You believe that him agreeing to put me back in the campaign and then not doing so, resulting in a $840 loss is not a scam? Interesting, I wonder what you think about user deposits and withdrawing then, since that is also bound by agreements.

As an Campaign Manager, jeremypwr can add you and remove you million times if he wants to. It's been said multiple times:

I can remove you from the Campaign at any time, for whatever reason

You cannot count potential gain as guaranteed income, as that potential needs to become reality.
For example, if you go to work they pay you for the month you've just worked. Not for the upcoming month. It's pretty standard.

This case on our side is closed and the payment for your work will be made during today. Smiley

PS. Please remove our logo and your signature that has been made by us. Another work that we have paid for. Wink

Regards,
Karl
Bitcasino.io
As for the signature and things, I modified the work according to fair use. That's even assuming these logos are trademarked, which I'm almost certain they are not. So their use is free (although I did modify them to my own). If you don't believe in artistic expression that's ok. Feel free to send any relevant paperwork to me.

The use of our imagery is neither fair nor fair use, we have our logos trademarked. This is a conflict between you and jeremypwr
and as you're not part of the signature campaign anymore your permission to use our logo and signature has been revoked.
We do believe in artistic expression, but this has nothing to do with that. We ask you once more to change your profile picture and signature.
If you wish to discuss trademark issues further, our legal team is happy to jump on Skype with you. Smiley

Hi WaffleMaster,

First of all, you're not being scammed. Second of all, you both acted out.

jeremypwr made a mistake and apologised for it. You had an agreement for a moment and he still decided to exclude you from future weeks and campaigns; Now everything is scamming and extortion, which is not true.
Just a reminder that he can boot you from the campaign at any time, for whatever reason, but opening 5 posts all around the forum gives just more reason to do so.

I can remove you from the Campaign at any time, for whatever reason

The end result is: We thank you for the work and you are getting paid for the work you have done.
What is unfortunate for you is that you're no longer welcome on campaigns run by jeremypwr because of reasons between you both.

Nobody likes these, but please leave the emotions aside.

Try to keep it in one thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4795083.msg43258013#msg43258013

He agreed to reenlist me and to also pay me, which is included in my offer of "making everything right". As shown. It really is a shame you aren't recognizing his scam of my potential $840 campaign earnings after agreeing to make everything right. As for multiple threads, they are all different and in relevant sections of the forum.

You both acted out in my eyes. It could have worked, but it escalated to a different direction which is unfortunate.

Now here he is, fully admitting he scammed me potential earnings. You still employ this guy? He literally just used logic that applied to both parties to try and discredit what I am owed but not what his duties are in the agreement.

Since he is getting paid for his work, why shouldn't he be obligated to delete his messed up messages?
The only reason he isn't deleting them is because he's mad that he lost out on a nice earning potential.

He's just full of spit; he wasn't scammed.
Since you agreed to let me back in the campaign, why shouldn't you be obligated to hold up to that arrangement which was also included in me deleting the posts?HuhHuh You literally just check mated yourself admitting that you're scamming me for $840 in 7 weeks potential payments (If I follow the rules) because you agreed to make everything right, which includes payment and putting me back in cus I was taken out in error. You are fully in the wrong, and you even just admitted it further.

Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

I don't really see the connection between a scam and the potential $840. Nobody is guaranteed to stay on this campaign for 2 months in a row.
Definition of potential:

Quote
If you say that someone or something has potential for doing a particular thing, you mean that it is possible they may do it. If there is the potential for something, it may happen.

People make mistakes and that's what happened today between you and jeremypwr.
You're still getting paid for the work you did. We and many other forum members consider this case to be solved and it's better to move on.

Karl

lol its not just kyc you a complete scam everything from your so called provable games being a scam

Our game provider OneTouch has provably fair games. The biggest game providers, NetEnt for example, is certified by multiple auditors.

Quote from: adamistraybar
yous shill bought accounts and so much more this kyc is just another step is your scam

you have no reason other then collecting info and trying to slow or stop withdrawl

you say oh you did not pass kyc or you dont reply to emails at all

people are not stupid reason you reply is because your casino is in real shit and everyone know its  a scam even one single person i can save from you is worth me replying.

