Shell we call Crimea by it's original name - Tavridia? Crimea of (Kirim) is a Tatar name, which stuck to the peninsular during the Tatar-Mongol occupation of Russia, when most of the igneous population of Russians, Greeks and Jews were enslaved or killed off.

Maybe the poster should actually bother with some historic research as to where Saint Vladimir was Christened, before he officially Christened Rus in Kiev (hint: on Tavridia)?

102  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: August 23, 2016, 06:21:15 PM
There are 20 million plus Eastern Ukrainians (excluding the residents of Crimea), and only around 2 million of them are living in the DPR/LPR. The remaining are living under the Kiev junta, without any right to use their native language. The situation in Syria is much better. 90% of the Kurds are living under Kurdish administration.

More than 70% of soldiers in ukrainian army right now are from eastern Ukraine and most part of them speak russian, their native language. Avakov, current ukrainian minister of internal affairs, speaks russian (his native language) on TV freely. These soldiers who fight for Ukraine speak russian as well as anchorman on ukrainain TV channel:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hB0-ITbzCko
https://youtu.be/CuttRm1Wg8c?t=22

So, it's not about language, man. Think about it.

It's not only about tongue. But what you say simply underlines the sad fact of the extent of brainwashing and manipulation of the Russian people of Malorossia over the past 25+ years to make anti-Russians out of Russians and to sick brother upon brother. That is the core definition of a civil war, which has been going on in the Eastern part of Novorossia for the last 2 years.

Support for Russian being made a state language

And the initial demands of the population, as voiced in the 2014 referendum (which brought about the violent oppression) was the status of the Russian language as the state language in that part, and greater autonomy, especially when it came to distribution of locally-earned resources. As the Kiev oligarchich regime was built on greater and greater level of stealing (sorry, concentration) of resources in the central hands, they just could not have anything of that. In that way, the second demand was what really set off the ongoing 2-year-long extermination of the Novorossian people.

Btw, as the Kiev regime implodes now, it will start intensifying shelling of Donbass even more, to draw attention and the battalions away from Poroshenko and co. However, what was once Ukraine is about to plunge into a bloody free for all across the whole of the land as the fight the bandit groups, oligarchs and nazis for the diminishing resources intensifies.

It's about to get worse, as the indicatively growing activity of our "friends and partners" on this thread shows.

I have saw a post that he said everything we see is build by someone.. So everything that exists built by someone like bitcoin and some other things. so he said god is the one created everything.. I got a logical question.. So if god exists who created him??? Guys it is not an insult.. A logical question only. Please share your ideology  Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss

Humans created all the gods (there is no "the god") - as the multitude of both monotheistic and polytheistic religions, past and present, attest to.

As humans evolved large enough brains and started asking all the "why, where and how" questions, the "divine explanation" became a general explanation category to the questions, to which those early humans had now answers (akin to the children's answer of "because"). As concrete answers and explanations started coming, gods lost more and more of the explanatory usability. For example: it was not so long ago that god(s) were needed to explain lightning. Not any more.

So, humans created the gods, and humans are killing them as their usefulness deminishes.
104  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russia's sinking: Spain is now richer on: August 19, 2016, 06:25:21 PM
OK.. here are the stats:

Russian national debt: 14.92% of the GDP ($148 billion)
Spanish national debt: 100.14% of the GDP ($1.18 trillion)

The Spanish economy is like an inflated balloon... It can burst at anytime.

This clearly shows Spain is much richer. It can borrow money easily whereas no banker wants to put into money in Russia. New car registrations give a good indication of a country's wealth, and both markets are now equal. That is quite incredible, considering the population's difference...

No. It means that Spain is living on borrowed time (and money). Russia is behaving much more responsibly to the future generations of the Russians.

An update:

http://www.aif.ru/society/law/vpervye_na_territorii_strany_es_sudebnyy_organ_oficialno_priznal_krym

An interesting fragment, at least boding well for the parents:

Quote
...
According to what the President of the European Information Centre for Human Rights in Vienna, Harry Murey told AiF.ru, the trial court issued on August 17 a ruling on the inadmissibility of  deprivation of a citizen of Russia, Angelina de Meyer, and her husband, Daniel de Meyer, of parental rights on the newborn baby. "The month-old child of De Meyer family is a citizen of the Russian Federation and at the moment is not residing in Germany. The Court emphasized that Jugendamt Paderborn CPS agency's appeal to the court is unreasonable and can not have a chance of success." - said Murey.

