10001  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: February 17, 2017, 06:02:42 PM
in fact even from a signature campaign the profit is not fixed. because we mostly convert bitcoin in to our local currency and when we get bitcoin from signature campaign the it depend on the price of bitcoin some time the price goes up so our income is more and some time the profit is less when the price fell down.
Not just due to the bitcoin price fluctuations. But there would be no guarantee that you will get a campaign all the weeks. There were so many campaigns went off suddenly, in those times how we can compensate the campaign earning. It would be too hard to find a fixed income through freelancing way hence with signature campaign too.

We must work on multiple income streams if we always want to achieve some consistent amount of bitcoins. Then obviously bitcoin fluctuation also a factor on deciding our income levels.
10002  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any opinion of trading cryptocurrencies vs penny stock? on: February 17, 2017, 05:40:46 PM
I mean do you find yourself more successful in trading cryptocurrency than penny stocks?
Trading cryptocurrency specially trading alts is quite similar to penny stocks however it is quite simpler than that. It is quite hard to find out legitimate source about penny stocks and also hard to get any update about them. But there are many resources we can use to understand the market sentiment, updates and trend for alts. So i find crypto trading better than penny stocks trading.
Yes, only altcoin trading could be compared against penny stock trading not the bitcoin trading even bitcoin is still an experimental project. But an usual US stock will have market cap like $500 billion or $800 billion whereas bitcoin's market cap is still struck around $15 billions. But when considering one bitcoin prices, most of the stocks look like penny stocks lol.

In my experience, penny stocks are just gambling. They may take off or they may remain penny valued all the times. I never preferred trading penny stocks whereas bitcoin trading is highly profitable for me.
10003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Selling Mining Rig! Exceptional price: 1.3B or 135eth (normal value over 1500€) on: February 17, 2017, 05:05:18 PM
where youre county, if diference county how is shiping
and transaction can use escrow or not
Both of your questions were already answered by OP. He is from France and he is ready to go through escrow.

@OP,
Will it be possible to post a screenshot of your collective mining hash power. I guess that might motivate some mining aspirants to consider. What about shipping costs, that would be a big concern for many overseas buyers because they also need to clear customs duties.
10004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Decred speculation on: February 17, 2017, 04:19:07 PM
What do you think Decred's price can reach in a near future ?
Reach one USD ? Right now decred is trading around $0.002 levels with market cap of 7,597 bitcoins.

I am not finding any positive events for decred price appreciations other than few investors found on their own forum.
I agree that decred is totally a different altcoin still now a days that alone will not be enough to have some decent value.

Check for different factors which are associated with one particular altcoin if you plan for any investing. Right now I am not finding any drastic value changes for any altcoins. Only bitcoin seems promising.
10005  Economy / Speculation / Re: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love FUD on: February 17, 2017, 01:38:01 PM
I don't know how someone can stay calmed when dump starts, and all of a sudden you are bombarded from every source you watching with terrible news.. Im mediocre trader still learning, but how can you know that that is not 500$ dump or even lower? Everything looked like going back to beginning!
it is a valid concern and I am not pretending that I don't have it. but it is all about chances of different things to happen. and also it is the experience of knowing what can affect bitcoin price in what way and by how much, and then is it really serious or temporary dump to get cheaper coins.

-snip-
There are lot of differences between just FUD and impacting incidents. If you fail to differentiate them then no one will be able to help you regarding your worries on bitcoin prices. The real negative incidents are always impacting bitcoin prices and we need to bear them if we are a long term holders whereas FUDs will not sustain for one or two weeks and markets always witness a bounce back in quicker time.

Both investors and adopters of bitcoin need to concern the FUD, but the history has showed that we need not to bother them. Still if we bother, we can use them to buy back more Cheesy
10006  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will BTC surpass Gold in price? on: February 17, 2017, 12:44:44 PM
BY what means, we are comparing 1 ounce gold prices with 1 bitcoin prices ?
This must be a valid point we need to consider and unfortunately both got struck around $1000 price levels which makes people compare them in more preciously bitcoiners are considering gold as a competitor in value race. Nothing would be wrong here imho, we can expect another competitor around $10k levels when bitcoin will be trading there.

