101  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to Hit $150,000 in 2022 on: December 10, 2021, 08:30:56 PM
As the rate of inflation rise all over the world, Bitcoin is seen as the hedge over inflation which is why so many analyses predicted $70,000 Bitcoin price in 2021 which was achieved as Bitcoin made an all-time price of above $70000 and the deflationary forces that faced the top commodities and exchange globally forced Bitcoin price to drop back to its present price. This has led me to say that 2022 Bitcoin is going to cross the $100,000 bitcoin price predictions.

If this is happening in early 2022, that would be the best and fruitful year for everybody who been holding such quantities of Bitcoin. Also to consider the potential profit, I hope other promising assets like eth and bnb would come at this point which also reach another all time high.
Not just Bitcoin, but also the entire cryptocurrency community will rejoice during during this time.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you buying in this market downturn? on: December 09, 2021, 11:49:13 PM
Hi, the market has dropped dramatically recently, and we have the opportunity to buy cool projects at a good price, for example, it was possible to buy Solana, NEAR, Avalanche, Cordana much cheaper than they were a week ago.  have you bought something, and if so, what have you bought?

ETH and on the way to buy BNB, especially ETH because the resistance is very strong I guess it's hard to break below $4000k price. For others I'm not that interested right now because the bear market really test our mentality about patience and I don't want to stuck for a long period to regain my losses back.

I can't afford to wait and hold for another season, so I'm embracing this great opportunity while downturn is currently happening. Once I got a money from other sources of income, I would love to add bitcoin holdings ang accumulate it for good as an additional to future plans. But for now, low volume coins that belongs to binance chain was the hidden gems which am about to foresee some good potentials next year that's why I'm also buying them while red days was present.
103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: December 09, 2021, 10:06:18 PM
Holding is only for those you can afford to take risks for the rainy day and as long as the earth remains challanges are part of human experience and as such so much would tempt one sell some coin. But there is always a short break for every human figure represented on earth where you have little or no need for money but it keeps coming in and that's the best time to invest other than save.

Saving has been the traditional way of planning for the future where people bank their funds in commercial banking sector waiting for when the need to take back from the bank arises even when we had centralized stocks where people could invest in many still thought it was wiser to deal directly with banks other than investing.

Currently the ecosystem has changed and the pandemic outbreak launched in a new era where people's need became even more insatiable and spiked the cost of livelihood. To tackle the present state of economic challenge investing is more.preferred to saving even though it's more risky but a diversied portfolio is more secured than mere saving

This pandemic gave us more time to realize, material things instead of money can be rewarding but if you change that perspective into new diversions you will value saving rather than spending. Same wth what I did this year, selling too early doesn't seem rewarding but rather a regrets. So if the price breakdown lately, opportunity has come for another brighter chances.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it the right time to invest in cryptocurrencies? on: December 08, 2021, 11:59:21 PM
Everyday is always a good and right decision to make, so investing in a right time can be done without hesitation if you knew what you're going to do. Most of all, we should be careful in choosing the right asset because it might be disappointing when you do it in a wrong selection.
Let's not ignore the potential coins like NFT, and binance chain tokens because they're the hidden gems of upcoming year 2022.
105  Economy / Economics / Re: Transforming skill to profit. on: December 08, 2021, 11:01:41 PM
The purpose of the discussion is for forum users who possess one form of skill or another and are making profit from it to share personal episodes of how they turned "Skill to Profit".

Most persons learning a new skill are often faced with the big question/challenge of turning their skill to profit. After acquiring a skill, truth is if there is no platform for you to practice and offer your services and also make profit, you may become less interested and efficient with the skill you learnt and it may soon be forgotten by you.

Please share personal episodes of how you, a skilled forum member has turned your skill to profit, so other forum members who are in between can benefit from your story.

That's nice to hear from your end about stories from one of an anonymous person like me, well my stories isn't that broad to share but it may sound interesting to others who still wanted to learn cryptocurrency. At first start crypto was just a piece of information, which my buddy used to share his ways of earning money. Secondly, I used to participate in the discussions gathering some knowledge absorbing every thoughts and principles from expert forum members. Lastly, managing my earned tokens and coins, learning how to trade also keeping it safe at my wallets then all the process towards converting it into fiat in order to spend for my personal needs as well as using funds in building my own house.
106  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Finally Climbs Back Above $50k, but can it Remain there? on: December 08, 2021, 10:04:22 PM
That's really amazing how valuable Bitcoin was, though it may sounds disappointing from previous weeks it go down so bad but the opportunity it had provided to several upcoming traders seems to be enormous.
Price recovery raging over time, and right now it started to climb upon it's journey towards $60k all over again. Definitely it's a good signs and I am confident that we're nearly seeing $70k and beyond soon.
107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why should I use Kucoin over Binance? on: December 08, 2021, 03:02:50 AM
I'm guess Binance.com and Kucoin are like Coca-Cola and Pepsi, at the top of the exchange food chain. But if you had to go with only one, which would you go with, and why? Trying to decide...help me out guys!

