Thanks for bringing that to our attention. I just sent a private message to the moderator (mgrep): In regards to your new rule:
Users posting "joined" type posts when not required or allowed will be BANNED
We are hosting a Token Sale soon and running bounty campaigns. Like many ICO bounty campaigns before us, we are doing something very similar. We are asking participants to sign up by posting their Ethereum account address, which bounty they are signing up for and their Slack username. We need this information.
Will these users get banned for doing so? Let me know what we need to change and we'll change it. I'll let you know his reply.

NYU's 'Dean of Valuations' Says Bitcoin Is a Currency, Not an Asset https://www.coindesk.com/nyus-dean-of-valuations-says-bitcoin-is-a-currency-not-an-asset/I’ve watched Aswath many times on CNBC over several years. I’ve used his spreadsheets to value companies and stocks. He seems to be the go-to guy to value specific companies on CNBC. I agree that you cannot value Bitcoin, but only price it and trade it. However, I disagree with him that it’s not an asset. I think Bitcoin can be both a currency and asset. In fact, it is more of an asset than currency right now. I disagree with him that an asset has to “generate cash flow”. Gold does not generate cash flow. What does the community think? Is Bitcoin an asset, currency or both?

Yes, it is possible, but only after the volatility subsides.

|
Well, I don't know if money is flowing into altcoins, but it's flowing out of Bitcoin.