Recall that two years ago a court in the same city deprived Angelina de Meyer (citizen of Russia), and her husband, a native of Germany, of parental rights to two minor children - Abby and Jamie -accusing the parents without evidence of abusing the minors.

...

In that ruling, the German court has also acknowledged that Crimea, where the child was born, is in fact a part of the Russian Federation.

Quote
...
"Despite all the hardships and difficulties, August 17 can be called a truly significant day for Russia. Admitting Russian diplomats to participate in the hearing, the Court implicitly acknowledged the child, born in the heart of the Crimea, in Simferopol, for a fully-qualified citizen of the Russian Federation, according to the legislative acts of the Russian Constitution. It is obvious that there has not been set such precedents in the courts on the territory of the European Union, since Crimea became part of the Russian Federation.", - noted in the European information center for human rights.
106  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Child Kidnappings by the Western-European States on: August 18, 2016, 07:12:46 PM
I've changed the title of this thread to better reflect the reality of the situation and the much more wider reach of the problem.

Here is the recent outrageous case from Germany:

http://www.aif.ru/society/people/organy_po_borbe_s_lyudmi_u_russkih_nemcev_otnimayut_novorozhdyonnogo_syna

Two of the children of Anjelina de Mejer, (24, born in Crimea, living in Germany, ethnic German, has Russian citizenship) were taken away from her. She came once to a doctor with her daughter 2-month old, who had a swollen foot. The girl had a fracture, so the mother was accused of torturing the children (no proof were ever given by the authorities), and the CPS came to their home and took both kids away (the other one is a 2.5 year-old son) . The children were then quickly adopted away to 2 separate foster families.

Anjelina was at the time pregnant with a third child, and CPS informed her that the yet-unborn child will be take away from her too.

The pregnant woman fled to Crimea together with her mother (they correctly judged that the suspended legal status of the peninsular in Europe would let them go there without hindrance), and then moved to Moscow, where she gave birth to the third child. The family already had 2 court hearings, trying to get the children back.  She now stands accused by Germany of kidnapping the child that was in her womb, and a German court ordered to get the newborn child from Russia! The court decision says that "her guilt is not proven yet the newborn child must be taken away from her and her husband  refuse to take the blame for something that they did not do in the past." Russia objects, saying that both the mother an the newborn (born on Russian soil) are Russian citizens, and that German court is thus violating the international law.

An interesting aside - German court at first refused to let Russian consular and lawyer in, saying that they have nothing to do with the case, but later there were let in, thus actually acknowledging Russian jurisdiction over Crimea.

Anjelina said in the interview that she heard of cases when children were taken away from families, but she never expected it to touch her life.

At the end of the article there is a reference to another case of Andrei and Tatjana Lorence from a few years back, whose 6(!) children were taken away by the German CPS. They too fled to Russia with a yet-unborn child, and Germany also tried to get its hands on the new-born girl from the Volgograd region. Back then the family saved the 7th child, but the price was loss of all possibility for contact with their other 6 children.

‘Chaos in Kiev’: Ukraine trying to distract attention from Donbass conflict, says Russia’s UN rep.
https://www.rt.com/news/355657-un-russia-ukraine-meeting/

Quote
Russian UN representative Vitaly Churkin has said “there is chaos in Kiev,” following the UN Security Council meeting on recent Ukraine-Russia tensions. It comes a day after Russia detained two potential attackers on the Crimean border with Ukraine.

“There is chaos in Kiev. They don’t know what to do with Donetsk. The Minsk agreements are quite clear, but they [Ukrainian authorities] have no political will to implement them,” Churkin told journalists.

Donetsk is located in the eastern Ukrainian Donbass region, one of the hotspots of the current tensions.

"Many Security Council members called for full implementation of the Minsk agreements… This is in line with our stance," the diplomat said.

