Would Cucurella be a good move for Real? Maybe? I mean it is not going to be that much worth financially for them and the yare doing something that would make sense but that doesn't mean that we are going to see something major that changes if he joins neither, it would not be a huge deal for them.

I still think that Real should focus on getting Mbappe, they could still get him during winter period as well, if Mbappe says "either sell me to Madrid or I am leaving this summer" they could still convince PSG for a cheaper price as well, they would rather get him for 6 months and PSG would rather get "something" out of him instead of free. That is the only transfer that would change the club majorly by single player.
I believe that having Cucurella and successfully recruiting Mbappe are two different matters for Real Madrid. They currently need players in two positions - left-back and center-forward.

Cucurella's recent form hasn't been great, mainly because he hasn't played any matches in the Premier League this season. However, Cucurella is a versatile player, and Real Madrid's management recognizes that. Moreover, Real Madrid is facing significant issues in defense, and it seems Chelsea is also open to facilitating his departure.

As for Mbappe, I don't think it will be too difficult for Real Madrid to acquire him. It's more a matter of time and negotiation between the two parties.
Like I said, it would be important to get Mbappe, but aside from that no other player would ever make them any better. Mendy is good at left back enough, or even the fact that EVERY player there is good enough, aside from Joselu. Take Joselu out and put Mbappe in and that team is winning both the league and the UCL together with his help. He is the only one they need.

If they fail to get him, then at least some amazing striker would do as well, Kane could have been good but he went to Bayern instead, if they have another name on their mind that would be good, Benzema, even at his age, was better than Joselu so it is obvious that they are still lacking that finisher and they need to get one as quickly as possible.
1042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 28, 2023, 08:23:05 PM
Formula 1 already has a lot of tracks and that means that it is going to be hard to get one more track in there. Look at this year, they tried to have more tracks than any year before and they were so much in trouble and so much compact that after not having one race, they had to cancel that race instead of move it some other time.

Normally when they had more time they would just cancel it that week and put it somewhere else and that would be fine, this year because they have so many tracks, they just simply ended up cancelling it all together. If they try to grow it even bigger, we are going to end up seeing a lot more this type of stuff happens and the result will not be good for them neither, they should be careful.
1043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies should gain broader payment gateway acceptance soon? on: September 28, 2023, 06:39:00 PM
Tron is definitely the one to go with on this subject. Don't get me wrong, this doesn't make Tron a great coin, there are some stuff that it lacks and that is why I do not have much of it, if you look at my portfolio there must be like 1-2% of my entire portfolio in Tron, so nothing major at all. However, if we are talking about payment gateway then I am sorry but Tron is by far better than any other coin that exists today.

I think it is better than even bitcoin or ethereum, because not only it's cheap (nearly free most of the time) but it is also nearly instant (less than 30 seconds each time) so it means that there must be something right they are doing and could be considered the best one for payments.
1044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 28, 2023, 05:56:34 PM
Dame to bucks is both good and also not good at the same time. Dame wanted to go to Heat, and he was traded to Bucks, and unlike in world of football, players can't really reject these type of offers which means that if you are traded than you are traded that's it.

In football world, if a team sells a player, the other team still has to convince the player to come, and in examples like Eden Hazard, even if Madrid wanted to sell him, he was injured, but he was getting paid a lot so he could reject any offer that was lower than his salary there, so Madrid was stuck with him until his contract was up. Same doesn't happen here, Dame went to a team he didn't want to, still a good team, but not Heat which was what he wanted.
1045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election on: September 28, 2023, 11:14:02 AM
It's an excuse to invade Mexico but I think the Mexican government is also not up to fight, they know it will only get worse if they fight the US military. But Gringos are welcome as long as they are also welcome in the country. Fair trade so let's just keep trading the fentanyl both our governments make money! Keeping this up, they will see the conquistadors ruling the entire country.
It's very weird that people would be delusional enough to say stuff like "immigrants will vote left so they are allowed in" by a party that got 10+ million votes just last election anyway, and they are basically doing as well as they could hope for in the election world, and they are not even left if you think about it.