P.s P2P not being a factor. And of course, for trading.

It's totally different with my choice because I really both have them for my specific token holdings, there's some asset I had with binance and other coins at kucoin. That's always good to choose the popular exchanges, I find security with them in the first place compared from other non reliable sites. KYC verification is very important in each and every trading site, your identity will be their biggest confidence.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: shorting coin on: December 07, 2021, 11:49:39 PM
To get into a short position, you will need to borrow cryptocurrencies and sell them on an exchange at the current price. Then you will need to buy the cryptocurrency at a later date and repay the capital you have borrowed.Margin trading is no longer available on Coinbase but you can start short selling without leverage using futures contracts. So once you have signed up for an account, identify a downward trend on one of the dozens of coins available and then take your position.

That's no easy in reality of how we're going to trade coins in a short term strategy, because when downward trend occurs it hard to decide if you don't have exact buying power. My advice to newbies and ongoing traders, doing cost averaging would be effective in order to maintain your strong foundation once there's a pump or possible dump. If you got the basic skills, I think losing can be minimized.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to invest in cryptocurrency in the second half of 2021? on: December 07, 2021, 11:26:51 PM
If I want to make money quickly, is it slower to invest in BTC? Are there any recommendations for high-quality tokens in the NFT sector and GameFi? I like ten times, one hundred times the currency.

~snip~

So, I would say that it is clear to me big names are the ones that made the profit in 2021, and they will be the ones doing that in 2022 as well very soon.
It is easy to see why people want that kind of performance, and that is because their capital is too small, if someone invested a few years out of their salary in bitcoin and then bitcoin did a 3x or more as it has done in the past the amount of money you have at that moment will be considerable, but people want to invest a small amount of money and yet reach great profits, and the only way to get this is with a coin growing 100x or something like that, however this is so uncommon that chances are people will run out of money before they find a project like that.

It's impossible to see coin with 100x increase right now, only bitcoin got that history which is nearly to that stage. Including myself, the frustrations I had was really giving me lots of regrets those days I haven't keep my coins 7 years ago and spent them for material things which supposed to be invaluable right now. That opportunity given me enough time to learn, that's why investments these days is really tough and it really needs strong analysis.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my Bitcoin when I die? on: December 07, 2021, 10:29:03 PM
If I die (let's be honest, that will probably happen), would my wife or family get my coins? What if they don't know my passwords/private key?

They won't recover you private information because bitcoin still remain intact within the circulation of blockchain without being harmed or accessed by somebody. Much better if you have a trusted individual which you can divulge all the information you had if you think you're going to die soon. My advice to everyone who had illnesses, don't take your wallet securities secretly much better if you could have a prospect so that in case of death the asset will be recovered and be spend by the living person who can handle it.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Altcoin for December ? on: December 06, 2021, 11:37:50 PM
As we know the month of December has always been special for both bull run and bear matket so what's your plan for this December? Which altcoins are you going to invest this month? We need to take calculated risk since the market will either surge to unexpected level or will witness another correction phase or bearish market. I would select ADA as it has lot of potential and will surely trade in double digit.

That's alright if you choose ADA, but what I see it was for long term and not a fast rising asset to consider. In bear market, always pick those potential coins with huge demand because it will give you an assurance for better profitable gains.
Market risk actually affects our emotions, that's why we must be careful everytime when fluctuations tend to show negative signs. I think it's good to fill our bags with xrp, bnb and ethereum for now.
112  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never sell for a loss - is a Myth !! on: December 06, 2021, 11:08:57 PM
I have heard many people say that never sell for a loss but what does it actually mean ?

Assuming you have bought a coin at $10 and the price goes down to $9 but you don't sell.
You could have placed a stop loss at $9 but you take "Never sell at a loss" so seriously that you decide to not put a stop loss.
The price goes down to $8 but you are too good at HODL. Suddenly the market crashes and the price goes down to $5.
You could have limited your losses at $9 but now your portfolio is down by 50%.
Now the price has to go 100% so that you breakeven with no loss no profit whereas you could have bought back at $5 and gained potential profits using a stop loss.

This is why I think "Never sell for a loss" is a myth and we should always use a stop loss and play safe with a good risk to reward strategy.

