161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano (ADA) coin hit $10 During 2021? on: January 23, 2021, 06:47:29 PM
I am ADA holder and trader but i don't think ADA will hit $10 within 2021 rather i can expect $1.5-$2.00 highest within 2021. ADA and DOT are now both top trend to the crypto lovers. Both deserves top 5 ranks, ADA now on 6th rank in coinmarketcap.

yeah mate, technically $1.5 - $2.00 is a reasonable price for cardano not $10
maybe in the future cardano will touch that price level, but not in this year
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum just broke an ATH price on: January 22, 2021, 08:36:17 PM
The previous ATH was $1,432. What do you think? Will Ethereum go much further than the new ATH of $1,440? Should we wait to double the price as Bitcoin did in less than a month?

i believe ethereum will double its price, but not like bitcoin my friend
wich mean ethereum need more time, to double the price not less than a month
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't repeat same mistakes on: January 22, 2021, 08:30:36 PM
In 2017 when bullrun took over crypto space and many altcoins joined later some people still keep holding thinking that their altcoins will keep surging and surging, little did they know that bull season always have short life span when comparing to bear season, bear season can stay for years but bull season is just in months, so why are you holding when you should be selling?

Remember that some bought bitcoin at 20k and they have no choice but to hold till today, imagine all this year's waiting just to get back to where you once are. Bitcoin is over 18k now, good for them cos they are near recovery since 2017.

Know when to get in and know when to get out, don't be a greedy bastard.

indeed, so many people don't know when the right time to exit the market, because a lot of them gecome greedy, when see the price growing up
and they will regret when the price down really hard, because they don't sell their assets when the price in the TOP
i think the best idea is by setting up some realistic profit target when we hold any kind of cryptocurrency
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's been so long we've seen a new project like this on: January 22, 2021, 08:21:30 PM
Looks like a true Ethereum competitor. And it's in the top 4 replacing XRP with the ranking. That's a very quick move for Polkadot. Yesterday as I was just checking it, price was $16.
Today, up by $1.00+ @ $17.72.

about the price, sometimes can be down or up in fast movements in this crypto world
by the way, i agree with you if this polkadot could be the real ethereum competirors,
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about altcoin long-term performance? on: January 21, 2021, 08:56:11 PM
Bitcoin is already 20% higher than it's previous ATH: $20,000 -> $24,000

Ethereum is 2 times lower than its ATH in USD and more than 4 times lower than its BTC ATH. Bcash used to cost a whopping $12,000 at one moment, now it costs $300. XRP went from $3 to $0.6

And these are top coins, so I'm not even going to start recounting how many coins went to zero in the last few years.

It's pretty clear that holding any altcoin for years will lose your money, either by losing compared to BTC, or by straight up losing USD value.

but i believe top altcoins such as ethereum is a good coins to hold mate
as we see now, ethereum already break its ATH, and i'm sure other top altcoins will follow to except xrp
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: You must be buying SC right now. on: January 21, 2021, 08:39:46 PM
SC is siacoin right ? https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/siacoin/
if yes, i like this coin as log term investments, and i still have few amount of this coin now
this is an old coin but survive whene a lot of new project show up
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Kraken Delists XRP on: January 21, 2021, 08:33:39 PM
seems a lot of bad news coming to xrp, and if a big exchange like kraken delists this coin,
i think others exchange will follow, and this is not a good sign my friend
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remember when ETH was $1400 a few years ago then crashed to $70 as BTC crashed? on: January 20, 2021, 10:08:16 PM
ETH really is a shitcoin with no intrinsic value. Its not a store of value since when bitcoin crashes 20% then ETH crashes 50%. When Bitcoin rises ETH barely follows, ETH is still 65% down compared to the recent BTC rise.

2018: Bitcoin $19000, ETH $1400
2021: Bitcoin $32000, ETH $1000

If you stayed in ETH you have lost more money than Enron. ETH is a scam.