Anyone who thinks Biden is left must never check any other nation, Biden is a right wing, or at best a center-right person, he is nowhere NEAR left at all. Do you want to see left? Go check Scandinavia, that's real left, that's how you happen to be left, look at labor party of UK, that's left, people like Macron and Biden look "left" because they are going against even worse right wingers, Biden looks left, because Trump is even further radical right, but that doesn't make Biden left, he is still closer to right.
1046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia will ban Gambling through credit cards on: September 28, 2023, 09:30:15 AM
This makes perfect sense to be fair, why would it be alright to get a "loan" to gamble? That is what a credit card means, it's credit that is put into your account, so you owe the bank some money for having that and it's quite important to remember that we are going to end up with something that will take a lot more time. I get that it may not look that wild but it is still quite large and should be considered a risk.

If you gamble and lose all that, you have spent money that you do not have for something that you do not have at all. Gambling will be way done by the time you have to pay that credit back. This is why it's not a smart idea and should be ignored as much as possible, that would make it a lot better eventually.
1047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling game is not good and everyone should stay away from it on: September 28, 2023, 06:40:24 AM
Sure, and sometimes there are those who find it difficult to balance everything in their lives, one of the things that usually happens is when their minds are always difficult to balance between needs and wants, they are often deceived and assume that this is their need when it is just their desire. For example in gambling, maybe they already know that gambling is risky and also they know their finances are not good but their desires driven by curiosity always want to do it, instead of getting the victory as they expected at the beginning at that time instead ended up losing and their money ran out. I don't know why they are so convinced that putting aside their needs to continue living just to gamble and lose, it's not healthy. And well, many have done it because their expectations are too high in seeing this gambling.

Well self-control is indeed the main point wherever you gamble or in any field that is indeed risky, but honestly it seems to me that it is difficult to be able to apply self-control completely, it is very difficult, especially when they are too ambitious and always want more than what they have got. I think if you really feel this is not profitable at all then it's better to find a way to stop but well by pushing yourself with self-control too, limit all your activities there slowly.
That means they have to learn to balance their thoughts and start trying to divert them to things that have nothing to do with gambling. This can be done if accompanied by a desire to do something else or do other activities so that he will not think about gambling. But often, those whose finances are not good try to gamble because they hope they can win and get money even though it won't give them a win. They put aside their daily needs and prefer to gamble because of the temptation to make money from gambling, even though they know gambling is not a place to make money. They think that playing gambling can give them both winnings and money so they never stop trying.

And yes, that's the point of learning self-control so we don't use gambling as a source of income. It won't work well because people will face many losses and could cost them all their money without realizing it. It is difficult to apply complete self-control because we will see so many temptations in gambling that we are often tempted and continue to gamble. That's why we must practice it often to resist the temptation and not continue gambling if we've gambled enough.
That is a difficult thing to do and would require a bit of meditation as well. Not everyone can be alone with their thoughts but if they can spend just an hour doing that they would be a better person, I try to do it as much as I can but that doesn't mean that it would make sense to gamble right afterwards.

It means that whenever I want to gamble and shouldn't, I just take an hour alone with myself and relax, it doesn't have to start at the high level, you can literally just put on some nice sounds, like white noise type of thing, or ocean sounds, and then lay next to it on your bed, and just think, if yo udo that for an hour you will not gamble that day. Or at least that's how it happens to me when I want to avoid it.

1049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: September 27, 2023, 08:41:31 PM
Sometimes dominating the game doesn't mean that you are going to end up winning. You could have all the possessions and all the shots but if the result is a loss then it's a loss, they ended up with a win though so they are lucky. I remember Mourinhos famous "they can take the ball to home if they want, we will get the three points" speech when this type of stuff happens, it doesn't matter who dominates and only thing that matters is the win.

I believe that we are going to end up with something that would change some things and should be important. I believe that we are going to end up with something that should not really matter since they got the win, could be more difficult than they expected but they still got it.
1050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 27, 2023, 06:03:20 PM
Napoli is an elite club, is probably not in good shape presently, we've seen how they decline in performance this season, perhaps I do hope they will bounce back, it's just a matter of time for Rudi Garcia to sets things right for his new clun. Luciano Spalleti quitting his position as headcoach from Napoli, though he has his reasons but it means a decline in performance for the team. Spalleti presence have really improved the performance of the club, from struggles in games to becoming preeminent contenders for the scudetto and also winning it.
When a team brings in a new coach the team will definitely witness such drawbacks and the decline in performance is inevitable as the players will have to go through a new coaching approach and structure and will take time to adapt accordingly to the changes around them. Spalleti definitely has his reasons to resign and could be for the best but he didn’t consider the players before deciding to leave, Osimehn and Kvaraskelia had offers from bigger teams but chose to stay because they had no reason to leave since they are enjoying life with him. They showed loyalty and appreciated him but he didn’t do the same to them, i hope they don’t regret their decision to stay because obviously they are not happy with the current situation at the club. Rudi Garcia probably just needs time so let’s see what he has to offer.
That depends on the change of the managerial role, if you go from a good one with good results to a new one, it is likely that you are going to do worse, if you go from a terrible one that got terrible results it is likely that you will get better results. Napoli did what NO team in the world should, they fired the manager that won it all, and that is a wrong move.