For the safety of our funds, don't risk on a specific decision which you can't afford to handle and deal with. Because if you continue to ride with the myth, you will not gain confidence on you trading. Profit shouldn't be rush, it needs patience and enough time in order to generate huge gains despite of many struggles that we may face all over time.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: THIS TOKEN CAN COMPETE IN THE CRYPTOCURRENCY MARKET? on: December 06, 2021, 02:08:32 PM
I am currently interested in holding some tokens below. what do you think, the coin is likely to grow into a dragon?
here's the list:
1. HARE TOKEN (HARE)
2. ORE TOKEN (ORE)
3. STEAM EXCHANGE (SteamX)
4. Dcentra-Lotto (DELO)
5. GALAXI HERO COINS (GHC)
6. GALA GAME (GALA)

I respected all the selected coins you had mate, I've no problem with that as long as you're happy and satisfied; everything went smooth without any conflicts. Others might think differently but that's their perspectives, and we can't stop them to say good or bad thoughts over random coins.
What's most important is knowing at first before your 100% trust prevails.
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about staking? on: December 04, 2021, 11:59:23 PM
Staking is good if those legit sites offered a safe haven for your funds and don't take for granted your money. For me I have no such confidence with staking, because I haven't tried to deal with this type of profit gaining platform.
Previously I've tried parking on some coins but suddenly it failed, and the project itself went out dead and out of circulations.
115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My newbie trading experience on: December 03, 2021, 11:43:00 PM
Sometime early January 2021 I started my trading journey without anyone putting me through, I study the market movement of a particular token and analyze its weekly price volatility.
I started trading with $200 and within a month I made $450 including my capital. Since then I suffered a loss and have recovered but need trading knowledge that will take me to the next level with high profits.

That's normal for newbies to experience those things, but after  you learned important lessons managing trading can be done without any struggles. If you know how to control your emotion, I guess it wouldn't be hard to battle hardships in trading despite of being newbii. Mastery won't be achieved if you don't start from scratch.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: where are these cryptos going;!!! on: December 03, 2021, 10:52:15 PM

Are cryptocurrencies losing their appeal? Where do you see which important crypto money in the future? How do you interpret the sudden fall of cryptocurrencies? Apart from BNB, SOL, BTC, ETH, do you think there are other cryptos that can be popular?

Of course they'll going to be popular if devs will cooperate and don't be lazy working out for the future of their projects. Sometimes the problem is the person behind every goals, because it cannot be successful without any strong pillars that maintain the core of a specific cryptocurrency. Popularity will begun to shine when a coin will become in demand.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we waiting for the crypto christmas gifts(new highs) on: December 03, 2021, 10:24:21 PM
I have a look that around christmas crypto have new highs Huh Huh

Is this is a speculation that im overthinking or it is a thing Huh Huh

That's normal that we have to overthink when it's Christmas season, hopefully great highs wi happen but as I've seen the market recently most altcoins go down in liu with btc and other following coins.
Unpredictable situations might be an intense scenario to focus on, and based with my current holding I also felt unstable seeing them go with dip again.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks and Bitcoin- The needed change on: December 02, 2021, 11:51:38 PM
Banks won't disappear anytime soon because people don't like change very much and it takes time to force any kind of lasting change in society.

Some people say that traditional banks will disappear due to the emergence of cryptocurrencies because it gives consumers another option when they need financial assistance; however, I think this is unfounded speculation.

They're just saying things out of reality, most people who got their freedom on cryptocurrency were too aggressive to say against banks. But that's not right in the first place, we needed banks to process our digital money transactions. Without them we can't bridge crypto towards fiat money.
Speculations like this considered as hoax, banks and btc got a strong bonds.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether fee on: December 02, 2021, 11:13:00 PM
You already listed or compared the fees among those three wallets so why are you hesitating with Guarda? I won't mind paying from any of those wallets to be honest since it's minimal considering other networks that are also experiencing congestion.

...
If I freeze tron may be transactions fee reduce?
Yes it's supposed to but I don't think Trust Wallet supports that feature.

With respect to freezing of accounts, I encountered problems like this at binance but the asset itself had been frozen. If you belong to ethereum platform it's impossible to use other network on order to lessen your fee, you can swap but you should shoulder the entire expensive fees if it's under ethereum network chain. That's why it's very important that we must deposit our asset at trading sites, because you could choose what coins to purchase with so you could save from gas fees.
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the sites where it is paid daily or weekly with STAKING on: December 02, 2021, 10:36:41 PM
Hello,

Currently, what are the sites where it is paid daily or weekly with Staking?

I am new in these wanderings, but for example betfury or Trust Dice , They have daily payments, depending on the amount of tokens of them that we have stopped there.

Or chance are two casinos, but I speak in general, what platforms have the staking option, where we be paid per day or at most weekly.

I think it's risky when you don't got a good skills on this field of staking or generating profit from staking. I've read some projects that's offering this kind of potential passive income that provides good returns. For now, let's just set aside a good plans before deciding because when it talks about money that's really crucial during possible market drops. I'm pretty sure we couldn't handle it without ranting.
