101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: future of crypto ? on: July 19, 2018, 11:02:06 AM
I suppose that over time, the cryptocurrency should change incredibly and become a permanent means of payment. I hope that it will really replace the existing money now
Actually is it hard to anticipate if bitcoin will have a future becaus this thinhs is unpredictable, in fact there are many happenings may occur instatly just like unexpected pump or dump. But I do believe that it has a bright future though it is impossibe to overtake the fiat, perhaps it can only be as an alternative mode of payment.

I don't think its impossible for cryptocurrency to overtake the fiat currency. I  think there is a lot of potential from the blockchain technology and crypto market and its only time that will make the implementational change I mentioned previously.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: holding and prices will go up ? on: July 19, 2018, 10:59:40 AM
I guess that if you think about future in cryptocurrencies, it's almost certain the prices will go very much up, crypto will be the only payment method, no money at all. That's why I hold all of my coins.

I agree. With time the blockchain technology will transform the way money is handled. With this new technology its only a matter of time and as such it is good if you can HODL as this is sure to be rewarding in the future.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how you see this sudden Green Trend on: July 18, 2018, 11:07:00 AM
Previously, each green candle was regarded as the beginning of a large growth. Now this is perceived as a trap. This can make a difference for short-term traders. Med&long-term holders should not pay attention to this until the BTC exceeds 10K$.
Watch, relax and hold.

I do not think this is a trap. I think this green trend is part of the correction to get BTC towards it true value. It is therefore likely that this may not hold for very long but at the same time it could equally escalate towards the 10k cap.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: July 18, 2018, 11:04:17 AM
Before my solitary reason is to acquire cash since I believed that it is the new way and most straightforward approach to gain cash yet I wasn't right. Participating in cryptos resembles taking part in an amusement that you don't know how to play with it, so you should figure out how to learn and inquire about for the systems on the off chance that you need to learn quicker. So I joined cryptos not simply to gain cash but rather to have another information in this sort of advanced money.

My main reason for joining crypto was initiated by the boom crypto received last year. It appeared to me that this is a sector with great potential and I needed to be part of it from an early stage in order to get a good turnaround.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is the next generation of BTC? on: July 18, 2018, 11:00:27 AM
for me.
though ETH and BTC can not be replaced it will not be replaced because the BTC is so well known in the cryptoworld.

I very much agree. Ethereum is doing very well and the analysts are projecting a similar behaviour. However, even with the new power of ETH, BTC would not be replaced due to the strong sentiments people have towards it for being the first coin.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto long-term? on: July 17, 2018, 08:56:20 PM
Those who were able to hodl a lot of tokens from early last year when prices were very low made huge profits (at least 10x in most cases) when the market  was bullish by the close of the year. That trend will likely be repeated this years
Yes, I believe in long-term crypto gains. The likelihood to see improvements in crypto and larger adoption of it by businesses is on the rise and this can only mean one thing. That is crypto will go moon.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted 3-4 months in bounty and at end got nothing ?? on: July 17, 2018, 08:50:41 PM
It's the life of a bounty hunter.  Sometimes we get completely scammed.  Other times we get worthless coins in failed projects.  And other times we get a coin that skyrockets.  We HODL and it falls to 0 again.  It's not a glamorous lifestyle and is filled with nothing but frustration.  But I love it!!!

I agree, the risk of the campaigns not succeeding has always been part of it and you  just need to keep that in mind every time you take on a new bounty. If you're a good bounty hunter you can be selective, and that would improve the odds.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe in ICO Ratings? on: July 17, 2018, 08:45:03 PM
My observations about ICO ratings are, new coins recently fall below half of what their ICO ratings was. So I just take ICO ratings as a guide to know about a coin and just a way of familiarizing with any new coin before lunching into the market.

I very much agree with you on this. And, yes, ICO ratings act as a reasonable indicator for its coin and if possible should always consult them as an index to buffer your expectation for that particular ICO.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I need some Altcoin to hold longterm :D on: July 16, 2018, 09:31:36 PM
for secureness take some from the top.
For example: ETH, EOS, VeChain,Cardano are good alts for long-term investment.

