101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Selling tokens earned by bounty on: May 25, 2018, 04:44:14 PM
Does anyone have a guide how to sell tokens that you've received from bounties?

Please don't say Google, I looked.

Much appreciated, thanks.
You can sell your bounty rewards once it is already listed in exchanger. Some token holders choose to hold their rewards  wait for the value to increase more to be more profitable, but some sell it right after it was listed.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would we know which cryptocurrency would be Scam? on: May 23, 2018, 11:08:53 PM
As of now there are 1500+ cryptocurrency exists in the world.
Many dead many rising and many has to come.
So how can i know the currency  ,where i am putting my money is not a part of scam?
Or is there any other way so we can check about respected crypto might be it'll work?
I guess there is no way we can determine which is a scam. In fact almost all cryptocurrency that was created has a value, it is better to research first and better annalization which cryptocurrency will exist in the long run and in the future. Many coins have created but not all of them will still manage to have a good value in the future. You can always check the market for you to monitor which coin is better. This maybe will prevent you from being scam.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as the currency of the future? on: May 23, 2018, 10:52:10 PM
I see that the more bitcoin the more users seen from the significantly increased bitcoin price increase, is this a sign that bitcoin will soon become the future virtual currency?
I can see that is possible for bitcoin to be an alternative currency in the future, and if the government allows it to be. We all know many people now usinh bitcoin for paying their bills and other online transactions. If the mass adoption of bitcoin continue to grow, maybe we can see bitcoin as an alternative currency in the future.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bear in your mind if you invest in ICO on: May 23, 2018, 10:16:27 AM
Always bear in your mind if you invest in ICO today, "HOPE FOR THE BEST BUT ALWAYS PREPARE FOR WORST", to expect best result of your investment in ICO all the while being prepared  with options in case it is the worst one possible, there is a few investor  in ICO today being fooled, beacause  they don't prepare for the worst.
Always bear in mind that investing in an ICO is very risky. There is no 100% guarantee of good ROI, that's why you have to be prepared because not all ICO's ended successfully.  I suggest invest only what you can afford to lose and don't expect too much.
105  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can newbie do signature campaigns? on: May 22, 2018, 11:59:53 PM
Chances are as a newbie you can not participate in signature bounty campaigns. This is because there is no space for signature link since you have not been upgraded. In most cases for you to be accepted, you must be a Jr member. You to be active and must have done up to 30 activities to be ranked so. As a newbie your best bet is to participate in other bounties like facebook and twitter campaigns.
I agree with you on that. As a newbie you have to work your way to increase your rank and gain merits to be able to rank up and  be eligible to join any campaign.  That is why every newbie has to do thier best to rank up, comtinue to contribute good quality post to gain merit.
106  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people think everyone is a scam? on: May 22, 2018, 11:52:24 PM
People think that way because nowadays people intend to earn money in the expense of others. We all know that scammers are everywhere, we can even seen it in a news and even online. Some may even experienced being scam and lose their money. That is why we people have to be vigilant nd be more wise for us not to be a victim of scammers
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it possible? on: May 22, 2018, 04:16:31 AM
Can bitcoin be the world's currency?
I think NO. Bitcoin now has is becoming more popular and many people knows bitcoin as a good investment. For it to become worlds currency is merely impossible. Evey country has different currency and it would be better that way, I guess. Government will be the one to decide on that and I think they will not approve bitcoin to become a countries currency because it would be very difficult for them to have control over it.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: crypto going strong ? on: May 21, 2018, 09:04:01 AM
crypto is green again, do you thing is good time buy now .

if that is true I guess that's good news to everybody and still hoping it will continue on it's mark for the next days and weeks. But buying while in green mark I guess it's not a good idea, for me it would be better to buy on a red mark and that way it would be more profitable and beneficial.
109  Economy / Economics / Re: Will bitcoin be banned on Philippines? on: May 20, 2018, 08:11:17 AM
Over 900 Million  pesos worth of bitcoins been scammed.

