Yesterday (about 20h ago) I exchanged 3.2179 BTC to DOGE at about 17.7 satoshis per DOGE, which was only a little more than the average rate on most exchanges. This was done through Coinomi.
This exchange is still pending after almost one full day. It shows "Waiting for exchange". The Bitcoin TX where I made the payment is 0bef801b32e878da2778cf31e306fbda0f9a216f3e7ce7cbf5f5dcb2fcc1d59c.
Please check this and complete the transfer of about 18.1 million DOGE. Of course refunding the BTC wouldn't be acceptable because now the price of DOGE is considerably higher, as I'm sure you wouldn't consider refunding an option if the current DOGE price were much lower than when I made the exchange.

Hey Arnold, if you have a private key, you may simply import it to the myetherwallet in a web browser. Get access to your ETH address and manage any tokens.

Ive used Changelly twice. Both have gone through though it took some time.
Just a thing at the point of deposit, I was quoted what I would be getting and by the end of the transaction, it turned out to be less. Is this normal?
I dont think anyone was quoted a figure and ended up getting more...

Have used this couple of times now for crypto-crypto trading. Everything has gone well and It's fast&has low fees
I wouldn't recommend using fiat at the moment, it has insanely high fees. For example I checked earlier today when 1 litecoin was $50 that how much would it cost to buy one through them. Well the price was something like $80 for 1LTC which is very high price. So you pay $30 for extra fees.

Sorry, I can not find your exchange on the list of coinmarketcap.com when I tried to find your trading volume, I do not why and I think it is better to show your trading volumes to the investors.
They are not market makers, they are takers, meaning that they take from the market makers on your behalf, possibly from different exchanges at the same time, at the best favorable rates to you. It's basically like a trading bot. So the trading volume doesn't matter. Hey! thanks for clarifying, exactly we are trading on Poloniex, Bittrex, HitBTC and other exchange partners. We've checked the dates, that's true, first ticket was created at 3d June, those dates we were heavily overloaded in support, but we've notified our customers at all our social media, suggested you to contact us directly if you had long unresolved tickets. Both Poloniex and Bittrex have withdrawal limits, long KYC process and payment verification, it can take weeks. Changelly almost has no amount restrictions for exchange. For the big crypto-crypto trades we usually provide better rates, even if you exchange manually on Poloniex. As we have a pretty small trading fees on our verified corporate accounts on Polo and Bittrex, our exchange partners. We split the deal to a few smaller orders and trade right near the spread to give you the best available rate on the market.
As for the withdrawal fees, recently we've implemented merging bitcoins transaction to reduce the fees and provide super fast blockchain confirmation. The same as Poloniex does.

This could be just another delay that has been accidental from the Changelly team however it might be something more. I have heard rumours that say that Changelly is owned by Minergate(this is well known), and Minergate is related to freewallet.org which has recently conducted a huge scam.
On scam accusation there are just so many Changelly reports and it doesn't seem like some sort of coincidence that so many are popping up at a single time IMO.
Initially we were founded by Minergate team, that has one of the longest track record in the crypto industry. For the last year we are independent business, providing instant exchange API for many partners - official NEM/XEM wallet, Coinpayments, Uquid, ShakePay, going to be integrated into Jaxx, Coinomi, Wirex and a few others. Freewallet is also our partner for instant altcoins exchange. As we know, no one has lost funds from the FreeWallet. People on reddit were discussing without any proofs. It was just a regular funds rebalancing between secured cold storages, as Freewallet is a custodian wallet, the same as CoinBase. Update: On Jun-17-2017 Wings were refundet by Changelly. The issue is resolved.
Good to hear. However this is definitely not the only case that Changelly has held up a deposit on their site. In fact if you look at their reddit page( https://www.reddit.com/r/Changelly/) you'll see a whole bunch of complaints. This shouldn't have to happen. When I use an exchange I expect to function as it advertises, instant, easy, exchange. This is obviously not the case wehn you have to complain on reddit and on bitcointalk just to get your blockchain assets back. @Changelly, why can't you have live support to sort out this kind of thing? Your reputation is going to get very tainted by the constant delays in transactions. We are rather popular service, processing over 150K transactions monthly. In May market was booming! As blockchain is a new technology, unfortunately full of unpredictable issues - exchange partners stuck the orders, blockchain overloads, wallets are not recognise transactions properly, etc.. Recently we've doubled our support team to help you quicker. We usually solve the issues in 24-48 hours, as we promised in support auto reply. Some of our impatience customers are publishing issues to reddit/twitter/bitcointalk before getting the email answer, of course, we are helping there. Hope that make sense!

Issue was solved in a few days after the incident, compensation has been sent, that was confirmed by the topic starter. Recently we've implemented bitcoin output transactions merging to reduce the fees and speedup confirmations in blockchain.
As for support, we were heavily overloaded in May as many other popular services due to market was booming. Since that time our support team has been doubled to help you quicker.
If we are experiencing any delays, we always notify our customers about that before payment. In June we've integrated a few more exchange partners to prevent delays, even when Poloniex stuck.

Funds has been resent to the requested address in about 24 hours. We always get off coins/tokens when we are experiencing massive issues. Unfortunately not all them can be monitored in real time, as blockchain tech is rather new. But we are working to improve that process, as well as customers support. Hope that make sense!