I think it is better if they could just try to push through this period because there is absolutely nothing they can do about it, they just have to accept their faith and move on. I know that it is going to be a tough deal for them but they can make it work if they end up working harder for it and just focus on that win every single game they possibly could.
1051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: September 27, 2023, 08:26:49 AM
Mid level clubs are the hardest games to figure out, I always end up getting it wrong, I mean when they are so close to each other and they are both not good like they are at the top but not bad enough that they are relegating, that means those clubs could be filled with surprises at all times and that's a hard thing to handle. I know that we are going to end up with something that is good in the end but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with anything good for a while.

We should probably see them do as well as hoped for but it's always a rolling the dice situation. That's why I try to avoid betting on two mid level clubs playing each other because you can play it 10 times and you would have 50-50% result, it's always a risk.
1052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 26, 2023, 08:48:52 AM
De Gea should not get retired yet. We saw good performances from him in the last season when he was playing for Manchester United and even Manchester United fans are complaining about Onana because they think De Gea could perform much better than Onana, which is not wrong.
De Ge can play in top European teams for years and I think he should not consider joining the Saudi teams.
The only thing that is causing him to retire at this moment is his ego, nothing more. Buffon was historically one of the greatest goalkeepers in the world, but he retired at the age of 45, you think he was still defending Juventus's goal at that age? Of course not, he was playing 20 games a year at a lower league, that's how he kept going, and he got paid accordingly as well.

De Gea wanted Madrid or some other team to get him, but Madrid got Kepa instead for some reason (De Gea would have been better), he still wants either a lot of money and starter position at a big club, or retirement. If he insist on one of these two, then he will have to retire, but if he agrees less salary and a lower level team then he could still play.
1053  Economy / Economics / Re: Small Scale Business Ideas on: September 26, 2023, 05:29:58 AM
If you think about just small scale, then you will stay small scale, the best thing to do is to find a business that would take some time, and that would be good enough and should be considered for the long term. I believe that we are going to end up with something that would make a profit, and that is why it would be smarter to have something that can grow.

Think about facebook as an example for these type of ideas, it doesn't have to be software or website or anything like that, it could be farming if you want, doesn't matter, but the idea is that a website like facebook could have been used by 100 people and then die, or it is like how it is today, used by billions. That's why we need to be careful about it.
1054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 25, 2023, 08:16:50 PM
Pretty much the case with Carmelo as well, I mean we still wanted to see him play, he was given that chance by the Lakers, but it was obvious that he is no longer in his prime. And so as much as his mind wanted to play, his body is not cooperating.

And with the case of Howard, he had a good time in Taiwan, numbers are good and yet his team failed. Perhaps the Warriors really didn't see him adding any value on a already experience team and he could be detrimental if he still had that attitude from time to time.
I never really thought that Melo was "bad" enough to waive though. I get that he is not in his prime, but you can't give him 10-15 even 20 minutes a game? Really? This dude is top 20 in the top scorers list, and he is getting the bare minimum you could pay to him, you think Lakers found someone that was better than Melo?

I have seen the season, they did not. If they kept him, nothing major would have changed and they would have done pretty much the same, have your starts, have your big names on the bench, but also have Melo do like 15 minutes a game off the bench as well and you would do fine. There would be garbage times when he would thrive as well. That would have been smarter, people should stop rejecting veterans with minimum wage.
1055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 25, 2023, 06:36:19 PM
Definitely a quite interesting result without a doubt. It has to be said that ATM played well enough to deserve that win and it wasn't just some lucky game. It happens, Real is not unbeatable team, they will of course have some losses all season long, I bet they will have more than this too, but not like crazy amount, maybe 4-5 at most and that would be normal for a regular season.