Filipino couple amasses at least P900M in alleged Bitcoin scam.
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Police have nabbed a couple promising easy wealth through popular cryptocurrency Bitcoin, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa announced on Tuesday, April 10.
Arnel and Leonady Ordonio were nabbed by PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) operatives – the police division in charge of high-stakes and high-profile crimes – in Vigan City last April 4 through an entrapment operation.

The scam, Obusan said, is structured like a pyramid scheme but with electronic money.

The Ordonios apparently had middlemen who lured people to invest. They promised to pay victims with their earnings every 15 days.

Fueled by the worldwide Bitcoin hype, more and more people were baited by the Ordonio couple's promises.

The complaints started piling in when investors lost contact with the Ordonios.
Whats happened  next?
Around 50 angry victims stormed to Camp Crame on Tuesday, asking the couple if they could still get back the money they had hoped would grow.

Will bitcoin be banned because of that?
I guess not.  The kind of business they venture into is not "bitcoin", it is really a pyramiding scheme. The Government will not ban bitcoin because of that because they know how bitcoin works and they know that these two scammers uses the popularity of bitcoin just to attract people to invest in their project which is apparently a big scam.
110  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to secure bitcoin ? on: May 20, 2018, 07:47:16 AM
hello guys,
Recently i've heard about many people lost their bitcoin. Someway their private keys have been leaked and hackers get access to wallet. So what measurements i have to take to secure my bitcoin and prevent it from stealing ?
I suggests if you use computers in a public computer shop, always be careful on logging in your account. Double check if you already logged out and make aure that your email is not connected to your other accounts.
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Things you should know before investing in bitcoin on: May 20, 2018, 04:48:55 AM
Things you should know before investing in bitcoin

What everyone wants is to have a stable job and get good savings, the best option is to work the money to get more income for the future and thus have a better quality of life and what better to invest in bitcoin but before you should know certain things about This cryptocurrency.

it is not regulated: there is no entity that regulates and monitors this type of investment. So you should be aware that if you lose your money, nobody will answer

Bitcoin is a high-risk investment: people should know that the level of risk is very high, due to volatility and inability to predict its price. "

Do not get into debt to buy cryptocurrencies: this really should not be done with this or with another investment, if you are going to work your money with extra money you got.

Do not invest more than you are willing to lose: "it is recommended that you do not invest your savings in this currency; on the contrary, invest 1% of your assets, something that you are really willing to lose".

Use reliable pages: use safe sites to navigate and also only use reliable devices such as your cell phone, your computer and your home's wireless network. Never use public networks neither to make investments nor for any type of financial consultation.

I have to agree with you that the risk of investing on bitcoin is very high, that's why you have to be knowledgeable first in cryptocurrency before investing. If you don't know anything about cryptocurrency it would result to failure and a lost of your capital investment. Study, observe, learn, then apply everything you learn from cryptocurrency before you invest.

113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung has now entered the cryptocurrency world on: May 16, 2018, 05:36:30 PM
Well I guess this will be the start of Samsung to venture in blockchain technology. As we all know Samsung is one of the largest smart phone company and electronics technology all over the world, this is a great move for the company. I'm sure there are a lot more to come with Samsung now that they enter the world of cryptocurrency.
114  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to install a Bitcoin ATM in my city? on: May 16, 2018, 05:12:17 PM
Hello everybody! I am thinking to start my own business and I though that maybe an installation of the first Bitcoin ATM in my city would be good idea which can bring me good income. But I have no idea from where to start, so I am here to hear all ideas, experience and advices.
Thank you!
Putting up  your own Btc ATM in your area is in fact a good idea to start a business, but I think you have to take considerations any legal issues before doing so. This is not a simple business and I guess there are lots of paper works, certications, business license that you need to go through your Btc ATM to legally operate in your City.  Proper research is what you can do before you start putting up a business like that.
115  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Will bitcoin disappear in the future? on: May 15, 2018, 01:27:48 PM
As far as we all know bitcoin is a strong cryptocurrency and for it to disappear that easy in the future is I think is impossible.  Bitcoin may reach the lowest peak of its value but as long as the value of bitcoin keeps on growing it is merely impossible to disappear. But the truth is we can never really tell what will happen in the future because bitcoin is very popular nowadays.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learning Cryptocurrency in Universities? on: May 15, 2018, 01:19:45 AM
Do you think that cryptocurrency should be taught in schools or University? Specially in the field of business management?

