Yeah, never mind the fact that I had a 104F fever and strep throat and just got off a 17 hour plane ride.  I mean, I'm sure you'd be in great shape at that point as well.  I imagine you'd just call in sick and wimp out.

Idiot.
2  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement - ASIC mining processor by Butterfly Labs on: November 30, 2014, 12:22:21 AM
Sounds like Xian is. Not sure why he sent me that bag of dicks, he must be a fan of them.
3  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement - ASIC mining processor by Butterfly Labs on: November 29, 2014, 04:20:19 PM
You, as usual.
4  Other / Archival / Re: Mining pools list on: November 24, 2014, 12:44:33 AM
Hmm yeah that's probably a workable idea and should be pretty easy to implement.  I can look at adding that... where should that be added into the API, in your opinion?
5  Other / Archival / Re: Mining pools list on: November 23, 2014, 09:42:58 PM
Poof fee is very important though, to accurately gauge your mining efficiency.  Without that, it doesn't really work to compare different pools with the above information.

I'd be glad to add the fee to the json feed of EMC, but our fee has always remained the same since the start. 0% for DGM.

Yeah, apparently they do, which is why I figured you'd show up.

How proud I am that this fine forum has respected "Legendary" members such as yourself to guide the new members.

I'm curious about one thing. Did you ever count the number of sock puppet accounts you made? I'm guessing they number in the hundreds. I remember watching an argument between you and Garr where more socks appeared than I could count. It was so stupid to watch. This new member suddenly appears with one post, is cognizant of the issue being discussed and interjects into the conversation like a pro. Hilarious!

Yes, I have zero sock puppets.  I have two accounts, my personal account, this one and my BFL account, BFL_Josh, which I haven't logged into in a long time.  I may have a third account I made years ago but I have not used or logged into it for years.  Beyond that, I have no other accounts nor do I use any other accounts.  Same goes for the BFL forums.  Unlike you and many others, I don't need sock puppets to try to prop up my points.  See, the problem with you is that your points and arguments are so thin and shaky, you need people to agree with you.  My points are all backed up by facts and evidence, so they don't need sock puppets.

You might want to try it sometime.

So you only make sock puppets at other places that BFL sells equipment but this forum is somehow sacrosanct? How do you keep all your bullshit straight in your head? Do you use cheat notes? lol

What. The. Fuck. Are you talking about? This is like trying to have a conversation with a Golden Retriever.  At least the dog would make more sense.

7  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 23, 2014, 06:31:25 PM
So posting a link to a reddit account somehow proves I have sock puppet accounts on bitcointalk how, exactly?
8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 23, 2014, 06:24:34 PM
Bruno, as usual, nobody actually knows what the hell you are talking about. And as usual, you have to insert yourself into a conversation with off topic junk so you can get more attention.  Go go attention whore!  Go on and derail this thread as well!

9  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 23, 2014, 06:20:00 PM
You're the only one living in a world of denial. You can't bring any actual facts or evidence to the table, whereas I can.

Your latest post appears to be your last, though.. it's tatamount of "Well... NYANYANYA I can't hear you! I know you are but what am I."

Come on, sparky, why don't you actually provide one shred of proof to back up your claims? Why is it that you absolutely refuse to provide any proof?  It's not because none exist, is it?
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 23, 2014, 06:14:23 PM
I like how you keep changing the facts of your post with each subsequent post of lies you make that I dismantle.  You never once have supported your assertions.

First is was sock puppets, which you provided no evidence for.
Then it that I deleted posts, which you provide no evidence for.
Then it was with holding equipment and not providing a refund, which you provide no evidence for.
Now it is "you didn't ship," which is also a false statement.

I look forward to how you try to spin it yet again into something else.
11  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 23, 2014, 05:57:59 PM
Sure, they might care about that... but that never happened.  So your hypothetical scenario is irrelevant.  If that's what you think happened, that just shows how uninformed you are.  Ignorance is no excuse for posting bullshit, sorry. You should elect not to post.

12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 23, 2014, 05:46:22 PM
If by "with hold" you mean "cancel" then I agree... I hope you do testify. I would love to see the judge say "Oh? Is that so? A company chose not to do business with a customer and gave them a refund? And your point again? What's that, the only point you have is on top of your head? Get out of my court room you idiot."
13  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 23, 2014, 05:25:54 PM
Well, there you go, lying again. I did not and have never created sock puppet accounts... so any statement to the contrary is, by definition, a lie.  But what's to be expected from someone of your caliber?  Unable to admit that they are wrong and unable to back up any assertions with facts.  Unlike myself, as I said, I back up all my assertions with facts and evidence. You do neither of those things.

