1002  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Recovering coins from Hive on Android on: April 16, 2016, 07:47:06 PM
concerning your issue:

How can I export the private key(s) of my wallet?

Hive Web, Hive iOS and Hive Android do not provide a direct way of displaying or exporting the private key associated with one of your Bitcoin addresses. However, all your keys are derived from your BIP39 passphrase, which means you can use any wallet that supports this standard. We believe that the upcoming Multibit HD wallet will be able to read your passphrase and provide individual private key export.

Hive Android Legacy also does not support private key export. In theory you can try to extract keys from the backup file, which is an OpenSSL-encrypted protocol buffers file, but this is definitely advanced tinkering - see this README for hints.

Hive Mac supports private key export starting with version 1.4.1 by accessing Wallet > Export Private Key… from the top menu.

Comment Bitcoin pourrait conduire à l'anarchie mondiale

Un titre extrême, mais l'article cite des exemples d'utilisation de la blockchain.
article interessant , bien que titre tape a l'oeil , comme a chaque fois avec la presse française quand elle parle du Bitcoin...

1014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: bit coin problem on: April 10, 2016, 12:26:32 PM
bitoin core is just a hudge issue to be sync.. as i understood from your post, concerning your wallet usage,  you dont need to run this kind of software. just download a lightweigt wallet , who dont have to sync the blockchain , like electrum ( as mentioned on the post above ).. , and you will going to avoid a lot of problems.  Wink

1016  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: [ESHOP launched] Trezor: Bitcoin hardware wallet on: April 10, 2016, 10:15:57 AM
I used Armory for years, liked it but tired of using two computers for cold storage and changed to Trezor and have not looked back. Armory has been promising Trezor support but it never comes. I doubt it is a priority now. I am aware of the privacy advantages of running your own full node and Trezor owners will have that option soon according to this post on reddit. Mytrezor release with Bitpay Bitcore support is coming soon. If you do not want to run a Bitcore node on your own Linux box you will have the option in myTrezor.com to connect to other public Bitcore servers. Woohoo!

that's interesting.  any experience with Bitcore?  is it just another implementation of Bitcoin Core as a full node?
sorry but isnt be a bit "off topic" ? whe are in Trezor Bitcoin hardware wallet  thread (  no offense here , just to put a reminder.. Wink Thanx.

1019  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction fee on: April 09, 2016, 05:11:49 PM
How big is transaction fee in bitcoin?

Minimum, maximum?
What do you want to pay to successful transaction?

Thank you.

Use a wallet who offers dynamic transaction fees.
These will calculate automatically how high/low the fee should be.
i agree Wink  for exemple: ------------>  electrum (as cited 2 posts above...)
1020  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction fee on: April 09, 2016, 05:00:34 PM
there are no minimum or maximum.
what fee to pay depends on factors like the size of the transaction and total number of unconfirmed transaction currently waiting on the mempool.

the site the user above me posted (https://bitcoinfees.21.co/) can be used to determine what fee you should pay.

Minimun can be zero but it will take transcation to complete in ages. I think the normal fee is 0.0001 BTC
NO ! : that's depend of the kilobytes of your transaction : a good (minimum) choice is : 0.0003/ kilobyte.
and better: 0.0005/kilobyte ( what is the defaut electrum's  fees)

...keep in mind that's stay a RIDICULOUS amont of money, as  fees, to send money easily all around the world Wink

i really dont understand why some user dont want to play the game in a fair way.. maybe you want do that for ... FREE ?? .. LMAO  Grin

indeed, you can do it for 0.0001/KB ...  but : just think to miners please... ' even if you 're not here to be "social ".  Cool
