I liked the presentation of this project! Looks promising! I'll be watching! When will there be a Slack? It would be interesting to discuss more information and possibilities with Lust! The name of the project is also quite suggestive! Congratulations

You are "working my ass off for decent pay" - so how much of that decent pay are you putting towards paying off your debts each month?

Well no.

I have made it perfectly clear that the casino is not insured and the possibility of it going down is a big risk for the investors. It would be similar to say that if a real estate owner sells you the property and it plummets in price he would hold a debt to you of the difference that you lost.

If the real estate owner accidentally filled the swimming pool with gasoline instead of water after selling it to you and then accidentally lit it on fire destroying the house then it would be similar. Except that you weren't selling the site, so it's not really even a good example in that way either.

The price didn't plummet because of anything beyond the seller's control, like maybe a family of gingers moving in to the house next door. The price plummeted exactly because of the owner's own carelessness. He saw another house nearby gaining value by adding a swimming pool and thought he could capitalise by copying the idea, but he got an implementation detail wrong with disastrous results.

Meh, considering the fact that said house got seized by the owners pimp gang lord shorty afterwards and I still got left with the crumbs of original innovation I'd say my situation is a little bit better.

A chair manufacturer doesn't owe money to every previous generation of chair manufacturers, I can hardly say that he 'copies' something either, more like gets inspired and derives experience by observing others.

The business was light years ahead of yours and highly profitable (2.7 times more profitable to be precise) as well as more exciting and with additional options for on-chain betting, affiliates etc. The doofus of this forum haven't even managed to implement something on the same level or are even remotely close even after all this time. Need I mention that I was a teen at the time when I came up with the idea? Don't be so bitter about it dooglus, it's not good for your health at your age.

You just dont want to learn and accept what all those people want to tell you. You are sticking to Your Bullsh*t

What is there to learn and accept except dumb-fuckery? No promise of investment growth was made, if you want you can go invest into X-Value or whatever pyramid scheme is hot these days where they do promise you investment growth.

That's precisely why all the customers that have lost significant funds report the casino as illegal to their local police station instead of pursuing with a litigation case or addressing what they are actually upset about: their lost investment.

People need to grow a pair and man up to their decisions, I have managed the business to the best of my abilities however a small mistake slipped by - it happens. People have got greedy, disregarded my warnings and invested funds that they couldn't afford to lose, that's the real issue.

you are just playing with words. this tells a lot. why not make it easy for everyone and make a list with all the debts still open and if you gonna pay it someday or not?

Right.

Well no, saying that "I paid the part I paid and didn't pay the part I didn't pay" wouldn't relay any new information, it would just be a blank statement made by someone attempting to seem clever as opposed to saying that I re-paid with all of the funds I had access to but the debt remains.

You don't think that saying "I repaid everything in full down to the cent" makes it sound as if you repaid all of the debt as opposed to just a fraction of it?

It's hard to know how to interpret the sentence you actually wrote:

I'm not a fat cat multi-millionaire playboy, I'm working my ass off for decent pay yet I repaid everything in full down to the cent, I could easily bail with 100k USD but I didn't, I barely make that much in 3-4 years.

What exactly did you repay in full down to the cent? That's the bit that is confusing me.

And do you plan to continue repaying in full down to the cent until the debt is fully repaid?

Yes perhaps I have worded it in a confusing manner, I have repaid everything down to the cent with everything being the sum of money I had access to (not the debt). It is quite different than bailing with the casino money and leaving the debt as some people seem to suggest.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: August 25, 2014, 12:23:09 AM
[...] I repaid everything in full down to the cent [...]

You repaid everything in full? I thought you left lots of people hanging.

I was obviously referring to the amount of money which I had and that was repaid in full, not the debt which has not been repaid.

So what you are saying is that you repaid the part you repaid in full, but didn't repay the part you didn't repay?

That's true of every situation - it's tautological.

In effect you're saying "I paid the part I paid and didn't pay the part I didn't pay".

Well no, saying that "I paid the part I paid and didn't pay the part I didn't pay" wouldn't relay any new information, it would just be a blank statement made by someone attempting to seem clever as opposed to saying that I re-paid with all of the funds I had access to but the debt remains.

EDIT: By the way eroxors is a scammer who has hopped on the "Casinobit scammed me" train with no basis, I have loaned some BTC from him for the bankroll back at the day and repaid that sum + interest upon the due date. The agreement was that I would give a portion of the net profits in addition to the interest to sweeten up the deal, since there is clearly no net profits I don't owe said person anything. He is more than welcome to repay some of the debt given the fact that he owns a stake in the casino though.

You repaid everything in full?

I thought you left lots of people hanging.

Until you have had the coins in your wallet and until you have traveled the same path you can't judge me, I know that 99% of you scumbags would bail with the money.