For me, personally, I think Ethereum is the safest coin to go for. At the same time there are others less obvious ones other than ETH such as EOS and Dash. Tough, when it comes to uncertainty is best to do a lot of research before buying in.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Look for in a New Project? on: July 16, 2018, 09:29:02 PM
Firstly, I look at probability of project realization. Sometimes I see ICO of projects with unreal targets. So realization of project idea is the core point of any ICO for me

Absolutely, right the rate of success of the project matters most because only then you can be confident that what you're investing your time and possible money to is worth it for long term gains. Also, a good judgement about the team dedication is important.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hold Bitcoin for long time. on: July 16, 2018, 09:26:11 PM
For me hodling BTC is another form or making profit. It's been more stable than other coins. It has been dropping in price, 5% recently. But I think it's still more profitable to hodl it in the long run than panic sell now.
I agree. Bitcoin seems like one of the coins that even after a log time it would still retain its value simply because it was the first coin to exist. But of course, it all depends on thee interpretation of the 'long-time' because 1 year may not seem to long to HODL for some whilst it can be the opposite for others.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your biggest mistake up to now on: July 16, 2018, 09:23:53 PM
My biggest mistake was that I did not participate in the bonus campaign as well as did not participate in the bitcoin investment earlier if I participated in them sooner than I could now.

My biggest mistake, i can recall so far is splitting my money across to Ripple from Ethereum. With XRP now doing shit while ETH is going amazingly well. Oh, and also maybe not cashing out some of the BTC back last December.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should be standard portfolio of Altcoins ? on: June 25, 2018, 08:13:08 PM
If anyone on here would know the answer to that would probably not need to be around here much - all we can do is analyse and anticipate or make predictions. Because no one really knows is safest to diversify as much possible but perhaps you'd want to keep around BTC, ETH, LTC, DASH or IOTA maybe? Of course, everyone has slightly different preferences.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs. Altcoins on: June 25, 2018, 08:08:06 PM
Hard to say, because both btc and some altcoins are good. But you need to know, that bitcoin is the best and in my opinion invest on this is always a good idea.

I certainly agree. Both are a good one to invest with, not only bitcoin but there are also some high potential altcoins which are worth to invest. It is always wise to do to diversify your portfolio and not put all your eggs in one basket.

I also agree with both being as equally valuable when it comes to crypto trading etc. BTC is the mother of altcoins but even some altcoins have perhaps surpassed the expected market value and if you're knowledgeable enough you can spot those in trend and spread out to altcoins for some profit.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people want ETH to over come BTC on: June 25, 2018, 08:02:45 PM
There are a couple of reasons I can think of which would support why many people would like Ethereum to overtake Bitcoin those include the fact that overall ETH receives less bad press than BTC and also that there have been talks about smart contracts based on ETH which may make a huge attraction to future investors and crypto world.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Company Starts Paying Salary In Bitcoin ? on: June 25, 2018, 07:57:01 PM
I have a familiar programmer who was offered a payment in bitcoin or ether. He categorically refused  Grin.
The news is good, but I do not think that many employees will agree to receive their earnings in the crypto.

That's true. While, is great to see that some companies are thinking about crypto payments I think because of the volatility in the market they almost use it as a strategy to essentially underpay its employees. its  no surprise why some aren't very happy, its not yet a stable mode of payment and its risky still.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market has woken up on: June 24, 2018, 11:55:00 AM
It's not very likely that the market is recovering.  As for me, the market will begin to recover only in September.

To me too, it does not look like a recovering market trend at all. In fact, Bitcoin is worse off today then it was yesterday and since bitcoin determines all the crypto markets we're longing to see it climbing on an upwards trend but whenever this will happen I think its hard to predict.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do we need to diversify? on: June 23, 2018, 10:12:32 PM
The first rule in the investment sector is to invest only the money that you can afford to lose, the second rule is to diversify. In a market without any regulation as that of cryptocurrencies, it is of fundamental importance to choose different cryptocurrencies to try to reduce the risks of possible losses

I couldn't agree more. Diversification leads to many more opportunities and increases the chance of success if taken carefully while trying to minimize loss. In crypto this is especially the case, as if one market crushes you at least have other platforms to focus on.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Your Money Safer In Crypto than at the Bank? on: June 23, 2018, 10:09:06 PM
Money of investors is fully secured in the bank and interest is being applied. If your coin choice is correct in the currency of the crypto currencies and you have the chance, you can get unlimited profits

Yeah, that's true. Also, at the bank you can only get good enough money if you start with a high sum otherwise its just pennies worth which is not something you really want. Crypto on the hand is not so much limited by the start amount but by knowing your markets and taking risk. So the decision depends on whether you want to be safe or take risks and a time element too i.e. short or long term.
120  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Dean's Lister Involve sa Credit Card Scam on: March 04, 2017, 06:37:26 AM