Instead of doing this, Kiev “distracts attention to other things,” he added.

Churkin also emphasized that the US delegation yet again had attempted to present an “entirely one-sided picture of the events in Ukraine.”

“Despite Washington’s statements about their determination to solve the crisis in Ukraine, unfortunately it never reflects in the UN Security Council discussions. As for the rest, I think that it was useful for us. We provided the information about what happened.”

Before the meeting, Churkin said that what happened on the border with Crimea was “a clear act of sabotage and terrorism. So I am very surprised that they raised the issue with the UN Security Council.”

On Wednesday, Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) stated it had foiled a terrorist plot planned by Ukrainian intelligence.

Explosive devices and ammunition used by the Ukrainian Army’s special forces had also been discovered, the FSB said.

Kiev rejected the claims, and accused Moscow of provocation.

Among those detained in the operation was southern Ukrainian resident Evgeny Panov, who shared details of the plan and who was behind it, according to the footage of his questioning shown by the Russian media.

“I was invited to Kiev, where I was told about the formation of a group which would be sent to carry out acts of diversion in Crimea. The group was comprised of active officers from Ukraine’s military intelligence service. The operation was prepared by Ukraine’s Defense Ministry. The plan was to blow up Russian military hardware. And of course, there was a high risk of killing people in the process.”

With the group, Panov traveled to several cities in Crimea and chose a number of potential targets – a ferry crossing, an oil plant in Feodossia, a helicopter regiment, and the ‘Titan’ chemical factory in the town of Armyansk.

Panov was paid about $130 for the operation, he added.

A day after the FSB announced the foiled plot, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko urged all military units near Crimea and the eastern Ukrainian Donbass region to be at the highest level of combat readiness.

The Ukrainian security forces on the border with Crimea are ready "for any turn of events," the aide to the Ukrainian border service, Oleg Slobodyan, told journalists at a briefing following the president’s statement.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that Ukraine has turned to "the practice of terrorism" and "is playing a dangerous game," calling Kiev's actions "stupid and criminal."

We all know why the U.S. is involved in the Middle East...oil.

It is that simple.

It is time for us to simply admit this and keep our actions constrained to only the actions that benefit the U.S.

Nation building in countries that are barely out of the Stone Age (1) is a waste of money and time.

If Military force is to be used...let it be overwhelming, decisive and quick. (2)

1) Lybia, Syria were very developed countries, until the US put them into the stone age.

2) It's not in the interest of the US to quickly end the conflicts that they started - they need them smouldering, weakening the victim, and then easily taking the spoils - oil, on which point you are completely correct.
109  Other / Politics & Society / Rememebering Georgian attack on South Ossetia on 08.08.08 on: August 09, 2016, 05:37:45 AM
South Ossetia and Russia commemorated yesterday the victims of the Georgian aggression on south Ossetia.
https://youtu.be/1DKDki2H2FQ?t=493

It happened 8 years ago, on the nigh of the 08.08.2008, just as the Olympic Games were opening in Bejing, Saakashvili, violating his word that no military aggression against South Ossetia would take place, ordered to start shelling from Grads, and then sending tanks into the town of Tshinval.

Memorial photos of the killed, and interviews with the survivors - every family there has someone, whom they lost to that Georgian aggression:
https://youtu.be/1DKDki2H2FQ?t=516

The first round hit the barracks of the Russian peacekeepers. 37 peacekeepers were killed in their sleep. The ruins of the barracks are left now as a memorial:
https://youtu.be/1DKDki2H2FQ?t=555

Georgian tanks and Grads shot at hospitals, schools, kindergartens, residential areas (note the similarity of the actions, to those of the Ukos, attacking the population of Donbass!). People tries to hide in the cellars, but for many that was not enough protection:
https://youtu.be/1DKDki2H2FQ?t=588

The only road for the civilians back then leave the burning city by. But on this road, people were met by armed groups. People were shot, their cars burnt (again, the same scenario as what Ukros 4 years later used against the civilians of Donbass!). The burnt-out cars are left there till now to remind of those days:
https://youtu.be/1DKDki2H2FQ?t=609