Here's an example of why KYC is important and why it protects our customers: Someone signs into your account from a completely different IP address that you had before and
makes a withdrawal request. This will get flagged immediately by our system as it's not normal behaviour. Therefore we need to verify that it is the right person who is accessing your account.
This an industry standard to keep customer accounts secure. Smiley

Quote from: adamistraybar
You even made a new account because your old one was so red due to your numerous scams. I saw your bs reason but really it just furtures the whole idea your a scam

We were forced to create a new account as we no longer had access to the old account.
No matter how red the account would have got previously, we would rather use that one to clear our name from unfounded accusations like this.

so yeah

So yeah. Smiley

Lolz84,

We’d like to apologise for the level of customer service you received. Regardless of the outcome of the complaint, the agent our end didn’t give you the fun, fast and fair service expected.
We’ve reviewed this internally and upped our training so that no customer will be treated like this again.

Going forward if you do decide to play with us again and have any issues or concerns please PM me and I'll try to get this sorted for you.

I am little confused right now, this problem was happened before one year but now the support team is asking the apologize, then this is not the right way to do that.

But at that time he said that was a joke promotion so you just ending fake promo code to convince the people to deposit funds on your site?

I believe that the problem was rather about the agent, than about the online casino itself. Some kind of mistake must have happened and the right thing to do in such a situation would be to give those free 40 spins no matter whose mistake it was just to act civilly and avoid conflicts. Maybe after a year some managers and the team in bitcasino have changed, so now they apologise even about the past conflicts, that were caused by the old team members. They've decided to start a sig campaign all of a sudden, I think it means that change is coming.
Maybe chance for an exit scam too, Shocked (no offense just my opinion)

But as you said maybe they want to change their behaviour too,but little late.Is that they have give that 40 spins?

You as a part of their signature campaign there is no wonder that you are defending them. Cheesy

We are here to stay and make our services better, which is why we have been clearing previous scam accusation threads that have gone unanswered. Smiley
Even though they have got late replies, those cases have been dealt outside of the forums. Clearing them for the public is the least we can do.

It's indeed a year old thread, but as it was bumped up and we had not noticed it earlier we felt
it needs to be correctly addressed considering the service our customer service gave at the time being.

Where Adam is referring to is most likely the Tell us a Joke promotion taken out of context.
The promotional code we sent to our customers was a working one. Smiley Otherwise this forum would have been infested with similar claims.

Snip.

Having a negative trust on an account involved in shady business and creating another account to continue the same shady business is considered evading the red trust and is considered as untrustworthy behavior for me. don't worry because nobody from DT will tag you unless they find this action untrustworthy.

Well, we appreciate that everyone’s has their own thoughts on the matter. However, we just wanted to state the facts that we unfortunately got ourselves locked out, and as anyone who has tried to get their account unlocked knows, it’s not an easy or quick thing for obvious security reasons.
In the meantime, we felt we needed to have a presence on BCT due to the wild accusations being made, many of which we’ve now been able to respond to: Here, here, here, here and here.

BCT is a great community and we love being a part of it, it’s just a shame that ‘scam’, ‘shady’ and other inflammatory words get thrown around a lot without having any proof.

We’ve run a legitimate casino for over 4 years, work with some of the biggest casino game providers and we’re pretty proud to be the first licenced Bitcoin casino out there.

As we said previously, we’re working with the mods to get this all sorted.

Cheers,

New Account : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2087138
New Thread (self moderated) : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4541166.0

Everyone in the gambling community knows bitcasino.io are a scamming scum. Stunna has left a feedback on their profile which serves as a warning but I'm not sure if he will have time to tag their new account considering his availability on the forum. They started a new self moderated thread for obvious reasons (to avoid critics and accusations as in their old thread). It would be nice if some DT members refers to Stunna's feedback and tags their new account accordingly.

Hi,

Firstly, it’s deeply saddening to see us being referred to as ‘scamming scum’. We understand that the highs and lows of playing in a casino can be emotional for players,
but it’s only reasonable to present the facts and not to mix emotion with unfounded accusations.

Secondly, your ‘obvious reasons’ for leaving negative feedback are misguided.
If you have read our post on our old thread you would see that we explained the several reasons for starting a new thread,
none of them being to avoid negative feedback.

Unfortunately, we have been plagued by persistent trolling, threats and even having personal information such as staff member’s parents’ home addresses exposed on the forum.
The above reasons added to the fact that due to a mix-up on our part with a new starter,
we ended up being locked out of our old account, a very easy mistake to make. We simply had no choice but to start a new one.

We’ve also gone back through the scam accusations and replied to those who were left hanging as a result of us not being locked out.

Going forward, we’ve reached out to Stunna while also have been working to resolve the negative feedback given to us in regard to ExcessTest, we’re actively working on these so watch this space.

Our new self-moderated thread has been deleted even though before opening it we requested moderators to close our old thread and checked that creating this new one was okay.
We are working with the moderators to resolve this as well.

Hi adamistraybar,

We can assure you we’re not closing up and we’re certainly not stealing balances, these are unfounded accusations that just aren’t welcomed.