As of this post gold is trading at $1234 an ounce and bitcoin is trading at $1021.
If I remember right, in late 2013 itself, gold prices were beaten by bitcoin. But did not hold. The current sustaining prices may land bitcoins into $1500 levels hence we can expect gold prices will get out numbered.
10007  Economy / Speculation / Re: Spectacular bitcoin performance. on: February 17, 2017, 08:21:39 AM
Bitcoin is no longer waiting for china. Im sorry chinese guys, you need to hurry up and get your money out of that country, start stacking up on bitcoin by buying on other exchanges. Bitcoin waits for no one. ATH incoming.
The short term manipulator may come from any country and it is assumed that we had similar players from China to pump and dump bitcoin prices in recent times. But it doesn't mean that bitcoin prices is always depending on them for a rally. There are lot of other economics around the world to impact bitcoin prices and that is what happening right now after China faced huge sudden regulations with their bitcoin activities.

Still, China has obvious reasons why they had impacted bitcoin prices explicitly like more mining power, investors and adopters. Hence there would be no wrong on our assumptions of their control over bitcoin prices.
10008  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1 in a million on: February 16, 2017, 09:44:37 PM
Such a lucky person who holding 21btc and never made a good amoutn of bitcoin like that and still hoping that i can handlbe bitcoin even just 5 btc.. in my wallet.. to hold it for a long time.. and now the price is getting more high and hardly to reach just like other people..
The only thing we can do now is to get more bitcoin and start a business if there is opportunity..

I do not know the extra benefits of having 21 BTC why you are telling them lucky.  It is not thru luck but effort and belief in Bitcoin that they hold more than that 21 BTC.  We can also strive for it,  let us just save part of the BTC we earned from our works and profits.  I can say it would be nice if we can be one of those 1 million who have 21 BTC in stash.
Because there is a consideration of imaginary club which measures the eligibility criteria as holding one in millionth of total bitcoins. Being one person out of millions would be a privileged one in my opinion too when considering the total worlds populations of 7 billions. But only future bitcoin prices will decide whether they are lucky or not.

Those early adopters got chances to join club of 100/1000 or even into 10. In future people may consider a person to join a 10 million club. So, as of now it is still an achievable milestone yet has some prestigious considerations.
10009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I dream of a day BTC will be boring! [POLL] on: February 16, 2017, 09:26:50 PM
Bitcoin is boring for most of the long term investors like myself. I do not look at the short term volatility but rather what Bitcoin does over a longer

period. I do not day trade anymore, because it controls your life, and you have to arrange everything around the highs & dips in the price. I check

the price once per day, out of interest. So for most of us, Bitcoin is pretty boring.  Wink
What about when bitcoin inches every $10 rising, your total networth booming ? You are still getting bored on watching them ? (If you claim that you have your bitcoins on cold storage, you can have watch-only wallets. At least you must be following them on blockchain explorer).

Same way, you might get heart attack when prices fluctuate $100. Moreover I just imagine it is very much similar to watching an automated dice gambling. You set all and watching how your balance floating.  Cheesy

I guess you must be into some other full time business and you do not have enough time to have these thrills lol
10010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we ReBrand Bitcoin? on: February 16, 2017, 09:11:36 PM
totally changing a currency.. no.
but regular subtle rejuvenations do happen..

agree,
thankfully, that's happening. bitcoin still being developed, discussions like segwit vs BU will make sure to improve bitcoin with time.
I am also always in support of new revolutionary changes. If re-barnding will bring new blood of enthusiasm but without losing what are being accepted as core concepts, why not we may go for it.

I remember similar topics which were discussed earlier but they were dealing only about the name of bitcoins (like naming bitcoins for example digital money or smart cash) but here OP mentioned about few other things too, which might need to be considered for a better future of entire bitcoin systems.

Also, some other people are suggesting about considering change of unit for bitcoins like switching into mBTC or satoshi. Why not we have that too a part of rebranding ?
10011  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Android apps that pays Bitcoins on: February 15, 2017, 08:29:39 PM
i want to know which android apps pays btc for downloading apps or do tasks
like coinbucks
There are lot of such apps basically works similar to gpt sites. But my experience with many of them were not that good. They are not approving or approving my works after long delay.