There is alot of new projects that do everything better than ETH or will in the future. Let us find something better than ETH that we can all buy for cheap now have a giant distribution for everyone and then go to the moon! No need to make ETH devs and people owning 50000 ETH rich for sucking $20 transaction fees out of us.

simple mate, if you don't believe with ethereum, just do not drop your money in ethereum
but the facts, until now ethereum still become the best altcoins,
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Announcing KOIN, a PoW mineable ERC-20 that will power the Koinos blockchain on: January 19, 2021, 09:57:44 AM
i think you need to create a better announcement thread if you serious with your project mate
by the way i just want to give you an informations, if this coin already listed on coinmarketcap site now
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/koinos
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Venus - Steady Growth on: January 19, 2021, 09:47:06 AM
It's not so steady as you said but this is a good coin consider from its total marketcap and daily trade volume. The only thing that makes me doubt of this coin is only giving small ROI
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/venus/

It's even touched 100% ROI but so far this can be a good option. I know venus and it has a very good progress.
The chart shows pump and dump.

but i think this is not a pump and dump coin my friend,
because as i see in the market list, this coin listed on binance and all of us know if binance is very selected exchange to add any cryptocurrency project in their exchange
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help choosing altcoins to invest on: January 19, 2021, 09:36:18 AM
I am considering  to invest in a token AME (amepay) i think that it will be successfull with the lunch of their ieo soon on bkex exchange, they have a great team taking a lot of precautions to ensure the project and token lunch success.
Here is a link to their website
https://amepay.io/
If you have other good altcoins  to invest in please share it with us.

choose a new project to invest is a good idea, if we have a good knowledge about cryptocurrencies
but remember about the risk, because the risk if we investing in a new project is higher my friend

173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: One Altcoin to invest on: January 17, 2021, 10:27:24 PM
0.2 BTC in hand.. One Altcoin to invest? Please share your thoughts.

with 0.2 bitcoin in your hand, i think its better to invest in more than one altcoins my friend, at least three altcoins
for example Ethereum, Chainlink and polkadot
and i think i will do that if i become you
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What old coins are you still holding? on: January 17, 2021, 10:21:23 PM
Old is gold, thats why is till hold an old coins such as bitcoin, ethereum, dogecoin and litecoin
and if we talk about an old coins not an old altcoins, i think bitcoin is a part of old coins right ? thats why i mentioned bitcoin in my old coins above my friend
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Survey: 25% of crypto users not securing assets as well as they think on: January 17, 2021, 10:15:13 PM
a lot of people just trade to get profit, and withdraw their profit to buy goods or something else not holders mate
thats why sometimes they ignoring to securing their assets
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I am not investing in Bitcoin, I am staying with Altcoins on: January 17, 2021, 10:09:43 PM
In fact, in terms of pricing, bitcoin prices tend to increase significantly compared to altcoins. however, I have the same perception as the OP. currently I can't get bitcoin because of its high price. we may have it in a small amount, but we are looking for a large profit, with minimum funds. however, I still choose altcoins now because the potential for altcoins is quite large, and the price is still quite affordable.

Exactly, people who have an idea about what was happening in the year 2017, it is not a good idea to invest in Bitcoin when it is at a high price. Better focus on other potential altcoins which has a higher probability of chances to increase their prices, still those coin prices are cheaper in the exchanges which we can afford them.

but not all people can choose the right altcoins, because they need a good knowledge my friend
i think a lot of people here just buy when the hype come buddy
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is DeFi Dead? on: January 15, 2021, 09:48:42 PM
IMO the biggest thing holding back DeFi are these ETH transaction fees O_o
ETH transaction fees are part of the reason. Most importantly projects are being overblown and scams are too much.

thats why people must know how to choose the right defi project, if they don't to lose their money
for the OP, i believe defi still alive
178  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ways to earn some ETH?? on: January 15, 2021, 09:42:24 PM
There are some ways to get ether
1. Mining, but it's not worth as it requires the mining rig and this time the reward is so small.
2. Staking, you will be able to get the regular passive income from staking. You can also staking the various legit altcoins and then you can convert your reward into ethereum.
3. You can start to participate in the bounty campaign but it's like betting on the project that you wanna promote it.
4. Offering your skill to get money from another members or clients that need your skill
5. You can also apply for the blockchain job to get money as long as you meet all of requirements.

this is a complete answer for the questions above, but seems mr. makishart forgot about trading
and for me participate in bounty campaign is good idea if we don't have enough money for buy a mining equipment, or buy eth then staking or even trading
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Stakenet (XSN) Will Be Listed On Bitfinex 19th Of January! Next 10x Project on: January 12, 2021, 09:16:23 PM
this could be a good news for stakenet, but i think you should add some source link about this news buddy
and people will read the news from the real source link too
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: NMX Nominex token on: January 11, 2021, 04:24:01 PM
Nominex token (or NMX) is a cryptocurrency (token) that was created by Nominex. NMX is issued as an ERC-20 token. NMX has multiple use cases, but within the Nominex Exchange ecosystem, it is used as a utility token that allows users to receive discounts when paying for their trading fees.

https://nominex.co/
