Copyright is a legal right created by the law of a country that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights to its use and distribution, usually for a limited time. The exclusive rights are not absolute; they are limited by limitations and exceptions to copyright law, including fair use.

1363  Economy / Services / Re: [4 BTC] AntMiner firmware job on: August 05, 2015, 03:01:09 PM
Hi,

This is a job offer to prepare and test updated AntMiner firmwares with additional features. The main reason is to get updated AntMiner cgminer binaries and full firmwares with new patches (extranonce.subscibe, nextdiff bug, etc.), because Bitmain is not including newer versions of cgminer into their firmwares. The job is to:

A. Build current versions of cgminer:
- basis is our master branch of cgminer: https://github.com/nicehash/cgminer-ckolivas
- you must build cgminer binaries with latest drivers for AntMiner S2, AntMiner S3, AntMiner S4, AntMiner S5 and AntMiner C1

B. Compose full firmwares:
- compose full firmwares for seamless firmware upgrade/replace for AntMiner S4, AntMiner S5 and AntMiner C1 (no need for AntMiner S2 and S3 since cgminer binary can be directly replaced on running firmware)
- basis is smit1237's work with custom firmwares (see S4, S5 and C1 firmwares here https://www.nicehash.com/?p=software#cgminer)

All cgminer binaries (S2, S3, S4, S5, C1) must be tested and all firmwares (S4, S5, C1) must be tested (ask community for help if you don't have your own miners).

Once the job will be completed and we'll receive binaries and firmwares we'll pay for the job 4 BTC. We already had some jobs successfully completed (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=362449) and we're running a trustworthy service since April 2014.

For any additional questions please post reply to this thread.

Kind regards,
NiceHash

Great stealing BITMAIN's COPYRIGHT way to go !

1377  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] limited serie's of 100 original Bitcoin Bullion Bars on: July 23, 2015, 07:23:41 PM
I'm not defending OP.. But it looks like the bars are a custom made design... but the supplier decided to sell the design too... The description says customer custom design...  The design just happen to be misleading and totally wrong.....  .999 fine silver.... being the first...

http://www.aliexpress.com/item/100-pcs-lot-Customized-Made-Non-Magnetic-Brass-Silver-Plated-1oz-Bitcoin-Bars/32355938034.html

Question to OP.   Was it in the contract that the supplier can sell your design..... This is just a question ...and as a warning to any users who want to design there own Bar/round on the cheap....Basicly ....  DONT USE THIS SUPPLIER TO PRODUCE ROUNDS OR BARS!!!!!!  Because they will sell your design.
yeah BG4 .. this is what i thought it  happend ., but apparently it's a mistake they made: but they didnt sell this design to anyone else.. and they will never do it. "Sorry, this item is no longer available!" is clearly stated on their website...

so the fact is: theres only 100 bars produced.., and there will never be another one !

thread locked now.
1378  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] Defcons "not so limited edition" silver plated bars on: July 23, 2015, 07:02:59 PM
I have contacted the seller of these bars and asked if I designed the bar would he sell it,

his response:

"Thanks for your fast reply.
We promise that we won't resell your design, because the custom design is your idea and you have to pay the mold fee. Once you pay the mold fee this design is belong to you. please believe us. "

still on the fence here
i havent read this one... so thanx to admit it .. anyway , i will be back from hollidays in  a week ..   Wink

Edit:  that's not change a fact: there's only 95 bars available on 100 produced, and these numbers will never be produced ..  Wink so ,  you should think to change your thread title.. Cheers !
1379  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] Defcons "not so limited edition" silver plated bars on: July 23, 2015, 06:55:11 PM
I have asked them who made that design

lets see what their response is
yeah .. let's gona see what they have to tell you dear detective Smiley

ho ... it's seems there's only one lot sold.. and this product is no longer available.. so... maybe the op of the original thread( me) who is actualy in holidays ( why the tread is actually closed Wink ) follow that ...  Cool Thanx for all that ...
1380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: stolen bitcoins from Bitcoin Core on: July 22, 2015, 08:52:27 AM

I have Bitcoin core loaded and 5 bitcoins in the Bitcoin Core wallet.  Passwords kept offline.  I was updating the blockchain and my computer got hacked.  My balance now says 0 and unconfirmed says 5.  Here are my questions

1) Are my coins actually gone or can I still recover them if they are "UNconfirmed"
2) I have several hundred lightcoins and I would like to know what precautions I need to take to  stop from having those stolen if I try to update the lightcoin block chain

Thanks

John K
your bitcoins are safe.. it's seems to  be a  btc core  sync issue.. as you show them as unconfirmed.
