Yep, if your account is banned, you can't use all your account during the period (how long have you beem banned? If no time specified then it means you can't use the forum forever). Your this account can't used to send PMs, only posts in Meta, and about your ban is allowed.

Maybe you don't quite know the market price...? 0.02 is way too high for Jr. Member (they worth less than 0.01 IMHO), while 0.4 is way too low for legendary (they worth at least 1BTC IMHO).

I have recently bought a Google Play card of US, and use it outside US without proxy/VPN.

My method:
1. Register a new account (a new email)
2. Choose your country as US, but not your original one
3. Login to the new account at your phone
4. Choose 'redeem' at Play store, paste the code
5. It will ask for postal code. Just make up a 5-digit number for that
6. Done!

Just updated the game, however I found that the leaderboard was reset... Fortunately I still keep the 1st status, but I done it 6s slower
