arg.cryptopools.com is still active since day 1...   Wink

Difficulty and block count at your arg page are incorrect.  Does that mean anything, or just a bug?

My miner won't connect to your pool.

Try now.  Had to restart stratum.  That's what happen when it has been neglected.  Smiley

Edit:  looks like my pool is on a fork.  I'll see if I can get it back on the right chain.

Hi,

Just wanted to know if you've sorted your pool for ARG?

If you have I'll add you to the list  Grin

Crypt

Seems like it's good to go now.

It's good to see the new exchange markets on coinmarketcap.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/argentum/#markets

I know the Cryptsy receiver gained control of the Cryptsy wallets of some lower value coins, but he hasn't said which ones yet. If he controls the argentum wallet then it forestalls the risk of big Vern dumping. The receiver will probably say which Cyptsy coins he holds soon and we can find out if he definitely holds the argentum wallet.

Well, here's something.

Seems like a lot going on, but I'm really not a Forensic Blockchain Analyst

EDIT: One paper trail seems to lead here https://chainz.cryptoid.info/arg/block.dws?1650002.htm to this address https://chainz.cryptoid.info/arg/address.dws?ALHUDbSvqsuTH1sVkxvEnzcdemz57jgpMU.htm

I wish scrypt would slowly die out.

It has killed a lot of my gpu's so far. Sad

Well, the intent is Multi-algo so people will have an option

Ahh, thanks I missed that part. Smiley

Sure thing. Do you have anything you would like to add to the list, or any other suggestions?

Argentum is alive at our pool and rhere is an active miner already found more than 1500+ blocks!

BitcoinPOOL.US

2% Fee
Rapid Payments

http://bitcoinpool.us

I haven't had a payout in a while. I noticed you bumped it to 250, is there a way to see how much I have left until I reach 250?

U had to get your last payment right? Coz 250 ARG needs 11 blocks (10 for 250ARG, extra 1 for fees coz they are too high :-O ), which is very easy to achive.

My last payout was 74ARG on May 24th. Not sure if I've mined 250 since then, but when I noticed the payout was higher I started mining again but never received a payout. I'll give it another shot and see what happens.

It seems like there's a problem. I've been mining almost 12 hours with no payout, combined with whatever I mined about a week ago.

Would you kindly create an another wallet address and use it as your username?
Found the problem on database... it's really weird that your wallet address looks like with negative balance. :-O
I'm going to send whole wallet amount to your wallet now and reset the database for all account payments. It will solve the problem.

I believe you are the one who is mining now.

EDIT : No need to change your address. It's fixed now totaly.

payouts are working, thanks.

Is there a idiots guide to solo mining anywhere. the more i read the more confused i get. I did a conf file for devilcoin DXC just to play about with..
server=1
listen=1
daemon=1
rpcuser=james
rpcpassword=x
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=6624
addnode=162.243.239.239
addnode=77.99.98.229
addnode=86.5.28.9
addnode=82.144.204.28
addnode=104.238.156.251
addnode=151.80.42.180
addnode=70.72.236.5

saved it as a .conf file and added it to devilcoin dir and then restarted the wallet.

In my A2 software POOL 1 ADDR i put http://127.0.0.1:6624 then james as user and x in password

When i run the software it says the pool is dead and moves onto POOL ADD 2 and works

Is my config file wrong ? is the POOL 1 ADDR wrong ?

Any help much appreciated.

Can anyone help me with my solo mining ? Thanks

Make sure it's devilcoin.conf

sometimes windows will save it as devilcoin.conf.txt

Brining down arg.transacx.io now that iSpace has got us on their site.

arg.transacs was try-out of the Coniumserv pool platform, unfortunately there is a bug in the reporting of HASH rates for miners on there, though it did work and pay out correctly it has not seen much use.

So with that arg.transacx.io will be removed from the pool lists.

Crypt.

I really love the user interface on that site. It's a shame it's buggy.

Hahahaha, the trolls. Uninformed simpletons hoping to make a quick buck.
please keep up the rhetoric.
I dont know about the other but im not a troll. i do have a bunch of DGB waiting to be selled.. i got mine about 80 satoshis each  and it just dont go up anymore.
i do hope it goes, but right now.. with bitcoin pumping and dgb almost dead(no good news about it) i just give up and will wait the time the dev need.

Again, i have hope for a good future, but i dont see that happening now.

it will pump again.

Seems to be consistent at about 500sat over at cryptopia. Blockchain is moving consistently as well. Good job Cryptcollector, and thanks!

Any news coming for DGB soon?
jared is busy with DAO and ETH lolll
he sold lot of DGB and crash his coin to get more money ahah

Youre obviously not used to this no ?
I'll help you a bit.

Instead of Trollin Joking.
Everytime the Bitcoin goes up, people move back their invest and play with the active volume. If you'd take 1 minute to look on an exchange (hope you did to affirm the price is going down), you could see all altcoins in red while bitcoin is in great green shape.

Went from 460 to 510$ in one day.

No surprise with all alts going down.
The thing iswhen other altcoins have -15% average, DGB hol to -5/-10%. We could say it's tanking really good comparated to some others, even Eth was in a panic sell phase.
60 is good, buy more at this price and you'll be in the best range for short profits.

Sorry, but even with the last drop of bitcoin, dgb was still going down... i dont even remeber last time dgb had a good pump.

March 23rd
Is it just me or are trolls getting stupider! lol

Jared doesn't post a heap of crap news and innuendo to avoid pumps.
For that, I am thankful.

Hahahaha, the trolls. Uninformed simpletons hoping to make a quick buck.

fucking priceless

Spotlight Post

!!!Where to next!!!

As there has been no input from the community whatsoever for plans to take ARG forward, here are a few ideas.

Community Stuff:
  • Dedicated IRC Channel on Freenode (Done)
  • Dedicated Forum Site.
  • New Website

Enhancements:
  • Add Dual Algorithm Capability with SHA256.
  • Bring in Merged mining on both Algorithm's to stabilize and secure the Blockchain.
  • Fix reward to around 3 per block
  • increase blocktime to 45 sec
  • New Logo

These enhancements are very dependant on community support so please contribute to the Argentum BTC Donation address address.

Lets start some discussion please either on IRC #ARGCurrency, or the Forum at DigitalCoin https://forum.digitalcoin.co/forums/75-Argentum?s=859ffcfe9cc5283ee4c7d19e677e25af

I'll vouch for those changes. I like the idea of a consistent block reward. I'm undecided about the blocktime change, but I'm leaning towards the opinion of 30 second blocks being unnecessary.

Hello DGB fans
yes i am still here...did you miss me...I guess not.
Well something is going on behind the scenes just watched a 45BTC instant buy on DGB market & then a buy wall of 60BTC got sold into, I thought the buy wall was fake...nope it stayed there & took it full on the chin...now why would anyone want to buy that much DGB so fast Grin

I am disappointed. I thought the price would fall into the 40s before the next pump.