Unfortunately, we see many fraudsters trying to abuse and take advantage of our near instant pay-out policy, so in-line with our license we implement KYC.

KYC means that we can offer a truly fun, fast and importantly a fair gaming experience, and we know it might be frustrating to comply with but it was implemented with the customer’s best interest.

3.10. We have the right to carry out “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures and access to your Member Account may be blocked or closed if we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information.

With regards to having a licence that applies to every citizen around the world – our T&C’s clearly state that manipulating your geographic location and playing outside the jurisdiction is a breach of T&C's.

3.4. When attempting to open an account or using the Website, it is the responsibility of the player to verify whether gambling is legal in that particular jurisdiction.
If you open or use the Website while residing in a Restricted Jurisdiction: your account may be closed by us immediately;
any winnings and bonuses will be confiscated and remaining balance returned (subject to reasonable charges), and any returns,
winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us; and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn.

If you have any comments, concerns or questions we’re always here to listen whether it be on the forums, live chat or email.

Hi cosimplay22,

Your account was closed as we found you to be in breach of the T&Cs, it’s a right we, and the majority of other casinos reserve.
Our Player Safety and Assurance Team were in touch with you regarding this matter and offered an explanation via email.

Our security guys have a duty to protecting players and ensuring fraudsters are kept at bay.
We very rarely share case evidence publicly nor discuss our fraud detection techniques used for obvious reasons.

However, for reference please see the below T&Cs that our security team found you to be in breach of.
Unfortunately, as it often is in these cases on the forum, there were multiple red flags which led to a security review.

2.1.16. You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques,
including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration and signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques.
These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis.

1139  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The Criminal Syndicate That Is Bitcasino.io and sportsbet.io on: July 19, 2018, 10:54:04 AM
Hello

I am going to warn you about sportsbet.io and bitcasino.io.

Take it how you want. I am sure there will be some people who are part of the signature campaign that will come to there rescue .

They are unethical and down right criminal . They use a bunch of unethical tricks and rigged games to steal from you.

Some of these tricks are using complicated promos to try to steal from you.

All there promos have many conditions and are always hidden in the small print and are worded very very complicated.

They do this so they can steal your money.

Another one is that they offer near scam odds, they have some of worst odds on the internet . They do this so they can pay less  and take more.

They also do crazy live odd scams , and reject bets that are in your favor. They say they dont but scams dont say they scam.

Another one is the countless tech errors . If anyone has played this site, you will have many errors they have too look info.

They say they have to look into it or that they have to check with  there game providers.

They get back to you later with no explanation and then say oh theres nothing they can do the game providers decide and you loose your money.

They have tons of other tech problems like withdrawal blocks and withdrawls not being sent out.

The biggest one is that the games they say are provable fair are not really they do this by alternating the dealer seed after you put in the player seed . So that they can control the outcome. It will verify because they are altering to there results. If you dont  believe me  you can check, and sometimes the hashes dont verify. They  look over this when ever you bring it to there attention because if they say its rigged it open a can of worms.

They will not admit to scamming you no scammer would.

You just need to use common sense and if you play at all there with any volume you can tell there a scam. There site is in decline which is why there starting to steal more. You can check sports leader boards all bets are down.

I have many many more things they do to scam people but this just a warning

In the past a support person name andrea has helped whenever there was probs. Now there is not good support people and they are part of the problem

Hi benhames

We make every effort to make sure our customers are happy, and it seems you weren't, so sorry about that!
However, we'd like to point out that we zero tolerance policy for bribery, threats or fraud.
You were being taken care of by our VIP team, it's common for them to reward and gift players, in your case it was a gesture of goodwill.

Needless to say, we have no way to affect or control the different games, outcomes by any means, just like fiat operators can not affect the game outcome on sites like 888 or Bet365.

Whilst millions of game rounds get played every day, occasionally, there are interrupted game rounds and technical errors, which unfortunately happen.
Our 24/7 live support (together with game provider's tech support) resolve these as fast as possible.

We welcome feedback but unfounded accusations are not welcomed no matter how frustrated you may feel in the moment.

Cheers,
Bitcasino.io

After thorough investigation and email exchange by our security team this case has been closed due to lack of response from the player.

There were several issues surrounding this case, the claim of underage gaming was suspiciously made a day after we were notified of self-affiliation.
We take responsible gambling extremely seriously and through extensive communication we were denied vital information multiple times that would have proved his claim.
Unfortunately, this case was not resolved in his favour, it simply wasn’t possible to.

Currently we’ve closed this case as we never received a reply with the requested information.
