When I opted in on the easter egg promotion, It did not say 12 winners a day it stated that your daily prize would be selected by RNG. The second day in, on April 16 when I logged on in the morning , the conditions had changed overnight after I had made extensive deposits that day expecting a return in the morning. It seems as if in the last month everything's changed,... they treat there best customers worse by the day . I have only ever made 4 withdrawals from here. nothing over 1 btc. and compared to my probably 2000 deposits these withdrawals are miniscule.

In my honest opinion, 10% does not apppeal to me at all. I would rather deposit raw in hopes for a large win that wouldn’t require any wagering and on top of that I don’t want to be restricted to slots only for such a small reward. I sometimes like to play in the live casinos and wouldn’t be able to with a bonus, albeit a small 1x deposit rollover\wager, it still puts restrictions. I know that when you put it like that it makes me sound petty, but I am surely not. One set of spins were because I wagered the minimum €600 in one day (on a slot that I would never have played)and was given them. One set of spins were from myself asking live support for a deposit bonus because I haven’t had one here since last year and they don’t understand the difference between FS and deposit bonus. And lastly the other set of spins was supposedly my 2 year anniversary. What I can not recommend to you is Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io these are both scammer casinos that just rip you off with certain programs that just let you win in the beginning. Overall I've lost more than 30 BTC at Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io and perhaps won 1 BTC with sports betting. The casino is shelling the support too. The casino has no license and many of my friends had the same problems. I even think about taking legal action against this casino but I want to hear your opinion for now maybe we can file a class action ... i was VIP customer in bitcasino i deposited more then 10 bitcoin in one year
i was their regular customer
i never had issues before but on april 4th 2019 i was played three card poker in evolution in bitcasino.io
1) i clicked Ante 20mb i didnt see coin placed inside circle
2) so i clicked again i didnt see coin was betted again
3) again i clicked i didnt see coin
time ran out and i see 60mb was betted all sudden resulted 120 mb waste
when this bug or glitch was reported to customer service they say there was no issue with their why the hell i would like for 120mb which i deposited 10 bitcoins and never reported a issue i was even VIP in bitcasino.io
i asked their manager number and they refuse to respond and close my chat and ban it for 24hours

i tried a few bitcoin casinos yesterday with small amounts. this one is the easiest to use however when i tried to withdraw a small amount, they suspended my account. live help told me to contact security team and the security team requested kyc. then told me my account was flagged for multi accounting. i only have one account, however i use a vpn 24/7 so i told them that. the other websites i tried did not cause any problem(the ones that i won at least). anyone else had a problem like this?

I can't access the website using a VPN. Do i need to verify account before using VPN? I saw on casino review website that, VPN usage is allowed on this casino and the residents from my country are accepted.