I have deleted no posts from this forum. Well, that's not true, I've deleted the occasional post just after posting it... but if a post has been left up for any length of time, I do not delete it and rarely edit it.  If any of my posts are deleted, you'll have to talk to a moderator about that.  Again, unlike you, I have nothing to hide and stand behind my posts, even if they may end up being wrong.  You, on the other hand, post mostly false information and outright lies, so it's rather immaterial if you delete them or not, since the majority of them, like the one above, contain nothing but lies.

Yes. It can take up to 2 hours for a payment to arrive, depending on the amount.
17  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement - ASIC mining processor by Butterfly Labs on: November 13, 2014, 05:54:56 PM
There is no proof because it's not true.
18  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 11, 2014, 07:08:06 AM
Who's the liar, Josh? You or the monumental assholes on the Internet?

That would clearly be you.

Now who's "inaccurate" ? Its not the FTC that seized your funds, nor is it the FTC that limited operations. it was a federal court. Can you not tell the difference?

Which was... wait for it... instigated by the FTC.  Do you think Federal courts just randomly hand things out without prompting by some party?  Do you think the Federal court is overseeing operations?  What a moron...

19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 10, 2014, 10:01:39 PM
You should take your own advice.  Not only are you bad at math, but apparently you are completely unable to distinguish between BFL and EMC.

Make sure you check your own FACTS before you try to post and make yourself look like a complete idiot.  Although you've proven you're very good at that with just about every post your make.

Okay, I got that one wrong. My mistake.
Pretty hard to tell the difference between what crap you're spouting about what nowadays... though it could technically be argued that it's still BFL though as they own EMC.

Oh what I posted was a fact. It was stated by BFL employees and is listed by the FAQ, which does contradict what you stated whilst under testimony. You might want to reign in your ego just a wee bit and maybe be just a wee bit humble. We've know for a FACT that you're a liar, especially as you've now stated categorically contrary information.... "Oh we're mining on test-in-a-box"/"We mine on EMC" and "Oh we convert all BTC immediately to USD"/25,000+ bitcoin in BFL wallets.

Oh and about the maths.... looks like my maths was pretty accurate after all. How do you like them apples?

Everytime I start to feel bad for the principals of BFL, you just come on in and open your mouth. Then I often think "What a bunch of twats. Deserve everything they get...". The Greeks called it hubris, and you suffer from it greatly...

Whilst I've got your attention, any idea when I'm actually going to get my RMA'd Jalapeno back? Or shall I just chalk that one up to theft?

You got THAT one wrong?  You get EVERY ONE wrong, come on... at least be a little accurate.

As for it being FACT that I'm a liar, I suggest you look up the definition of FACT. You apparently are unable to understand what a FACT is, just like you are unable to understand the difference between BFL and EMC.

As far as your Jalapeno goes, I suggest you contact the FTC and ask them.  If you are considering it stolen, then the FTC is the one you should be seeking compensation from.

You're going to have a long wait...

That's not very funny. You can do better than that. Oh, I turned you in to the SEC too for the pool and exchanging bitcoins into cash to pay for the cost of the mining equipment you sold. That made you an exchange you dumbass and they agreed. ROFL

Huh good thing that never happened then. I wonder if there is any penalty for lying to the Sec. Guess you will find out. He sure to let me know.

Sorry sweetheart but I copied the threads where you admitted that you couldn't refund people bitcoins when the price went up because you exchanged them to dollars. You're fucked. LOL

Lie much?

We get this kind of comment a lot, and here's the answer.

Butterfly Labs conducts all customer transactions in U.S. Dollars. For the convenience of customers, payment processors are used, namely PayPal and BitPay. The primary function of the payment processors is automatic conversion of other currencies to and from U.S. Dollars using the exchange rates that exist at the time of the transaction. A further function of BitPay enables display of the bitcoin (BTC) currency equivalent of the U.S. Dollar amount which applies to a specific order. We display this BTC value to customers during checkout, but only when BTC is selected by the customer. BitPay guarantees the quoted exchange value for fifteen minutes, as a courtesy and a hedge against short-term fluctuations of the exchange rate.

Taken from here. Make sure you check your own FAQ's before you call people liars.