Almost all houses in Tshival were burning by the end of the second day of the Georgian aggression, but then it became known that Russian units came to the rescue. Another 2 days were spent on the operation to force Georgia into peace.
https://youtu.be/1DKDki2H2FQ?t=637

By the Georgian actions, Russia could have declared war on Georgia, but did not - not viewing Georgian people as the enemies (and, I think, observing the fact that it was an operation to restore peace during the Olympic games - a supposed time of peace)

"Thank you, Russia!" on a hill side:
https://youtu.be/1DKDki2H2FQ?t=647

As for Georgian and Ukrainian aggression similarities: the internationally wanted criminal and the then president of Georgia, Saakashvili was boasting yesterday how Georgian military got training from Ukraine (Yushenko being the pres of Ukraine back then) and NATO, and how Ukraine sent AA units to Georgia during that aggression. He basically admitted his and his accomplices' guilt!:

All 200 Russian Paralympianss are banned – a decision with which they waited till last moment – for the pleasure of an executioner to inflict an extra torture on a victim, I can only assume. Only athletes with the most severe injuries or impairments imaginable are allowed to compete in Paralympics, including missing legs and arms, paralysis, cerebral palsy or Down syndrome. In other words, those people who defeated insurmountable odds to survive and thrive. It seems especially diabolical to do this to such athletes.

Do you think Putin will rule Russia for life?

Is there anyone, whom do you consider a viable replacement at this point?

Are there really options for someone new to take over after Putin's presidency will end?

Personally, I think he will. He has no legal obstacles not to go for next elections, he's probably the only candidate to win.

I think that's up to the people of Russia to decide in a direct voting (unlike in the US Wink ). So far he manages to balance the interests of 190-something nationalities that is Russia.

Currently, he can go for another 6-year term... We'll know in 2018. Or maybe in 2017 if he decides to hold early elections to not give US prepare some nastiness for 2018 elections...

I don't see any viable alternatives on the horizon at the moment. Shoygu may be one - but he's best where he is now, commanding the armed forces. Lavrov is becoming old...
Knowing Putin, he may be grooming some candidates, teaching them how to deal with the politics, letting them work in the field so to speak, and it may be any of the politicians or diplomats, that are currently in the open view.

What about Williams and Sharapova : it's not secret that black people are more powerful, they genes are different from white people.

BS. Black people are some of the weakest among the human races. Look at heavy-weight boxing and fighting sports such as Judo, MMA, Taekwondo.etc. There are some 2 billion blacks in this world compared to 0.5 billion whites. Still, it is the whites who dominate sports such as MMA, boxing, Judo, Karate, Fencing.etc.

You are so dumb and retarded please do something for humanities gene pool and kill yourself or atleast never procreate   Undecided

An ad hominem attack is a nice fallacy, demonstrating that you are out of valid arguments had must resort to insults. Well done, criptix - you just removed yourself from this conversation.

Lol... that guy seems to be in everyone's ignore list. You should not quote him, as it defeats the very purpose of ignoring someone.

Now back to the topic, Serena must be banned from competing in the women's game. She is definitely not 100% female. It is more like 60% female and 40% male. That gives Serena the advantage when competing against women.

Yep, and that was what I was hinting at in that post - not at black vs. white performance. Blacks may actually be better at short, explosive sprint-like types of sports, while whites, and Asians, at the endurance sports. But that has more to do with the height of the athletes and how much work their heart has to do pumping oxygen to the muscles.

And for the doping testing to be fair, it does not do excluding athletes from the competitions. Rather, ALL athletes without exception should be tested after EACH performance, and the tests must be performed in the presence of 6-7 witnesses from different countries, which are trusted in their respective regions of the world.
113  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Banning Russia from Rio Olympics as another battle in the hybrid war on Russia on: August 07, 2016, 03:40:29 PM
...

I repeat, all athletes use different doping to improve the results of its features. Only a few manage to deceive the monitoring organizations, while other competitors are not able to deceive the control and they are forbidden to speak at the event. At this time, the Russian athletes are out of luck.