You know nothing of the sort; don't judge everyone by your own standards. You lost coins you were entrusted with due to a lack of care on your own part. Of course we can judge you.

I was obviously referring to the amount of money which I had and that was repaid in full, not the debt which has not been repaid.

what an idiot, why is he telling all the bullsh*t? what is his intention? he could shut up and enjoy the stolen coins

This would be an excellent idea if I had any stolen coins TO enjoy. I even gave up all the commissions that I have gathered for months of my work to repay the debt.

Also to clear things up a bit I am not in any sort of legal/civil trouble despite the fact that multiple criminal cases have been opened against me in a couple of countries for running an illegal casino due to the reports of my customers.

My main motive for coming forward today is that I don't want to be associated with the fat pigs that live in skyskrapers in Tokyo while holding million dollar debts to our dear community which I very much care about.

Your humble servant, Max.

Scumbag.  Only difference is they had enough brains/luck to keep a stash after a failure, anything you say is a lie!   Forever.

Well that's rather judgmental.

I'm not a fat cat multi-millionaire playboy, I'm working my ass off for decent pay yet I repaid everything in full down to the cent, I could easily bail with 100k USD but I didn't, I barely make that much in 3-4 years.

It crashed about a year ago, a couple of months after you turned 19.

So how are you 21 now?

You should try telling the truth. It's easier than trying to keep your lies straight.

My mistake, I was sure that the investment bug has occurred as early as June, I really derive no benefit from crashing when I'm 20, 25 or 45.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwi4o69la24

starting to tell the truth will be a good start to let people understand that You mean what You are trying telling us.

It isn't about behaving like a POS as much as it's telling trolls that are whoring for attention and adding fuel to the fire despite the fact that they weren't the customers of my casino to fuck off. Everyone else is welcome to ask and get their question answered.
15  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: August 02, 2014, 02:34:22 AM
WTF In the above post you where 18 now 21?

I wanted to apologize for the losses that my customers have endured, I know it doesn't make it right but I was 18 at the time and grossly mismanaged my business. It sure gave me a lot of experience and after witnessing the epic fails of Mt. Gox and other manchildren-run businesses I feel as if I was wiser as a teenager than Karpeles, Kluge and a couple of other honorable mentions of businessmen gambling with the investments such as Klye and so on.

The thread started April 09, 2013, 06:36:08 AM

The casino was started when I was 18 and crashed when I was 19 if I recall correctly, although it did crash just a couple of months into 19. Thanks for missing the whole point of the thread.
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: August 02, 2014, 12:16:06 AM
I've moved onto better more exciting things

In any case I am sorry for your 2 BTC, it was my fault and mismanagement on my part, I am a lot wiser now.

Do the better, exciting things generate enough income to allow you to start to repay the victims of your previous negligence?

After following the community and seeing people fail and fall in debt in their mid 30's while being married and in a relatively stable financial situations, then unable to repay their debt to their customers and filing for bankruptcy. Would common sense dictate that a 21 year old would have 250k USD spare?

In any case I would ask you and your sockpoppet entourage to depart from this thread.
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: August 01, 2014, 07:11:44 PM
Interesting that you decided to make an appearance. I'm sorry, but I am unable to accept your apology. You see, I believe you willingly kept the site running after the invest bug was discovered, to try and make back some of the lost BTC. You were told by multiple customers that some winning bets were not paying out, but still left the site running with that knowledge in an attempt to collect more BTC. To my knowledge, no unpaid winning bets were ever paid, despite your assurances to the contrary. I'm still owed well over 2 BTC in unpaid winning bets.

This is a far different issue than introducing buggy investment code. It shows willful scamming, and you forever have lost my trust and respect.

I do understand that my apology isn't even worth 0.1BTC but it's better than nothing I guess.

Yes I did take aggressive measures of damage control and kept the site running in the deficit after fixing the investment bug, all would be well and everyone would be paid out if the business had kept running and generating profit, once everyone withdrew it was no longer possible to run the business.

I have paid out many unpaid bets personally, I have paid a couple since the business has crashed as well as I recall.

In any case I am sorry for your 2 BTC, it was my fault and mismanagement on my part, I am a lot wiser now.

Not all hard fork necessarily heal, there are currently 3 full-time developers working on Bitcoin, if this monetary system would be developed by say, Oracle, with +200 programmers working on it fulltime we wouldn't have that risk.
Only 3 full-time developers for the future of money. This fact is an indication of just how early in this game we are...

No, it's an indication of how a 8 billion market is being operated by people lacking basic business skills.

The quantity of dedicated developers matters here, if there were enough skilled developers the hardfork would be detected before it occurred.
You do realize that it had to be hard forked once, and that it was intentional? At the very begging right?
An error in the code would cause the coin to start forking on it's own.

As far as I know the second hardfork was done by mistake.
