I have this funny theory that projects like DOT and ADA would have been closer to ETH by marketcap by now if not for the Binance Smart Chain. Binance was smart enough to pull a move under their nose  The've taken a lot of markets (DEX and DAPPS) that were expected to migrate from Ethereum.  ^ See what I mean? yes, when i write this post binancecoin now become TOP 3 coin at coinmarketcap lists replacing USDT so, this is enough proof, if binance coin is better than cardano or polkadot but i support the OP if at this moment Polkadot price still undervalued |

Bitcoin will always be the dominant crypto because of first mover advantage and store of value. However, in terms
of scalability and smart contracts ethereum appears to take the lead. It has a lot of problems as everyone knows, so

I always think when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency and I've thought of several methods for choosing the right time to buy cryptocurrency, that is :
1. buy coin during ICO, IEO or STO;
2. buy when the price down (dump);
3. buy when the project has a good news;
4. buy when the price starts to increase (pump);
5. buy when coin from the project listed on big exchange;
6. buy when the project already has a product.
Then from the methods I have mentioned, which method is the most appropriate to buy cryptocurrency or is there another method that you can suggest to buy cryptocurrency at the right time?
all your methode above is about fundamentally and i think you should know how to enter the market with technical analysis my friend because usually i will buy any coins if the price hit a strong support and demand zone moreover if we can combining with fundamental thats could be the most powerful strategy |

although this possibility is low and probably won't happen. but I want to ask you. if the bear market starts next month, and bitcoin falls below 20k. which altcoins were still able to survive and which altcoins are feeling the big impact of the bear trend.
we exclude stablecoins, because after all the market situation this coin will definitely be stable.

Binance smart chain is very promising and a very good contender for ethereum blockchain knowing that its more convenient with a lesser transaction fee however I don't think that it will be the ethereum killer but I can see that there is a huge potential for either EGLD or DOT to be the ethereum killer after the long run.

I have a question, which I couldn't understand. What determines the price of an ALTCOIN?
for example:
ranked 4: Cardano price is 0.95 USD .... market cap: $30,158,999,828
while
ranked 5: Polkadot price is 25.14 USD .... market cap: $24,025,000,997
on the other hand,
ranked 21: Avalanche price is 46 USD .... market cap: $3,610,321,000
What did I miss here ? why for example cardano is cheaper while avalanche or balancer coin has lower market cap but they are expensive than cardano and Polkadot ?

Hello guys, I just wondered why this project haven't been soaring these days of glory in bitcoin since I've noticed several altcoins started to show progress on their price. However, the token which I am holding doesn't show any progress like of those tokens whom able to rise so fast.
Please share your thoughts here about youc token, if you're holding this asset same as mine. I've seen some of the speculations stating that if I dump the remaining tokens I got, I would miss out chances for $1 each. That's why I need some good ideas here, so I would able to deliberate my final conclusions about it.

Question about investing in Cvc, Cardano or polkadot.
I have a goal in 2 years to get a plot of land.. im saving 200 a week in a saving account.. im looking to place 1000 initially into one of the above cryptocurrency with an additional 50 dollars invested a week in it.
I won't be day trading.. just a somewhat safe investment that will increase with time.
Any suggestions?
I'm also open to other ideas.
What I like about these is that they haven't had a rapid growth recently that always makes me think of a bubble. And the value is stable with an upward trend on them.

It doesn't look like altcoins will pump hard this time around, it's still shocking that many ERC20 tokens under Ethereum are not really appreciating in value even when Ethereum reached 1200$, I have nothing to say than to ask what the heck is going on.
Another issue is the insane gas fee of ethereum, I have been holding ERC20 tokens the most and to even sell right now is killing me inside because it costs over 10$ to move my ERC20 tokens to exchange, I might just have to give up on this heartbreaking Ethereum blockchain
even now the fee was more than $25, and thats make me scare to send ERC20 about $20 we need more than that amount to pay the fees, hopefully eth foundations will give a good solutions about this in the near time |
