This is actually pretty funny as roach was a btc fan last year at this time but has now gone all in on ltc. I like ltc but it ain't going to $2k anytime soon, el roacho.

104  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: May 04, 2017, 03:05:47 AM
Lol! Massive  Grin

i've been getting slated for $800

I wonder what the KK Mob will do to this guy's forecast

Is this a valid count or big blocker propaganda? I can't tell anymore.

Because the only way this happens is if there is some fundamental issues with BTC. We are in the heart of a real rally with fresh money coming in across the board.

I never see this happening from $2000 to $100 in 2018, this is SO funny. It might happen only if ALL exchanges gets HACKED.

Actually that count is invalidated at $1547. So a less than $40 away.
It's complete garbage as is and Afrikoin should really consider deleting it, like now. Beyond hoping for $800, this call down to hell is embarrassing. Epic trolling however.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin $1,500 Party, Live Q&A and Bitcoin Giveaway with The Dollar Vigilante on: May 04, 2017, 02:57:00 AM
I'm a subscriber but the fact that Jeff missed this ltc burst based upon solid fundamentals is a strike against him. Only in the facebook group did members know what was going on w ltc last month, thx to other members like me giving the heads up.

Iamback is toasting champaign glasses somewhere at this time. Litecoin is chiming right along and on schedule. Did not disappoint. Let the fomo start to set in.

I think that BTC is going to moon extreme in the upcoming year.

This is why:

-roodstock (lets take ETH's marketcap and destroy ETH) -> BTC smart contracts
-SegWit
-Bitcoin's modular design

Cant wait.

What makes you optimistic SegWit will be activated in the upcoming year?

Don't get me wrong, I'm really rooting for SW. It would finally get Bitcoin grow up, but I don't see SW atm..

Roger Ver is running out of money, miners will betray him because they need a higher BTC price to cover their costs.
Roger Ver is a dead man walking.

There is a lot of fear in the BTC world rightnow, that why I buy BTC rightnow.
Noobs will get trapped in altcoins.
I dont know how big that bubble is going to get, but I can assure you that the tables are turned in about 8 weeks from now.

The game will play many traders out of it for good.
Again.
8 weeks from now? I mark your words. Hope you're right ;-)

Roger Verr and Wu are breaking down mentally, just like BU.
Smart manipulators wants us to buy altcoins so that they can cash out on the top to buy back BTC after SegWit and other things are implementated.

I like to move in the opposite direction.
I buy now, when the FUD is still high.

Call me a madman, but I will play those manipulators BEFORE they play me.
Come and get me whales.
I am waiting.

york what's your prediction for xrp and eth now? should I jump out like you said 4 days ago?

Luckily I don't give a fuck what some people tend to say in speculative forums, that's why I'm in a huge profit atm.

He is messing with people's minds

He is really one of the smartest manipulators I have ever seen.
I have to give him that.

snip

But dont you agree that this is just a whale game, hopping from crypto too crypto ?

None of those altcoins can fullfill the space that Bitcoin has ATM.
I don't doubt that there's big money flowing in but there's also a lot of new money coming in that is smaller in nature. Initially, new folks get their hands on a .3 btc and then they start seeing what's going on w/ alts and that's when they stumble on one they like or have seen much of the hype for and think it's a lot sweeter to own dozens or hundreds of an alt rather than just their .3 btc. When I came up, we didn't have any of this alt coin theater so it was always just earning money to buy btc - or mining it if that was your gig.

Furthermore, the average person can't keep up w/ these kinds of btc prices. Alts don't need to fulfill anything about btc, they have value because average joes are willing to buy them in lieu of the big money it takes to buy btc. In the end, btc is the big boy settlement layer where most alt profits will return to. These alts allow minnows to psychologically enter the crypto space in a respectable way in terms of the amount purchased. They then get the taste for the profits that come and if they're smart, they'll convert their take back to btc or will be forced out of their positions when btc goes full bull and the alts fade for the time being.
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: April 29, 2017, 04:53:13 PM
Very interesting read the last few pages as the struggles to purchase full coins are so much different nowadays than when I was getting my feet wet in double digit coins years ago. I always recommended that newer folks, along w/ school, to get a part time job and stay living w/ their parents for a few yrs or more and then just keep buying small increments and before you know it you'll have a few coins. Any minimum wage job or thereabouts @ 20+ hrs per week will give you north of $500 expendable cash per month. So there you have it, every third month you'll have scooped up a new coin and then some.

It's imperative that newcomers work and earn as much as they can as soon as they can as time and the growth of the crypto market is not on their side if they aren't gainfully employed to be able to buy as much as they can as often as they can. It's even more critical when the prices are what they are at this juncture. As far as messing w/ alt coins, new folks often don't have the patience to sit in a bad bet to see it through when they're feeling the itch to pull and follow the hype elsewhere. Furthermore, when the profits are rolling in and people are in happy disbelief at the progress, they're typically trying to double down and get more coins at these higher prices when the gig may be close to ending.

I suggest going about it the honest way and work for capital that one can use to buy the coinage they need to gather their stake in the crypto market so that their future can be bright. If I had to do it all over again at a younger age and at these prices, I'd be in a mad dash to work as much as I could to build my stake. Going to college can wait or let's face it, college doesn't get you much these days like it used to. Just obtaining debt unless you're getting free tuition somewhere. Getting a trade will be much more beneficial especially if a major economic downturn is on the horizon.

Yorkshire, Back isn't a manipulator nor messing w/ folk's minds, he's just calling the charts as he sees them. Unfortunately for him, he brought his ltc spec out of the alt discussion to here and overstayed his visa leading to his deportation. He would've been fine if he just kept his talk in the appropriate area but clearly he wanted to reach more eyes and perhaps have more users in profit from ltc to help him launch his ICO if he ever gets his shit together on it.

I can totally see that you're on edge after a negative trade or two and are just preaching to folks to just hold btc, which is fine. But, you were a big eth and etc pusher about a month ago, then you bailed and the party continued w/o you. People love it when the profits are rolling in but then comes the learning curve.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The impossible has been reached: LTC has 100% SW support! Can BTC ever do it? on: April 24, 2017, 11:45:48 PM
My guess is that Coinbase is waiting for the full implementation of segwit on litecoin before they greenlight selling it so as to create maximum buying pressure at the right time, leading to a new ATH and beyond. When the dust settles, much of the profits will come back to bitcoin sending it to the moon.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jihan blocks segwit on LTC: price crashes on: April 23, 2017, 05:29:26 AM

And like that, he's gone? Did you mean to link to that video?

Oh, btw, I just made your recipe for Yorkshire Puddings and they turned out great. Very light and fluffy.
Searing dropped the mic, that's what I was pointing out. LTC is surging and this coming addition on Coinbase will keep the segwit train moving forward in epic fashion.

lol...keep dreamin'!
Dude, my number one allegiance is to Bitcoin, first and foremost. It's just so obvious that at some point LTC was going to turn around after stagnation and the added advantage of segwit coming along w/ being eventually offered on Coinbase is bullish and it's playing out for the world to see. If you want to play the ostrich and not get a piece of this action, to each his own.

pfft...I bought thousands of LTC when it was less than a penny, but I'll sell every last one of them if they adopt SegWit.
So what the hell is your problem if you're sitting on that many? You should be in your glory right now.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did you all stock up on your LTC yet?could this be the last call for this train? on: April 22, 2017, 06:07:20 PM
If this mess gets sorted out and we get a little less manipulation then I think we could very easily see 25$ to 50$. I’m glad I stocked up at around 4$ and then again at about 8$.
Train or crash warning?
There's still tickets available but you better get them fast.