It's not so much of "being out of luck, as being set up. WADA declared a medicine - Meldonium - that was used by the athletes on all of the (post)-Soviet space as a food supplement since the 80s, to be a doping. It was known that it takes bout 6 months for the trace of Meldonium to disappear from the body. So the Russian athletes  had no chance of becoming clean between WADA put Meldonium on the prohibited list and the Rio Olympics.

It's the same as if I, knowing that you drive a green car, put though a law, saying that all drivers of green cars are criminals, knowing that you won't be able to sell that car in time...

Meldoniy (Meldonium) scandal

The Meldonium scandal began developing earlier this year after late last year WADA suddenly declared Meldonium to be a super-doping agent and banned it. It quickly turned out that Meldonium stayed in one’s bloodstream for months, and so, even those athletes who ended Meldonium usage immediately after the ban, tested positive months later and were promptly banned from all international competitions. WADA faced criticism for its ‘poorly researched and tested’ decision on Meldonium, but it simply shrugged off any such criticism and kept plowing on.

Here is an article on CBS about that: Meldonium producers say the drug can take months to leave body

The most famous athlete they got on Meldonium scandal was tennis star Maria Sharapova, who, as a result, is under a 2-year playing ban, and of course, she is missing the Rio Olympics. Why it was important to get Sharapova? Along with Yelena Isinbayeva, she is the face of the Russian sport. She was the Russian flag bearer at the London Olympics, and just like Isinbayeva, she is universally loved and admired.

its the usual anti russian bs, as if any top level athletes are not on some sort of proscribed drugs/hormones

Ironically, the situation is almost the opposite for the clean athletes. I watched a Russian documentary on the drug use in sports recently. One of the interviewed athletes said that they have a real problem with selecting clean medicines - if they, for example, catch a common cold, almost all of the medicines that you can get at the apothecary contain substances, that are on the banned drug list, and it's getting worse with every year.

IPC (International Paralympic Committee) considers whether they should ban Russian Paralympic team from #Rio2016 Paralympic Summer Games. In other words, they waited for the very last moment to deliver this new blow.

This video by RT (Russian) says the investigation against Russian Paralympic team began ONLY after July 28, 2016 ‘independent’ WADA commission’s recommendation to ban the Russian Olympic team from Rio. The Olympics are to begin on August 5, 2016 and many athletes are already there. The whole thing has been timed so that there is no time for handicapped athletes to appeal or demand justice.

If ban against handicapped and disadvantaged athletes comes to pass, Russia threatens to sue in the International Human Rights Court.

BUT THERE’S MORE:

Exactly as originally predicted in

LADA RAY REPORT: End of Olympics? Plot to Remove Russia from #RioOlympics!

250 Russian star athletes from the Olympic team (sports other than track-and-field) that still made it to Rio are now being sabotaged, while attempting to concentrate on their last preparations for the upcoming competition.

There is an ongoing plot to make #RioOlympics participation for clean Russian athletes as difficult as possible by crushing their spirit through relentless psychological pressure, suspicion and treating them like guinea pigs through incessant new doping tests.

Breaking news 8/1/16: #IOC flip-flops last moment on its earlier decision that each individual sport should determine whether Russian athletes are allowed to compete. IOC suddenly rules that each Russian athlete in Rio will have to be considered for participation by a panel of three judges: that’s 250+ athletes and 4 days before the start of competition.

Blatant discrimination and double standards: Russian athletes tested nearly 5400 times more than Americans (especially striking gap due to the fact that US team is more numerous than Russian)

The new info coming in: Russian athletes in Rio have been tested and retested so relentlessly that they don’t have time to train or sleep. This is part of the sabotage I’ve predicted in my original report!

And we are talking perfectly clean Russian athletes, who never failed a test in their life, or whose sport – such as gymnastics (artistic and rhythmic), synchronized swimming, diving, horse riding, etc. – doesn’t benefit from doping. Let’s also emphasize that Russians are favorites in most of these sports that don’t benefit from doping, having won ALL or the majority of gold medals in rhythmic gymnastics and synchronized swimming.
...

Also to be noted that China is the other singled-out country...

That part I highlighted in read makes the Olympics farce more like a place of Inquisition and execution, than the one of free sports.

