Implementing KYC for crypto investors are required because there are some restricted countries their citizens to participate in this kind of investment while KYC for bounty participants is optional and will only depend on the project owners decision. I know there is a way to trace those scammer but the question is what are you going to do after you caught them? not so sure if you can put them in jail because as far as I know there is no criminal case yet for scammers in crypto-space. The best thing to do for now is report them on this forum and see if they are connected in different projects.

That must be the reason but in my own opinion, bounty managers should not allow red trust participant on signature campaigns as this is the penalty to forum members for doing mischief on their accounts and you already mentioned that it could ruin the projects image since it was advertise by red trust accounts.

You made a right decision on choosing BTC but some crypto people wants to take the risk and bet with altcoins because they believe that altcoins still have potential to grow its value over time.

People who are depending to get Bitcoin for free are lazy and don't have a bright future in crypto industry since Bitcoin became a valuable asset these days so there is no easy way to obtain it. They should consider three things if they really want to earn Bitcoin such as investing some knowledge, getting experience in crypto-space and work hard.

We cannot blame the bounty hunters if they quit doing bounties since their time and effort is wasted due to the failed projects but I agree with what OP's said because there are still few projects out there that are still worth it which is why quiting is not an option for me.
