So what has been going on here? I have been away for quite some time from this project. Progressing with my flying lessons and daily life. Have not posted in years and would love to know what has happened over the past two years with DVC. I heard it was now on an exchange Exciting news. What about merchants accepting the coin? I would love to have an aircraft to place Devcoin as an advert to get awareness at 1000 ft. Or banner towing.

The live chat they have on the exchange state that the blocks are not downloading when I asked for an ETA

So I haven’t been recent with BTX but what has happened over the past 2 months? I read about some swap happening.

thx for airdrop. but it should be % of balance I suggest 10% of balance every month. there is just a lot of BTX available and not claimed... Also you should consider a bittrex listing.
Bittrex listing is currently in the works. I think we are just waiting for a reply.

Just claimed mine. Cant wait to spend it in the future!

so the 1BTC=1BTX idea is for real or just for Snapshot
It's real. Because we snapshotted the whole btc network, and the total amount is 21 million coins like btc. we have 10 minutes blocktime. We made changes in the code; now timetravel10 algo; and filled in a new retarget system. Instead of discussing months for months about segwit activation, we made it. Greetz Steve Good to know.. So after some time we all are going to be rich Go and buy low and sell high on the exchange! Do it before difficulty goes astronomically high that you'll take weeks to get 0.1 BTX and before the price does go up due to demand. I'm looking to store mine. Currently have 92 BTX and looking to get more Psshhh... don't scare away the cheap dumpers @ ~0.0012 BTC If BTX is successful in the mid to long run, and I think there is a good chance it will be, people will look back at this early stage and wonder why they didn't wait a little longer for a 10000% gain. Well, only time will tell. - It is probably not a coincidence that this coin is mined by the timetravel algorithm. : D That is true. We need them to dump so the ones who believe it will gain a massive percentage can buy, thus be at a higher profit with less work needed. Is the 10000% your speculation or an over exaduration and just figure of speech? I would really like to know what people think it could potentially achieve over the next few months. Currently it's hovering around $1.5 so day trading could be profitable. Essentially the coin is very similar to bitcoin to the block time and the amount of coins. However it is a different algorithm and no ASICs for it. Best we can do is GPU mine which currently with the sporadic growth of net hashrate within 3 days is starting to prove that small hash rates (1kh/s to approx 4 mh/s) might not be worth it anymore. That's what I feel like

WTH is happening to http://coinspool.cu.ccMy workers balance is down to 0 again, it was above 5 BTX. I haven't received any payout! The minimum payment has been reduced to 1BTX so I am guessing your get payout soon Hmm, I hope so, it is now over two hours without my payment. I just received mine to my wallet

I would assume that now is the time to buy while its lower and hold them until miners stop dumping

Gainward GTX 970 9.7 MH dropping to 8.2 MH/s over time. The pool seldom show me having more than 7.5 MH/s though : \
I have ~64mh, pool side ~32... What's your rig to have that much?

So.... would anyone like to post their hash rates? currently I'm mining on a MSI GTX 970 ad 7700kh/s Looking to get a 1080Ti soon (as primary, I am a gamer) but is it worth it? If so I'll get one sooner if its a nice hash rate

So if the site gets moved to devtome.org rather than devtome.com then the generation files would have to be edited as a quick search on unthinkingbits GitHub has it scraping devtome user/article data from the .org domain. Also is devtome going to stay or go in the long term?

Ill be joining a pool momenterally. Just trying to figure out whats wrong with my machine. However, where are they currently exchanged?

I too agree it should be rescued. I remember when the value was up in the hundreds of satoshis, but that was so long ago! Maybe we should have Devcoin 2.0! But I'll try to help as much as I can. What are the available options for this coin?

I too am getting the error on devtome Forbidden

Yes, saw that Nova, but I guess my question was more along the lines of how that could have happened because hijacking a domain is not easy these days, and registrars usually give ample warning to pay the small renewal fee before allowing a registered domain to be resold. Anyway... Why not just use a sub domain of devcoin.org like forum.devcoin.org? TT Hi Tsquared, there has been a bit of a breakdown of communication. I'm not entirely sure who originally had the coinzen.org domain, the people who were supposed to have it didn't. Tenthirtyone was the forum administrator, but said he wanted to hand it over to someone else a few months ago, and we've been looking for another solution. The domain name issue came into being recently, and I'm not sure if they're related. Tenthirtyone could probably clear that up for us. In any case, I like your suggestion too. It's simple and clean enough for our purposes. I *think* Jasinlee has devcoin.org, so we can probably get him to add the sub. Fuzzybear, I believe shattienator had already got the forum replacement ready with a backup of the old one - Nova, do you know the status of this? Yes, Shattienator has agreed to take on the Forum hosting once all is ready. He has been supplied with a backup of the old forum's DB to get things going. Ashleysly has already been named to the position to handle the day to day administrating of the forum and will be working on its rebranding of being DevCoin specific in nature. - Nova I am ready to start whenever it is possible!

I am on that forum. Haven't seen that forum on that domain in a while.
Anyway that forum domain seems promising and I like it!
Cant wait to get this going.

Why not just use a sub domain of devcoin.org like forum.devcoin.org?
That sounds like a great idea to me. - Nova So how come we don't use that sub-domain? Would be perfect!

I've not been following very closely, and just visited coinzen for the first time in a long time, but see it's down. Nothing at .com or .org. Just read some history and don't see anything about it. Sorry if this is common knowledge, but what happened to the forum?
TT
Basically someone else owns coinzen domain and we can't really get it back as they want to sell it off. Therefore we are looking to get a new domain which then everything will start from fresh. Ash