More particularly the success rate of using such apps is highly depending on your geo location. If you are from tier-1 countries, you may get lot of offers to earn quick to reach withdraw thresholds.
Other than those, there are many games and these apps give you bitcoin, either for free or for playing and competing against others, but usually these kind of apps do not give a very big amount just a few satoshis nothing more and they take some time, but still they are free so you can’t complain if you’re a new user.

You can search app in playstore with keyword bitcoin faucet
You can find app pay bitcoin like bitmaker or some app finish task for get bitcoin
Yes, tons of apps are available but the catch is what are worth the time and efforts. I tried many but finally concluded signature campaign would be the search stopper for me.
10012  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Would you rather use Paxful or LocalBitcoins and why? on: February 15, 2017, 07:59:53 PM
When it comes to selling and buying bitcoin I would prefer using localbitcoin, since it has many trust worthies who have been in the selling bitcoin business for a really long time and have made many deals, so the chances of getting scammed is little since they also have an escrow which does not coast that much, so I really recommend it.

Honestly I have not used paxful yet. I read many positive reviews on them, but when I am really finding comfortable dealing through localbitcoins what would be the need for me to switch over or test a relatively new services.
10013  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scam indicators? on: February 14, 2017, 06:25:13 PM
Being scammed in one way or another seems inevitable, what are the clear indicators that a legit-looking service is actually a big scam of some sorts? Is this forum a good place for info to detect a fraudulent scheme?
Actually the service can go down anytime indeed and while some obvious signs are : stopping the withdrawals from members while appreciating the deposits and everything else. Moreover another sign is the site's admin would try to show as if he is busy and cannot reply. In those cases just don't leave any money in those sites/services.

no one will know when scam is come to us, there are no indicators that can detect scam. if one thing is legit and in one day its going to scam, maybe we can see the sign like in hyip, if the sites is make pending payment then its the sign that sites is going to be scam and i think its happen too with another business so we need to be careful.
There are always some signs to find whether a particular service is gonna go down/scam like when cryptsy got scam they blocked user's withdrawals initially and they were allowing deposits on the contrary.
10014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we still gambling while we always lose? on: February 14, 2017, 04:56:42 PM
Every person will have an inner feeling that they can win the gambling on one day, even though they won't bother about their loss happening to them. Their ultimate goal is to make big bank roll, no one will change this type mentality, because they are addicted to gambling and will not change their mind at all.

That's true, many of us thinks that way. We tend to think that if we are going to try it again we can have a chance to win again and again for sometime but the result is opposing to what we think. And the cycle on how we think that way keeps on repeating and moving, that's why we still gamble even we keep on losing.
When we loose in gambling we feel like it was not the gambling's mistake rather it was just that we had less bankroll. Because I have seen guys betting on primedice and when they loose they don't curse the gambling, or maybe temporarily they do, but the next day they come and say that they have a better bankroll and people should invest under them.

So, basically that confidence is because they are too addicted and think everytime that the bankroll was low. But don't know seriously when these guys will learn that its the house edge that cause them loss.
10015  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you beat the house edge on: February 14, 2017, 04:21:05 PM
Can't you beat the house edge? Today, with all these Bitcoin casinos and dices, I think it would be possible to beat small house edge with like 1%.
Yes, you can, if you win before you lose, withdraw money and never gamble again.
I just don't see other possibilities to win against house.
One way is that but the temptation will get you gambling again I can guarantee friend. I think rather than that just do freestyle betting on dice and do not apply any strategies because all what these strategies do is to just make you optimistic and a looser.

While freestyle gambling will not guarantee any profits I agree but surely is much better than a chasing a goal. Just gamble any amount normal odds and stop once you feel is enough.
10016  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is there any dice site with free giveaway? on: February 14, 2017, 03:25:25 PM
Almost all of the dice sites have large give away most of the time and then you can start claiming the faucet if you want to test their site.If you look at the give away section you will get an idea about the give away the sites are giving and in prime dice there is an happy hour where you get ten fold from faucet.
Yeah right but those giveaways in the gambling section are mostly wagering competitions or otherwise they are signup bonus (like duck dice promotes saying they give 3000 doge on signup, though I never tried getting that).

