John snow. Daenarys will die. There won't be any happy ending.
This is too bad ending, but why you choose that Daenarys will die rather than Jon snow. I think if Jon snow will die it will be more bad. Anyways, I don't predict that Daenarys die, I just follow my mind and I tell you that no one will die from now 😂. Because Jon snow died once and came back, He don't want to be a king but he will be the King. As for Daenarys I think she's the one who will kill "the Night king" and she might die doing it or she might die for jon snow. Ps: If you have seen last episode, tyrion asked her about "successor"

If you want to build something for bitcoin community and you are a experienced web developer, you can make a stolen bitcoins database, where users can post their wallet addresses and a proof of ownership and it should allow them to explain how they lost their bitcoins and they should be able to track their funds or get notifications when funds are moved. If it works properly I think exchanges can use it's Api to identify stolen funds/deposits.
That seems like a good idea, the only problem is with proving the ownership, I'll do some research on how to do that. You just need a script that can verify their signed message. You can do it thru Api, there are some available. I think I don't get he "stolen" part. Do you mean scammed? Since the user can sign a message, he has his private keys, thus access over his wallet. Could you explain more, or even give an example of a scenario. Stolen via malware etc for example see this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2059967.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2059967.msg20879432#msg20879432 His coins were sold on bittrex by the hacker, if there was some way to track and notify bittrex on time, he could have gotten his bitcoins back. and ofcource scam's can be added too.

Im pretty sure i know some of the words since i remember that i wrote them down correctly due the fact i found out that the order was wrong.
The first 4 words should be 100% correct since i found it out at that time, but im not sure if that helps at all?
Is there any other wallet i can try to enter my recovery key? That ledger stick is oudated and not even supported on their website anymore / removed from the product list.
Yes ADVANCED PROCEDURE TO IMPORT YOUR LEDGER BACKUP IN ANOTHER BITCOIN WALLET You can manually generate all keys on https://www.ledgerwallet.com/support/bip39-standalone.html Remember to always enter your mnemonic in lowercase - typing it in uppercase would generate a different but valid seed. More details: http://support.ledgerwallet.com/knowledge_base/topics/how-to-restore-my-backup-without-a-ledger-wallet

Thank you. I have still another question, hoping I'm not bothering you too much. I've read these instructions on this forum: 1.Open up ElectrumCash 2.9.2 (Make sure you have latest version) 2.Click on New/Restore 3.Select wallet with two-factor authentication and click Next 4.Select I already have a seed and click "Next" 5.Enter your Electrum wallet seed and click Next 6.Select disable and click next 7.Enter password and click next and check if it's showing balance and try to spend it.
About item #3 : I think don't have a 2FA on my Electrum wallet - I just enter my complex password (I know, it's not very safe) - , do I have to select wallet with 2FA in this case ? About item #6 : Since I haven't yet installed Electron Cash, is this instruction step " disable" different if I don't use 2FA ? No You don't need to select 2FA, you need to select "Standard wallet" in step 3 and it should work for you and yes it will be different, electron won't show you step 6.

You can use seedrecover from this tool https://github.com/gurnec/btcrecover but I think it will be hard to find a right combination of 24 different words. I would like to know where did you saved your words and can't you remember from where you have started as no hardware wallet shows seed in random order. If you wrote down your seed you must have done it one by one either vertically or horizontally, however it is possible that you might have misplaced 2-3 words but I doubt it is possible to misplace all words.

You shouldn't have any issues but make sure you have downloaded latest version of electron cash from their official site.

I am assuming this (127iJueRDoffxKKbfTBktDLsbRYXpobR1d) is the address from which your BCC are stolen because they are sent recently and did you tried scanning your pc for any malware? or while redeeming your bitcoins did you exposed your private keys to someone physically?

I would advice you to gather proper evidence and details like transactions,ip addresses etc and file a report on your local police station or cyber crime department. If you are American citizen you can file your complaint on https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Thank you ! Is't this simpler and safer ? With a new Electrum wallet, it seems that some people have had somme difficulties with privates keys, etc.. Whereas with the exchange platform, the only risk is that it closes all of a sudden or suspends withdrwals within minutes without warning - not very likely ?
Just make sure your exchange account is fully secured and does not have withdrawal limits. Because I remember once a friend sent his coins in a exchange without having a fully verified account and he had to wait for a week to get them back.

Hello,
I have read this interesting post, and I say thank you to those who give advice on this tricky subject.
I have one question : can you simply send your BTC to your exchange account (for a while), and then install the BCH wallet (coinomi or electron cash) and proceed with the same instructions to get your BCH credited in your BCH wallet ? ...You could then get your BTC back from the exchange account to your existing PC (or cold) wallet. Am I missing something ?
Thank you for your help.
Yes, you can do that.

@escrow.ms Thank you,
Is there any real urgency to move the BTC from multibit? I know it is no longer supported, but is there any extra risk because of this?
Cheers
Well multibit classic is not supported anymore and it's not segwit compatible, so you might get into issues if you will try to use it.
