Never hear about Zeus Exchange before and after I checked their website, it seems an exchange that still under development, however it could be a good partnership for future. I think most of these fusions and partnerships are just to attract the potential investors and has no value at all, because mostly both projects undergoing an ICO and their future is not clear.