An alternative above-politics international, open to all, sports competition is sorely needed!!

Last Hope for Ukraine: All-Ukrainian Orthodox March for Peace in Donbass Culminates in Kiev
https://futuristrendcast.wordpress.com/2016/07/28/last-hope-for-ukraine-all-ukrainian-orthodox-march-for-peace-in-donbass-culminates-in-kiev/

Quote
the All-Ukrainian Russian Orthodox March for Peace in Donbass started on July 3, one in the east (Donbass), another in the west (Ternopol) of Ukraine. Both marched on foot to Kiev, where they converged and joined forces.

The name for this unique event, which on a smaller scale regularly takes place for special occasions in Russian Orthodox churches, is Крестный ход (Krestniy Khod). However, the size and scope of this particular happening is unprecedented.

Some incorrectly translate Крестный ход to English as ‘a crusade.’ In reality, the right translation would be a ‘peaceful pilgrimage’ with the elements of a ‘march.’  The purpose of such event is multi-prong: to atone for personal and collective sins of humans; to ask for forgiveness and seek god’s and Divine Mother’s protection; to declare the desire for unity and peace.

Technically, initially – some time in 9th-10th century or so – a Catholic ‘crusade’ did signify the same as Крестный ход. However, the meaning of a crusade was irreparably tarnished as a result of aggressive Crusades by violent Western/Catholic knights against Jerusalem, Constantinople, Middle East and Russia with the expressed purpose of looting and conquest. Therefore, the word ‘crusade’ acquired a decidedly negative and derogatory connotation.

A reader asked me if these were two separate branches of Orthodox Church that wanted to show their unity by converging in Kiev. No, this is the same Russian Orthodox Church: its Ukrainian branch. This march united all those in Ukraine who belong to the Russian Orthodox Church, with Patriarchy in Moscow. This is the dominant religion in Ukraine.

However, there is a breakaway branch of ‘Ukrainian Orthodox Church,’ unrecognized by other Orthodox Churches and world religions. There is also a very confusing ‘Greek-Catholic’ Church, primarily in Western Ukraine, where the Vatican penetrated when those territories belonged to Poland and Austria-Hungary. The latter is essentially Catholicism with some Orthodox stuff thrown in to camouflage its real essence. Both of these have been thriving and greatly expanding since 2014 Kiev coup. They both support the ‘right sector’ and Bandera ukro-nazis; both are Russophobic. Neither of these two were a party to this All-Ukrainian march.

There is a big problem in Ukraine with these two breakaway (shall we call them separatist?) religions: using nationalists and ukro-nazis, they attack regular Orthodox churches and monasteries, beat up, kill or expel Batyushkas (priests), threaten congregations and take over such churches for themselves. The problem is being silenced or quietly supported by Poroshenko and his junta. Russian State and the Russian Church have been trying to appeal to Catholic and other religions, as well as to Western leaders to help restore justice. The West – as usual – is silent.

There were many threats against this All-Ukraine March for Peace, and not only from ukro-nazis, but also from Ukraine government officials. Ukraine’s minister of interior Arsen Avakov and his advisor Gerashchenko posted threats against march participants on their Facebook pages; recommendations to attack and kill the marchers sounded from some Ukraine parliament deputies. Rotten eggs were thrown, fake bombs were set up on the way. Odessa pilgrims were threatened to be BURNED ALIVE inside buses they were boarding to get to Kiev (recall Odessa May 2, 2014 Kulikovo Polie tragedy when people were burned alive)! Attempts to intimidate pilgrims, disrupt the march and block it from entering Kiev were made by ukro-nazis from fascist OUN/UPA.

...

While the dark forces that took over Ukraine ran to their Mediterranean villas or hid in their holes, an extraordinary situation took place in Kiev as one hundred thousand people joined the march through its streets. Previously, ten thousand joined the march when it traveled through Kharkov, and thousands joined it in every town and city it passed. In every town, including Kiev, volunteers cooked free meals and prepared tea for pilgrims. Kiev, for the first time since the bloody February 2014 coup, turned into a city of peace and unity. Observers noted that the energy during the march was incredibly high. And they are absolutely right.
