Governments are the ones obligated to pay the salaries of their employees in local fiat currency, In private sector there is no such an obligation to pay their wages in fiat, They could pay with whatever currency of their choice, It depends on the employees if they accept bitcoin or not, I don't see why they should accept bitcoin? I think they know this by now that the news of ETF is good for the market and they are using such opportunities to profit from this volatility.
