The agreement was that I would give a portion of the net profits in addition to the interest to sweeten up the deal, since there is clearly no net profits I don't owe said person anything. He is more than welcome to repay some of the debt given the fact that he owns a stake in the casino though.

I was obviously referring to the amount of money which I had and that was repaid in full, not the debt which has not been repaid.

Yes I did take aggressive measures of damage control and kept the site running in the deficit after fixing the investment bug, all would be well and everyone would be paid out if the business had kept running and generating profit, once everyone withdrew it was no longer possible to run the business.

I have paid out many unpaid bets personally, I have paid a couple since the business has crashed as well as I recall.
