101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT NEXT FOR BTC on: November 04, 2018, 05:53:03 PM
The market is still strong and somehow bitcoin is stable at 6k barrier. If goverments or banks start to create their own digital coins, they can manage market at some rate. This can make a weakining effect on bitcoin. I don't think another coin which is on the market can beat up BTC.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STRATEGY?? on: November 04, 2018, 05:34:11 PM
The best way for having an investing strategy is to read a lot and find right coin at reasonable price. After that you must be patient and wait for a profitable price for a long time. Nobody wins by buy-sale strategy.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin bubble on: November 04, 2018, 05:30:08 PM
People start to say that bitcoin is a bubble when market cap goes down. But we can see these up and downs on other finacial markets. I understand that if you think amplitudes of waves on price of cryptocurrencies are higher than other asssets. Bitcoin is more than a bubble. Bitcoin is a digital currency which has a potential. It can be usde for online transactions and payments.
104  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Please Buy a Hardware Wallet on: October 31, 2018, 05:35:24 AM
All of us want to keep our assets secured and most of us still don't know how to protect them. There are people who suggest or offer to do that, but they mostly don't give enough information about its background and how to use it. There are so many newbees doing something stupid since they don't know very well how crypto world works. These people are vulnerable to any threat and they need to this kind of contents on forum. Thank you for this helpful content.
105  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need blockchain technology? on: October 29, 2018, 08:24:04 PM
Blockchain is not invented to count your apples on the tree. It will help to reduce control of big investors and goverments of traditional markets and commissions of transactions and payments, because it does not rely on a centralized system.
106  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a Currency on: October 28, 2018, 08:49:39 PM
Like other currencies, value of cryptocurrencies comes from their supporters. There so many people around the world who trust the idea of crytocurrencies and wish to use it as a payment tool.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: the future real money on: October 28, 2018, 08:40:41 PM
I think we'll see a double system. I mean fiat currencies which they are centralized whether it is still digital or not will be still in use but use of cryptos will be more. This process may take a few decades. People have habits and we should not except to change these habits in a day.
108  Economy / Economics / Re: LIFE GOES ON. on: October 28, 2018, 08:29:19 PM
Crypto market can't be predictable and we may see a move in a few months. Only thing we need some patience.
109  Economy / Economics / Re: Data is the new oil energy source on: October 28, 2018, 08:19:41 PM
Data is exactly new commodity of new world. Like oil, you may increase its value by processing it. A few company have most of the data reserve of the world and they use it on their behalf. Decentralization may help us create sharable and mutual data.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has 54% of the cryptocurrency market on: October 28, 2018, 08:01:13 PM
When we are in such a bear market, most of us prefer to stay on BTC instead of altcoins. Although some of altcoins have high potential to buy people hesitate.
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk bitcoin tweet will leave you swooned. on: October 27, 2018, 04:51:33 PM
Reading tweets of such smart people who have influence on economy is a good thing for the crypto community. Even though they don't show an interest on cryptocurrencies at its start, they can't stand the trend and somehow start to mention about cryptocurrencies in public.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will the marketcap of Ethereum surpass Bitcoin? on: October 25, 2018, 08:16:03 PM
BTC is the superior of the market. Bitcoin is at top, because it's the brand of crypto world. New investors mostly prefer to go BTC, instead of EHT. Of course, there is a big place for other crptocurrencies in crypto market, but it doesn’t mean BTC could easily lose its first place.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How is trading cryptocurrency different from stocks and forex trading? on: October 25, 2018, 07:41:53 PM
Since stock market is traditional, it is controlled by big-fat investors and stupid governors. They never lose money where market goes. Whether it bear or bull, they find a way to win. Because they are not only players in the game, they also make rules. For example, one a day you saw that a new tax instrument for goverment come into force. For now, crypto market is not in the servise of governors or any other groups. They intend to change it and take measures to impose their own rules to crypto market.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Market Could Hit $1 Trillion This Year on: October 23, 2018, 08:12:19 PM
To reach these numbers, crypto market must be fed more than two hundred billion dolars. Could you explain where this money will come from? For this, big and fat investors of Wall Street must put their money on crypto market. Even if bear market won’t continue like this in 2019, we may not see a bull market until we hear some greate news about accceptance or adoption of bitcoin by traditional markets.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Years From Now in Crypto? on: October 22, 2018, 03:56:57 PM
It is similar to weather forecasting, because cryptos are highly volatile, we can't predict exactly their future. As in weather forecoasting, the only way is to look back and using long term trends. By looking back, I can say that bitcoins will have wider acceptance and their values will be higher. We'll see a more regulated market.
116  Economy / Speculation / Re: At what price will a coin die? on: October 22, 2018, 02:37:22 PM
Price is not just an indicator we can use. There are more. For example, trading volume could also be used. Because we can not use an exact price to determine. Even if a coin is delisted, it doesn't mean that is dead.
117  Economy / Economics / Re: Central Bank of Crypto-Currency on: October 21, 2018, 08:20:51 PM
Blockchain technology is used for crypto currency and there is no need to a central authority. Establishing a central bank is not reasonable. It means that governments will have control on crypto currency and they can manipulate prices for their own benefit. Also, they can easily implement some regulations like international taxing.
118  Economy / Economics / Re: blockchain and voting on: October 21, 2018, 07:47:59 PM
There are too many questions that must be answered. I think, it is too early to use blockchain technology in elections. We know that politicians are looking ways to win elections and there are corruption problems. Implementing blockchain technology in an election may result with a damage on reputation of technology.
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS HOLDING TRULY THE SOLUTION TO DROP OF BTC PRICE? on: October 20, 2018, 05:59:53 PM
If you don’t need to your money in a short time, selling your bitcoin for a lower price than you bought without having any idea about the situation of market makes no sense. If people think in this way, it will reduce down pressure. Newbies who have no idea how to trade is easily trapped and lose their money. If you wait for the next bull, you can eliminate your lost even if it takes more than a year. Also, HODL is a proper way for people who would decrease effect of speculations.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: October 20, 2018, 04:56:54 PM
I would prefer top 30 or less. The number of pofessional investors who knows a lot and follow recent developments are no so high and to have info about those projects that are in the top 100 is not easy. People have little interest in all of them. Thus, investors can manipulate them as they want. But the risk is everywhere and not only in altcoins even in BTC. There will be new coins that are more promising than coins which are already in the market.
