Is there a one pager available so we don't have to read entire WP?
I do not think there is, but is it so difficult to pass through the WP  Well people don't have a lot of knowledge so one pager summarizes the project nicely. Understandably, but basic information can be obtained from the home page, and in the end if anyone is interested in the project he will read the WP  |

Are you gonna charge merchants for your POS terminals?
As you know in traditional merchant system ,there are different fees related to POS terminal, include one-off account activation fee, monthly rental fee, and service fee (between 2%-8%) Agate will give POS terminal for free to incentives merchants and they receive fund without any fee only if they wanna withdraw it to Debit card or bank account they need to pay only 1% in Agate coin. This is smart business move. In view of the above, this fee is negligible. |

Are tokens reserved for team and advisors going to be locked?
Of course, that has become standard already.Every serious projects locks the tokens for at least a year. If so, on what period will you lock those tokens? |

What is the amount of tokens allocated for promotions and marketing purposes?
Is there any chart depicting dispersal of tokens for different purposes? Also do you maybe have a onepager? I didn't find that information, I hope they will release it. |

I just hope that the speed stated in the WP is going to be achievable in the platform testing because this speed could make KuBitX stand out in the crowd. Definitely! Our team is doing its best to achieve every details laid out in the wp. We're proud that we are currently ahead of the roadmap too! I know they have a number of merchants waiting, but don't know if you are thinking about that or strategic partners? Can you share some names of those merchants? I would appreciate it too if someome from the project couls share this... Will you guys be doing any live appearances on crypto conventions?
Yeah, that would be great it can bring additional exposure and help the project. It could bring new partners to the project and additional funding too. The number of conferences by the end of the year is impressive, I believe they will decide for some and participate. |

It would be great if someone from the team could post a bit more information about some of the partners. According to the roadmap for the period from Q2 to the end of 2019 they are planning from 100 to 1000+ merchants supported. That is a huge number of mechants/partners within just one year. It is a great achievement if it can be reached. I agree, the number is really ambitious for the first year, but that's just planning, if they reached only half of that it would be great. However from 100 to 1000 is a huge gap so It would be nice to know where they are at the moment. These are just plans for 2019, starting with Q2. I do not know what the current state is. |

App will come later, not out just yet, but I'm sure will be awesome. Is it going to be android or iOS? I guess it will be both,maybe not at the same time though,it all depends where they want to launch Agate first. Yep,thats how it usually goes.If they aim for NA region first,then iOS app is logical choice to release first,but anything else,and android is better. They just have to wait for Apple to change the regulations considering crypto. |

I think there was some news few days ago about app being in development. Some kind of MVP would be nice though, to get a glimpse at it and get a feel for it. What MVP stands for? What is the minimum amount needed to invest in order to join the sale?
For the public sale it is reduced to 10 ETH. During the general sale the minimum will be 0,25 ETH 10 ETH is sill pretty high. They should reduced it to a more under 2k usd level. Only a few people will get to afford that. Perhaps, but we must be aware that there are investors who invest large amounts in projects. |

I see that open beta is scheduled for Q1 2019.Is it going to be available for all platforms at the same time?
I hope not. They should concentrate just one. Altho, I'm not really sure which one would that be... If you think of a mobile app, I believe it will be for Android... Why Android and not an iOS one? Apple is better if you ask me. Apple is not better simply because of App store policies and problems with publishing crypto apps. Yeah, apple has made it harder because of this policy, they may have closed the door to crypto by this decision.... |

According to your roadmap there was a beta app released in March 2018? Is there a way to see it, maybe give it a try?

If this is for middle east only, could people from other countries even join?
The project initially is focused on the middle east, but everyone from all over the world can join. The team plans to expand worldwide It is good that you have decided to start the project in a particular region, later expansion is not questionable as the project has a lot of potential. |

A national tax policy that permits international companies on the island to pay a rate of as little as 5 percent doesn’t hurt, either." What does this rate of 5% apply to? It may be related to the percentage they take after changing crypto to fiat  I would say all businesses have to pay some tax, so maybe this is their toll on the general tax? I think this the tax companies pay to the state on their yearly income.So 5% is ultra low for companies and great for them to operate from Malta. Yeah you're right I think, it makes sense, you give really low tax to attract companies and that way you actually make more money then having higher tax. It is the same that Ireland has done and look what happened to them, their economy soared This is something we can expect to happen on Malta once crypto market becomes big. |