As a student, I believe it will give us an advantage to this so called cryptoworld, right?
I guess you're right.  It may not be one of thier major subject but for it to be included in their academics is a big advantage for the students to be more knowledgeable in cryptoworld. This can also help them and will benifit them in the future. The fact that we are now living in a very modernize technology it is a great idea to have this included in school academics.
117  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit not for sale! on: May 15, 2018, 01:08:35 AM
I hope everybody would be fair about this new feature implemented by admin theymos.
This thread is for the purpose of awareness that merit is given to a constructive and quality post. I have made a thread here in the market place section, hoping that there will not be such things like buying and selling merits. Let's work with our own asses.

P.S.
OP  is not asking attention, read and understand.  Obedience is better than sacrifice.
Saddly, but many people are already selling/buying Merit points, for example here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827197.0
On local boards there are much more Merit sellers. There was people who got 20 or even 50 Merit for a low quality posts, it's obvious abuse of Merit system. Both, buyer and seller has to be reported to DT members and they will give them red trust rating.
selling merit is not fair. The person who sells and buy merit is a very selfish person. You're right, people like this has to be punished by the moderators for them to learn their lessons. Many people here in the forum is trying their best to give good quality post to gain at least 1 or 2 merits. Everybody has to be fair and don't  do anything illegal just to rank up, if you get caught selling or buying merits it will be your lost and you will not have anymore opportunity to be in this forum.

118  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Digital Currency Take Over on: May 15, 2018, 12:23:38 AM
Every thing depends on the country regulations, until then no one can tell how much time. If any big country show the good results of economy after regulating cryptocurrency then within very short time it will get success.
I agree with you, everything will depends on the countries regulations and how the government will accept and implement digital currency to take over. We must admit that not all people in each country has a knowledge in  digital currency because there are still community who can't afford own and use it. So I guess it will take time for this currency to take over each and every country.
119  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Crypto currencies make local currencies disappear? on: May 14, 2018, 11:59:09 PM
Competition between local currencies Vs crypto currencies are in peak now. Crypto currencies have occupied currency market causing local currencies enforce (banks) banning of crypto currencies. We can see number of investors have turned towards to bitcoin and other crypto currencies with large scale. Will there be a chance / time bitcoin and other crypto currencies rule over currency market and local currencies get disappear slowly in a decade or two?
for me, crypto currency can never replace local currency even after a decade or two. Yes maybe there is a competition between the two but the demands of local currency is very different. Almost all people all over the world uses local currencies on daily lives and daily expenses which we can never do if only use cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is a good asset and good for investment and it will not make local currency to disappear because it is  important to all the people.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lets be careful on what we are investing on: May 14, 2018, 02:37:07 AM
Read this several minutes ago. We must be vigilant on what we are investing and must do some research or study first if the project that we wanted to join is legit or not. So sad that there are some ICOs who are just making money for their own sake. Because of this issues, people becomes scared of cryptocurrencies and thinks that other cryptos that are legit are scams too.

http://www.livebitcoinnews.com/denaro-ico-raises-8-7m-and-goes-up-in-smoke/
I really agree with you on that. Nowadays there are many scammer everywhere especially online. It would be  etter to have a research first before investing in any business ventures or any ICO projects. Don't just invest just because somebody told you that it is a legit business/ projects or you saw it online and it looks legit. Be very vigilant, think many times before investing and lastly, invest what you can afford to lose.
