10161  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you assume Satoshi was a Male? on: April 15, 2015, 02:10:18 PM
I assume everything.
So, either Satoshi is male, or female, or maybe this is the name for whole organization.
Probably we will never know.
10162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this the end of bitcoin? on: April 14, 2015, 07:45:28 AM
Right now it's the end of the old infrastructure, we will see if btc dies with it
In a sense this is an interesting view of the issue
The infrastructure developing now and the decentralized networks to replace them later, relatively it is the end of at least one architecutre even if it was only to be a piecemeal solution for later technology.

Yes, I think also like this.
Infrastructure can change and develop but I don't think this will affect bitcoin much.
Technology is evolving every day and it is a very good thing.
Right now, I'm much more worried about the value of Bitcoin, and its price and stability, rather than on how the development of infrastructure affect BTC.
10163  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Guess I know who I'm voting for in the next US Presidential election already... on: April 14, 2015, 07:39:31 AM
It seems he is very good candidate but still is to early to decide about this.
Still can apply second, even better candidates, let's wait and see.
I just hope that Mrs. Clinton will not win, there is no change or any progress with her.

10165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is just to complicated for the average person to use.. on: April 11, 2015, 01:29:18 PM
1980: No one will ever have a personal computer it is to complicated to use and serves no purpose.

1990: No one will ever use the internet it's to complicated to use and serves no purpose have you heard of a video recorder.

That's true computers were thought to be too complicated to be used until companies  like Apple and Microsoft focused more on the user expierience and made computers what they are today. We need companies like Apple and Microsoft that focus on the user experience to make bitcoin usage easier for the average Joe.

Yes, true.
BTC can be complicate for some users right now, but this is not the main reason why there are not many people who use bitcoin.
Bitcoin still didn't not become mainstream and still there are not many places where you can use bitcoin.
When this change, people will become more interesting to learn about bitcoin, how to use it, where etc.
We have spoken before that computers are too complicated for people and today almost all use them.
The same thing will happen with Bitcoin, there is no doubt about it.
10166  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paypal wants to accept BTC now?? on: April 11, 2015, 01:18:23 PM
I heard this news already a few times but still nothing happens.
In a way, paypal and bitcoin are the competition, so there is no clear reason why paypal should accept bitcoin.
In my case, I cash out my BTC earnings to paypal through VirWoX and this works perfectly well, without any problem, so I don't care if paypal ever accept BTC or not.

10167  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Guess I know who I'm voting for in the next US Presidential election already... on: April 11, 2015, 01:11:43 PM
Well, if he legalizes Bitcoin within the entire U.S, it would be a big thing amirite? I think that this could technically fit in this section and the bitcoin discussion section.

The President of the United States alone can't take steps for the legalization of Bitcoin. For that you need majority support from the House, as well as that from the Senate. Right now, most of the representatives there are from the establishment section of the GOP. They will make sure that any such measure is not taken up during his term, if he becomes the POTUS.

Yes, US president can't do this alone, but he can initiate such process.
Of course, US presidents wins the Office of the President because of the support of powerful lobbies, including banks, so it is not likely that any US president will propose something contrary to the interests of those who give it its support.
It is a sad reality of modern politics.
10168  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam hates people? on: April 11, 2015, 01:03:32 PM
For me such question is strange.
How can religion hate people?
I know that people can hate other people, because of their faith, race, nationality etc. but I don't think that religion itself can hate somebody.
We can say or considered that people can be influence by religion to do or believe something, but this is completely different issue.
10169  Other / Off-topic / Re: General Football Discussion on: April 11, 2015, 12:54:38 PM
Barcelona will become the winner of the champions league  Cool

In my opinion Real, Bayern and PSG also have a good chance to win the Champions League.
Barcelona currently plays very well and Real was in a small crisis, but we are still very far from the Champions League finals and everything is still possible.
10170  Other / Off-topic / Re: Buy a house with bitcoin! on: April 11, 2015, 12:24:12 PM
WOW if you can buy a house with your bitcoin earnings, this is really something amazing Smiley
I guess some people was lucky to join this opportunity very early, as first users, and could collect some good amount of bitcoin almost free, and now they are very rich.
Wish I could have such luck.
10171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks and Bitcoin on: April 10, 2015, 08:38:28 AM
In my opinion, banks will never accept BTC.
BTC is for the banks actually competition and threat, not something that can be offered as an additional financial product.
It is much more likely that banks offers its own virtual currency than BTC.
Banks do not like the things over which they do not have complete control.

