , i don't know if this is real my friend says that he has some merchant keys , are there any kind of merchant keys available for core wallets? No. This is most definitely a wallet you should stay away from. This website is clearly trying to take advantage of Multibit's name to scam people and they definitely were not around 2015 as they claim. If you want a reputable wallet for BTC, I suggest you use this as a reference: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

I got to realize that must people use autotrading software which enable them to make good profit in trading, I don't really know about this autotrading system, how does it work? Because people have been saying things about this autotrading, can someone explain how this autotrading is?
It's exactly as the name suggests "automatic trading". If you want to experience with that, I suggest you go with Hummingbot[1] (use it at your own risk. It has a solid documentation, and you can also find some step-by-step guides on it on YouTube. [1] https://github.com/hummingbot/hummingbot

It's as mentioned above.
Staff = Moderator.
You will see me as "Staff" here but as "moderator" in the Arabic localboard (or whatever board I'm assigned to).
Global moderators on the other hand, will show as "Global moderators" everywhere, and have permission to manage multiple boards.

Everyone here can vouch for Electrum but I would want to believe that Bitcoin Core is also safe? May someone list the differences as to why it is better? Thank you! They're both as safe as your computer is. If your computer is compromised, it really doesn't matter which (software) wallet you're using. The main differences are: - Electrum is lightweight and doesn't require downloading the full blockchain. - Electrum support 2FA (comes with a fee). - You can connect your hardware wallet (Keystone, Ledger, trezor) to Electrum. It's not as easy with bitcoin core. For bitcoin core, here are a few reason on why would one use it: https://river.com/learn/what-is-bitcoin-core/

It doesn't seem like a bad card to me.
My question is: does it convert BTC only when we make the purchase (use the card) or when we add balance to the card? Anybody know?
I don't have the card and I'm not sure if you got the answer you're looking for already, but from my understanding of their article[1], you do need to convert the crypto to fiat in order to be able to spend the funds but they're planning to make it convert in real-time as you're spending in 2024 (not sure if done yet or not): [1] https://www.gate.io/article/34086