Added to this, a personal advice rather than chasing giveaways friend please better do something conservative, I have spend a lot of time in pt chasing free money and got nothing literally apart from experience.
10017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Martingale at Rollin.io 0.1BTC -> 0.2BTC on: February 12, 2017, 09:03:50 PM
Sharing this video I made again Smiley

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjJ3PFaslVE&t=35s

Managed to double my 0.1BTC deposit at Rollin and withdraw over 0.2BTC

I see a lot of people talk about how good Martingale technique is, so maybe this video is helpful! Was fun Smiley

I am happy for you that you've won in that kind of techniques which is totally not recommended if you had low capital! Yes you've win but that doesn't mean that it's going to be same to others that going to try your technique, Honestly I already tried your technique a long time ago but didn't make any profit from it ! I guess you're just lucky! but still congratulations!
Indeed for me too or I would rather say that when I started gambling that was the last time I ever won from gambling and since then I have just become quite unlucky or something.

I tried the same strategy with 0.01 btc and believe me or not I was so unlucky that I did not at any point made even 0.005 profit, while loosing all the bankroll and what was left like 0.001 in balance I gambled it away at 10.00 odds and lost.

Tried out many strategies till then, but results are same always. That may be the reason I am not getting any excitement to test OP's strategies. I am sure my bad luck will remain same unchanged.
10018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New casino vs old and trusted one on: February 12, 2017, 07:02:20 PM
Even new ones will have a good faucets, games and even a high house edge, though they cannot give their full trust to some new casinos without even knowing if they will be. And i will really pick the old casinos because it is the trusted and proven sites and casinos.
I choose the new sites only if they have some attractive events like chat trivia, some bonus or free rolls and something like that.
Is it only me or you also think the same : new sites martingale works much easier and longer while on sites like PD we bust too soon, is it because of some seeds randomization ?

I think new casinos attract investors, because there is a low bankroll there which strengthens such casinos. What else can help? Do you think a signature campaign makes big difference, for example?
No. I will never touch new gambling sites for investment purposes. It is too risky. Rather I would prefer sticking with crypto-games kind of well established sites even the reason you have mentioned is not applicable.

Do you think a signature campaign makes big difference, for example?
Signature campaign for new or old site will not make any big differences. Through campaigns sites stay competitive. Probably campaigns help new sites to get established to enter the race.
10019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you bet on "Sports" games that you don't know? on: February 08, 2017, 08:18:48 PM
A big No! why would i do it? I don't  want to lose my money on unfamiliar teams and i would prefer to bet on nba,ufc or any familiar sports who im following on and i believe that many gamblers do that the same way to since if we bet on unknown teams and sport surely we got a high chance to lose and we will surely doubt on why we do that.

There are some gamblers that loves to gamble with the sports that they don't know and that's like guessing game for them and they think they can win with those games. And they intend to think that that is gambling, all about luck and guessing so if they won they are lucky enough and if they don't, then they are not lucky.
If its all about luck and you are just guessing things then why not try dice which is in fact provably fair also and enjoy high odds than sports plus instant payouts .. I said instant payouts because some sites like bet365 take 24 hrs to process withdraws while 99% of dice sites have instant payments.

If luck is what you all are dependent on then sports isn't your thing guys.
10020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: February 07, 2017, 09:46:46 PM
Why is anything addicting? I mean why is smoking so addicting? Why is drugs so addicting? Why is anything you can’t stop doing so addicting?

There are biological and psychological reasons behind it that unlimited amount of sources are out there already answered this.

I feel like we are feeling a void in our life with them. I can stop gambling anytime I want but I can’t stop smoking for example. I come to realize that most of the time I do not smoke because I need to, I smoke when I am bored.

Gambling is this thing behind everyone mind (people who gambled before of course, not everyone in the World) that you can’t stop thinking about. That is when you gamble couple dollars and get rid of that feeling and not more. Its a bad addiction if you lose it all, its a decent hobby addiction if you just gamble properly and with amounts you can lose.