It is a controsense that the banks will start to use bitcoin. Because with bitcoin I can send payment from A to C without pass to B, instead with banks I am obliged to pass from B. This is way bitcoin and banks can't coexist if we are thinking in a global adoption.

Exactly!
Bitcoin and banks simply are not compatible.
There are no profits for banks here.
No profit no interest Smiley

10173  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Would You Use a Bitcoin Debit Card? on: April 10, 2015, 07:51:52 AM
It depends really about the cost of the card and its availability in my country.
Right now, we have just 1 BTC ATM in my country, and still very few merchants accept Bitcoin, so these are not sufficient reasons to get started with BTC card now.
If more merchants accept BTC in the future and we get more BTC ATM here, in this case I will be interesting to have my own Bitcoin Debit Card.
10174  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: April 10, 2015, 07:45:37 AM
One more time, you can't hate religion, faith or ideology.
It makes little sense.
But, you can hate bad people in Islam, other religions, politicians etc.

10175  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate? on: April 10, 2015, 07:40:43 AM
In my opinion, people hate because of ignorance.
We hate something we don't understand, because it is different from our worldview or culture.
Very good example is Islam and Muslim people.
Some people hate them because they think, based on incomplete or false information, that the Qur'an is a bad book that hate other religions and faith, and that all Muslims are necessarily bad and intolerant people.

10176  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to be fearless? on: April 10, 2015, 07:29:23 AM
Fear is good feeling, in reality.
If you are in danger, fear can save your life.
Of course, you have to learn how to control this emotion, or any kind of emotion, in your life.
10177  Other / Off-topic / Re: Last book you read or are currently reading? on: April 10, 2015, 07:26:57 AM
Miserable by V. Hugo.
Great book about life of average people in 19th century, but it seems no so many things changed since then.
10178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Losses on: April 08, 2015, 08:07:53 AM
As I read your stories it really gives me the creeps.
It seems I'm lucky, still didn't loose anything.
My strategy is to cash out my BTC, as soon as I earn them, via paypal to my bank account.
Value of BTC is still not stable, prices constantly rising and falling, so I don't see any reason to keep them in my wallet.
I also don't buy things with BTC, don't play games so no meaning to keep them to long in my wallet.
I'm sorry because of your Bitcoin Losses.

10179  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Miracles of Bible... on: April 08, 2015, 07:59:56 AM

Thats why some people got crazy by reading the bible there are so flaws in it. You would read other passages that contradicts the other.

There are no flaws in the Bible. The flaws are in the people... especially the people who look for flaws in the Bible.

Smiley

I can agree with this.
Bible is really very special and unique book, written through very long period of time- over 1000 years, with over 40 writers etc.
Still, it seems this book is is very consistent and logically arranged, Some believe by certain mathematical principles and rules.
This is already miracle by itself.
There are still many people, millions of them, who after 2000 years still looking for answers in the bible,  about the meaning of life, moral values by which to live etc.
This is another miracle for me.
Bad thing is that people exploit and interpret the Bible in a way that suits them.
10180  Other / Off-topic / Re: There was no Big Bang, Truth shall set you free!!!! on: April 08, 2015, 07:46:25 AM
Actually this is perhaps the only thing on which both scientists and religious people totally agree
Both believe in Big Bang, just scientists believe that Big Bang came by chance and religious people believe that God started it.
What is the truth?
Probably we will never know, we can believe either in Religion or science but they can't prove their theories or ideologies.