Just because they lost this, doesn't mean that they are doing badly, they are going to get better hopefully from here on out with Vini playing at 100% as well, that should be a good thing for them. Barcelona is the one that must be happiest about this, Real is their biggest rival so them losing a game benefits them the most.
1056  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: September 25, 2023, 03:22:15 PM
With the rise of female gamers, females who are earning their own money, definitely there will be a lot more females who will associate with gambling.

But the reason why I think the casinos are not involving themselves too much with women population is because it is sometimes which is actually very problematic. A man understands what will happen when he puts his money on the line for gambling. Either they get the money back with a little something more or they lose the money. But they are never going to cry about it. The problem with women is that they do not take accountability. All it takes is for one woman to make a stupid video with her iPhone that she got scammed in a gambling situation or casino, and the casino is definitely going to face a lot of backlash.
I wouldn't agree to this at all, not even a single bit. First of all, we need to end up putting genders into generalization, I have a wife, a mom, an aunt and had grandma before she passed away, and none of them were alike at all, put them all on a casino and I guarantee you that there would be some that would be exactly like how you said, while the others just the opposite and all the things in between.

But, I also guarantee you that if you put me, my father, my uncles, all into a casino, there would be some who will not take accountability (my uncle probably lol) to all those who you said as well. That's why there is nothing like that at all regarding genders. My wife gambles all the time, and takes full responsibility at all times.
1057  Economy / Economics / Re: How to reduce the price of goods on: September 25, 2023, 03:00:00 PM
Certain things are easier to reduce, but you can't make it all for everything. Like even if we talk about something as simple as vegetables, one nation can't have ALL vegetables for cheap, your climate and soil quality matters and even though you could have some of them for cheaper if you work harder and smarter, no matter what you do some of them will stay expensive because it is not your nations product.

Like for example in my nation it is nearly impossible to raise mangos, that is not really a bad thing, I can't care any less about that, not like I need mango in my life, BUT it is still a thing, so you can't make it cheaper here. You have to consider what is possible and only focus on those things to make them cheaper.
1058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $20,000 to invest in any Altcoins of your choice? on: September 24, 2023, 07:28:12 PM
Can you please help with any Altcoins that coins that someone can invest on in this particular time.

your post History shows how knowledgeable you are in crypto field so what is the meaning of this question?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1063195;sa=showPosts

you have 20k  but you are not having any Idea to what altcoins to invest., i doubt that you are truly asking and will invest , instead this is another way of making thread with no sense at all for you.
I would guess that people could have confusing times, I have been in the crypto world for 10 years now, and I still do not know what to invest sometimes, it is not as easy as people think it is. In the end it is not as hard as this neither but not easy.

I usually go with particular powerful altcoins that would be hard to shock me, that rarely has any type of downside to it most of the time. Picking something like Doge or Shiba would of course have you feel terrible because they go down, but when you pick something like ETH or BNB or LTC, that would rarely have a period where it would go down like that, those are not things that would go down %99, they are things that would go down with the market and go back up with the market.
1059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 24, 2023, 07:06:19 PM
The weird thing about Bayern is that they do not let go neither. Like after scoring 3-4 goals most teams in most other leagues would let go and not really go attacking to score more, they would basically be actively resting by passing the ball around, and rarely attacking if they see a clear path, but aside from that they wouldn't attack to score a few more all that commonly.

Bayern is not like that, I remember them beating a team 12-0 as well, and much smaller club too, why? Cheesy I mean why would a big team like them would need that, why would you win by 7-0, what is the motivation to score that 7th goal when you have 6 goals already. In any case, if they can, they definitely should and there is nothing wrong with that.
1060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 24, 2023, 06:16:54 PM
Mistakes could happen, it is normal and could happen to anyone at any game, there is nothing to worry about that. However, Juventus could have won that game if they played a bit better, they felt like they were a bit tired and for a team that is not having a lot of games at UCL type of situation, the fact that they are tired shows either they are training way too hard, or not enough, or just right amount in a bad way.

Losses happens, and this was one of them for them and it's normal there is nothing wrong with that, everyone loses points and others will too, it's just that if it's about fatigue for a team with little amount of games, that could be a long term issue and I hope that it doesn't become a habit for them.
